Abstract

Marlina et al. 2012. The Response of Rice (Oryza sativa L.) to Organic Fertilizer Plus and Organic Pesticides under the System of Rice Intensification (SRI) in Tidal Lowlands. JLSO 1(2):138-148. This study aims at evaluating the response of rice (Oryza sativa L.) to the dosage and type of organic fertilizer plus and organic pesticides under the System of Rice Intensification (SRI) in tidal lowlands. This research was implemented at the rice field Desa Tanjung Sari, Kecamatan Tanjung Lago, Kota Terpadu Mandiri  (KTM) Telang, Kabupaten Banyuasin. The research was conducted from December 2010 until March 2011. It employedFactorial Group Randomized Design (RAK) to allow each factor were repeated 3 times for 5 plant samples. Variability analysis indicates that the provision of the dosage of organic fertilizer plus provided significant  effect on plant height, the number of seedlings, the number of productive seedlings, grain per panicle, production, and the percentage of infestation. However, it did not show significant  effect on the percentage of empty grains. The provision of organic pesticides provided significant effect on grain per panicle, production, the percentage of pests, but gave no effect on plant height, the number of seedlings, the number of productive seedlings, and the percentage of empty grains. The combination of powdered organic fertilizer plus of  750 kg / ha and  organic pesticides (animal and vegetable pesticides) gave  the highest production of 2.23 kg/plot or 5.57 ton/ha.

Merril) at different planting spaces in tidal land. Jurnal Lahan Suboptimal: Journal of Suboptimal Lands. 8(2):148-158.  Tidal lowlands flood type C is suboptimal land and very potential in cultivating soybean, but it has problems in soil fertility, macro and micro nutrient poor, therefore to increase soil fertility can be given various types of organic fertilizers, including cow manure organic fertilizer, chicken manure organic fertilizer and biofertilizer. All types of organic fertilizers are composted, and specifically biofertilizers are made with their own formula. It is expected that the organic fertilizer provided can increase soil fertility and nutrient availability for soybean plants. This study aimed to get the best type of organic fertilizer on the availability of nutrient levels of NPK and soybean production at different spacing in tidal land.  This research was conducted in Jaya Agung Village, Lalan District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province, and was carried out in March 2018 - June 2018. The method used was the experimental method. The design used is a split-plot design. with 9 treatment combinations and repeated 3 times. As the main plot treatment is plant spacing (20 cm x 20 cm, 20 cm x 30 cm and 20 cm x 40 cm), and treatment of subplots are: types of cow manure organic fertilizers  10 ton/ha, chicken manure organic fertilizer 10 ton/ha, and biofertilizer 400 kg/ha. The results showed that the combination treatment of plant spacing of 20 cm x 30 cm with the type of biofertilizer 400 kg/ha could  increase   soybean production by 9.11 g/plot or equivalent to 2.43 ton/ha.

Abstract

Marlina et al, 2018. Utilization of Various Types of Biofertilizer on the Production of Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) in overflow type C Tidal Soils from Banyuurip. JLSO 7(1):74-79. Tidal land has considerable potential to be used as agricultural land, one of which is for shallot, but the obstacles faced in this tidal land are high soil acidity and low soil fertility. Therefore, to increase the production of onion plants can be given biological organic fertilizer. This study aimed to analyze the right type of biological organic fertilizer in increasing the production of shallots. This research was carried out at the Greenhouse in Palembang. The design used was Factorial Randomized Completely Block Design with consisted of 4 treatment factors with 6 replications for each treatment.  The first factor was control (O0), the second factor was biofertilizer enriched with Azospirillum (O1) bacteria, the third factor was biofertilizer enriched with phosphate solvent bacteria (BPF) (O2), and the fourth factor was biofertilizers enriched with Azospirillum and BPF bacteria. The results showed that the treatment of Azospirillum and BPF-enriched biofertilizers gave the best production per hill of onion by 85.33 g.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and study the effect of plant spacing and chicken manure fertilizers on growth and yield of peanut. This research was conducted at the Experimental Farm of the Faculty of Agriculture Land Dictionary C Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang, Hamlet I Semambu Island Village, District of North Indralaya, Ogan Ilir South Sumatra, took place from May to August 2014. The method used is a plot design Separated (Split Plot Design) with nine combinations of treatments and three replications. The main plot (main plot) is a spacing (A), J1 20 cm x 20 cm, 30 cm x 20 J2 cm, J3 40 cm x 20 cm, as a subplot (sub-plots) is the dose of compost (P), P1 5 tons / ha, P2 10 tons / ha, P3 15 tons / ha. Parameters observed that plant height (cm), number of primary branches (branch), the overall weight of pod (g), number of pods containing (pod), the number of empty pods (legumes), berangkasan wet weight (g), dry berangkasan weight (g ), 100 seed weight (g). Based on the results of analysis of variance showed that the spacing of chicken manure fertilizer rate and not significant for all variables observed. Treatment interaction effect was not significant

