Abstract

Di Kota Madiun terjadi gugatan/sengketa atas sebidang tanah SHM No. 1814/Kejuron Surat Ukur No. 109/Kejuron/2001 tertanggal 29 Oktober 2001 atas nama para Penggugat. Berdasarkan putusan MA-RI No. 2308 K/PDT/2004 tertanggal 26 Oktober 2005, keputusan ini  tidak dapat dipergunakan sebagai alat untuk membatalkan sertipikat pengganti atas nama para Penggugat menjadi atas nama pemilik semula Ny. X. Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menganalisis proses pelaksanaan pembatalan sertipikat pengganti dan untuk mengkaji kekuatan hukum putusan Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan yuridis normative gramatikal dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptis analitis. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan studi pustaka (library research). Data yang diperoleh diteliti, diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembatalan sertipikat pengganti yang diajukan pada kantor pertanahan tersebut tidak dapat dilaksanakan dengan alasan dalam putusan yang telah berkekuatan hukum tersebut amarnya tidak memerintahkan kantor pertanahan untuk membatalkan sertipikat pengganti. Saran: Perlu adanya reformasi birokrasi Badan Pertahanan Nasional secara nyata dan perlu peningkatan kwalitas sumber daya manusianya sehingga dapat menjalankan pelayanan publik dan menerapkan asas-asas umum pemerintahan umum yang baik demi kepastian hukum masyarakat yang  membutuhkan bukti sertipikat hak milik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh model pembelajaran Learning Cycle-7E  yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dan menuntaskan hasil belajar siswa SMPN 21 Semarang terhadap matapelajaran IPA. Penelitian PTK ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Siklus pertama belum menunjukkan peningkatan yang maksimum. Aktivitas bertanya kepada guru, keseriusan melaksanakan tugas, dan persiapan dalam mengikuti pelajaran masih pada kategori sedang. Ketuntasan belajar secara individual dan klasikal belum memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan. Oleh sebab itu, aktivitas ini menjadi fokus perbaikan pada siklus berikutnya. Hasil pada siklus ke-dua menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Kemampuan berpikir kritis telah tumbuh, aktivitas bertanya pada guru dan keseriusan dalam melaksanakan tugas meningkat pada kategori tinggi. Ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 79%, melebihi kriteria keberhasilan tindakan yang ditetapkan pada penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 75%. Hal ini berarti bahwa model pembelajaran Learning Cycle-7E dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, tanpa mengganggu hasil belajar kognitifnya. This research aimed to increase the students’ critical thinking by designing Learning Cycle- 7E which is suitable with the criteria set out in SJHS 21 Semarang. Thisclassroom action research was carried out in two cycles. In cycle-I, the students’ critical thinking was growing but not maximum, their activity during learning process was in medium category. That is why there were several aspects of students’ activity that need to be investigated. They were the students’courage to ask the teacher, their seriousness to do the assignments, and their readiness to learn as well as to prepare a question prior learning. The students’ average cognitive learning outcomes and the classical learning outcomes were not very satisfied. The result of the cycle-II showed a significant improvements. The students’ critical thinking was growing. The students’ activity  learning process was in high level. Activity aspects which improve in cycle-II were the students’ willing to ask the teacher and seriousness in doing the task. The average of cognitive learning outcames has obtained the determined criteria and the cognitive classical mastery outcomes reached 79% which was higher than the one determined for the class, 75%. In the other hand, the students’ activity and critical thinking still develop without reduction in students’ cognitive ability

Abstract

Learning the art, especially the art of dancing in the kindergarten (TK), until recently, is generally done conventionally. Teachers give examples of motions then were followed by the students, and later accompanied with music. Such activity is repeated. Learning to dance, as a matter of fact, when packaged with media, besides has optimum result; fun learning can also be obtained. Less attractive of media packaging is indicated by the various educational background of the teachers. There are only a few who really possess kindergarten educational fields. Consequently, those who have just started teaching own very little special provision relating to learning in kindergarten. It is not surprising that there are deficiencies and limitations of knowledge, skills, and creativity of teachers in utilizing the media as a means of learning in kindergarten, more specifically learning dance.Kata kunci :   pemanfaatan, media, pembelajaran , taman kanak- kanak.

Abstract

Indonesia mempunyai banyak objek wisata baik wisata budaya, wisata buatan manusia, ataupun wisata alam. Peluang Indonesia untuk menjadi pemasok turis terbesar di ASEAN bahkan ASIA masih terbuka lebar karena Indonesia memiliki kemajemukan tradisi dan budaya, serta peninggalan sejarah dan purbakala yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi objek wisata minat khusus. Keutamaan dan nilai positif pengemasan kesenian tradisional baik berupa tari, musik, batik, ataupun kerajinan tangan, di samping merupakan upaya-upaya pelestarian, juga untuk pengembangan kesenian itu sendiri, sebagai sarana kreatifitas seniman, serta juga dalam upaya pengenalan keluar. Selain hal tersebut juga mempunyai unggulan kompetitif untuk bersaing dengan objek wisata negara lain. Kata kunci: wisata minat khusus, kesenian tradisional.

