Abstract

Shiping components necessary are needed nowadays. For that many minor industry develop. One of them is CV. Setia Kawan Tegal City which is one of central metal cast company which main product is ship component but product that produced by CV. Setia Kawan has not comply but JIS or SNI standart. Based on that, this final project purposed to now tensil test and material composition include from the material that produced by CV. Setia Kawan. Materials which used is pure elbow Aluminium, Aluminium Plat, brake Canvas and used pan. Those materials must pass some process before tested, melting process, casting process than extracting from mould with use permanent mould. After that the next process which done is tensil test. Beside tensil test material also pass material composition test. Tensil test result shows that Aluminium and Break canvas has the best materials quallity and fullfell JIS and SNI standart about 13,18 kg/mm² for Aluminium Plate with used pan fusion about 10,46 kg/mm². Where as for elbow Aluminium and Aluminium Plate fot it about 8,84 kg/mm² and 10,33 kg/mm². For the materials composition test result with passed melting process, elbow aluminium and brake canvas and Aluminium Plate with used plan have fullfelled standart both JIS and SNI which each content about 92,46% and 99,43%. For elbow Aluminium and Aluminium Plate each content about 99,43% and 98,46% but material give not pass standart. Where as pure materilas has not passed melting process for Aluminium and Aluminium Plate doesn?t meet standart both have its content 98,33% and 99,59%. For breake canvas and used panthose about materials comply SNI and JIS standart with content 84,68% and 97,66%.

Abstract

Dalam pembuatan/ pengolahan makanan berkuah, kondisi koagulasi santan yang tidak stabil harus dihindari karena mengurangi cita rasa makanan. Penentuan titik koagulasi santan terkait dengan lama waktu pemanasan menjadi penting. Pada penelitian ini diteliti titik waktu optimal santan terkoagulasi secara maksimal melalui pengukuran parameter warna, kekentalan, dan endapan. Bahan yang dipergunakan : santan kelapa kemasan (Cocos nucifera). Alat yang dipergunakan: waterbath, viscometer/ alat pengukur viskositas, alat ukur volume/ gelas ukur, vacuum filter atau pressure filter. Pemanasan santan dilakukan pada suhu 100°C dengan variasi waktu: 0, 1, 2, dan 3 jam. Metode pengukuran koagulasi santan menggunakan metode filtrasi Charm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan pemanasan terhadap santan pada suhu 100°C dengan waktu pemanasan berbeda memberi dampak berbeda pada aspek warna santan. Nilai lightness (L) santan kontrol (pemanasan 0 jam) berkisar 92,7, sedangkan santan yang mengalami perlakuan pemanasan nilai lightnessnya berkisar 75 - 71. Nilai viskositas santan pada perlakuan pemanasan 100°C selama waktu 2 jam mencapai titik tertinggi yaitu 0,8 N.s/m2. Titik optimal koagulasi santan diperoleh pada waktu perlakuan pemanasan santan 2 jam. Kata kunci : santan, koagulasi, filtrasi

Abstract

Development model of study aimed to describe: level of identifying the meaning of welfare family; determinant of welfare family; needs analysis for poor family through FGD. The result of FGD then would be the foundation of planning the textbook and education model for poor family in village area. The subject of this study was 61 poor families in Wonosobo by the particular consideration of local government.The result of the study showed that the level of understanding the family welfare for poor family was Good with the percentage of 18.4%; Average of 52.0%; Fair of 20.9%; Poor of 8.7%. The determinants of family welfare based on the highest mean score for each indicator were: Praying (mean=3.48); Children Education (mean=3.30); Husband-wife communication (mean=3.16); The major determinant was prayer. On the other hand, the textbook material refer to the result of FGD such as: the identification of education and family welfare; interrelationship in the family; parent’s role in educating the children; family financial control; safety and health plan. From the result of the study, it is suggested that Local Government provide both formal and informal education facilities for poor family; Increase the quantity of teaching learning process and workshop especially for creative food processing to poor family. For poor family in village area, it is suggested that they have to improve their knowledge about family welfare.