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menentukan jenis pupuk hayati yang berpengaruh terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi pada tanaman jagung manis (Zea mays saccharata Sturt) di lahan lebak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang (FP-UMP). Kegiatan penelitian ini berlangsung dari bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan April 2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak kelompok (RAK) dengan satu perlakuan, masing-masing unit perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Faktor perlakuan yang diterapkan adalah : Jenis pupuk hayati (P) yaitu ; P0 = tanpa perlakuan (kontrol), P1 = pupuk Mikoriza + 50% pupuk N,P,K (Urea, SP36, KCl), P2 = pupuk Bioboost + 50% pupuk N,P,K (Urea, SP36, KCl), P3 = pupuk Azospirillum + 50% pupuk N,P,K (Urea, SP36, KCl), P4 = pupuk Bakteri Pelarut Fosfat + 50% pupuk N,P,K (Urea, SP36, KCl), P5 = pupuk Organik Hayati + 50% pupuk N,P,K (Urea, SP36, KCl). Peubah yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), berat tongkal per tanaman (g), Panjang tongkol (cm), Diameter tongkol (cm), Berat tongkol perpetak (g), berat kering berangkasan (g). Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan jenis pupuk hayati berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap berat berangkasan kering, panjang tongkol, berat tongkol dan produksi per petak, berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan diameter tongkol. Produksi tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan P1 = pupuk Mikoriza + 50% pupuk N,P,K (Urea, SP36, KCl) dengan berat 10544,50 g per petak.

Abstract

Effect of Media Composition Against Plant Nursery Cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) in Polybag. This study aims to determine the effect of media composition in the appropriate planting cocoa plant nurseries (Theobroma cacao L.) In Polybag . The research was conducted dilahan experimental garden campus of University of Muhammadiyah Palembang C Semambu Island Village District of North Inderalaya Ogan Ilir South Sumatra Province. This study will take place from the month of May to July 2015. This study used a method of execution that is Rancanga Randomized (RAK) are arranged singly with 5 treatments and 5 replications. Each treatment consisted of 4 plants example. The treatment in the study include M0 = Soil Topsoil (control), M1 = 1: 1: 1 (Land: Chicken Manure: Rice Husk), M2 = 1: 2: 1 (Land: Chicken Manure: Rice Husk), M3 = 1: 1: 2 (Soil: Chicken Manure: Rice Husk), M4 = 2: 1: 1 (Land: Chicken Manure: Rice Husk ). The parameters observed in this study was the increase of plant height (cm), in the number of leaves (pieces), root fresh weight (g), root dry weight (g), berangkaasan wet weight (g), beragkasan dry weight (g), Results of analysis of variance showed that the composition ratio of the planting medium does not influence significantly on all the observed variables.

Abstract

Pengaruh lama penyinaran dan panjang hari terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman krisan (Chrysanthemum sp.). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan lama penyinaran tambahan dalam jam dan hari yang paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman krisan (Chrysanthemum sp.) Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Dusun Talang Tinggi, Kecamatan Dempo Utara, Kota Pagaralam, yang dimulai pada bulan Mei sam Juli 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terbagi (split plot design) Sebagai petak Utama adalah penambahan penyinaran dalam jam yang terdiri dari : Penambahan penyinaran 2 jam, penambahan penyinaran 3 jam,dan penambahan penyinaran 4 jam. Anak petak adalah tambahan penyinaran dalam hari yang terdiri dari : Penambahan penyinaran 20 hari, penambahan penyinaran 30 hari, penambahan penyinaran 40 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penambahan waktu penyinaran 4 jam dan penambahan waktu penyinaran 30 hari menghasilkan pertumbuhan tanaman krisan terbaik terhadap, diameter bunga yaitu 10,33 (cm), diameter batang yaitu 4,25 (cm), jumlah bunga 13,33 (tangkai), panjang akar yaitu 12,30 (cm) dan kesegaran bunga yaitu 12,03 (hari).

