Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee recruitment and employee selection and its effect on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Kanwil II Pekanbaru. Employee recruitment as a variable (X1), employee selection as a variable (X2), and Employee Performance as a variable (Y). The method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative using the SPSS 21 program, where the sample used is 87 employees conducted by simple random sampling and data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results of the analysis use the validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test. So that it can be concluded that employee recruitment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pegadaian Kanwil II Pekanbaru, employee selection has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Kanwil II Pekanbaru, and employee recruitment and employee selection have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Pegadaian Kanwil II Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the compensation and organizational commitment on turnover intention. The sample in this study was taken as many as 52 respondents and the technique used was census technique. The data in this study used the survey method through questionnaires filled out by employees. Data obtained using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. And simultaneously compensation and organizational commitment have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.Keywords: Compensation, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of situational leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Blue Bird Pekanbaru. where two independent variables are proposed and one dependent variable, situational leadership style and work motivation as independent variable and employee job satisfaction act as dependent variable. This research method is descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS 21 program, where the sample used is employees of PT. Blue Bird Pekanbaru with 43 respondents. For sampling technique using census method. Technique of collecting data through kusioner and interview. The result of analysis using validity test, reliability test, detemination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test so that it can be seen that situational leadership style have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, that work motivation has significant effect on employee job satisfaction , and that situational leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Situational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT.Eka Dura Indonesia (PALM OIL MILL) Rokan Hulu located in Kunto Darussalam District of Rokan Hulu Regency. The problem in this research is not achievement targets realization of production company in last 5 years and percentage of target achievement fluctuates and tends ti decline in 2016. This is allegedly influenced by the employees performance on the company. This study aims to determine the influence of Sosial Security and Incentive on the performance of employees of PT.Eka Dura Indonesia (PALM OIL MILL) Rokan Hulu.In this research the method used is descriptive quantitative with SPSS program version 17. The population in this research is all employees of production part of PT.Eka Dura Indonesia (PALM OIL MILL) Rokan Hulu which amounted to 171 employees. Samples taken based on method using slovin formula is 63 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. And calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) simple provision of social security for employee performance is obtained value equal to 0,556 or 55,6% and Incentive for employee performance is obtained value equal to 0,454 or 45,4% Hypothesis testing using multiple linear analysis method with result of research that is Y= .The research that has been done show the result that the respondent's response to Social Security, Incentive and employee performance in PT. Eka Dura Indonesia (Palm Oil Mill) in good category. While for the T test that has been done shows that the variable of Social Security and Incentive partially significant effect on employee performance. And F test results show that simultaneously Social Security and Incentive significant effect on employee performance in PT. Eka Dura Indonesia (Palm Oil Mill) Rokan Hulu. And for calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) obtained value of R Square equal to 0,590. This shows that Social Security and Incentive give effect of 59%, while the rest 41% influenced by other variable not examined in this research.Keywords : Social Security, Incentive, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the organizational culture and work environt and its employee jobsatisfaction.. organizational culture as a variable (X1), work environtas a variable (X2), and employee jobsatisfaction as a variable (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 16, wherein the samples used are employees of the is 95 done by census and data collection through questionnaires. The results of the analysis using the validity, reliability, determination test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression test, t test and F. Abstract

