Abstract

Kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan di sekolah lebih sering menggunakan model klasikal sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan kurang menarik. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik adalah model pembelajaran ARIAS.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran ARIAS terhadap pemahaman siswa kelas IV pada materi globalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalen control group desain. Teknik pegumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes yang berupa soal pretest dan soal posttest. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwates nilai thitung adalah 2,54 sedangkan nilai ttabel pada db 38 adalah 2,02. Maka thitung > ttabel (2,54 > 2,02). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran ARIAS terhadap pemahaman materi globalisasi siswa kelas IV SDN Janti 2 Tulangan Sidoarjo. Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran, ARIAS, pemahaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kewajiban perpajakan selebgram atas jasa periklanan digital berdasarkan sistem self-assessment. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum sosiolegal, yaitu penelitian hukum normatif yang didukung oleh data-data penelitian hukum empirik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Makassar Selatan, Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kewajiban perpajakan selebgram atas jasa periklanan digital berdasarkan sistem self-assessment telah terlaksana, namun pelaksanaannya belum optimal serta belum dapat diterapkan secara konsekuen oleh Selebgram. Sejatinya, tujuan pemerintah memberlakukan sistem self-assessment agar dapat meningkatkan pemasukan kas Negara melalui sektor pajak, dibuktikan dengan jumlah Wajib Pajak yang terpaut jauh jika dibandingkan dengan Wajib Pajak Setor. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pemahaman dan kesadaran hukum oleh Wajib Pajak Selebgram terkait sistem perpajakan sebagai bagian dari kewajiban warga negara.

Abstract

Kota Malang merupakan salah satu kota yang menyandang ikon pendidikan di Jawa Timur, sehingga salah satu penyeimbang kebutuhan pendidikan ialah fasilitas perpustakaan. Meningkatnya institusi-institusi pendidikan yang menyebabkan pertambahan penduduk yang bermigrasi di Kota Malang juga menjadi sebab terhadap pengalihfungsian lahan-lahan hijau menjadi bangunan baru guna mewadahi kebutuhan pendatang baru. Hal ini yang menyebabkan tidak ada lagi penutup vegetasi yang dapat menurunkan suhu lingkungan. Menyikapi permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu pemecahan desain yakni bangunan yang dapat menyesuaikan iklim untuk mendapatkan kenyamanan di dalam bangunan. Metode perancangan yang digunakan ialah programatik dan pragmatik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melihat kondisi real tapak dan penggunaan teori yang dipaparkan secara kualitatif. Analisis dan sintesis dilakukan dengan metode programatik yang merupakan metode penyelesaian suatu masalah dengan cara yang sistematis dan berurutan sedangkan konsep bioklimatik dikembangkan melalui metode pragmatik. Komparasi yang digunakan ialah komparasi bangunan perpustakaan yang khusus menerapkan bioklimatik dengan fokus utama penerapan parameter bioklimatik yang dicetuskan oleh Ken Yeang. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa konsep arsitektur bioklimatik yang diterapkan di bangunan perpustakaan khususnya pada desain fasad dapat meningkatkan kemampuan insulasi fasad sehingga dapat menurunkan suhu pada beberapa ruang di perpustakaaan.Kata kunci: Malang, perpustakaan, bioklimatik