Abstract

AbstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan asam sitrat dan natrium bikarbonat serta campuran keduanya terhadap rasa dan efek extra sparkle pada minuman jeruk nipis berkarbonasi, serta mengetahui kesukaan masyarakat terhadap minuman jeruk nipis berkarbonasi ditinjau dari rasa dan efek extra sparkle. Variasi penggunaan asam sitrat adalah 0.45 g, 0.60 g, 0.75g, 0.90 g; dan natrium bikarbonat 0.75 g dan 1.50 g. Penilaian terhadap hasil rasa dan efek extra sparkle pada minuman jeruk nipis berkarbonasi dilakukan secara subyektif dengan uji inderawi dn uji kesukaan. Data dianalisis secara faktorial untuk uji inderawi dan deskriptif prosentase untuk uji kesukaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan asam sitrat dan natrium bikarbonat baik dicampur atau tidak dicampur berpengaruh terhadap rasa dan efek extra sparkle pada minuman jeruk nipis berkarbonasi. Sampel yang paling disukai masyarakat yaitu minuman jeruk nipis berkarbonasi dengan penggunaan 0,75 g asam sitrat dan 1,5 g natrium bikarbonat. Demikian halnya produk minuman jeruk nipis berkarbonasi hasil eksperimen terbaik yaitu minuman jeruk nipis berkarbonasi dengan penggunaan 0,75 g asam sitrat dan 1,5 g natrium bikarbonat.This research aim to know influence of usage citric acid and sodium bicarbonate and also mixture both to feeling and effect of extra sparkle at lime beverage of carbonated, and also know hobby of society to lime beverage of carbonated evaluated from feeling and effect of extra sparkle. Variation usage of cittrate is 0.45 g, 0.60 g, 0.75g, 0.90 g, and sodium bicarbonate 0.75 g and 1.50 g. Assessment to result feel and effect of extra sparkle lime beverage of carbonated conducted subjectively with test of inderawi dn test hobby. Data analysed factorially for the test of inderawi and is descriptive percentage of for the test of hobby. Result of research indicate that usage of and cittrate of sodium mingled good bicarbonate or do not be mingled to have an effect on to feeling and effect of extra sparkle lime beverage of carbonated. Most sample taken a fancy to society that is lime beverage of carbonated with usage 0,75 g citric acid and 1,5 g sodium bicarbonate. That way the things of lime beverage product of carbonated result of best experiment that is lime beverage of carbonated with usage 0,75 g citric acid and 1,5 g sodium bicarbonate.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Pemilihan strategi atau model pembelajaran yang tepat akan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami pelajaran. Metode pembelajaran Teaching Game Team merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran siswa. Dalam metode pembelajaran ini, siswa bekerja dalam kelompok kecil, saling membantu dalam belajar dan mengadopsi pembelajaran mandiri siswa dengan saling bertanya antara kelompok secara bergantian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS MA. Al-Qodiri Jember pada kompetensi sistem koordinasi setelah dilakukan metode Teaching Game Team. Data dianalisa secara kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitis dan secara kuantitatif dengan Korelasi Bivariate Pearson. Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap 17 siswa yang sebelumnya dilakukan analisis terhadap kondisi kemampuan pembelajaran sistem koordinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Teaching Game Team dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa yang terlihat dari ketuntasan 100% pada 3 siklus pembelajaran. Korelasi secara signifikan hanya dapat dilihat antara hubungan sesama nilai hasil belajar siswa, yaitu nilai Pr dan nilai Pj pada siklus 1; nilai Pr dan nilai Pp pada siklus 2; serta nilai Pr dan nilai Pp pada siklus 3. Hasil tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat kepada siswa dan guru di kemudian hari. Pencarian dan pengembangan metode pembelajaran lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mewujudkan pendidikan yang berkualitas.   Kata Kunci: Motivasi siswa, Pembelajaran, Sistim Kordinasi, Media Pembelajaran.

Abstract

Although the flipped classroom has attracted much attention, the flipped classroom research in the English teaching context has not been widely explored. This research is intended (1) to explore the general responses of English teachers toward the flipped classroom methodology and (2) to investigate the perceived benefits and challenges of its implementation in English teaching. The total of 10 English teachers from different institutions that applied flipped classroom participated in this research. The data were collected by using questionnaire and interviews. The data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive and qualitative data analysis. The results reveal that English teachers have positive responses to the flipped classroom methodology. Some perceived benefits of its implementation are facilitating active learning, developing collaborative teamwork, stimulating autonomous learning, and increasing classroom interaction. Meanwhile, the perceived challenges of its implementation deal with supporting facilities, technical and technological problems, and the challenge of creating flipped learning material.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengembangan penelitian roket di Indonesia sedikit demi sedikit telah menunjukkan hasil yang cukup memuaskan Dengan perkembangan teknologi roket yang cukup dewasa ini, juga tidak ketinggalan dalam bidang militer dimana roket digunakan sebagai media penghantar bahan peledak kepada sasaran yang dituju dengan daya hancur yang hebat.. Masalah yang paling mendasar dalam roket adalah tentang kestabilan terbang roket tersebut. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut digunakan sensor accelerometer dan giroskop. Dengan merancang sensor accelerometer dan giroskop sebagai penyetabil gerakan serta di hubungkan dengan motor servo mg90s sebagai penggerak sirip roket. Di tambah dengan kontrol PID agar respon gerakannya bagus. Metode pengujiannya dengan diuji menggunakan beban statis dan beban dinamis sampai di dapatkan hasil berupa kehandalan sirip terhadap beban yang diberikan .  Kata kunci: accelerometer, giroskop, mg90s, PID, beban.