Abstract

Influence the type and dose of organic fertilizer plus the growth of seedlings of cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) in polybag. This study aims to identify and determine the type and dose of organic fertilizer formula plus the growth of seedlings of cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) in polybag. This research has been conducted in experimental garden campus of the University of Muhammadiyah Palembang C, Semambu Island Village, District North Inderalaya, Kabupatan Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra Province. This research has been going on from May to July 2015. This study used a randomized block design (RAK) factorial with 12 combined treatment and repeated 3 times with 3 plants examples. The factors examined in the study include the type of formula (J) consisting of: J1 = Formula 1, J2 = formula 2, J3 = 3 and dosage of fertilizer formula (T) consisting of: T1 = 10g / polybag T2 = 20g / polybag T3 = 30g / polybag. The parameters observed in this study was the increase of plant height (cm), in the number of leaves (pieces), root fresh weight (g), root dry weight (g), total wet weight (g), total dry weight (g). The results obtained in this study is a fertilizer treatment of coal formula 3 and dosage 30 g/polybag give the best effect on the growth of seedlings of cocoa (Theobroma cacao L).

Abstract

Pengaruh Jenis Pupuk Organik Padat dan Cair Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Seledri (Apium graveolens L.) Penelitian telah dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan mulai dari bulan Juli sampai September 2014 di salah satu lahan petani di Kelurahan Talang Kelapa KM. 10 Kota Palembang. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan jenis pupuk organik padat dan cair yang dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman seledri (Apium graveolens L.). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial dengan 9 kombinasi 3 ulangan. Perlakuan Jenis Pupuk Organik Padat yang terdiri dari P1= kompos jerami padi; P2= Pupuk organik plus; P3= organik kotoran ayam, sedangkan sebagai Jenis Pupuk Organik Cair yaitu C1= Tanpa pupuk organik cair; C2= Pupuk organik cair buatan sendiri; C3= Pupuk organik cair super NPK. Parameter yang diamati terdiri dari tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah tangkai daun (buah), berat segar/tanaman (g), berat kering tanaman (g), indeks panen (%).Hasil kesimpulan menunjukan perlakuan jenis pupuk organik plus menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan produksi yang terbaik terhadap tanaman seledri, dengan berat segar tanaman 17,78 g/ tanaman. Perlakuan jenis pupuk organik cair buatan sendiri secara tabulasi menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman seledri, dengan berat segar tanaman 16,27 g/tanaman.

Abstract

Respon tanaman jagung manis (Zea mays saccharata Sturt) terhadap pupuk kompos kotoran ayam dan NPK dengan takaran berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan takaran pupuk kompos kotoran ayam dan NPK yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman jagung manis (Zea mays saccharata Sturt) di lahan lebak. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan fakultas Pertanian Kampus C Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang di Desa Pulau Semambu, Kecamatan Indralaya Utara, Kabupaten Organ Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan dari bulan April sampai Juli 2016. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial (RAKF) dengan 9 kobinasi perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor Perlakuan kompos kotoran ayam A1:0.5 ton/ha (150 g/petak),?? A2: 1,0? ton/ha (300 g/petak), A3:1,5 ton/ha (450 g/petak). NPK M1:100 kg/ha (30 g/petak), M2:150 kg/ha (45 g/petak), M3:200 kg/ha (60 g/petak). Hasil terbaik yang didapat dalam penelitian ini adalah perlakuan interaksi antara pupuk kompos kotoran ayam 1,5 ton/ha (450 g/petak) dan NPK 200 kg/ha (60 g/petak), memberikan hasil tertinggi.