Abstract

Seni tari sebagaimana seni-seni yang lain memiliki fungsi sebagai media untuk mengomunikasikan ide-ide dan keyakinan. Oleh karena itu untuk kepentingan pendidikan seni, perlu dipelajari dan diapresiasi. Melalui aktivitas berkesenian akan diperoleh banyak hal yang berkait dengan nilai-nilai yang bermanfaat bagi kehidupan, di antaranya sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan akan rasa keindahan dan ungkapan sosial. Insan pendidikan yang menggunakan media seni termasuk seni tari, selain akan terpenuhi rasa keindahan dan ungkapan sosialnya, juga akan terpenuhi segala hasrat untuk mengaktualisasikan diri dalam wujud yang lebih halus dan bernilai. Kata Kunci : seni tari, pendidikan, komunikasi, ekspresi, aktualisasi diri.

Abstract

atur kemajuan (advance organizer) berbasis proyek. Sampel penelitian dipilih secara acak. Pada kelas  eksperimen diterapkan model pembelajaran advance organizer berbasis proyek sedangkan pada kelas kontrol diterapkan pembelajaran langsung (direct instruction) tanpa advance organizer. Sebelum pembelajaran di kelas, siswa eksperimen dikelompokkan menjadi 8 kelompok yang terdiri atas 4 – 5 siswa. Setiap kelompok ditugaskan untuk merealisasikan proyek bel listrik, rangkaian arus seri – paralel, dan tuas. Produk proyek digunakan dalam pembelajaran dikelas sebagai advance organizer. Data diperoleh melalui observasi partisipatif, penilaian produk, peta konsep, laporan eksperimen, dan angket. Instrumen motivasi menggunakan skala motivasi ARCS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen memiliki tingkat motivasi lebih baik dalam aspek perhatian, relevansi, kepercayaan diri, dan kepuasan pembelajaran dengan rata – rata tingkat motivasi sebesar 77,20, sedangkan tanpa advance organizer berbasis proyek sebesar 71,10. Disarankan siswa diberikan kemandirian penuh dalam proyek. This study was conducted to analyze the level of student motivation in learning science through models of advance organizer  based project . Samples were selected at random . In the experimental class advance organizer applied learning model based on a class project while learning control direct instruction without advance organizer . Prior learning in the classroom , students are grouped into 8 experimental groups consisting of 4-5 students . Each group was assigned a project to realize an electric bell , the circuit current series - parallel , and lever . Products used in a learning class project as advance organizer . The data obtained through participant observation , assessment product , concept maps , experimental reports , and questionnaires . Motivation instrument using ARCS motivation scale . Results showed that the experimental class had better motivation level in aspects of attention , relevance , confidence , and satisfaction with the learning average - average motivation level of 77.20 , whereas without the advance organizer for project -based 71.10 . It is recommended students are given full independence in the project .

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pengatur kemajuan (advance organizer) berbasis proyek terhadap kemampuan analisis – sintesis siswa pada konsep Energi. Sebelum pembelajaran, diberikan tugas proyek pada siswa untuk merealisasikan bel listrik sederhana, rangkaian arus seri - paralel, dan tuas. Produk proyek digunakan sebagai advance organizer dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Penguatan kognitif dilakukan melalui diskusi kelompok dan pembuatan peta konsep, ekspositori guru di kelas, dan kegiatan eksperimen laboratorium. Data diambil melalui pretest, post test, observasi partisipatif pembelajaran oleh dua orang observer, penilaian produk, peta konsep dan laporan kegiatan eksperimen. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji prasyarat data dan uji hipotesis Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami peningkatan kemampuan analisis – sintesis dalam aspek menguraikan, mengkategorikan, mengidentifikasi, merumuskan pernyataan, merekonstruksi, menentukan konsep, dan menganalisis konsep dengan rata – rata peningkatan delta skor sebesar 54,46 %, uji t sebesar 6,4, dan skala gain sebesar 0,3. This study was conducted to determine the effect of project-based advance organizer model on student’s analysis - synthesis ability of the energy concept. Students were given an assignment to realize the project on simple electric bell, the series – parallel circuit, and lever, before learning. The products of project were used as an advanced organizer in the learning activity. Cognitive strengthening was done through group discussions and concept mapping, expository learning in the classroom, and laboratory experiments activities. The data were taken through a pretest, post-test, participant observation study by two observers, product assessment, concept maps and report of experiment activities. Results showed that the students’ analysis - synthesis ability increased in the aspect of describing, categorizing, identifying, statement formulating, reconstructing, concept determining, and analyzing the concept. The average increase in delta score was 54.46 %, while the t-test score was of 6.4 and a gain scale of 0.3.

Abstract

Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) is often used in support of decision-making, decision-making when it faced a number of criteria and a number of alternative. Where the existing criteria in the decision-making certainly has a number of alternative weighting. One of the problem areas that can be solved by the AHP method is the determination of the production of a product. Where the criteria in question is composed of the following criteria: availability of raw materials, production time , production cost, and profit margin. Sometimes problems regarding the items that will be produced is important with regard to the limited capacity of the companys resources such as labor, machinery production , and so on. These criteria will be determined local weights, with alternative consists of each of the existing products. Having determined the weight of each criterion, then the next step is to set the weight of each alternative for each criterion in order to obtain a global weight.