Abstract

Antidiabetic activity of ciplukan (Physalis angulataL.) herb has a lot to do, as an extracts and infusions, proven to reduce blood sugar levels in rats or mice induced by alloxan. The research objective was to evaluate the antidiabetic effect and identify the content of the chloroformfraction ciplukan herb eluated with methanol-ammonia. Antidiabetic effects testing conducted using 30 male white mice (Mus musculus) ddY strain were divided into 6 groups, each consisting of 5 mice. K-1 is a negative control induced by alloxan, K-2, K-3 and K-4 induced by alloxan and treated with the test substance dose of 50 mg/kg bw/day, 100 mg/ kg bw/day, 200 mg/kg bw/day, K-5 is a positive control, induced by alloxan and treated with metformin dose of 65 mg/kg bw, K-6 as normal controls. Each mouse blood samples taken on day 7 and day 14, to test their blood sugar levels. Data were analyzed using one-way anova and multiple differences test. Identification of the content of the chloroform fraction eluated with methanol-ammonia , carried out by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that all three doses showed a decrease in blood sugar levels significantly at day 7 , but the decline has not reach normal levels.Blood sugar levels drop significantly and the decline has reached normal occurred on day 14 . Dominant content of the chloroform fraction eluated with methanol-ammonia is a class of unsaturated fatty acid chain length is Hexanoic acid, C16H12O2, hexadecanoic acid methyl ester, C17H34O2, 9-octadecenoic acid methyl ester, C19H36O2, Oleic acid butyl ester, C22H42O2, 9-octadecenoic acid, C19H36O2, Octadecanoic acid,C18H36O2, 1,2-Benzendicarboxylic acid, C8H6O4, and Aplysterylacetate, C31H52O2. Another result is that Nordextromethorphan alkaloid compound, C17H23NO. The conclusion is chloroform fraction of ciplukan herbhas antidiabetic effects and has a class of compounds content of unsaturated fatty acids, Aplysterylacetate and alkaloid Nordextromethorphan.Keywords : Physalis angulata L., chloroform fraction, antidiabetes, Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrophotometry

The conclusion is chloro- form fraction of ciplukan herb has antidiabetic effects and has a class of compounds con- tent of unsaturated fatty acids, Aplysterylacetate and alkaloid Nordextromethorphan.

Abstract

Abstract Tropical forest vegetation varies with vegetation structure. Branch characteristics were very complex, created gaps with some variation.Gaps can form physical environment that affect the performance of motion, flight and thermoregulation of insects. The purpose of this study was to determine the behavioral response of butterflies to patch influenced by canopy covering of  a tropical rain forest rain. The study was conducted on 20-22 June 2013, in 6 pairs of patch   on the vegetation canopy gaps and closed canopy PPKA Bodogol, Sukabumi, West Java. Behavioral observations used was focal animal sampling technique and analyzed by Manova Test. Results showed that the location and species in both patch significantly affect the behavior of butterflies.   Key words: behavioural respons, butterfly , canopy gaps , closed canopy

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang packing plant semen. Saat proses packing berlangsung seringkali terjadi kesalahan proses kerja yang menimbulkan defect product. Six sigma adalah suatu metode yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk untuk menghasilkan produk yang bebas cacat (zero defect) dengan menggunakan pendekatan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve dan Control). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk semen X dan untuk mencapai zero defects pada saat proses packing. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa jenis-jenis cacat yang terdapat pada proses packing ini adalah bag burst, bag stuck, berat bag di luar toleransi, bag rusak, dengan jenis cacat terbesar yakni bag burst sebesar 72,9% untuk jenis bag 50 kg dan 68,8% untuk jenis bag 40 kg yang akan dijadikan prioritas perbaikan. Nilai sigma untuk jenis bag 50 kg dan 40 kg berada pada rentang nilai 3,79-4,13σ. Sehingga masih perlu dilakukan perbaikan untuk mencapai nilai 6σ dan untuk menghasilkan produk zero defect.

Abstract

The addition of growth regulator is one of the critical success factors in in vitro cultures. 2,4-D as a plant regulator in media can stimulate the cell division, enlargement of the explants and promotes the formation and growth of callus. The purpose of this study was to determine the time of callus formation and to determine the best concentration of 2.4-D in inducing the growth of callus from leaf explants of Vanda sp. This research was conducted by experiment with completely randomized design, which consists of six levels of treatment concentration of 2,4-D i.e. 0 ppm; 1 ppm; 1.5 ppm; 2 ppm; 2.5 ppm; and 3 ppm. The parameters observed were the percentage of callus formation and the form of callus from Vanda sp leaf explants. The results were statistically analyzed by using MINITAB program version 17. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed and the difference between means score/value was separated by F test at p < 0.05. The results showed that 2,4-D treatment give significant effect (F 5,12 = 3,20; p = 0,046 < 0,05) on the callus growth time and its percentage. Application of 2 ppm 2.4-D was the best concentration for accelerating the callus growth time (14.3 days after planting) and increasing the percentage of callus formation (83.3%). Most of callus type were proliferative callus (36.11%) and senescence callus (11.11%). The results of this research are very important to grow the callus from Vanda leaves orchid explant because it is very diffucult to grow.

