Abstract

Parameter pertumbuhan dan mortalitas ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) diduga dari data frekuensi panjang yang dikumpulkan dari aktifitas perikanan di waduk Bilibili dengan menggunakan teknik pemisahan sebaran normal melalui bantuan program ELEFAN. Nilai dugaan parameter pertumbuhan von Bertalanffy, yaitu L? adalah 43.00 cm dengan K sebesar 0.30 per tahun. Laju mortalitas total, Z sebesar 1.1530 per tahun diduga dengan menggunakan analisis panjang rata-rata. Laju mortalitas alami, M sebesar 0.7350 per tahun diduga dengan rumus empiris Pauly sehingga laju mortalitas penangkapan, F diduga 0.4180 per tahun dengan laju eksploitasi mencapai 0.3630. Model hasil per rekrut Beverton dan Holt menunjukkan bahwa status perikanan saat ini adalah 86.63% dari hasil potensial. Kata kunci: ikan nila, pertumbuhan, kematian, hasil per rekrut, Waduk Bilibili.

Abstract

In 2012 a studi was conducted on the potential of Nyamplung in Ketapang and North Kayong Regencies, which stated that there were 219 trees of nyamplung potential in the coastal area of Tambak Rawang, North Kayong Regency. The next problem is how the nyamplung plant distribution conditions after seven years latter, whether there is a decrease or increase in population of nyamplung at Tambak Rawang coastal area, Sukadana District, Kayong Utara Regency. The purpose of this study is to examine the potential of nyamplung (Calophyllum inophyllum) in the coastal area of Tambak Rawang, Sukadana District, Kayong Utara Regency. This research was conducted at Tambak Rawang beach, Sukadana District, Kayong Utara Regency, West Kalimantan Province for approximately ± 1 month. Data collection techniques are carried out by the census of all nyamplung (C. inophyllum) trees found at the coastal area. Observations for seedling level were conducted by making 2 x 2 m plots placed by purposive sampling or deliberately at locations where there were many nyamplung seedlings at the observation site. Observation results show that there were 238 nyamplung trees found at the Tambak Rawang coastal area. The average number of primary, secondary and tertiary branches in the nyamplung tree are ± 5.18, ± 36.29 and ± 424.29 branches, respectively. Production of the weight of fruit in each tree is  ± 5.827 tons per fruit season. The number of nyamplung tree seedlings was found 6771 seedlings around the bottom of the nyamplung tree.Keyword : Coastal area, Kayong Utara, nyamplung (Callophyllum inophyllum), potency

Abstract

Trolling liner was a dominance used by fishermans in Sinjai Regency was made by traditional without planning before, so stability and seakeeping ability about sea condition was unknown. The research aimed to analyze the rolling motion of trolling liner in regular condition of beam seas. The research was a case study of trolling liner used by the fisherman in Sinjai.Geometry measurement vessel formwas done to get a model of trolling liner and then make a redesign as a comparedand thenmake a simulation using program Maxsurf v8.i.the result showed that the sample have a good stability. Higher rollingwas 18,168 onhigh wave -0,1971 m and lowerrollingwas -18,168 on high wave 0,1971 m,while theredesignshowed higherrollingwas 14,102 on high wave -0,1970 m and lowerrollingwas -14,102 on high wave 0.1968 m.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the type and function of ecosystems of mangrove forests, in Sinjai district and calculate the total economic value of mangrove ecosystems. The analytical method used is economic valuation and willingness to pay community. The results showed that species dominating Rhyzopora sp, Avicennia sp Sonneratia sp and Bruguera sp. The direct benefits to the community from mangrove forest in the area of research are firewood, nipa roof, fish and crabs and bats with economic value of Rp 8,598,020,500 with average value per ha 11,343,117. Indirect value consists of wave breaks of Rp 4,480,000,000 or Rp 448,000,000 / year with an estimated life of the building for 10 years and a carbon sequestration benefit of Rp 153,495,000 a year. Benefit value of Rp203, 250 per ha. The result is multiplied by the total area of the existing mangrove forest ecosystem of 758 Ha, with a total value of biodiversity benefits of Rp 154,063,500 per year. The value of the existence benefit of RP 446,260 ha / yr. With a total area of 758 mangroves, the total benefit of the existence of mangrove ecosystems in Kabupatem Sinjai amounted to Rp 338,265,080 / year. The economic benefit value of Total mangrove sinjai is Rp 13,723,844,080 while the total benefit value per ha is Rp 22,816,656 per year.Keywords: Bennefit economic, Mangrove ecosystem, economic valuaition, Sinjai

Abstract

This studyto determine the effect of financial ratios on non-performing loans (NPLs) on conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2017 period. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2017 totaling 42 banks. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method. According to Sugiyono (2010) purposive sampling is a sample taken based on certain considerations or criteria. The number of samples to be used in this study were 25 conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2017 period. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously CAR, LDR, LAR, and BOPO variables have a significant effect on Non-Performing Loans (NPL). While partially the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) does not affect the Non Performing Loan (NPL), the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a negative and significant effect on the Non Performing Loan (NPL), the Loan to Assets Ratio (LAR) has no effect on the Non Performing Loans (NPL), and Operating Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO) have a significant and positive effect on Non-Performing Loans (NPL).

