Abstract

This study was aimed to find out how the condition of student learning motivation, how the implementation of the school in supporting student learning process through financing assistance, and how the relationship between financing with student motivation in SMA N 1 Baros. Thus, the sample used was part of the population with the criteria of students receiving financing assistance, and determined using the Slovin formula. So the number of samples obtained were 121 students. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation questionnaires, while data analysis methods using simple regression analysis and percentage analysis. The results showed that the students' learning motivation in good condition with the percentage acquisition of 67.76 %%. The process of giving aid in good condition with the average yield of 72.56%, and financing had a positive influence on the level of student motivation in SMA N 1 Baros that was equal to 50.5%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of sales on business development when viewed from the indicator of sales turnover, number of workers, number of customers on ?Pemancingan Serang Hijau?. In this study data was collected by means of observation, documentation and interviews. Almost all daily policies and problems were taken based on statistical methods and the results of data analysis and interpretation both qualitatively and quantitatively.MANOVA is a multivariate statistical analysis that is used in analyzing more than one dependent variable to find out whether the group averages differ significantly but are still rarely used. The purpose of the study is to apply MANOVA to determine business development when viewed from the sales turnover indicator of the number of workers, number of customers.From the results of the 2018 MANOVA test, using the test between the Subject Effect procedure obtained the Sig.0,723 value for sales turnover, while the Workforce obtained Sig.0,000 and for customers the Sig.0,000 value was obtained. This shows that the sales turnover variable does not affect credit sales, while the workforce and customers have a Sig value of less than 0.005, the workforce and customers influence credit sales towards business development in ?Pemancingan Serang Hijau?.

Abstract

Indonesia Power UP Suralaya Cilegon as one of the State-Owned Enterprises currently employs as many as 733 people with various expertise and education levels.With the large number of employees/worker involved in the company PT. Indonesia Power UP Suralaya Cilegon, researchers are interested in reviewing or knowing whether there is a significant influence on the level of education on the work performance of employees in the company. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative analysis. The sample in this study were 110 employees from 733 employees of PT Indonesia Power UpSuralayaCilegon. Data collection techniques used are questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique with the hypothesis test used is the t test and F test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that (1) The results of the calculation of the percentage of employee education level taken based on the respondent's overall answer of 80% which shows that most of the employees in the company have high school / vocational education. 2) With a significance of 5% it can be obtained the price of r table 1.661. It turns out that r count is greater than r table (0.276> 1.661), so the Hypothesis is rejected so that the Education Level does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Judging from the results of the output on the analysis of the calculation of the t test above, it can be concluded that the variable level of employee education does not affect employee performance. This is because the value of t count> t table (-2.240 <1.661) or significance <0.05 (0.029 <0.05) so the hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on community satisfaction in the Jayanti District office. Samples taken by researchers are 100 respondents from a total population of 60,091 inhabitants. For data collection in this study using a questionnaire.The analysis technique used to see the effect of service quality on community satisfaction in the Jayanti District office is a quantitative method that uses SPSS calculations.The results showed that there was a close relationship between service quality and community satisfaction as seen from the results of the coefficient obtained at 72.7%. Partially shows that the significant value for the effect of service quality on community satisfaction is 0.042 <0.05 and tcount 2.648> t table 1.665, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence between service quality and community satisfaction.
