Abstract

ABSTRAKRaechtacker merupakan salah satu alat pengangkut dan pemindah bahan yangdigunakan pada pelabuhan petikemas sebagai transportasi penyusunan dan pemindahanpetikemas. Reachstacker adalah mobil crane khusus untuk mengangkat dan menyusunpetikemas yang digunakan pada terminal petikemas.Reachstacker mempunyai intensitaspemakaian yang tinggi dan peranan penting di pelabuhan maka kemungkinan terjadinyakerusakan harus dapat dicegah dan diminimalisir. Untuk mencegah terjadinya kerusakan padareachstacker maka penelitian terhadap berbagai kondisi pembebanan reachstacker sangatdiperlukan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung defleksi maksimum dan frekuensinatural maksimum yang terjadi pada lengan (boom) reachstacker akibat beban dinamik, danmembandingkan hasilnya dengan perhitungan software Ansys Workbench 12.1.Perhitungandilakukan pada saat mobil dalam keadaan diam dengan kombinasi sudut pengangkatan yangberbeda, panjang lengan maksimum, dan beban maksimum 40 ton .Metode perhitungandefleksi teoritis dilakukan dengan metode discontinuity function (Macaulay function) dan metodeperhitungan frekuensi natural lengan dengan menggunakan metode Rayleigh (Rayleigh EnergyMethode), untuk metode perhitungan Ansys digunakan metode Modal Analysis pada enamkondisi sudut pengangkatan yang berbeda.Hasil perhitungan teoritis menunjukkan bahwa nilaidefleksi terbesar terjadi pada sudut pengangkatan 100 sebesar -0,319156 m, untuk nilaifrekuensi natural sistem terbesar terjadi pada sudut 500 sebesar 1,4771 Hz, dan untuk nilaifrekuensi natural lengan (boom) terbesar terjadi pada sudut 500 sebesar 5.3627 Hz.PerhitunganSoftware Ansys frekuensi natural pada lengan terbesar, terjadi pada sudut 400 sebesar 4,8911Hz.Kata kunci : Reachstacker, defleksi, frekuensi natural.

Abstract

Abstract: The current study was aimed at describing the functions of the Teacher Work Group (TWG) within the perspective of the continuous professionalism development. The study took place in Kras district Kediri Regency and had 17 elementary school teachers as the research subjects. The data was collected by using interview and inductive analysis. The results of the study suggested that TWG was positively responded by the teachers as the means of sharing knowledge and experiences especially those which were related to the improvement of the teaching and learning quality in the classrooms. TWG was an effective vessel in developing the teachers’ continuous professionalism development.Keywords: teacher work group, professionalism development, elementary schools.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan fungsi Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) dalam perspektif pengembangan profesionalisme berkelanjutan. Lokasi Penelitian di Kecamatan Kras Kabupaten Kediri, dengan subjek 17 guru sekolah dasar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan analisis induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keberadaan KKG direspon positif oleh guru sebagai sarana berbagi pengetahuan dan pengalaman, khususnya mengenai peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. KKG efektif sebagai wadah pengembangan profesionalisme guru secara berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: kelompok kerja guru, pengembangan profesi, sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The level of traffic violations in Pekanbaru increasingly rising. Traffic violations consist of 21493 was given a speeding ticket and 6713 given a reprimand in 2014, whereas in 2015 increased significantly, namely; 11403 27 788 was given a speeding ticket and given a reprimand against violators of traffic in the city of Pekanbaru. In an effort to reduce abuse and raise public awareness of Pekanbaru in driving safe, orderly and peaceful course, is inseparable from the role of communication a more active and effective. The strategy used by the Satuan Lalu Lintas (Sat Lantas) Kota Pekanbaru include preventive strategy being pursued is to disseminate "Safety Riding" through publications in mass media, electronic and print media. This research using qualitative descriptive methods and data collection techniques are grouped by the fact the field through observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study consists of 4 people who were taken by purposive sampling technique. Interactive data analysis model the author uses to describe the results of research into techniques for data analysis and data validity checking researchers used a technique extension of participation and triangulation. The results showed that the communication strategy Satuan Lalu Lintas (Sat Lantas) Kota Pekanbaru targeted in disseminating Safety Riding is the entire community of Pekanbaru which have private vehicles, especially two-wheelers and the placement of the target is divided into five segments. Groups of institutions / agencies, groups of motorcycle clubs, youth groups, children and the general public. After the use of the media are divided into media groups and the mass media so that it can reach the whole community. The contents of the message delivered by the Satuan Lalu Lintas (Sat Lantas) Kota Pekanbaru are persuasive message, educative and informative. In doing various activities to socialize Safety Riding. Strategy communicator doing by Satuan Lalu Lintas (Sat Lantas) Kota Pekanbaru by selecting a few volunteers as extended of Satuan Lalu Lintas (Sat Lantas) Kota Pekanbaru to socialize Safety Riding to the public but not in all segments, only the segment motorcycle club, child, and teenagers.Keywords: communication strategy, sosializing, safety riding

