Abstract

Abstrak? Raspberry Pi adalah komputer mini yang dapat berfungsi layaknya komputer PC pada umumnya. Dari hasil penelitian sebelumnya, NGINX layak untuk digunakan sebagai web server pada Raspberry Pi. Objek yang diuji hanya sebatas halaman statis dan dinamis saja. Permasalahannya adalah belum adanya rekomendasi server basis data manakah yang layak digunakan pada platform Raspberry Pi. Tulisan ini akan memaparkan hasil pengujian kinerja server basis data pada aplikasi web berbasis raspberry pi. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap tujuh aplikasi server basis data, yaitu: MySQL, MariaDB, Firebird, PostgreSQL, Berkeley DB, Oracle Database dan Microsoft SQL Server. Dengan menghitung waktu hasil eksekusi data di tiap perintah SQL pada PHP. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan, MySQL layak digunakan untuk penggunaan yang lebih banyak menampilkan data dari satu tabel, selain itu juga layak untuk penggunaan yang membutuhkan kecepatan proses yang stabil. Jika kebutuhannya lebih banyak menampilkan data yang menggabungkan lebih dari satu tabel disertai input dan update data, maka basis data yang layak ialah MariaDB. Kata Kunci? Raspberry Pi, web server, NGINX, PHP, basis data.

Abstract

The emergence of Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANETs) as part of the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) technology development was expected to become an advanced method to solve the transportation system problem. The implementation of VANETs is expected to provide a new solution for traffic management strategy. Its main targets is to continue prioritizing traffic safety and to prevent the accidents on the roads. One of the VANETs problems before being implemented in the real world is the degree of freedom of the vehicle's mobility that limited by the road topologies. Various modellings and simulations have been performed to produce the most realistic mobility model. However, those models had become new paradigms due to various factors that limited them. The presence of the federated mobility model as an approach for traffic mobility modeling is considered to be able to provide more realistic and accurate VANETs simulation. Therefore, this article presents some brief reviews and contrast a number of the simulation and mobility models that have been used widely as compared to the federated mobility models that have developed until the present. The article's objective is to facilitate a better understanding of the traffic mobility modeling for the VANETs simulation that started from the interaction process until the integration between simulators. The understanding of the traffic mobility models will complement the knowledge that enable to perform the simulation of the VANETs implementation approaching the real conditions.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, penggunaan teknologi conferenceberbasis IP dengan menggunakan protokol H.323. Meskidemikian, pada kenyataannya kualitas teknologi videoconference yang baik belum terjamin. Untuk itu, perlusebuah pelayanan atau service yang dapat memberikanprioritas paket dan menekan gangguan dalam lalu lintasjaringan conference. Salah satu layanan tersebut yaituDifferentiated Service (Diffserv). Layanan ini dibuat untukmembagi aliran IP ke dalam kelas-kelas yang akan langsungditransmisikan dengan cara menentukan kapasitasbandwidth, klasifikasi trafik, pemilihan mekanisme antrian(queueing) dan traffic shapping. Pada penelitian ini, telahdiaplikasikan Quality of Service (QoS) videoconference padatrafik H.323 dengan menggunakan metode DifferentiatedService (DiffServ) dan berhasil mengukur pengaruhbesarnya throughput paket ketika jaringan dalam keadaancongested atau sesak serta dibebankan delay juga jitter.Semakin besar delay dan jitter yang diberikan, semakin besarketidakstabilan throughput yang dihasilkan. Pada trafikcongested, QoS memberikan prioritas pada paket H.323sehingga throughput yang dihasilkan mendekati kondisitanpa sesak dibandingkan paket-paket lain.

Abstract

High traffic densitiy  becomes one of a big problem of transportation in many big developing cities in Indonesia. The growth number of vehicles relatively much higher if compared to the growth of road infrastructure. Banda Aceh as a central city of Aceh Province are also facing moreless the same transportation problem,where traffic becomes very usual especially in peak hour in the morning when many people start their activity. It also happened in the afternoon when most of Banda Aceh people especially the one who work as a government servant going back from work. This research is trying to analyze one of the case of daily going to work travel route of Unsyiah administration staf. The result is very important to analyze the best departure time for the staff to minimize travel time. This research have developed a simulation model using an IT technology based on vehicle traffic mobility model. The simulation offered the fastest travel time solution with the best departure time to arrive at the destination by avoiding morning peak time traffic.

Abstract

Local Election is a process of manifestation the democracy in regional levels in order to select the head of the region directly by the citizens to look for a leader that they want. This is study about Analysis of Aceh Partys Strategy on Aceh Local Election 2012 (Pemilukada Aceh 2012). There are five candidates spesifically: Tgk. Ahmad Tajuddin and Ir. Suriansyah, Irwandi Yusuf and Muhyan Yunan, Prof. Darni Daud and DR. Ahmad Fauzi, Muhammad Nazar, S.Ag. and Ir. Nova Iriansyah, Dr. Zaini Abdullah and Muzakkir Manaf. Aceh Election in 2012 was won by dr. Zaini Abdullah and Muzakkir Manaf (ZIKIR). This study mainly disscusses about strategies Aceh Party in the process of winning dr. Zaini Abdullah-Muzakkir Manaf on the Local Election 2012. This sudy using institutional approach and collecting data is using interviews techniques also library research. There are three strategies used by Aceh Party in the process of winning dr. Zaini Abdullah-Muzakkir Manaf on the Local Election 2012. First, internal consolidation; Second, optimizing KPA; Third, developing the personal image of ZIKIR.Keywords: Local Election, Local Political Party, Aceh Party.