Abstract

Biological performance of skipjack tuna has been done in the Flores Sea during the  southeast monsoon (June - August, 2013).  The objective of the research was to analyze biological performance of skipjack tuna captured by purse seine: including size composition,age classes, growth rate, food habit, gonad maturity and suitable length for capture.  The data for length structure and age class, the growth rate,  food habit, gonad maturity,  and volumetric fecundity estimation were analyzed using Bhattacharya, Von Bertalanffy, propendance index, histological and volumentric methods, respectively. The results showed that (1) the size structure and age class were different according to the fishing ground location and the fishing season, (2) the average size of fishes captured in the western part of Flores Sea was greater than the eastern one, (3) the average length of fishes catched by purse seine without fish aggregation device (FAD, rumpon) was longer than  that of with FAD, (4) the growth rate of skipjack tuna was slow where the growth coefficient was less than 0,5 per year, and the asymptotic length was 106,0 cm FL, (5) the skipjack tuna achieved the mature stage at 45 cm and  at 50 cm length for female and male, respectively, and ready to spawn at 55 cm and 60 cm for male and female , respectively, (6) it was more than 80 % of fishes captured by fishermen in the Flores Sea which were not yet suitable size for fishing.

Abstract

Dinamika populasi ikan cakalang (Katsuwonus pelamis, Linnaeus) di perairan Selat Makassar yang merupakan bagian Wilayah Pengelolaan Perikanan Republik Indonesia 713 (WPP RI 713) di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dan Barat telah dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan sampel sejumlah 20.707 ekor ikan cakalang yang tertangkap dengan alat tangkap purse sSeine dan hand line di Kabupaten Barru dan Majene.  Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada bulan Mei – Oktober 2014 di sentra pendaratan ikan.  Ukuran frekuensi panjang cagak diukur dan menduga parameter panjang cagak asimtot (L∞), koefisien pertumbuhan (K), koefisien kematian total (Z), koefisien kematian alami (M), koefisien kematian penangkapan (F), laju eksploitasi (E) dan potensi hasil tangkapan per rekrut relatif (Y’/R) dengan menggunakan alat bantu perangkat lunak FISAT-II.  Hasil dugaan parameter pertumbuhan von Bertalanffy  dengan metode Response Surface pada ELEFAN-I yaitu L∞ =  107,0 cm dan  K = 0,8 per tahun.   Laju mortalitas total diduga dengan menggunakan analisis kurva hasil tangkapan yaitu Z = 4,47 per tahun.  Kematian  alami diduga dengan rumus empiris Pauly diperoleh nilai dugaan M = 1,1 per tahun.  Kematian karena penangkapan (F) sebesar 3,37 per tahun memberikan hasil dugaan laju eksploitasi (E) sebesar 0,75.  Dugaan model hasil-per-rekruit relatif Beverton dan Holt menunjukkan bahwa tingkat eksploitasi telah memperlihatkan lebih tangkap sebesar 26,5% dari nilai E-optimumnya.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang kondisi stok ikan cakalang  di perairan Teluk Bone Sulawesi Selatan  telah dilakukan Januari sampai Oktober 2016.  Tujuan penelitian yaitu  menganalisis kondisi stok ikan cakalang menurut musim penangkapan. Kondisi stok ikan cakalang dianalisis menggunakan indikator biologi dan dinamika populasi.  Struktur ukuran  memakai column diagram, jumlah kelompok umur metoda frekuensi panjang Bhattacharya, laju mortalitas penangkapan dan laju eksploitasi metoda Beverton dan Holt,   laju pertumbuhan metoda Von Bertalanffy dan Ford and Walford, ukuran layak tangkap metoda Mallawa. Hasil penelitian bahwa  struktur ukuran didominasi ikan cakalang  muda,  populasi terdiri dua sampai tiga kelompok umur, laju mortalitas penangkapan dan eksploitasi cukup tinggi (> 1,0), laju pertumbuhan populasi lambat (<0,5 pertahun) dan persentase ukuran layak tangkap rendah (> 20%)  pada semua musim penangkapan ikan.  Capaian stok terhadap nilai normal berkisar 40 – 60 %. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa stok ikan  cakalang semua musim penangkapan di luar kondisi normal  dan termasuk ke dalam kategori populasi ikan yang mengalami tekanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan desain dan konstruksi teknologi rumpon yang digunakan nelayan (2) menentukan sebaran pemanfaatan rumpon berdasarkan alat tangkap yang digunakan (3) mengidentifikasi jenis alat tangkap yang menggunakan teknologi alat bantu rumpon dan komposisi jenis ikan yang tertangkap. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di perairan Kabupaten Jeneponto pada bulan Desember 2015 - Januari 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan teknik pengambilan data yaitu melakukan pengukuran langsung, mengikuti operasi penangkapan, dan wawancara nelayan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi rumpon terdiri dari pelampung berbahan styrofoam tinggi 100 cm dan lebar 60 cm, badan rumpon  terdiri dari tali utama berbahan polyethylene dengan panjang berkisar 15-35 meter dan attraktor daun lontar, dan batu sebagai pemberat. Jumlah rumpon yang tersebar sebanyak 28 unit. Alat tangkap yang digunakan di sekitar rumpon adalah pancing ulur dengan hasil tangkapan terdiri enam jenis ikan dengan komposisi hasil tangkapan Tembang (Sardinella gibbosa) 36%, Selar Kuning (Selaroides leptolepis) 28%, Layang (Decapterus macrosoma) 16%, Kembung lelaki (Rostrellinger kanagurta) 8 %, Kuwe (Carangoides talamparoides) 11 %, dan Peperek (Leiognathus equulus) 1%. Rumpon memiliki peran dan konstribusi dalam peningkatan jumlah hasil tangkapan dan perekonomian nelayan.