Abstract

Lemak banyak ditemukan dalam makanan sehari-hari termasuk jajanan. Mahasiswa termasuk kelompok yang sering mengonsumsi jajanan. Konsumsi jajanan dengan kadar lemak tinggi dapat meningkatkan risiko penyakit tidak menular seperti hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar lemak total pada jajanan yang sering dikonsumsi oleh mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Brawijaya. Penelitian potong lintang ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan 32 sampel jajanan yang dipilih dengan non random sampling. Sampel jajanan ini terdiri dari delapan kelompok yaitu kentang goreng, weci, batagor, siomay, taiwan street snacks, roti bakar, batagor, cilok dan jasuke. Kadar lemak total pada jajanan diukur menggunakan metode proksimat. Hasil uji one way ANOVA menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang bermakna pada delapan kelompok jajanan yang diteliti (p < 0,001). Rerata kadar lemak total tertinggi ditemukan pada kelompok kentang goreng (7,97 g dalam 100 g makanan) dan terendah pada cilok (0,27 g dalam 100 g makanan). Kadar lemak total pada kentang goreng tidak berbeda dengan batagor, weci, dan taiwan street snacks.Kata kunci: lemak total; jajanan; mahasiswaAbstractFat is found in many everyday foods including snacks. University students include groups who often consume snacks. Consumption of snacks with high-fat content may increase the risk of non-communicable diseases such as hypertension. This study aims to determine the total fat content in snacks that are often consumed by students of the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Brawijaya. This cross-sectional study was conducted by collecting 32 samples of snack consisting of eight snack groups, namely fried potatoes, weci, batagor, siomay, taiwan street snacks, bread toast, batagor, cilok, and jasuke. Fat content in snacks is measured using proximate methods. One way ANOVA test results showed that there were significant differences in eight snack groups studied (p < 0.001). The highest mean fat content was found in the group of french fries (7.97 g in 100 g of food) and the lowest in cilok (0.27 g in 100 g of food). Fat content in french fries is no different from batagor, weci, and taiwan street snacks.Keywords: total fat; snack; university students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi kerjasama mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas III. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis metode penelitian eksperimen. Pada penelitian ini bentuk true exsperimental design dengan menggunakan teknik pretest-posttest control group design. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan t hitung (2,196) lebih dari t tabel (2.045) maka keputusannya Ho ditolak.Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media audio visual berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi kerjasama kelas III di SD Negeri Pejagan 1

