Abstract

Granada method as one method of translating the Qur'an that exists in the community has an important role in improving human resources (HR). Granada methods not only provide knowledge and technical skills but far more important to inculcate moral values and their application in every day, because once they understand the methods of Granada will be able to understand the meaning of the verses they read. The study of this thesis formulates three main issues as follows: 1). How is the implementation of Granada in the learning method of translation of the Qur'an. 2). How cans the effectiveness of Granada in the learning method of translation of the Qur'an. 3). What factors that support and hinder the implementation of the method of Granada. The purpose of this study is: 1). To know the implementation of Granada in the learning method of translation of the Qur'an. 2). Methods To determine the effectiveness of Granada in learning the Quran translator 3). To find the supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of Granada method in studying the translator of the Qur'an. The research methods used in the preparation of this paper is to use Qualitative Methods Naturalistic, a method that produces descriptive data. The data obtained from the manuscripts, interviews, field notes, photographs, tape recorders, and other official documents. As for things that support the implementation of Granada method is: First, teachers who oversee the learning process are the ones who truly understand the Arabic language. Because the teachers are recruited from graduates of Granada Method LIPIA (Indonesian Institute of Education Sciences Arabia) and graduate school and alumni of the training method of Granada. Second, participants assisted with the module and VCD tutorial that summarizes all the material that will be studied. Third, the method is very short and compact so it does not beat around the bush so it takes a long time. Fourth, the spirit wants to know who so profoundly from the participants. And the Fifth, the delivery of a varied pattern. In general, obstacles often faced by the participants is difficult to adapt to this method at the beginning of the meeting, especially for those who have never previously knew Arabic, and at the time of writing memorized study abroad (dictation)

Abstract

The theme of this study on the Role of Teachers in the Development of Religious Behavior in Adolescent Age: Qualitative Naturalistic Studies at SMA Muhammadiyah (Muhammadiyah High School) 09 in East Jakarta. From the study it can be concluded that the role of teachers in fostering religious behavior in adolescence that is giving good examples, cooperation with various parties, both personally and collectively through the elderly, the environment or to perform various religious activities are held such as the following activities: a) inter-school competitions, such as speech, calligraphy, and read verses from the Qur?an. b) Held regular weekly or monthly recitals as pesantren flash, etc. Muhammadiyah high school 09 teen behavior change may be formed as well. Contributing factor in the role of teachers in fostering religious behavior in adolescence is a spirit coaches, parent support, and complete facilities, as well as the inhibiting factor is the youth in the environment around the school

Abstract

Service health in Puskesmas need the existence of support from various related/ relevant factor, one of them is well-held of medical record matching withstandard going into effect. Medical record represent legal document which contain stuffing which enough about patient identity, diagnosa, therapy and all that happened atpatient. And bind medical record also represent documentation network activity of medical service given by health institution to patient. Medical record information system take care of road street in this PuskesmasJayengan good for process medical record data of patient covering registration of patient, doctor data, officer data, medical record data This research aim to make efficient medical record information system and make its implementation in visual pemrograman language of basic 6.0. this formulawriting internal issue is how to make medical record information system in Puskesmas Jayengan ? Used by Methodologies writing is data method and method approach. Data writer method use like : bibliography, observation. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of theknowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and behaviors on the productivity of the employeesof the production department of PT Nusantara Building Industries. The population in thisstudy was 483 employees of the production department of PT Nusantara BuildingIndustries. While the samples were 83 respondents. The sampling techniques used wasnon probability sampling with convenience. The analysis tool used in this research wasmultiple linear regression, which was firstly examined by validity and reliability test. Theresults showed partially, it obtained by value for X1 = 3.800; X2 = 2.511; X3 = 2.216; X4= 2.188, and X5 = 3.945 while t table 1.991 that was in the area reject Ho, meaning therewas significant influence of between the knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes andbehaviors on the productivity of the employees of the production department of PTNusantara Building Industries. While the hypothesis test simultaneously with the testresults obtained F value = 28.757> F table = 2.333 was in the reject Ho area, meaningthat there was significant influence of knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and behaviorson the productivity of the employees of the production department of PT NusantaraBuilding Industries. The coefficient of determination of the five independent variables =62.9% meaning that the variation of the five independent variables in explainingproductivity = 62.9% while the remaining 37.1% was explained by other variables thatwere not mentioned in this study.Keywords: productivity, knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes, and behaviors

