Abstract

Forest distric area madiun regency very potential for growing cassava because most forest lands both community forests and forests belonging to the state and the surrounding area dry / marginal at the level of yields is quite high because the forest area around madiun regency become a major supplier of industrial plant cassava that are The district Ponorogo. cassava harvest is sold in fresh form, so it is still open opportunities to increase added value through the development of agro-industry potato cassava. This study aims to identify the potential of cassava and cassava market prospects are very wide open. This study was conducted using a survey method, the research locations in Madison County, district Gemarang. The research location determined by purposive with consideration that location is the center of cassava and tapioca products. Types of data collected include primary data and secondary. The results showed that in Madiun regeny Business development of marginal land utilization program by planting cassava is relatively high and the land available is quite extensive potential relative dryland farmers have been familiar with the cultivation of cassava, thus enabling the production of cassava to be developed.Keywords: land, the people, the region, cassava

Abstract

Potential crop production areas of teak forests and hilly land lanscap, clear stream is a natural tourism assets in the teak forests Grape potential and promise for more .Destination managed research: nature tourism feasibility .Calculate production forest area . and determine public perception with the nature of tourism development projects. This study uses Observation Technique, Survey technique, Survey, Data Processing Method using the formula: Net Present Value (NPV) /, Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) /, Internal Rate of Retrun (IRR), Break Event Point (BEP) BCR Ngrape noted tourist interest rate of 12% for out-bound BCR of 3.6, 1.41 and 1.28 for the fishing to eat. boundr out IRR 25%, 29% fishing and restaurants 23%. IRR of more than 1% mean return capital projects approved in force will remain and have to be paid. Total capital of USD 54 million out bound covered in year three Rp58.400.000., Fishing facilities covered Rp 24.9 million to Rp 28.4 million to Rp mahan home fourth year 177.400.000t reached USD 159.2 million in the draw point in the fourth.Keyword: natural tourism, capital, potential, public, forest

Abstract

Ngawi manage wealth of the region with the development of Tourism nature, combining forest areas and reservoirs as a alternative to reduce poverty and reduce the number of pre prosperous. A mix of functions between the main function as a provider of irrigation water and function as a tourist destination . The potential of nature tourism businesses are made public and assisted with the PU department (irrigation) is a form of cooperation to increase the role and participation of the community. Currently the potential of doing business in the business community in Ecotourism Development in the reservoir area cottage heavily dependent on the involvement of stakeholders. Based on the required formation Ecotourism Management Board Reservoir cottage to accommodate the interests of stakeholders. Abstract

Perennials in the area of planted forest folk are usually smaller in extent than the seasonal crops planted , so the most it can do the mixing plant communities with seasonal annual plants in the same region and are on the land . , Preservation activities by managing vacant land . This study aims to : 1.Menghitung feasibility of agroforestry on public lands .2 . Knowing strata of society with the land tani.Luas wana program is divided into three strata . The division of the land area strata based on the average land ownership in Java are narrow . The third stratum : 1.Strata 1 with a land area of less than 0.25 ha of land 2.Strata 2 with 0.5 to 1 ha 3.Strata 3 land area of more than 1 ha results in this study were able , Net Present Value ( NPV ) / Net Value for strata I Rp . 14,869,064 while stratum II Rp . 8,803,698 , and for the third strata of Rp . 35,129,500 , - , Benefit Cost Ratio ( BCR ) of 5.85 for strata I , II strata of 1.37 and of 2.43 for stratum III Results for , Gain Ratio , Internal Rate of Retrun ( IRR ) of strata I 26 % while for stratum II by 38 % and for stratum III by 31 % refund Analysis Break Even Point ( BEP ) expenditures and receipts strata I can break even in year 3 , while on the second level of expenditures and receipts can break even in year 4 , and the strata III revenues and expenditures break even in 3rd.Keywords : Perennials , strata , farmers , forest land_
