Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the dynamics of SD IT AR-Rahman Palangki, District IV Nagari, Sijunjung District. To analyze this research the researcher used Talcott Parsons's theory of functional structural, especially in the AGIL scheme, namely adaptation (A), goal (G), Integration (I), latency (L). This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of instrumental case study. The informant selection technique in this study is purposive sampling, meaning that the researcher uses certain criteria in selecting informants. In this study researchers used observations, interviews, and documentation studies to collect data. Data analysis techniques used in this study were data analysis by Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the dynamics experienced by SD IT Ar-Rahman Palangki in the form of growth, development, and adaptation of SD IT Ar-Rahman Palangki with its environment in order to survive or achieve balance. The growth, development, and adaptation experienced by SD IT Ar-Rahman Palangki cannot be separated from the support or intervention of some Palangki community leaders.