Abstract

To reveal the dominant substances contribute to antidiabetic effect of Physalis angulata herbs, an antidiabetic test had been done  on chloroform fraction of the herbs eluted with methanol-ammoniak. Identification of active substances was done by GC-MS.  Antidiabetic test was done using 30 male mice  (Mus musculus) strain ddY. The blood samples was taken on day-7 and day-14. Results showed that sugar blood level of the treated mice was significantly decreased, and reached normal level on day-14. Identification with GC-MS revealed that dominant substances in chloroform fraction of Physalis angulata herbs were unsaturated fatty acids, i.e. Hexanoic acid, Hexadecanoic acid methyl ester, 9-Octadecenoic acid methyl ester, Oleic acid butyl ester, 9-Octadecenoic acid, 1,2-Benzendicarboxylic acid, and Aplysterylacetate.. Beside fatty acids it was also found Nordextromethorphan, an alkaloid substance. In conclusion, chloroform fraction of  Physalis angulata herbs had antidiabetic avtivity and the dominant substances were unsaturated fatty acids and alkaloid Nordextromethorphan.   ABSTRAK Untuk mengetahui senyawa dominan dalam herba ciplukan yang mempunyai efek antidiabetes, maka dilakukan uji antidiabetes fraksi kloroform yang dieluasi dengan metanol-amoniak, selanjutnya diidentifikasi kandungannya dengan kromatografi gas spektrofotometri massa (KGC-MS). Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan 30 ekor mencit putih jantan (Mus musculus) galur ddY. Masing-masing mencit diambil sampel darahnya pada hari ke-7 dan hari ke-14, untuk diuji kadar gula darahnya. Hasilnya ketiga dosis menunjukkan penurunan kadar gula darah secara signifikan pada hari ke-7, tetapi penurunannya belum mancapai kadar normal, sedangkan pada hari ke-14 seluruh perlakuan menunjukkan penurunan kadar gula darah secara signifikan dan penurunannya telah mencapai normal. Hasil identifikasi dengan KGC-MS menunjukkan kandungan dominan fraksi kloroform yang dieluasi dengan metanol-amoniak adalah golongan asam lemak tidak jenuh berantai panjang yaitu asam heksanoat, metil heksadekanoat, metil 9-oktadekanoat, butil oleat, asam 9-oktadekanoat, asam 1,2-benzendikarboksilat, dan Aplistearilasetat. Di samping asam lemak tidak jenuh, ditemukan pula senyawa alkaloid yaitu Nordextromethorphan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa fraksi kloroform herba ciplukan mempunyai efek antidiabetes dan mempunyai kandungan senyawa golongan asam lemak tidak jenuh dan alkaloid Nordextromethorphan.

Abstract

The research on corrosion rate analysis of concrete iron with swampsoil medium has been conducted. The aims of this study were to determine thecorrosion rate and the types of corrosion that occurred in concrete iron withswamp soil medium. The methods of this study are Weight Loss method, AtomicAbsorption Spectroscopy (AAS) test, and Scanning Electron Microscope-EnergyDispersion X-Ray (SEM-EDX). This study used a different immersion timevariant, such as 20 days, 40 days, 65 days, and without medium for 65 days. Theconcrete iron used in this study is concrete U-24 or plain concrete iron 10. Thecorrosion rate that occurs in iron concrete with swamp soil medium at 20 daysimmersion is 20977.5868 mmpy, 40 days immersion is 17721.9174 mmpy, 65days immersion is 16932. 9071 and 65 days without a medium are 3023.3793mmpy. The more time, the rate of corrosion become more slowly due to theinfluence of corrosion products that have occurred. The corrosion rate without themedium is slower than the corrosion rate with the medium. The types of corrosionthat occurs in concrete iron with swamp soil medium are crevice corrosion andpitting corrosion.