Abstract

Background: WHO-ILAR COPCORD Program is a program that aimed to obtain data on joints pain and musculoskeletal diseases in developing countries, one aspect which has not been studied is the ability of COPCORD questionnaire as a screening tool which standardized for  screening  joint pain and musculoskeletal diseases. Objective of this study is to assess the validity of modified COPCORD questionnaire Indonesian version in screening joint pain and musculoskeletal disease compared to examination by rheumatologists.Methods: The initial phase of the research is determining essential points, translation to Indonesian, and back translation. The second stage is testing questionnaires in communities which 100 respondents involved. Dependent variable is the diagnosis of rheumatic diseases and independent variables are pain in less and more than 7 days, high degree pain in less and more than 7 days, history of NSAIDs/Steroids/DMARDs use, and disabilities. Validation test was assessed by calculating the sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV, LR+, and ROC curve. Bivariate analysis using Chi Square analysis, and multivariate analysis using logistic regression.Results: The sensitivity test results is best obtained on the question history of NSAIDs/steroids/DMARDs use (100%)  and specificity is best obtained on the question about disability (98%). ROC curve analysis which the results >85% obtained on the question of pain >7 days (90%), high degree pain >7 days (93%), and history of NSAIDs/steroids/DMARDs use (92%).  LR+ to diagnose rheumatic diseases found in all questions. Chi square analysis showed that all questions were significant with p <0.05 and odds ratio (OR) obtained most on high degree pain more than 7 days (OR: 180.167; 95% CI: 38.196-849.834).Conclusion: The modified COPCORD questionnaire Indonesian version has been adapted and can be a good tool in the screening of joint pain and musculoskeletal diseases compared to examination by rheumatologists. Keyword: Validation, Questionnaire, COPCORD

Abstract

The objective of  this research was to test the effectivenes on the use of L.casei and tapioca as the addition nutrition to prevent the damage of soy tempeh.  The experiment was arranged in a complete randomized block design consisted of  two factors and 3 replications.  The first factor was the concentration of L.casei (0%, 1%, 1,5%, and 2%), the other factor was the concentration of tapioca (0%, 0,4%, 0,8%, and 1,2%).  The data were analyzed with analysis of variance then continued with Honestly Significant Differences Test (HSD Test) with significance level of 5% and 1%.  The result showed that the concentration of L.casei 2% and tapioca 0,8% was able to prevent the tempeh deterioration.  The shelf-life reached 9 days of storage, the product had a longer shelf-life compared to that of the control (soy tempeh with no treatment) which only had 3 days of shelf life. Abstract

The objectives of this research were to observe the decision making process and the influence of product attributes in consuming of instant coffee products in sachets. This research used questionnaires to obtain information on the characteristics and consumer behavior of respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and importance attributes.  The results showed that process of buying through the stages in the purchase decision process, namely               a). need recognition: the main benefits expected was freshness of coffee, highest frequency was  once a day; and the main barrier was product quality; b). searching of information: the main source was promotion; c). alternative evaluation: The main factor in evaluation was taste, the known brand of instant coffee were Torabika, Nescafe, Kopi Luwak, ABC, Top, Good Day; d). The decision to buy: the main reasons to buy was taste; purchase decision depending on the situation, most influential are friends. e). post-purchase evaluation: customers are willing to keep buying previous products.. The highest product attributes importance of instant coffee were the highest sense of 4.34; aroma 4.23; and freshness of 4.11 which is the characteristics specialty[H1] of coffee. Abstract

This study aimed to get a profile of the drinking water refill depots in Bandar Lampung and determined the relationship between total organic carbon (TOC) with the parameters required to analyze drinking water.  This study was consisted of two stages.  The first stage was a survey, and the second stage was analysis of water samples in the laboratory.  The survey form was direct observation in the field and filled a questionnaire which addressed to some places that produce  drinking water refill in Bandar Lampung.  Laboratory testing was consisted of a sample of the quality testing of physical, chemical, and microbiological properties.  Physical quality testing included testing of odor, turbidity, taste, temperature, total dissolved solid (TDS), and color.  Chemical quality testing included test of pH, total organic carbon (TOC), inorganic carbon (IC), and total carbon (TC).  For the microbiological quality testing included test contamination of total plate count and coliform contamination.  Data were analyzed with SPSS program.  The results showed that 86% depot of drinking water refill still using standard refining technology that used multiple micro filter and silica sand media filtration and activated carbon, while 14% drinking water refill depot had used reverse osmosis technology.  All samples of water from various sources of drinking water refill depots in the city of Bandar Lampung had met the requirements of drinking water quality.  The high value of the parameter TOC will be followed by high value of the parameter of pH and color as well, because the parameters of color and pH were positively correlated with TOC parameter.Keywords : drinking water, total organic carbon, water quality.
