Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategies of Islamic Religious and Character Education teachers as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in developing students' social attitude competencies (descriptive study of 2013 curriculum) in Benai 1 High School. Based on the results of data collection by means of observation, interviews and documentation, then the data is analyzed by Data Reduction (data reduction) Presentation of data (data display), Verification (Conclusing Drawing) in the form of concluding sentences. From this research, it can be concluded that the strategy of Islamic Religious Education teachers develop students' social attitude competency (descriptive curriculum study in 2013) at SMA Negeri 1 Benai more by giving examples and giving advice. Giving an example is to always come to school on time, throwing trash in its place and in the form of advice is an invitation or suggestion that students are invited to obey school rules, do not cheat when the test is held, the teacher gives students the responsibility by collecting assignments on time. Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of a comparative analysis of learning achievement in Islamic religion subjects between students who live in dormitories and students who live at home. What are the learning patterns and understanding of students who live in the dorms and live at home. How does coaching student learning take place in the hostel, is there a significant influence of student learning environment on learning achievement in religious lessons in class XI PA MA. Bahrul Ulum Air Emas. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with random sampling technique. The instruments used were observation, interview and questionnaire with Likert scale questionnaire. From the results of the study conducted a comparative analysis of the learning achievements of students living in dormitories and those living at home in religious subjects in class XI IPA Madrasa Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Air Emas on the cognitive domain (cognitive) sub-variables obtained where for students who live in boarding for 85.16% with a very high category and students living at home a of 54.17% with a high category, it can be stated that student achievement in the realm of creativity is higher for students who live in a dormitory than students who live at home with a percentage difference of 30.99 %. then in the sense domain sub-variable (affective), it was found that students living in the dormitory had a cognitive domain percentage of 83.93% with a very high category and students living at home had a cognitive domain percentage of 53.97% with a high category, it could be stated that student achievement at the realm of sense was higher students living in the dorms than students living at home with a percentage difference of 29.96%. Furthermore, the sub-variable of the intention domain (psychomotor) was obtained by students who lived in the dormitory the percentage of cognitive domain was 85.16% with a very high category and students who live at home the percentage of cognitive domain is 53.68% with a high category, it can be stated that student achievement in the realm of sense is higher for students who live in a dormitory than students who live at home with a percentage difference of 31.48%. Thus it can be stated that there is a significant difference between the learning achievements of students who live in dormitories and those who live at home in religious subjects in class XI IPA Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Air Emas. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of PAI teachers in overcoming learning difficulties of students at SDN 006 Setiang, Pucuk Rantau District, Kuantan Singingi Regency and the factors that influence it. Data collected in the form of numbers or quantitative data, is enough to use descriptive analysis and visual presentations. The results of this study The role of PAI teachers in overcoming student learning difficulties in 006 Setiang Elementary School in Pucuk Rantau Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi District is categorized as "Poor" with a percentage of 43.90%. Factors influencing the role of Islamic PAI teachers (PAI) in overcoming student learning difficulties in SDN 006 Setiang, including the influence of the PAI teacher's educational background, there is still a lack of the Principal's role in providing input to PAI teachers, specifically relating to ways to overcome student learning difficulties, still lack of knowledge about theories to overcome student learning difficulties possessed by PAI teachers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers on learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS 1 in SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Toar and to find out the factors that influence social competence on learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS I in SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Toar Gunung Toar District. Based on observations made at SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Toar showed several symptoms as follows: 1) Lack of communication between teachers and students of class XI IPS 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Toar. 2) Between teachers and students not getting along effectively in class XI IPS 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Toar. 3) Lack of mutual respect between teachers and students in class XI IPS 1 in state high schools. 4) Lack of mutual openness and trust between teachers and students of class XI IPS 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Toar. 5) Students do not pay attention to the teacher explaining and tend to daydream. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. In processing data using simple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS. Based on the percentage achieved in this study it can be seen that the social competence of PAI Class XI IPS 1 teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Toar, Gunung Toar District contributed significantly. The regression equation is Y = 21,308 + 1,494X. The equation shows that the value of the teacher's social competency coefficient is 1.494, which means that if the teacher's social competency increases by one unit, the learning outcomes will increase by 1.494 units. After knowing the influence between the two variables, then proceed with finding the coefficient of determination, to find out how much the social competence of teachers contributes to learning outcomes. Thus, the magnitude of the effect of the social competence of teachers on learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS 1 in SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Toar, Gunung Toar District is 26.5%, which means it has an influence while 73.5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Teacher personality in teach directly or indicertly will have on motivation student learning both positive and negative. If teachers personality competencies has been mastered by the teachers so a teacher can motivation students in the learning process. But in reality teachers who have good personality competence have not been ablebto build student motivation in MTs PONPES Nurul Islam Kampung Baru Toar, from the results pre reseach wherebthe teacher already has good personality competencies but students learning motivation is still low. Then research has done research in MTs PONPES Nurul Islam Kampung Baru Toar to see how the teacher personal competence correlates with student motivation. Research conducted is quantitative research with make korelasi and product moment . Research us observation, teachniques, interview, questionnaires and documentation.From this study incan be concluded that the relationship between teacher?s personality competence and student motivation of 0,6 with ? enough categories  which influences the teacher?s personal competence and students motivation is sometimes the teacher is not able to create a fun an happy classroom atmosphere, mos students have not been able to solve difficult questions, not ready to accept learning to be taught and enthusiasm in the learning process.
