Abstract

The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. The intellectual abilities, performance promotion and the performance of insurance agents is excellent. 2. The results of regression analysis is ? = 10,850 + 0,494X1 + 0,418X2, means that intellectual abilities and performance promotion has a positive effect to job satisfaction insurance agents. 3. The results of the analysis correlations is r = 0,761, means that there is moderately high and positive between intellectual abilities, performance promotion and job satisfaction insurance agents. The results of determination is r square = 0,579, means that the level of job satisfaction insurance agents can be explained by intellectual abilities and performance promotion as big as 57,9%. As for the suggestion from the results of this research are: 1. To enchance the intellectual abilities more seriously insurance agent to understand the training, monday morning motivation (M3), business opportunity product (BOP) about insurance and understand the new insurance products. 2. To further enchance the performance promotion of the insurance agent should more seriously to following the seminar, training, offering insurance products with a variety of innovations, so that prospective clients interested ini having an insurance policy with such production targets are achived impact insurance agent job satisfaction optimization

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: 1. To determine the description of advertising, sales promotion of purchasing consumer decisions online shopping Lazada (study case on the college student for management program bachelor semester 6th). 2. To determine the influence of advertising and sales promotion of the purchasing costumer decision online shopping Lazada (study case on the college student for management program bachelor semester 6th at STIE Sultan Agung).The result of this study can be summarized a follows: 1. Ads are good, sales promotion are high and the decision is good. 2. The result of multiple linear regression analysis show that there is a positive influence between advertising and sales promotion on purchasing consumer decision. 3. The result of the analysis of the correlation coefficients obtain are high and positive relationship between advertising and sales promotion to consumer purchasing decision. Then viewed from the coefficient of determination shows whether or not a consumer purchase decision can be explained by advertising and sales promotion while the rest is influenced by other variables.4. Abstract

The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of price and quality of service to customer satisfaction at Bengkel Zul Keluarga Jaya. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. The population is employees of Bengkel Zul Keluarga Jaya amounting to 30 customers. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method.                Results of analysis of multiple linear regression is ? = 3.629 + 0.386 X1 + 0.299 X2 means there is a positive influence between price and quality of service to customer satisfaction. The strength of the relationship of the three variables is very strong, ie r = 0.826. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low customer satisfaction 46.6%, and the remaining 53.4% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors to get the conclusion that the price and quality of service applied Bengkel Zul Keluarga Jaya positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result Fhitung (11,802)> Ftabel (3,35) with significance level 0,000 <alpha 0,05

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to examine and analyze 1. The Description of distribution costs, personal selling costs, and sales at Keramika Pematangsiantar Era Store. 2. The role of distribution cost and personal selling costs on sales the Pematangsiantar Era Keramika Store both simultaneously and partially.Based on the results of the analysis through the trend formlula for 1. Distribution cost, it can be interpreted that the distribution cost are interpreted that the distribution costs are positively proportional to sales, where when X is raised one unit is predicted to increase sales. The trend for 2. Personal selling costs, it means that the costs of personal selling is positively proportional to sales, where when X is raised one unit is predicted to increase sales. 3. Sales trend, it means that sales experience a monthly increase of 197.368,42. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran profitabilitas yang diukur dengan return on equity (ROE), mengetahui gambaran nilai perusahaan dengan market to book ratio (MBR) dan mengetahui besar pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor aneka industri yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang diperoleh dari idx statistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan bantuan SPPS 17.0. Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan sektor aneka industri yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2012. Profitabilitas merupakan variabel independen dan nilai perusahaan merupakan variabel dependennya. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat profitabilitas yang diproksikan oleh return on equity yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan sektor aneka industri yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia adalah sebesar 13,47%, sementara rata-rata nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan oleh market to book ratio pada perusahaan sektor aneka industri yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia adalah sebesar 1,002040. Hal ini berarti profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Employees declare good work discipline, leadership style and employee performance is categorized well. 2. Regression analysis result ? = 19,070 + 0,280 X1 + 0,447X2, meaning there is positive influence between work discipline (X1) and leadership style (X2) on employee performance (Y). 3. Correlation analysis results obtained r value = 0,787, meaning there is moderately and positive correlation between work discipline variables and leadership style with employee performance. Whether or not the performance of employees can be explained coefficient of determination by work discipline and leadership style can be 61,9%. 4. H0 Hypothesis rejected, meaning that work discipline and leadership style have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT Capella Medan Branch Pematangsiantar.            As for suggestion of this research is to increase the influence of work discipline, hence company have to increase sanction firmly to employees who violate with work discipline regulation which have been applied company. To realize an effective and balanced leadership style, leaders should be able to make their own decisions, and be able to use a good leadership style in accordance with authority as a leader. To improve employee performance that is by giving appeal and training to employees to create the ability to cooperate between leaders, co-workers can run more optimally