Abstract

Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L Moenc) is plant for food, feed, and energy (bio-ethanol). There were two types of waste from bio-ethanol production, such as liquid and solid waste (baggase). Liquid waste was produced from ethanol distillation process, rich in nutrients as fertilizer, unfortunately limited information on nutritional content and potential function, especially as medium for forestry seedlings production. This experiment examined the effect of the Granular Organic Fertilizer of Sorghum liquid waste to Leda seedling growth in different soil type of Andosol, Latosol, and Podzolic; and to find the dose of Granular Organic Fertilizer for Leda seedling growth in each type of soil. This study was conducted on Factorial in Completely Randomized design. The result showed, the application of Granular Organic Fertilizer effected to almost all the growth parameters on three soil types. Best seedling quality index of leda was found in the combination of Andosol and 20 granules of Granular Organic Fertilizer with seedling quality index 30 points.Key words: andosol, granular organic fertilizer, latosol, podzolic, sorghum.

Abstract

Pneumokonioses adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh penimbunan debu-debu dalam paru-paru. Pneumokonioses yang terjadi pada pekerja pertambangan batu kapur adalah silicosis yang disebabkan oleh SiO2. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian pneumokonioses pada pekerja pertambangan batu kapur di desa Kedung Winong Sukolilo Kabupaten Pati. Jenis pendekatan penelitian secara cross sectional, dengan jumlah sampel 84  pada pekerja pertambangan batu kapur di desa Kedung Winong Sukolilo Kabupaten Pati. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel dengan menggunakan analisis bivariat chi square. Hasil pengukuran pencemaran debu batu kapur di depan alat giling 3,25mg/m3 dan di belakang alat giling 2,25mg/m3. Hasil analisis hubungan pencemaran debu batu kapur dengan kejadian pneumokonioses diperoleh nilai p value: 0,003 dan OR: 13; lama kerja diperoleh nilai p value: 0,007 dan OR: 1,28; dan pemakaian APD(masker) diperoleh nilai p value: 0,003 dan OR: 1,3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan pencemaran debu batu kapur, lama kerja dan pemakaian APD(masker) dengan kejadian pneumokonioses pada pekerja di pertambangan batu kapur Desa Kedungwinong Sukolilo Pati. Abstract

Jahe (Zingiber officinale var emprit) merupakan salah satu komoditas andalan ekspor Indonesia yang memberikan peranan cukup berarti dalam penerimaan devisa negara. Daya guna bahan ini sangat erat hubungannya dengan komponen bioaktif yang terkandung didalamnya. Kualitas dan kuantitas minyak atsiri jahe emprit segar dan simplisia jahe kering dilaporkan guna memberi informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai efek dari pasca panen. Total minyak atsiri diperoleh melalui destilasi Stahl selama ± 6 jam, sedangkan analisis komponen minyak atsiri dilakukan dengan GC-MS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar minyak atsiri jahe segar dan simplisianya masing-masing 3,71% (v/w) dan kadar 0,94 % (v/w). Data GC-MS memperlihatkan bahwa jahe segar memiliki jenis minyak atsiri lebih banyak daripada jahe kering, selain jumlah zingiberinenya lebih dominan. Hasil penelitian dapat memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat bahwa jahe segar lebih baik dibandingkan dengan simplisia jahe kering.Gingeris an important herbal commodities of Indonesia. The utilityof this ginger is related to itsbioactive components. The analysis of qualityandquantity ofessential oilof freshanddriedginger are necessary in order to informaboutpost-harvest to the public. Totalessential oilobtained byStahldistillation for ±6hours, and their components are performedbyGC-MS. The results showed that essential oil of fresh and dried ginger are 3.71% (v/w)and 0.94% (v/w), respectively. GC-MS spectra indicatethatfreshgingerhas many types of volatileessential oil and zingeberenethandriedginger. Therefore, the results of this research can explain the public understanding that the freshgingeris better thandriedginger.