This research was conducted on Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kab Kuansing, as for the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of  work discipline and work motivation on employee performance in the administrasion department on Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kab Kuansing. Granting of discipline work and work motivation as indevendent variabels (X1,X2)  While the employee performace as an independent variable (Y).This research is a causal associative research using quantitative methods research subjectEmployee administrasion department on Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kab Kuansing of the study was 42 employee,s. Data collection using questionnaires and subsequent interviews were processed and then tested through statistics through the SPSS program.            Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear analysis method and multiple analysis with result showing that work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kab Kuansing. With the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) work discipline on  employee performance the value of R square is 0,648 or 64,8% and work motivation on employee performance the value of R square is 0,246 or 24,6% and coefficient of determination (R2) store work discipline and work motivation on employee performance the value of R square is 0,693 or 6,93%. This show that the work discipline and work motivation gives an effect of  6,93% on employee performance at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kab Kuansing, while remaining 30,7% is effected by other variables that aee not examined in this study.  Keywords: work Discipline, work Motivation, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and discipline employee performance level in Putra Jaya Sentosa Pekanbaru Company. Supervision as an independent variable (X1), The discipline as an intervening variable (X2), and the employee performance level as the dependent variable (Y). This study took of respondents as many as 70 people.The data obtained through questionnaires and then further processed to be tested through statistical analysis such as multiple linear regression analysis, testing instruments and testing hypotheses of regression coefficient by using SPSS version 17.The results showed that the influence of supervision and discipline of the performance level that is known to control t (1,639)<t table (1,996)and sig (1,106)>0,05. It means that the variable has no significant effect for the employee performance in Putra Jaya Sentosa Pekanbaru Company. Meanwhile, the discipline is known that t (5,735)>t table (1,996) and sig (0,000)<0,05. It means that the discipline variables significantly influence of employee performance in Putra Jaya Sentosa Pekanbaru Company. The conclusion is that the discipline variable has a effect of employee performance in Putra Jaya Sentosa Pekanbaru company.Keyword : supervision, discipline, performance, influence.

Abstract

Along with the development of banking institutions in the city of Pekanbaru with diverse product offerings as well as all the advantages given to make people have a lot of alternatives comparison to determine which banks will be selected . Competition in the provision of credit and the interest rate is also seen still small number of customers who receive credit in Bank Nagari Branch Pekanbaru . This is due to the lack of knowledge about the bank loan products villages . Based on field data collected from each respondent obtained the factors that influence the marketing strategies of Bank Nagari jackfruit branch road which in this study is divided into factors strengths and weaknesses . Factors that influence the strength in determining marketing strategies village bank credit can be seen as follows : a strategic location , being located at the center keramain and private and government offices and the interest rate offered is able to compete with other banks . Which is a factor that village bank weakness : The terms in the credit application that requires a lot of valid supporting evidence and the Administration also requires accurate data and also process credit search long enough .Excellent service from staff , because in serving customers with appropriate credit standards of customer service , marketing strategy Bank Nagari is located at coordinates ( 1.452 ; 3.215 ) . These results indicate the position of village bank marketing strategies are in quadrant I where the threat factor , so the marketing strategy shows a progressive strategy means the company is in good shape it is possible to continue to expand to increase growth and achieve maximum progress .Keywords ; Competition in interest rates , Strategy progressive , Bank Nagari

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee morale PT. PTPN V Sei Galuh Kampar district. Compensation as an independent variable (X) and morale as the dependent variable (Y), and respondents of this study took as many as 81 people. Data were obtained through questionnaires seloanjutnya processed for later tested through statistical analysis such as a simple regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination with the help of using SPSS.(1.990). This suggests that significant influental employee compensation employee morale. The amount of compensation the employee against employee morale PT. Abstract

The problem in this study is the decline in sales and sales target has been set arrives. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze brand image, consumer interest and determine on consumer interest in buying a cars Isuzu Panther PT. Astra International, Tbk Branch Pekanbaru. The research concludes that the brand image of the car Isuzu Panther assessed agree, which means respondents agreed with brand image Isuzu Panther car now adays as a fuel efficient car, car with quality, suitable for all terrain thereby increasing rider confidence and the car is easy to maintain and repair. Consumer interest in the car Isuzu Panther on PT. Astra International, Tbk Branch Pekanbaru assessed interested. Analysis with SPSS showed that the brand have very strong against the interest of consumers to buy car Isuzu Panther on PT. Astra International, Tbk Branch Pekanbaru. Brand image has positif influence on consumer interest, so if ther is an increase into consumer interest to buy a car Isuzu Panther on PT.
