Abstract

The aims of the research are to determine: (1) The political education strategies that is applied by Golkar cadres of Sragen in giving political education to Sragen people (2) Whether the political education conducted by Golkar cadres of  Sragen is doing well, in terms of civic skill owned by the society. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that (1) Political education strategies which are applied by Golkar cadres as an effort to raise public awareness about politics, consist of: a) a training for Golkar cadres to increase their knowledge about politics; b) teaching political education for society through various activities of Golkar; c) putting the political education through wings party activity and Golkar organization; d) using election campaign agenda for the implementation of political education and Golkar political campaigns; e) teaching political education with personal approach; f) forming the RT stage cadres to teach political education for the society surroundings the cadres. (2) Political education which is applied by Golkar cadres has not been able to establish a good political understanding of the society. The strategies which are applied have not given much help to increase the society political understanding. People who live in Sragen have not fulfilled the citizenship aspect viewed from the civic skill perspective and Sragen society still tend to apply patro-client political culture. The people are still being submissive to the society leaders orders, and  have not been able to improve their own political thinking. This relates to the civic skill that must be ownedby the citizens, which is divided into intelectual skill dan participatory skill.Key terms: Cadres, Political Education, Civic Skill, Political Culture

Abstract

Civics Education as a subjet mater in Indonesia take a few funtions. This funtion are, as a value education, democrati politic education , citicenship education and nationality education. Civics Education as a value education include using value based approach. This value are Pancasila as nation noble values and local values. The approach is agree with use is inculcation approach. Therefore this approach is combinazed with  way or metod in another approach. This is nemed eclective approach.

Abstract

The objectives of research was to find out: 1) how the analysis of objective essay test item organized by Pancasila and Civic Education teacher is in SMA Batik 2 Surakarta, and 2) the factors causing the student?s difficulty in solving the objective essay test item in Pancasila and Civic Education subject in SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. This study was a qualitative research approach. Data source derived from informant, place, event, and document. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, document analysis and Focus Group Discussion. Data validation was carried out using data and method triangulations. The results of research are as follows: 1) The analysis on objective essay test item organized by teacher included: a) in material aspect, the border of question and answer to be measured in essay test had not showed clear border yet, b) in constructing aspect, the essay test developed by teacher still had weaknesses such as no clear instruction on how to work on the intended test item, c) in language aspect, essay item developed by teacher had not used simple language, meaning that there was still too-long sentence less understandable to the students. 2) The factors causing the students? difficulty in solving the essay test included: Internal factor: a) in cognitive aspect: low cognitive ability of students, b) in affective aspect: some students still did not care with the learning, slept in the classroom, were preoccupied with themselves, and did not pay attention to teacher during the learning process, c) in psychomotor aspect: less active participation of students in discussion learning. External factor: a) Infrastructure factor: inadequate learning source availability facilitated by school for the students in the form of Student Worksheet (LKS) or other exercise book. b) Teacher factor: Pancasila and Civic Education teacher?s limited intensity in applying the assessment in the form essay question.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of research was to find out: 1) how the availability of learning source of Pancasila and Civic Education subject is used by the 10th grade of SMA Negeri 1 Kartasura, 3) whether or not the material in Pancasila and Civic Education subject learning source used by the 10th grade has met the qualification of Pancasila and Civic Education scholarship, and 3) how the facility of Pancasila and Civic Education subject learning source is used by the 10th grade of SMA Negeri 1 Kartasura. This research employed a qualitative method. The type of research used was a descriptive qualitative research. The data sources obtained were informant, place, event, and document. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling one. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, document analysis, and focus group discussion. Data validation was carried out using data and method triangulations. Considering the result of research, the following conclusions are: First, the availibity of Pancasila and Civic Education subject learning source has not been adequate that available just: (1) book consisting of Students Worksheet, Student Book and Teacher Book, and (2) material that intended website. Second, Analysis of material existing in Pancasila and Civic Education subject learning source showed that particularly the content of Archipelago Insight material had not met the qualification of Pancasila and Civic Education scholarship because the material existing provides civic knowledge and civic disposition only, while civic skill had not been met completely yet as intellectual skill component only has been met while participatory skill component had not been met. Third, learning source used consisted of: 1) book consisting of Students Worksheet, Student Book and Teacher Book, and (2) material that intended website, in the sense that all students can use them as they neither need special skill to operate nor long preparation and other complicated supporting tool.      Keywords: Learning Source Analysis, Pancasila and Civic Education

