Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is 1) to analyze the factors that are at the root of the problem in increasing quality of madrasa graduates, and 2) to find out strategies in improving the quality of graduates at MA Muhammadiyah 1 Plus Malang. The method used in this study is qualitative. This research was conducted at MA Muhammadiyah 1 Plus Malang. This research in collecting data using interview techniques, documentation studies and observations. The results of this study are 1) factors that cause the low quality of madrasah graduates, namely material, tools (facilities and infrastructure), learning methods, and man (human resources); and 2) The strategies formulated to improve the quality of graduates at the MA Muhammadiyah 1 Plus Malang are, providing training in making teaching materials and learning media, setting the time for appropriate learning and teaching activities, utilizing library space for learning, procuring and repairing damaged teaching aids, maximamizing madrasah?s  wifi usage, provision of teacher training to develop varied learning methods and according to student needs, provision of training on leisure hours guided by teachers who have mastered information technology, and provision of teacher training for the development of syllabi. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni 1) menganalisis faktor apa yang menjadi akar masalah dalam peningkatan mutu lulusan madrasah, dan 2) mengetahui strategi dalam peningkatan mutu lulusan di MA Muhammadiyah 1 Plus Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MA Muhammadiyah 1 Plus Malang. Penelitian ini dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil Penelitian ini yakni 1) Faktor penyebab rendahnya mutu lulusan madrasah yakni material, tools (sarana dan prasarana), metode pembelajaran, dan man (sumber daya manusia); dan 2) Strategi yang dirumuskan untuk peningkatan mutu lulusan di MA Muhammadiyah 1 Plus Malang adalah, pengadaan pelatihan pembuatan bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran, pengaturan waktu kegiatan belajar dan menjajar dengan tepat, pemanfaatan ruangan perpustakaan untuk pembelajaran, pengadaan dan perbaikan alat peraga yang rusak, pemaksimalan penggunaan wifi madrasah, pengadaan pelatihan guru untuk mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang variatif dan sesuai kebutuhan siswa, pengadaan pelatihan pada jam luang yang dipandu oleh guru yang sudah menguasai teknologi informasi, dan pengadaan pelatihan guru untuk pengembangan silabus. Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to describe the prospect policy, forecast future policy, and compile policy recommendations of the elimination of ?calistung? learning policies in the lower classes of elementary schools in Malang city. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. This study analyzed using the public policy prospective analysis theory from Dunn. This research in collecting data using interview techniques, and study reference. The key informant is the principal and additional informants namely the teacher and parents of students. The findings of the study are (1) The core of the substantive problem of policy is the problem of skills student and school curriculum; (2) The results of policy forecasting show the competitiveness of students towards ?calistung? is slow; and (3) Policy recommendations made by the education authorities should immediately formulate policy guidelines, and schools can get around the ?calistung? program by inserting on character building or educational games. Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan prospek kebijakan, meramalkan masa depan kebijakan, dan menyusun rekomendasi kebijakan penghapusan pembelajaran calistung pada kelas rendah sekolah dasar di kota Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalamĀ  penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis menggunakan teori analisis prospektif kebijakan publik dari Dunn. Penelitian ini dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, dan kajian kepustakaan. Key Informan yakni kepala sekolah dan informan tambahan yakni guru dan orang tua siswa. Temuan dari penelitianyakni (1) Inti permasalahan substantif kebijakan yaitu masalah kecakapan dan kurikulum sekolah; (2) Hasil peramalan kebijakan menunjukkan daya cakap siswa terhadap calistung lambat; dan (3) Rekomendasi kebijakan dilakukan dinas pendidikan seyogyanya segera menyusun panduan kebijakan, serta sekolah dapat menyiasati program calistung dengan menyisipkan pada pembinaan karakter atau permainan edukasi.

Abstract

Education currently occupies a very important position in human development. The quality of the Finnish educational system is interesting to study because its success has been recognized worldwide. This study provides an overview of the comparison of the education systems of the countries of Indonesia and Finnish. The method used in this study is literature study. The results of the study show several differences, (1) Indonesia's educational system is colored by many competitions while Finnish puts forward the principle of equality; (2) Indonesia has a system of failing a grade and student ranking, Finnish has?nt failing a grade and ranking system; (3) Indonesia load learning every week +/- 40 hours, Finnish lessons +/- 30 hours per week; (4) Indonesia learns a lot in class, Finnish puts forward problem solving methods; (5) Indonesia assignments almost become a routine agenda every face to face, Finnish does not burden students with a lot of tasks, (6) Indonesia minimum teacher qualifications D4, Finnish minimum teacher qualifications S2 (Master), (7) Indonesian qualifications students enter basic education for at least 6 years (5.5 years accompanied by written recommendations from professional psychologists), Finnish qualifications for students entering basic education for at least 7 years.

Abstract

The Education is a basic human need that is very important. The purpose of this study are (1) to know the commitment of the holy kalam Christian primary school principals in quality assurance, (2) to prepare the accreditation of the holy kalam Christian primary school, and the implementation and follow-up of the results of the accreditation of the holy kalam christian elementary school. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The findings in this study are (1) the form of commitment carried out by the principal in order to maintain quality is done in various ways including optimizing the performance of the school's internal quality assurance system team, (2) there are at least 3 aspects that are prepared in implementing school accreditation, namely aspects of facilities and infrastructure (sarpras), administration, and preparation for the implementation of visitation, and (3) follow-up to improve school quality, the results and accreditation recommendations obtained are taken into consideration by schools in the framework of making policies for improving school quality, as well as improving school facilities and infrastructure. technology-based to support education and learning activities in schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan sistem informasi manajemen (SIM) berbasis komputer yang ada di fakultas-fakultas lingkungan Universitas Negeri Malang (UM); (2) mengetahui keefektifan kinerja pegawai di fakultas-fakultas lingkungan UM; dan (3) mengetahui hubungan SIM berbasis komputer terhadap keefektifan kinerja pegawai di fakultas-fakultas di lingkungan UM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian bersifat deskriptif korelasional. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dengan responden pegawai di fakultas-fakultas lingkungan UM. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis deskriptif dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu; (1) tingkat pelaksanaan SIM berbasis komputer yang terdiri atas hardware, software, database, prosedur, jaringan telekomunikasi dan brainware di fakultas-fakultas lingkungan UM tergolong tinggi; (2) tingkat keefektifan kinerja pegawai yang terdiri atas kuantitas kerja, kualitas kerja, dan pemanfaatan waktu kerja di fakultas-fakultas lingkungan UM tergolong tinggi; dan (3) ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara SIM berbasis komputer dan keefektifan kinerja pegawai di fakultas-fakultas lingkungan UM.
