Abstract

Budaya akademik yang belum diterapkan sesuai dengan visi, misi dan tujuan madrasah diantaranya kedisiplinan peserta didik dan pendidik, pendidik yang merangkap jabatan di eksternal madrasah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap strategi manajerial madrasah dalam mengembangkan budaya akademik sesuai dengan visi dan misi lembaga. Metode penelitian yang menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif bertujuan untuk mengungkap fenomena yang terjadi di Madrasah Aliyah Muallimin Darussalam Sumedang, Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi wawancara dengan kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah tentang kurikulum dan pendidik, studi dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan budaya akademik madrasah dan observasi lingkungan madrasah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; pertama, visi dan misi dirumuskan sesuai dengan landasan nasional dan pedoman pendidikan; kedua, rencana strategis dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu pendek, sedang dan panjang; ketiga, pengembangan diri mencakup tiga jenis, yaitu konseling, ekstrakurikuler dan habituation; keempat, landasan penyusunan budaya organisasi yaitu sosial budaya, yuridis dan Islami; kelima, pengaturan operasional berdasarkan Islam, nasionalisme dan budaya.Budaya akademik

Abstract

The madrasah headmaster did not take the initiative to approach the teaching staff to find out the constraints experienced while teaching and was not yet too intensive in implementing the clinical approach to the teaching staff. This study aims to uncover the processes of academic supervision including; planning, implementing and follow up supervision results at Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam Sumedang. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation study. The results showed that; First, the implementation of academic supervision is carried out by compiling an academic supervision program and creating a supervision team that is given the task of making academic supervision goals and making an academic supervision schedule. Second, the implementation of academic supervision using approaches and supervision techniques; conduct class visits, observe the activities of teaching staff in teaching, observe the mastery of teaching staff towards teaching materials, conduct group discussions. Third, follow up on the results of academic supervision of teaching staff by discussing learning methods, the use and assessment techniques, the use of instructional media and the use of time in learning.

Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menguji nilai-nilai kontekstual dari pengelolaan fasilitas dan infrastruktur dari perspektif Al-Hadis dan Al Qur'an dalam hal komponen perencanaan, pemanfaatan, inventaris, dan pengawasan fasilitas dan infrastruktur. Jenis metode yang digunakan adalah metode interpretasi maudhu'i (tematik) yang mengumpulkan ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang memiliki satu tujuan yang bersama-sama membahas judul / topik / sektor tertentu dan mendisiplinkan mereka sedapat mungkin sesuai dengan periode penurunan harmoni dengan penyebab - karena penurunan. Hasil pertama, konteks pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dalam penafsiran surat kabar terkandung dalam penafsiran An-Nahl (16) ayat 68-69, yaitu memetakan konsep bangunan pembagian kerja dalam menyusun infrastruktur menjadi efektif dan tepat sasaran sehingga implementasinya sesuai dengan nilainya. Kedua, perencanaan interpretasi al-Hasyr (59) ayat 18 untuk setiap individu untuk merancang persiapan masa depan mereka sehingga apa yang akan dilakukan telah dirumuskan sebagai konsepsi realisasi kegiatan. Ketiga, pemanfaatan interpretasi An-Nahl (16) ayat 5-8 adalah agar setiap manusia dapat memaksimalkan setiap sumber daya potensial yang ada baik SDM maupun SDA seefektif dan seefisien mungkin sehingga potensi yang ada pada sumber daya tersebut dapat dimaksimalkan. Keempat, inventarisasi interpretasi atas surat Al-Baqarah (2) ayat 282 tentang urgensi pencatatan sebagai bukti konkret, faktual dan otentik dalam pelaporan sehingga dapat lebih mudah saat memeriksa dan menjadi data tekstual ketika ada pertanggungjawaban dari lembaga sekolah. Kelima, pengawasan interpretasi Al-Mujaadillah (58) ayat 7 surah adalah mutlak untuk menghindari penyimpangan baik dalam hal pelaporan, kinerja dan output.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of the performance of elementary school teachers in the Antapani subdistrict area of ​​Bandung in the face of the problem that the performance of teachers is not yet optimal, it can be seen in the average teacher performance data of 78%. In an effort to improve teacher performance through the Principal's leadership and teacher participation in Teacher Working Group activities. In this research the object of research is the Principal's Leadership (X1) and Teacher Working Group activities (X2) and Teacher Performance (Y). This research uses a quantitative approach while the method used is descriptive research method. The population in this study were 338 elementary school teachers in the Antapani district of Bandung, from 77 elementary schools, the sample in this study was 77 teachers using a proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data collection procedures are carried out by means of observation and questionnaire distribution. In simultaneous testing the level of influence of the Independent variable (Principal Leadership and Teacher Working Groups) on the dependent variable (Teacher Performance) has an influence. This is proven by the Adjusted R figure of 0.570a indicating that Teacher Performance has a relationship between Principal Leadership and Teacher Working Groups categorized as strong with a percentage of 57%, and Fcount> Ftable, which is 17,839> 3.12 with a significance level of 0,000 <0.05, Then Ho rejected means that there is a significant simultaneous effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable or it can be said that there is an influence of the Principal's Leadership and Teacher Working Groups on the Performance of Elementary School Teachers in the Antapani District of Bandung.