Abstract

Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is an essential skill for students to compete in this technological age. Hence, teachers need to hold strong beliefs about HOTS as it influences their classroom practices. Moreover, the study about HOTS in English language teaching has not been widely explored. This case study seeks to explore teacher?s beliefs in the integration of HOTS in teaching reading and how the beliefs are reflected in classroom practices. Further, it also investigates the factor influencing the teacher?s beliefs and practices. The participant was an experienced English teacher in a public senior high school. Data were collected using interviews, observation, and review of documents. Data then were analyzed using the Pattern Matching technique (Yin, 2018) and interactive model data analysis (Miles, Huberman, & Saldaña, 2014). The results revealed that the teacher held strong beliefs about the integration of HOTS in teaching reading. These beliefs include belief about the conception of HOTS, the importance of HOTS, the role of the teacher, the strategies to promote HOTS, and the assessment of HOTS. In practice, the teacher did not fully reflect what she believes, especially about the assessment of HOTS. It also found that training, learning experience, teaching experience, institutional factor, student factor, and availability of learning support influenced teacher beliefs and practice in integrating HOTS in teaching reading. This study implies that there needs more teachers? professional development to support the successful integration of HOTS in English language teaching.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kualitas cupcake free gluten dari aspek tekstur, warna, rasa, dan aroma, untuk mengetahui tingkat kesukaan, dan mengetahui kandungan protein dan serat pada cupcake free gluten hasil eksperimen. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan adalah One-shot case study. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis varian klasifikasi tunggal untuk mengetahui perbedaan cupcake free gluten, deskriptif persentase untuk mengetahui tingkat kesukaan masyarakat, dan uji kandungan protein dengan metode Kjedahl dan uji serat dengan metode Gavimetri. Hasil analisis cupcake free gluten berbahan dasar tepung biji kluwih dengan campuran tepung beras terdapat perbedaan pada aspek tekstur, rasa, dan aroma. Hasil analisis tingkat kesukaan terhadap masyarakat termasuk kedalam kriteria suka. Hasil analisis kandungan protein dan serat pada sampel A kandungan protein sebanyak 5,372% dan serat sebanyak 2,402%, sampel B kandungan protein sebanyak 8,524% dan serat sebanyak 4,283%, sampel C kandungan protein sebanyak 6,425% dan serat sebanyak 1,263%. Kesimpulan: 1) ada perbedaan kualitas cupcake free gluten ditinjau dari tekstur, rasa, dan aroma, sedangkan pada aspek warna tidak terdapat perbedaan, 2) cupcake free gluten hasil eksperimen disukai oleh masyarakat, 3) terdapat kandungan protein dan serat yang tinggi pada cupcake eksperimen.

Abstract

This study will be discussed related to the professionalism of teachers after certification, the efforts made to develop the professionalism of teachers, and the impact of certification policy on the quality of education. This research subject is accounting certified teacher with a population of 7 informants, and informants are the principal supporter and 3 learners. This research method is a descriptive qualitative approach, with this type of case studies. Collecting data using the model interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to 1) Data collection 2) reduction of data 3) data presentation 4) conclusion / verification. The results showed that 1) accounting certified teachers have a good level of professionalism. The teacher can understand the characteristics of students, mastering both subject areas of a scientific or educational field, is able to organize teaching well, mastering the material in depth, mastering the technology and professionalism are able to develop in a sustainable manner. 2) the efforts of teachers to develop professionalism is with workshops, seminars, training, training, writing books, looking for a new regulation, to follow the teacher association continues studies to improve the qualifications and buy gadgets as supporting tools in learning. 3) certification of a positive impact on the quality of education. It is suggested that could be given to teachers, namely that the purpose of the certification is not to get professional allowance alone, but that teachers can master the competence of teachers well and make teachers more professional in carrying out his profession. Professional allowances simply as a consequence of this capability.
