Abstract

This research aims to find out how the process of making hot asphalt mixtures (AC-WC) using grated mantup as a substitute for coarse aggression, and aims to find out how the influence of using grated mantras as hot asphalt mixture (AC-WC)This research method used is the exprimental trial and error method of Marshall testing methodology to analyze the properties of percent cavity in the mixture (VIM), percent cavity filled with asphalt (VFB), percent cavity between mineral aggregate (VMA), stability (Stability) , melt (Flow) and Marshall Quatient.The substitution of cricile variation is 0%, 25%, 50%, 100% of the coarse aggregate weight in this study indicating that the most ideal Marshall Properties value is calculated using the regression model equation with the highest index of determination where the index value of determination is obtained ( R2) = 1 for Marshall properties which is the highest is the substitution of gravel mantup 100% with Marshall parameters which includes: Stability 979.03 kg, VIM 97.71%, VMA 18.68%, VFWA 78.21%, Flow 3.13 mm , Marshall Question 316.46%. From these results the substitution of Krikil Mantup with a level of 100% meets the criteria in Indonesian national standards.

Abstract

Tujuan peneliantian Untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan tumbukan cangkang keong mas terdahap kuat tekan beton dan.Untuk mengetahui proses pengujian kuat tekan beton pada penamahan tumbukan cangkang keong masRancangan penelitian adalah proses pengumpulan dan analisis data penelitian. Medote Penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan dan melakukan penelitian. Untuk rancangan perencanaan diawali dengan observasi dan evaluasi  penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan telah dikenal, sampai pembentukan kerangka diperlukan bukti lebih lanjut. Dalam metode penelitian ini termasuk juga membuat eksperimen atau pengamatan, dan juga memiliki variabel pengukuran, teknik dan prosedur, pengumpulan data, analisis data telah mengumpulkan sempel, dan pelaporan hasil penelitian.Penelitian ini menggunakan bahan tambah tumbukan cangkang keong mas terhadap yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tumbukan cangkang keong mas terhadap kuat tekan beton dengan variasi  persentase 2%, 4%, dan 6% dari berat semen. Hasil dari data tumbukan cangkang keong mas pada campuran beton dengan variasi penambahan 2% (15,423), 4% (17,59), dan 6% (19,276), dimana nilai kuat tekan tertinggi didapat pada penambahan tumbukan cangkang keong mas 6% yaitu 19,276 Mpa, sedangkan nilai terendah terdapat pada penambahan tumbukan cangkang keong mas 2% yaitu 15,423 Mpa.

Abstract

Asphalt concrete wearing course as a wear layer in highway pavement layer, Is the top layer in flexible pavement. In this research will be discussed on the use of Portland cement filler as a reference to compare filler replacement with fly ash and powdered brick with 100% fly ash, 100% powdered brick and 50% fly ash: 50% powder brick. The first step after the aggregate testing, the asphalt and filler material to be used, followed by the manufacture of the specimen with the specified asphalt content. After obtaining the optimum asphalt content for each different filler variation, a Marshall test was performed to obtain flow stability and density values. In this research we get the optimum asphalt content value of 5,5% for each specimen. The result of this research mixed with good quality using 100% Portland cement filler stability value of 112.19 kg and the lowest using filler 100% fly ash but the result still meet the specifications of clan. While the MQ value with 100% filler of brick powder under specification of Bina Marga is 213. So it can be concluded that a good filler for asphalt concrete wearing course mixture is with Portland cement.Keywords: Filler, Fly Ash, Brick Powder, Asphalt AC-WC

Abstract

The operation of commuter trains is preferred for the middle to lower class. But in fact the prospective commuter train passenger complains of comfort in this case relating to the number of seats and standing places available. The discussion in this final project is to analyze the comfort of the seats and stands that have been set, to analyze the capacity of operational vehicle KA commuter Surabaya-Lamongan, to answer the problem then conducted research on KA commuter and related institution. from the result of analysis got value of seat comfrot (r) = 0,4 m2 / space and standing comfrot value (?) = 0,87mm2 / space the total capacity of one set of KA commuter (Cv) trains is 312 passengers while, the total seating capacity for a series of KA commuter is 248 passengers. Average load facor (lf) is 0,51.Keywords: Commuter Train, Performance, capacity, comfort level