Abstract

Lalu lintas penerbangan di Indonesia mengalami tren peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Peningkatan frekuensi penggunaan pesawat terbang tentunya akan meningkatkan kemungkinan kejadian kecelakaan. Konsep kelaiktabrakan pesawat terbang menjadi hal penting yang perlu mendapat perhatian untuk mencegah kerusakan struktur dan cedera pada penumpang. Desain kelaiktabrakan struktur pesawat berada pada tahapan desain awal yang terintegrasi kedalam proses desain pesawat secara keseluruhan. Struktur subfloor pada pesawat terbang menjadi bagian yang digunakan untuk menyerap energi kinetik tabrakan dalam kasus pembebanan vertikal pada pesawat terbang. Crash box merupakan komponen pada subfloor yang akan menyerap energi kinetik tabrakan dengan mengubahnya menjadi deformasi plastis. [A Review of Aircraft Crashworthiness Design] Air traffic in Indonesia is experiencing a positive trend in recent years. The increase in the frequency of aircraft operation might particularly increase the possibility of accidents occurrence. Aircraft crashworthiness concept becomes an important matter that need to be considered in order to prevent structural damage and injuries to the passengers. Aircraft structural crashworthiness design is developed in the aircraft preliminary design phase which is, later, integrated into the overall aircraft design process. Aircraft subfloor structure is the part of the aircraft that is used to restrain the kinetic energy of a collision in the case of vertical loading on the aircraft. Subsequently, crash box is a component of the subfloor that will absorb collisions kinetic energy by turning it into plastic deformation.

Abstract

This study was aimed to know the impact of the migration of Indonesian worker (referred as TKI) family on children’s education at Sambelia District of East Lombok Regency. This research using qualitative approach. Collecting data technique were observation, interview and documentation. The type of the data are primary and secondary data. Primary data collected by respondent interviews and secondary data collected by state government. To analyze the data, the researcher using qualitative model by Miles and Huberman: data reduction, display data, and conclusion. Other data analysis such as government policy and raw data from state government of East Lombok using AHP Model and statistic analysis. The result found that 40% of children whose parents were TKI suffered from poor psychosocial development in terms of achievement and not having close friend. A long-term impact was that those children might drop out of school and more likely experienced psychological wellbeing disorders like emotional disorder. Children from TKI family who grew and developed with only one of the parents tended to be more disobedient. They tended to skip school and chose to spend time for playing. According to the score of Consistency Ratio, the highest score was obtained by factor of socio-economy (0.373) followed by factor of poor life skill (0.277), factor of not being accepted in the environment  (0.205), and factor of higher life necessities (0.146).

Abstract

RFID mulai banyak diterapkan di perpustakaan, salah satunya perpustakaan Universitas Syiah Kuala. Salah satu penerapan RFID dalam lingkungan akademis adalah pada security gate (gerbang keamanan) di perpustakan-perpustakaan digital untuk mengurangi potensi kehilangan buku dan human error (kesalahan manusia). Permasalahan muncul ketika security gate yang memiliki database-nya sendiri tidak bisa mengambil data buku yang lebih lengkap dari database Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) untuk ditampilkan pada aplikasi bawaan Security Gate RFID. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, maka dibutuhkan middeware yang dapat mengintegrasikan data dari kedua database tersebut. Middleware akan melakukan pengambilan data terbaru pada database milik security gate (Sqlite), kemudian dilakukan pengintegrasian dengan database SLIMS. Dengan adanya middleware ini, informasi yang dari buku dan pengunjung yang melewati Security Gate dapat ditampilkan pada modul SLIMS.Kata Kunci?security gate, middleware, SLIMS, database, RFID

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemeliharaan kesehatan lingkungan permukiman di Kecamatan Pauh Duo dilihat dari pengelolaan kebersihan rumah, pengelolaan air bersih dan pengelolaan sampah dan limbah rumah tangga. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh kepala keluarga yang berada atau bertempat tinggal di kecamatan Pauh Duo Kabupaten Solok Selatan yang berjumlah 4.985 kepala keluarga. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan metode “Propotional Random Sampling” dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga didapatkan sampel 100 KK. Analisis data yaitu analisa persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengelolaan kebersihan rumah di kecamatan Pauh Duo dilihat dari perhatian, tanggung jawab dan tindakan umumnya tinggi, (2) Pengelolaan air bersih di tinjau dari perhatian, tanggungjawab dan tindakan masyarakat mengelompok pada kategori tinggi dan (3) Partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah dan limbah rumah tangga dilihat dari perhatian, tanggungjawab dan tindakan termasuk kategori tinggi