Abstract

This research aimed to find out whether or not there is an effect of  Every one is a teacher here type of active learning model with educative video media aids on critical  thinking ability in the 7th graders of SMP Negeri 13 of Surakarta in the school year of 2015/2016 in Basic Competency of Elaborating the importance of Freedom of Expressing Opinion independently and responsibly. This study was a product of quantitative research with experimental type using true experimental design and with posttest only controls design. The population in this research was 7th graders of SMP Negeri 13 of Surakarta, consisting of 225 students. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling one, in which there were two sample groups: 7th G grade as experiment and 7th F grade as control groups. Meanwhile, instrument validation was conducted using validity and reliability tests. Then, techniques of collecting data used were observation sheet, documentation sheet in the form of Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), and posttest in the form of essay test. Analytical prerequisite test was conducted using normality and homogeneity tests. Technique of analyzing data used was quantitative data with T-test analysis. Considering the result of research, it could be found that there was a difference between control and experiment grades, in which critical thinking ability measured using test obtained mean score of 82.05 for experiment and 77.69 for control grades. Thereafter, based on the result of T-test at significance level of 5%, it could be found tstatistic value of 2.396 while ttable of 1.999 (interpolation), so that the result obtained was tstatistic (2.396) > ttable (1.999). From the elaboration above, it could be concluded that there was an effect of Every one is a teacher here type of active learning model with educative video media aids on critical thinking ability Basic Competency of Elaborating the importance of Freedom of Expressing Opinion independently and responsibly. It could be seen from the difference of mean value between experiment and control grades.

Abstract

This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive form of research. Data sources are used consisted of: informants, places , events and documents. Sampling technique that be used is purposive sampling. Techniques of data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Validity of the data by using triangulation of data and triangulation methods. While, the analysis is using interactive techniques of analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.The results showed that: (1) Political participations of the circular citizen in  Bulukerto village in Central Java?s guvernor election in 2013 only on the vote, discussion and socializing. The use of suffrage only 30.09% of the total  circular population in the Bulukerto village. In the socialization activity only 1 of 18 informants and discussion only 4 of 18 informants. (2) Factors that affect the participation of circular residents in Bulukerto villages influenced by factors within the individual that is because a) the mindset of people who do not believe in government, b) figure candidates for governor and lieutenant governor are less popular among the people. While the external factors because a) a job factors, the majority of circular  citizen chose not to leave the job rather than voting, b) other factors are the polling places is so far from the city circuler population mobility, c) in administrative, circular populations are not enrolled in Daftar Pemilihan Tetap (DPT), and also they did not get an invitation. Kata kunci : partisipasi politik, pemilihan gubernur

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to investigate whether or not there is a significant relationship between knowledge of the law and anticorruption attitude in the 10th graders of SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method that was correlational in nature. The result of research showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between knowledge of the law and anticorruption attitude, in the 10th graders of SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar. The result of data analysis obtained rxy = 0.517 at significance level of 5% with N = 132, r table = 0.170 so that rstatistic> rtable 0.517 > 0.170, so that Ha was supported and Ho was not supported meaning that there was a positive relationship between X and Y variables. Meanwhile, tstatistic = 6.885 at significance level of 5% with df (n-2) = 132 ? 2 = 130 and tstatistic = 1.656 so that tstatistic> ttable yaitu 6.885 > 1.656, so that X variable contributed significantly to Y variable. In addition, the size of the contribution of X variable to Y variable was 26.73% and the rest of 73.27% was affected by other factor. The simple linear regression equation obtained was Y = 47.988 + 0.396 X, so the regression equation obtained represented that every one unit increase in X variable, it was followed with the increase by 0.396 point in Y variable. The conclusion of research was there was a significant relationship between knowledge of the law about corruption and anticorruption attitude in the 10th graders of SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar. Keywords: Knowledge of the law, anticorruption attitude