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the description of competency, work performance and promotion in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) Tirtauli Branch I Pematangsiantar. 2) To find out the effect of competency and work performance on promotion in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) Tirtauli Branch I Pematangsiantar both simultaneously and partially.             The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) Competence, work performance and promotion are good. 2) The results of the regression analysis are ? = 3.943 + 0.770X1 + 0.345X2 meaning that competency and work performance have a positive and significant effect on job promotion. 3) The results of the correlation analysis obtained nilair = 0.787, meaning that there is a strong and positive relationship between competence and work performance with promotion. 4) Obtained the coefficient of determination R = 0.619 means that the high and low of promotion can be explained by competence and work performance by 39.0%. 5) The research hypothesis H0 is rejected, meaning that competence and work performance have a positive and significant effect on job promotion in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) Tirtauli Branch I Pematangsiantar both simultaneously and partially. Keywords: Competence, Job Performance, and Job Promotion

Abstract

The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Motivation, job satisfaction and employee work discipline is good. 2. Regression analysis results are ? = 17,600 + 1.086X1 + 1.028X2, meaning motivation and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee work discipline. 3. Correlation analysis results obtained obtained value r = 0.883, meaning there is a high and positive correlation between motivation and job satisfaction with employee work discipline. The high level of work discipline can be explained by motivation and job satisfaction of 77.9%. 4. H0 Hypothesis rejected, meaning motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of the Land Office employee of Simalungun Regency either simultaneously or partially.The suggestions of this research are: To increase the motivation of the leader should give confidence to the employees in completing the task given to him so that employees feel confident in working. To improve the job satisfaction of the leader should give attention, compensation, and career development well in accordance with the needs of the employee so that every job given the leadership can be done with a good attitude and satisfaction in the work continues to increase. To improve employee work discipline, agencies should act decisively in enforcing sanctions according to the rules that have been listed with the maximum and consistent, so that employees are aware and more disciplined themselves

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1. To find out the description of quality control and the products quality produced at CV Bina Tehnik Pematangsiantar. 2. To find out the implementation of quality control to improve the products quality produced at CV Bina Tehnik Pematangsiantar.The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1. The process of quality control in the production process applied by CV Bina Tehnik Pematangsiantar is not optimal. 2. The aesthetic and conformance dimensions of the product quality produced by CV Bina Tehnik Pematangsiantar are not optimal. 3. From the results of the histogram, irregularities or discrepancies found at the end of the QC or inspection of the final product / finished product are dominated almost 80% by 2 (two) types of non-conformity, namely the state of paint / color and the function of lights and hoses. 4. Abstract

The results can be summarized as follows: 1. Quality of service, price, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is good. 2. There is influence of service quality and price to customer satisfaction in prove ?Z  = 5,885 + 0,523X1 + 0,661X2. The effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty is proved ? = 6,197 + 0,663Z. 3. Quality of service and price have high and positive correlation with customer satisfaction in prove with value r = 0,858, and determination value equal to 26,4%. Customer satisfaction has high moderately and positive correlation with customer loyalty in the prove with the value of r = 0.763, and the value of determination of 41,7%. 4. Hypothesis test results stated H0 rejected means the quality of service and price have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as intervening variable.             The suggestions of this research are: 1. To improve the quality of service, A&A Copier Pematangsiantar shop employees should be able to handle customer complaints optimally, friendly to customers and able to communicate and serve customers well. 2. To optimize prices, to provide discounts to customers who have been copying more than one ream of paper and providing credit cards as a means of payment transactions. 3. For customer satisfaction, improve the results of photocopy so as not to blurred and bilge a more tidy. 4. To improve customer loyalty, pay attention to customer needs, help operate the computer, provide information about the products to be purchased by customers, and give the gift evenly.
