Abstract

The aim of this research is to test the impact risk and trust variable toward behavior with attitude of android mobile application user as mediating variable. Total sample that used in this research 100 respondent. Base on test, instrument that used in this research are valid and reliable. This research used Component Based SEM (Partial Least Square) as method analysis. The output from this research are: (1) Trust and attitude are mediating variable in relations between risk toward attitude and behavior; (2) Risk as attitude form factor and people attitude to use android mobile applications; (3) Risk had negative relations with trust and attitude, as high risk perceived will reduce trust toward applications and attitude; (4) Trust had positive relations toward attitude and attitude had positive relations toward behavior in used android mobile applications.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Keutamaan Etika BisnisTerhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Rumah Makan Pempek Di Palembang  merupakan studi perilaku wirausahawan di Palembang dalam memberikan kepuasan bagi pelanggannya. Tujuan penelitian untuk membuktikan adanya pengaruh empat keutamaan Etika Bisnis yaitu kejujuran, fairness, kepercayaan, dan keuletan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan rumah makan pempek di Palembang. Penelitian ini akan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai keberhasilan usaha wirausahawan Rumah Makan Pempek dengan mengidentifikasi pengaruh dari karakteristik, sikap, dan keterampilan seorang wirausahawan Rumah Makan Pempek. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi Cross-Sectional denganmenggunakan teknik survey.  Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah denganmenyebarkan kuesioner berskala Likert 5. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode is data Partial Least Square.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Rumah Makan Pempek yang berdomisili di kota Palembang. Hasil is data untuk outter model diperoleh nilai composite reliability (CR) dan AVE diatas 0,5 sedangkan untuk inner model diperoleh hasil R2 = 0,507 ; APC = 0,001 ; ARS = 0,001 ; AARS = 0,001 ; AVIF = 1,46 ; GoF = 0,555 ; SPR = 0,875 ; RSCR = 0,98 ; SSR = 1  dan NLBCRD = 1. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor kejujuran berpengaruh secara positif dan sifnifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan rumah makan pempek di palembang.

Abstract

A study entitled ?The Influence of Characteristics, Attitude and Skill of Pempek Entrepreneurs in Palembang toward Successful Business Achievement? is an entrepreneurship study related to the influencing factors of  succesful business achievement of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang.  This purpose of this study is to find out whether or not the entrepreneurs? characteristics, attitude and skill factors affect the succesful business achievement. Sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple regression analysis. The t-test of SPSS calculation implied that the significant value  of characteristics was 0.709, attitude was 0.213 and entrepreneurship skill was 0.287 (less than 0.05). Therefore, the results of the study implied that there was no correlation between characteristics, attitude and entrepreneurship skill of pempek entrepreneurs in Palembang toward succesful business achievement.

Abstract

This research is aimed to survey the influence of service marketing mix to students?decisions in choosing STIE Musi. Questionnaire is used as the research instrument to obtain primary data, which has been tested through the validity and reliability test. Purposive sampling method was used in selecting the sample. The criteria was only those who were from academic year of 2010/2011 until 2012/2013. The number of samples was calculated by using the calculation of the opinion Slovin. The data were analyzed quantitatively by using mutliple linear regression in SPSS data processor. The percentage tabulation is used for descriptive analysis. Furthermore, data were also analyzed qualitatively through references from the literature, previous research journals, as well as other supporting literature relating to the service marketing mix activities and decision making. The results showed that the F test obtained calculated F value of 11.24 with a probability of 0.000 was smaller than 0.05. The regression model predicted the seven service marketing variables, namely services marketing: product, pricing, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence which simultaneously influenced student?s decision in choosing STIE Musi. Meanwhile, the T-test implied that the variables of people, process and physical evidence were significant at 0.05.

Abstract

The research entitled "Perceptions Differences of Accounting Student and Management Study Program on Quality of Education Services at Catholic University of Musi Charitas Palembang is a study of consumer behavior regarding the perception of the five dimensions of education quality including reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence from the university that he is chosen. The purpose of the study is to prove whether there is a difference in the perception of education quality from the students in Management and Accounting Study Program at the Catholic University of Musi Charitas. The type of research used is case study by using survey technique. Data collection techniques used is to spread the 5-point Likert questionnaire that is from Very disagree until Strongly agree. Population in this research is active student, Batch 2015/2016 until Batch 2016/2017 Management and Accounting Study Program Catholic University of Musi Charitas Palembang. Sampling technique used non probability sampling that is purposive sampling. Based on the results of the differences test using the Mann-Whitney test proved that the perception of students of Accounting Study Program on the quality of education in Unika Musi Charitas (Mdn = 2143) in general it is difference significantly with the students perception of Management Study Program  on the quality of education in Catholic University of Musi Charitas (Mdn = 2907) with significance 0.008 <0.05 (Ho is rejected). If it is seen from each variable,  then reliability, responsiveness, and guarantee prove the difference of perception between student of Accounting  and Management Study Program. While the variable of empathy and physical evidence do not prove the difference of perception between student of Accounting and Management Study Program.

Abstract

This public service activity was executedto generate the excitement of housewifes to improve the household economics condition. It is believed that everyone was their own strength for instance the ability in cooking, making crafts, gardening, and so on. But many people do not realize that those could be developed to reach better life. The method is in the form of counselling about the importance of housewif?s role in improving the household economic condition, skills, followed by training in designing appropriate business in accordance with their capabilities and skills. It includes the examples of creative products that can be practiced by housewifesbased on their talent and interests.
