Abstract

Th? r?s?arch was conduct?d by m?ans of distributing qu?stionnair? to 60 r?spond?nts of ?mploy??s in th? Dir?ctorat? of G?n?ral Affairs & Human R?sourc? Division, Dir?ctor of Financ?, Dir?ctor of Mark?ting and Dir?ctorat? of T?chniqu? of PT Tlatah G?ma Anugrah. Th?n, th? data was analyz?d using doubl? r?gr?ssion analysis with F and t t?st. From th? analysis r?sult, it can b? conclud?d that th? practic? of car??r d?v?lopm?nt which includ?s organizational r?ward, car??r d?v?lopm?nt and sup?rvisory support has simultan?ously and partially n?gativ? significant influ?nc? to th? turnov?r int?ntion. Th? high?r th? variabl? of organizational r?ward, car??r d?v?lopm?nt and sup?rvisory support, it will simultan?ously and partially low?r th? turnov?r int?ntion. Variabl? influ?nc? organizational r?ward to turnov?r int?ntion of 26.9 % , whil? variabl? influ?nc? car??r d?v?lopm?nt to turnov?r int?ntion of 38.4 % , and variabl? influ?nc? sup?rvisory support to turnov?r int?ntion of 25.5 %. Th? proportion or contribution of variabl?s of organizational r?ward, car??r d?v?lopm?nt and sup?rvisory support has simultan?ously significant influ?nc? to th? turnov?r int?ntion of 48.9% whil? th? r?maining 51.1% is influ?nc?d by oth?r variabl?s. S?lanjutnya, data dianalisis d?ngan analisis r?gr?si b?rganda d?ngan uji signifikan F dan t. Dari hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa praktik p?ng?mbangan karir yang m?liputi p?nghargaan organisasi, p?ng?mbangan karir dan dukungan sup?rvisi s?cara simultan maupun parsial b?rp?ngaruh n?gatif signifikan t?rhadap turnov?r int?ntion. S?makin tinggi variab?l p?nghargaan organisasi, p?ng?mbangan karir dan dukungan sup?rvisi s?cara simultan maupun parsial akan m?nurunkan variab?l turnov?r int?ntion. P?ngaruh variab?l p?nghargaan organisasi t?rhadap turnov?r int?ntion s?b?sar 26.9%, s?dangkan p?ngaruh variab?l p?ng?mbangan karir t?rhadap turnov?r int?ntion s?b?sar 38.4%, dan p?ngaruh variab?l dukungan sup?rvisi t?rhadap turnov?r int?ntion s?b?sar 25.5%. B?sarnya proporsi atau sumbangan variab?l p?nghargaan organisasi, p?ng?mbangan karir dan dukungan sup?rvisi s?cara simultan b?rp?ngaruh signifikan t?rhadap turnov?r int?ntion s?b?sar 48.9% s?dangkan sisanya 51.1% dip?ngaruhi ol?h variabl? lain.
