Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi pengawas, pengalamanpendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) guru terhadap kompetensi profesional dan kompetensisosial guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Sikur.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatifdengan pendekatan ex-post facto.Populasi dalam penelitian adalah semua guru SMP Negeridi Kecamatan Sikur yang berjumlah 156 orang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 111 orangditentukan menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling. Data dikumpulkan denganangket.Analisis dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa; 1) terdapat pengaruh supervisi pengawas terhadap kompetensi profesional guru,2)terdapat pengaruh pengalaman pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) guru terhadap kompetensiprofesional guru, 3) terdapat pengaruh supervisi pengawas terhadap kompetensi sosial guru,4) terdapat pengaruh pengalaman pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) guru terhadap kompetensisosial guru, 5) terdapat pengaruh supervisi pengawas, pengalaman pendidikan dan pelatihan(diklat) guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kompetensi profesional guru, 6) terdapatpengaruh supervisi pengawas, pengalaman pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) guru secarabersama-sama terhadap kompetensi sosial guru.Kata kunci: Supervisi Pengawas, Pengalaman Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat),Kompetensi Profesional, Kompetensi Sosial.ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to know and determine the influence of the supervision ofsupervisor, education and training experience (training) to the professional competence andsocial competence of Junior High School teachers in District Sikur. This research is aquantitative approach to ex-post facto. The population in this research 156 all of Junior HighSchool teachers in District Sikur. These samples included 111 people are determined usingproportionate random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire. The analysisin this research is regression analysis. The results show that; 1) there is the influencesupervision of supervisor to the professional competence of teachers, 2) there is influenceofeducational experience and training (training) of teacher to the professional competence ofteachers, 3) there is the influence supervision of supervisor to the social competence ofteachers,4)there is the influenceof educational experience and training (training)of teacher tothe social competence of teachers, 5) there is the influence supervisionof supervisor,educational experience and training (training) of teacher together to the professionalcompetence of teachers, 6) there is the influence supervision ofsupervisior, education andtraining experience (training) of teacher together against to the social competence of teachers.Keywords:Supervision of Supervisors, Experience Education and Training (Training),Professional Competence, Social Competence.