Abstract

The application of management functions in scout extracurricular activities in these three schools differs according to the policies of the madrasa head and the madrasa/school culture so that the output is different. This study aims to describe management functions in three madrasas/schools, starting from planning, organizing, actuating and controlling extracurricular. The research method used is qualitative. The results of the study indicate that (1) Planning includes activities to determine extracurricular goals, extracurricular goals, activities schedule and extracurricular coaches; (2) Organizing includes division of tasks, cooperation built with external parties and grouping of students; 3) Mobilization includes the implementation of extracurricular activities, participation of students and the assessment system of students; 4) Controlling is carried out with oral and written reporting.

Abstract

Some programs of Junior High School (SMP Muslimin 5 Kota bandung) were not implemented optimally because the position of teachers qualifications and competencies were not suitable for the mandate. In addition, double positions was unavoidable. This article aims to uncover the staffing process and the raising of double position phenomena in SMP Muslimini 5 Kota Bandung, West Java. The results showed that staffing had an impact on the raising of double positions. Double positions cannot be avoided because of the demands of fulfilling teaching hours, avoiding job vacancies and learning, inequality of competencies and potential teachers and the need for promotion and regeneration. Double or multiple positions have not optimized the potential SMP Muslimin 5 Bandung as an Islamic education institution (Islamic school). Positions related to the implementation of Islamic religious education have not attracted the interest of the teachers who wish to promote such as being the supervisor of the Madrasah Science Competition and Islamic religious extracurricular coaches.

Abstract

The success of pondok pesantren depends on the expertise, depth of knowledge, authority, managerial, and skills of the kiai as a Central figure in pesantren. This study aims to reveal the role, function, and leadership characteristics of scholars in the Pondok Pesantren Universal Al-Islami Bandung (PPMU) or Ma'had Universal Al-Islamy. This study uses qualitative methods through a case study approach with single-case design. The results of the study show that (1) the leadership role of kiai as an architecture, educator, manager, administrator, entrepreneur, climator, Agent of Social Control and Relationship is implemented in the agenda and internal program of pesantren institutions; (2) the leadership function is carried out by internalizing the vision and mission of the institution, the team building of pesantren human resources, the decision making organization and external control conflict of the pesantren through activities with the civitas, the entire pesantren community and around; (3) leadership characteristics that arise according to the implementation of its function roles are religious charismatic, intellectual, trustworthy and social humanist.

Abstract

Quality control in the management of education is faced with constraints of limited educational resources. Therefore we need an effort to control quality in the form of guarantees, so that all aspects related to education services provided are in accordance with or exceeding national education standards. This paper aims to describe the implementation of education quality assurance in Madrasah Aliyah An-Najiyah Bandung, including; implementation of madrasah quality assurance, quality implementation obstacles, and solutions in overcoming obstacles to implementing quality assurance in Madrasah aliyah An-Najiyah Bandung. This research uses a qualitative approach through descriptive methods. The data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and literature study. The results showed that; first, In terms of quality assurance in terms of the eight national education standards in Madrasah Aliyah An-Najiyah, Bandung, it is at a good standard level and even exceeds the minimum service standard so that it becomes a distinct advantage for this madrasa. High competitive power makes the process of implementing quality assurance more stringent. Second, the internal obstacle that arises is the absence of a special quality assurance institution internal to the institution that controls all aspects of quality assurance. Third, the solution to the obstacles that arise will be minimized if institutionally already built.

Abstract

Today the discussion of radicalism is often associated with Muslims. The pesantren as an Islamic educational institution is the foundation of the ummah to spread peace and introduce to Islamic brothers and sisters among the pesantren. This paper intends to offer ideas on efforts to increase the role of pesantren as a stronghold to counter the development of radical understanding and action in their environment. This idea was formulated based on three things: first, the philosophy and tradition of pesantren; second, facts found about the understanding that developed in pesantren and third, the analysis of the stages and factors that can make someone who has a radical understanding can be dragged into radical actions.

Abstract

Pada Seksi Pendidikan Madrasah Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia Kabupaten Sumedang terdapat 47 berkas arsip Ajuan Sertifikasi Guru 2018 yang belum tersusun rapi masih terpisah dalam berkas map sehingga pengelola kesulitan dalam mensortir serta mencari file yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pendaftaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap tata kelola kearsipan di Kementerian Agama Seksi Pendidikan Madrasah Kabupaten Sumedang, Indonesia. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa tata kelola penyimpanan arsip meliputi; pertama, penerimaan berkas ajuan sertifikasi guru; kedua, pencatatan melalui pendataan manual blangko pendaftaran; ketiga, penataan menggunakan map merah bagi guru madrasah aliyah, biru madrasah tsanawiyah dan hijau untuk madrasah ibtidaiyah; keempat, penyimpanan arsip dilakukan pada ruangan staf pendidikan madrasah secara terbuka.
