Abstract

Radioisotope 115mIn has been considered to be a very potential radioisotope formedical purposes and biological researches. Its physical properties are comparable to those of the radioisotope 99mTc. Although 115mIn is very potential for application innuclear medicine and biological researches, it is not widely explored for domestic use due to domestic limitations on its production technology. Accordingly, the objective of the present works is to master a production processing technology of 115mIn for medical and biological research applications. As the daughter of 115Cd, 115mIn is produced by neutron activation on cadmium target followed by separation in a radioisotope generator based on nuclear reaction of 114Cd (n,?) 115Cd ? 115mIn. In thisstudy, natural CdO was used as a target while the irradiation was carried out in the G.A. Siwabessy reactor. The separation of radioisotope 115mIn from the irradiated target was carried out by means of solvent extraction and anion exchange columnchromatography. In terms of solvent extraction, the post-irradiated target solution was extracted using two extractants namely 8-hydroxy-quinoline in chloroform and 2-ethylhexyl-phosphate in toluene. The resulting radioindium(III)-organo-complexwas then stripped from the organic phase to release the radioisotope 115mIn. Meanwhile in anion exchange column chromatography, the cadmium fraction in the post-irradiated target solution was conditioned to form anion complex, CdI42-, which was then bound on AG 1X8 (Cl¯, 100 ? 200 mesh) resin column. The formed 115mIn, the daughter of 115Cd, in the form of 115mIn3+ was then eluted from the column using 0.05 M HCl. It was found that the radioactive indium obtained from the solventextraction using 8-hydroxyquinoline in chloroform was chemically contaminated by the extractant, while that obtained from the solvent extraction using 2-ethylhexylphosphate in toluene was significantly contaminated by 115Cd. The anion exchangecolumn chromatography was found to be the best method for separation of 115mIn from post-irradiated target solution because this method produced pure 115mIn. This was indicated by the resulting 115mIn fraction that gave a mono-energetic ?-rayspectrum peaking at 336 keV and a half-life of 4.486 hours which were related to 115mIn. The quantitative aspect which was regarded as a radioactivity of the produced 115Cd was found to give a fluctuated result. This result was suspected to be inflicted by irradiation parameters such as inaccuracy in irradiation time, thechanges of reactor power and neutron flux as well as inter-irradiation-position load, which varied from one irradiation to another irradiation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial: (1) Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa sebelum pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think talk write (TTW), (2) Kemampuan Komunikasi matematissiswa setelah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperaatif tipe think talk write, (3) Pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperaatif tipe think talk write terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis? kesimpulan: (1) kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa sebelum pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran pembelajaran kooperaatif tipe think talk write tergolong cukup dimana 40,54% memperoleh nilai antara 64,539 sampai 77,478.siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 67,748. (2) kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa setelah pembelajaran menggunakan modelpembelajaran kooperaatif tipe think talk write? tergolong tinggi dimana 82,05% siswa memperoleh nilai antara 64,539 sampai 90,417 dengan nilai rata-rata 74,10. (3) kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperaatif tipe think talk write lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yangdiajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional. ?Kata Kunci: pembelajaran kooperatif; komunikasi matematis

Abstract

Wasting adalah permasalahan kesehatan yang paling menonjol di Negaranegara miskin dan Negara-negara yang sedang berkembang yang dampaknya sangat besar. Pada tahun 2013, secara nasional prevalensi kurus pada anak balita masih 12,1%, yang artinya masalah kurus di Indonesia masih merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang serius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan full day school terhadap status gizi pada pendidikan anak usia dini di Pesantren Ummusabri Kendari.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan pendekatan case control. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua peserta taman kanak-kanak PAUD Pesantren Ummusabri tahun 2018 yang berjumlah 114. Jumlah untuk sampel kasus sebanyak 26 orang dan sampel kontrol adalah 26 orang, Hasil uji odds ratio menunjukkan bahwa pola makan merupakan faktor risiko status gizi wasting (OR =5,727. CI 95% 1,645-19,942 >1), kebersihan lingkungan bukan faktor risiko status gizi wasting (OR = 0,494 CI 95% 0,125-1,949 <1), metode pembelajaran bukan faktor risiko status gizi wasting(OR =3,068 CI 95% = 0,982-9,591 <1), peran keluarga merupakan faktor risiko status gizi wasting (OR = 3,889 CI 95% = 1,178 ? 12,841 >1). Diharapkan kepada Paud Pesantren Ummusabri Kendari untuk dapat menggunakan hasil penelitian ini sebagai informasi dan bahan pertimbangan dalam meningkatkan kepedulian terhadap anak dengan masalah gizi kurang.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui realitas implementasi kebijakan program PNPM-PPK di Kecamatan Muara Badak. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan fakta program PNPM PK telah dijalankan secara baik. hal ini diindikasikan oleh realisasi yang mencapai 100% jika dilihat dari realisasi anggaran dan proyek fisik yang mana telah terselesaikan 50% dari APBD, 50 dari BLM, dan 30% dari partisipasi masyarakat.
