Abstract

The change system of Daya Modern Wholesale market Mechanism is necessary because the system in place does not run propertly in accordance with. Associated with the existing system, the less the saller Latituted in marketing various kinds of merchandise, numer of trade sale price competation, the high prince of rent stalls/ kiosk, so in need of more serious treatment. That’s what limits the interes of traders in traditional markets to modern reluctant to sell in the market that had been prepared. In this study, discussion or research methods used there are 3 ways to market directly to the site observation, the survey by interviewing the traders and buyers in the market as well as distributing questionarto the merchant in order to confirm the results of research. From the research that have has been done the result is permanent traders selling in the market traditional and modern markets that have been built are not working prorely. So that the conclutions and recommendations that can be given is to change the system of Daya Modern Wholesale Market mechanisms to attract market participants.

Abstract

ABSTRAK            Indonesia diketahui banyak memiliki tumbuhan yang berkhasiat obat, diantaranya adalah daun ketepeng cina (Cassia alata. L) yang mempunyai khasiat sebagai obat cacing, sariawan, sembelit, panu, kurap, kudis dan gatal-gatal. Tujuan Penelitian: untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak etanol dan n-heksan daun ketepeng cina (Cassia alata. L) terhadap waktu kematian cacing pita ayam secara in vitro. Metode Penelitian: Merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan memberikan perlakuan terhadap cacing pita ayam yang direndam dalam ekstrak etanol dan ekstrak n-heksan dengan dosis 25 mg/25 mL, 50 mg/25 mL, 75 mg/ 25mL dan 100 mg/25 mL serta sebagai pembanding adalah mebendazole dengan seri dosis yang sama. Setiap perlakuan dilakukan 3 kali replikasi dengan masing-masing replikasi menggunakan 5 ekor cacing. Waktu kematian cacing dicatat dan dilakukan analisis. Hasil Penelitian: Ekstrak n-heksan diketahui lebih cepat mematikan cacing pita ayam dibandingkan dengan ekstrak etanol, namun masih lebih lambat dibandingkan dengan mebendazole. Dosis  100 mg/ 25mL memberikan waktu kematian yang paling cepat pada semua kelompok, dengan waktu kematian sebagai berikut: 1) Ekstrak etanol 202 menit±17.48, 2) Ekstrak n-heksan 138 menit±26,94 dan Mebendazole 95 menit±21,68. Kesimpulan: Ekstrak etanol dan n-heksan mampu mematikan cacing pita ayam (Raillietina sp.) secara in vitro.Kata kunci: Efek anthelmintic, daun Cassia alata. Aim of this study is to understand the effect of ethanolic and n-hexane leaf extract of Cassia alata. L toward mortality time of chicken tapeworm (raillietina sp.) in vitro. Four concentrations (25, 50, 75 and 100 mg/ 25 mL) of each extract were studied in activity, which involved the determination time of death of the tapeworm. Both the extracts exhibited best anthelmintic effect at highest concentration of 100 mg/25 ml.  Mebendazole  in  same  concentration  as  that  of  extract  was included  as  standard  reference. Mortality time for each extracts are 1) Ethanolic extracts 202 minute±17.48; 2) n-hexane extract 138 minute±26.94 and Mebendazole 95 minute±21.68  The ethanolic  and  n-hexane leaf  extracts of Cassia alata. Abstract

Antibiotic are secondary metabolites yielded by microbe especially fungus. Previous research succesfull screened four kinds of fungus that live in termites queen’s nest, one of them was Aspergillus flavus. Furthermore, Alen et al (2016g) states that this fungus last to produce metabolite compounds on SDA media which only exist in first and second  subculture extract, omit gradually for the next culture. It was presumed happen caused a different habitat to grow. So it is necessary to enrich the media with queen termite nest to get back the initial metabolites. The enrichment was done using four different media concentrations (0.25; 0,50; 0.75 and 1 grams of nest/mL media). The results show that enrichment of 1 gram of nest/mL media provides the most optimum fungus growht. The third subculture of Aspergillus flavus is cultured on enriched media which will become the fourth subculture, this fungus cultured until tenth subculture, do extraction and   fracination to each culture. Based on TLC profile analysis, the initial metabolite not yet formed until tenth subculture, but forms six new stain terpenoid compounds.  The result of  columns chromatography obtained 10 sub-faction. Activity test was done by diffusion method to 12  test bacteria and 3 test fungus. Spot 2,5,6 (Rf 0.84; 0,36; 0,26) inhibit the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, spot 3,4 (Rf 0.74; 0,52) inhibit the growth of Micrococcus luteus ATCC 10240. The use of enriched media affect formation of  secondary metabolites Aspergillus flavus.  Keyword : Secondary metabolites, Aspergillus flavus, Macrotermes gilvus Hagen., Enriched media, TLC Profiles, Activity Assay

Abstract

Abstract

Berdasarkan UU No.52 tahun 2009 tentang Pengembangan Kependudukan dan Pengembangan Keluarga Pasal 4 ayat 2 menyebutkan bahwa pembangunan keluarga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas keluarga agar timbul rasa aman, damai dan berharap masa depan yang lebih baik dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan kelahiran dan kebahagiaan batiniah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi program keluarga berencana dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Untuk mengetahui kendala apa yang dihadapi UPT - KB Kabupaten Tanah Tumbuh, Kabupaten Bungo. Untuk mengetahui upaya apa yang dilakukan oleh UPT - KB Kabupaten Tahah Tumbuh Bungo dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi program keluarga berencana dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di kantor UPT - KB Tanah Tumbuh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 12 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Implementasi program keluarga berencana dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga di UPT-KB Kecamatan Tanah Tumbuh Kabupaten Bungo belum berjalan optimal karena masih ada kendala atau kendala.