Abstract

Anthocephalus macrophyllus (jabon merah) merupakan jenis pohon yang memiliki pertumbuhan relatif cepat danbanyak manfaat, antara lain untuk reforestasi, program CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) perusahaan, hutanrakyat, dan bahan baku industri. Jabon merah memiliki benih berukuran sangat kecil, bersifat semi rekalsitran, masaberbuah yang pendek serta penyebaran alaminya yang masih terpusat di daerah (Indonesia Timur) maka menyebabkanproduksi benih atau bibit yang berkualitas masih terbatas. Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu teknologi pembibitan untukmendapatkan bibit A. macrophyllus berkualitas dan dalam jumlah yang memadai untuk menunjang keberhasilanprogram reforestrasi. Pembangunan kebun pangkas dan pembiakan vegetatif dengan cara stek merupakan salah satualternatif untuk pengadaan bibit jabon merah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mendapatkan teknologi penyiapan bahanstek; (2) Menguji pengaruh bahan stek dan hormon IBA terhadap keberhasilan stek jabon merah. Kebun pangkas yangdibangun berasal dari bibit jabon merah berumur 1 tahun dengan perlakuan pelengkungan batang dan dan pemberianNPK pada kebun pangkas berasal dari bibit jabon merah yang berumur 4 bulan, dan untuk pembuatan stekmenggunakan stek pucuk dan batang, sedangkan hormon yang digunakan adalah IBA dengan dosis 0 ppm, 500 ppm,1000 ppm, dan 1500 ppm. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok satu faktor untuk kebunpangkas dan dua faktor untuk stek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik pelengkungan batang dapatmeningkatkan produksi tunas pada minggu ke 1 hingga minggu ke 10 pada kebun pangkas umur 1 tahun, sedangkanpada kebun pangkas 4 bulan, pemberian NPK menurukan produksi tunas pada minggu ke 2 dan ke 4. Bahan stek batangberpengaruh nyata terhadap persentase stek hidup, persentase stek berakar dan jumlah tunas yang dihasilkan. Bahanstek pucuk kurang memuaskan untuk menghasilkan stek karena mudah layu dan mudah busuk.

Abstract

Pine (Pinus merkusii) is tree species that provides timber and gum rosin. To meet the needs of wood and non wood (gum rosin) products, planting by using superior or high quality seeds are needed. Seed procurements for planting are obtained from seedling seed orchard (SSO). However, Cijambu?s SSO was attacked by pine woolly aphid (Pineus boerneri). Therefore, assessment of Cijambu?s SSO needs to be done to evaluate the severity pest attacks that could affect to the quality and the quantity of seed production. Forest Health Monitoring (FHM) method is one of the methods to assess the health level of a stand. The number of trees found in all cluster plots in Cijambu?s SSO were 270 trees. Based on the value of the VCR (Visual Crown Rating), the trees located in all cluster plot have health level between low to high. Based on the value of the VCR showed 38.52% (104 trees) having VCR?s value was high, 49.26% (133 trees) having VCR?s value was middle; 12.22% (33 trees) having VCR?s value was low; and no tree having very low VCR?s value. The average of VCR?s value in all cluster plots were 3.25 and classified as middle health. Based on the value of TDLI (Tree Damage Level Index) from 270 trees in all cluster plot showed that 189 trees (70.00%) in healthy condition; 69 trees (25.56%) in slight damage condition; 11 trees (4.07%) in middle damage condition; and 1 tree (0.37%) in heavy damage condition. The value of damage in all cluster plots (ALI) was 261.22 and classified as in health condition. The trees located in all cluster plots were mostly suitable to be seed sources as 242 trees (89.63%), while 28 trees (10.37%) were not suitable for seed sources.Keywords: Forest Health Monitoring, Pinus merkusii, seedling seed orchard, Tree Damage Level Index, Visual Crown Rating

Abstract

Mutation breeding is a powerful tool to provide novel trait in plants. However their applications in forestry are still limited. Acacia mangium is a major commercial plantation species in Indonesia and other Southeast Asia countries. Therefore, we were trying to improve its productivity. In 2008, 1200 A. mangium seeds had been irradiated by gamma ray 137Cs. There were 98 trees of M1 generations of 7 years old plantations that survive. Most of them are sterile with high clear bole and natural pruning, small branch with good growth angle,and almost straight cylindrical stem form. Based on growth performance, there were at least 29 M1 superior trees. During the observations, unexpected diversity in the bark colours with high and positive correlation to growth performance were discovered. Using microsatellite markers, the use of irradiations techniques provide surplus of heterozygosity with high value of Shannon?s Information Index. Dendrogram showed that almost all of M1 generation formed separate cluster from M0 generation with 0.71 genetic distance .Key words: mutation breeding, Acacia mangium, microsatellite