Abstract

purpose of this research is to know and describe the response of Indonesian society based on religion classification against Pancasila as instrument of nation integration. The response of religious people enclosed vision and their attitude to the valves which is implied in Pancasila, the relationship between religion with Pancasila and the function of five principle as instrument for  nation integration. The purpose this research also to know the relationship between religion and Pancasila and then the influence of it for nation integration. This research approximation used  the descriptive qualitative approach with the background of religious people at Surakarta including Hindu, Budha, Islam, Khatolic and Christian. The population of this research were the pious who can give the information of data research. The technique  of sampling applied was non random sampling by purposive sampling. Beside if completed with snowball sampling to get key informan exactly.  The technique of  collecting data used in-dept interview as major technique completed with lesson of literature as a back up.To analysis of data the interactive model of analysis was used. The result of analysis showed in naration in descriptive  qualitative.This research conclude that there was many kind of response from the religious people againts  Pancasila. Their vision againts Pancasila was under influence by the judgement of their believe and knowledge about history of Pancasila. They  acknowledge Pancasila as their own thought parallel with their believe in their religion. Religious people accepted Pancasila as instrument  of nation integration because of the history that proved part of Pancasila as a meeting point between the people before independence. Acknowledgement of  this history was hopefully could be formed as long as they still want the progression of nation-state Indonesia. Pancasila was accepted as the accord agreement from society to be a state living norm.

Abstract

Abstraksi: Media Pembelajaran dalam era informasi dan teknologi seperti sekarang ini adalah tuntutan serta kebutuhan. Dimana media ini memudahkan pemahaman dan penyampian materi dari guru kepada siswa. Media juga berfungsi sebagai pengganti wujud atau bahan dalam bentuk modul atau animasi yang tersedia selama proses pengajaran untuk lebih mempermudah siswa memahami materi pelajaran. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  membantu  para  guru  bidang  studi  teknik  elektronika,  baik  sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) atau Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) jurusan teknik elektronika, kelas X (Sepuluh),   dalam   hal   mengenal   komponen   elektronika   dasar.   Ini   dibutuhkan   Karena   komponen elektronika yang banyak macamnya, bahkan  untuk mengenal saja tidak cukup harus juga tahu fungsi dan kegunaanya Dan juga ketersediaan dan terbatasnya komponen dengan banyak variasi Komponen, yang harus dipahami oleh siswa. Media Pembelajaran  ini menjawab permasalahan diatas, karena seorang guru cukup menjalankan media  pembelajaran  ini,  dan  banyak  variasi  Komponen,  mulai  dari  komponen  aktif  maupun  komponen pasip,  Jadi  ketersediaan  komponen  atau  bahan  ajar   oleh  sekolah  atau  guru  dapat  digantikan  dengan media ini, sehingga kesulitan siswa dapat diatasi. ABSTRACT: Learning Media and technology in the information age it is today is the demand and need. This  facilitates  and  understanding  of  where  the  media  and  the  material  passing  over  from  teacher  to student. The media also serve as a subtitute from or material in the from modules or animations that are available during the teaching process to better facilitate student’s understanding of subject matter. This  study  aims  to  help  teachers  field  of  electronics  engineering  studies,  both  junior  high  school. (SMP)  or  Vocational  school  (SMK)  majoring  in  electronics  engineering  the  class  X  (ten,  in  terms  of knowing thebasic electrinic components. Becouse this takes alot of kinds of electronic components,even not enough to know should also know the functions and their role       and also the limited availability and a wide variety of component parts, which must be understood by students. Learning media is to answer the above problems,because a teacher can simply run this learning media, and many variations of components, ranging from the active components and pasive components, so  the  availability  of  components  or  materials  by  the  school  or  teacher  can  be  replaced  with  this medium,so that students can overcome difficulties.Key words: Interactive  Media Pembelajaran Elektronic Media association