Abstract

Laston is a mixture of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, and filler with a binder under the temperature of 145-155oC with the composition being studied and regulated by technical specifications. Laston is also known as AC (Asphalt Concrete).Laston itself is commonly used in Indonesia with continuous gradations used for heavy traffic loads. To get the addictive material is not easy and the material is expensive. Therefore, it is necessary to find alternatives to the cellulose fiber. Water hyacinth is a water weed that once grow and develop, it has high cellulose fiber content, which is about 60%.For that, done a research to add a hot asphalt mixture material that aims to improve the quality of mixed result. The selected material is natural water hyacinth. The method used is trial and error with reference of SNI 03-1737-1989. Variations used are 3%, 5%, and 7% of the asphalt weight, asphalt level used Is 5.61%.The result of this study is Marshall evaluation where the greatest score obtained for stability is 1325 kg,  Flow is 3.73 mm, Quotient Marshall is 401.02 kg/mm, VMA is 66.30%, VFWA is 19.25%, and VIM score is 54.35 %. With this result, the asphalt mixture can not be used because the results of VMA, VFWA, and VIM have not been suitable on specification of SNI 03-1737-1989.  Keywords: Laston, Asphalt Concrete, Water Hyacinth, SNI 03-1737-1989.

Abstract

embangunan dewasa ini memang sudah sangat pesat lajunya. Baik itu segi pembangunan fisik (perawatan) atapun pembangunan pengembangan daerah kawasan. Banyak factor yang mempengahruhi dalam suatau pembangunan. Mulai dari material. Kondisi lapangan, ataupun dari tenaga kerja. Dengan semakin pesatnya laju modern yang tidak terbendung. Maka pemabangunan yang berkualitas sangat di butuhkan saat ini. suatu bangunan yang berkualitas di dapat dari perencanaan yang sangat matang d an baik. Termasuk dari segi perhitungan biaya. Saat ini perhitungan biaya sudah memiliki pakem yang cukup baik. Semisal SNI. Ataupun BOW. Namun itu semua penulis rasa masih belum cukup untuk menjadi suatu acuan dalam pembangunan. Untuk mendapatkan suatu perhitungan yang baik maka butuh pehitungan dan analisa lapangan ( Rill Cost ). Dalam penulisan skirpsi ini. penulis menganalisa suatu system perhitungan yaitu BOW dan Rill Lapangan. Manakah yang lebih relevan dalam penggunaannya saat ini. penulis menganalisa melalui nilai nilai koefisien dari setiap item pekerjaan yang ada. Dari setiap koefisien yang ada akan di kalikan dengan nilai-nilai material, upah tenaga kerja, dan nilai alat jika di butuhkan. Sehingga, bisa di dapatkan nilai suatu perhitungan biaya yang baik. Dan akurat sesuai yang di butuhkan

Abstract

Rice husk is the waste from the rice mill has a dominant silica content that is equal to 93% and almost the same content of silica contained in the microsilica manufactured. By its nature when mixed into the concrete mix will improve the characteristics of concrete. In this research, rice husk ash was added to the concrete mixture of Fc 'K-175 Kg / cm2 with a variation of 0%, 8%, 10%, and 12% husk ash ash taken based on the weight of cement. This research aims to determine the value of concrete compressive strength achieved from rice husk ash mixture in K-175 Kg / cm2 concrete. Concrete mortar design using ASTM method. Test specimens were made for each addition of the percentage of husk ash is as much as 3 samples, with cylinder mold size 15 cm diameter with height 30 cm. Based on Table 4:22 in the results obtained that there is a decrease in strength on each addition of ash rice husk level. It is known that the normal compressive strength of 28 days old concrete is 226,47 kg / m2 and the lowest compressive strength is in the addition of rice husk ash 12% age 28 day that is 129,41 kg / m2
