Abstract

Conducting Large Prawn have very good prospect if supported by correctmarketing, in this case which is prawn conducting of the Pering village, BlahbatuhDistrict, Gianyar Regency. To increase the accuracy of marketing, done by marketsegmentation, which is grouping market become some categories -as according tocertain criteria?s.The purpose of these researches is to know market segmentation and targeting ofLarge Prawn marketing in Pering village. This Location Research is selected bypurposive sampling. Variable which has been analyzed in this researches aregeographical area variable, type of effort, prawn size, purchasing frequencies andpurchasing power. This research was held on May, 10th until June, 20th 2006, thosevariables have been analyzed with descriptive qualitative method.The prawn marketing mix in Pering village such as: (1). Product; prawn has 4 kind ofsize which are Jumbo prawn, King Prawn, Prawn, Shrimp. (2). Price; prawn?s price is notprofitable to the farmers. (3). Distribution; the prawn distribution into market through a verylong channel and complex. (4). Promotion; the prawn of Pering village is known by consumereven though by distributor that known from someone to the other one. The market of largeprawn marketing of Pering village divided into five segments according to variablethat has been analyzed. The pattern of targeting market selection from agribusiness inPering village is a selected specialization, which is to choose some market segmentsobjectively, which are each market segments are interesting and adequate, in this casethe restaurants or cafe with P (prawn) measure, purchasing frequencies less than 10times /month and purchasing power between 30 until 70 kg /month that exist in Kutaarea.To increase the accuracy of marketing, the farmers and all perpetrators of markethave to focus on the market activities and prawn product at the targeting market, butdo not overrule the other small market segments, because one day this small marketsegments will have potency to become wider. For the shake of marketing processfluency, it?s very important to pay attention on farmer?s price by cut market channeland actively involve the farmers in marketing.

Abstract

One of effort to be company able to face the emulation is by creating and maintaining customer especiallyloyal customer because they represent the opportunity get the new customer and the end recurring purchasingwill be able to improve the sale and able to maintain the position which either in marketing.This research aim to know the factors determining customer loyalty to brand of Teh Botol Sosro andvariable deputizing every factor determining customer loyalty to brand of Teh Botol Sosro. This Researchstarted from date of 23 February 2005 up to 21 March 2005. This Research location selected by purposive inDenpasar town. Analysis used in this research as factor analysis that analysis which can be used to tracesome factor from a number indicator or variable determining customer loyalty to brand of Teh Botol Sosro.Result of analysis indicate that the factors determining customer loyalty to brand of Teh Botol Sosro thereis 7 factor, that is performance, features, conformance to specification, reliability/durability, serviceability,perceived quality, and esthetics. While variable deputizing every factor determining customer loyalty tobrand of Teh Botol Sosro there is 15 variable, that is product hygiene, as according to food, and productbenefit deputizing performance factor; company brand, feel the product, and size measure product deputizingfeatures factor; security consume and quality of packaging deputizing conformance to specification factor;product perfection to consumer and product resilience to all kinds of weather deputizing reliability/durabilityfactor; amenity obtain the product deputizing service factor; product price and company promotiondeputizing perceived quality factor; aroma of product and product color deputizing esthetics factor.Offer suggestion at company that is company can more selective again in useful life tidiness so thattidiness to consumer always good in a condition. Company also can make the sign of a period to going intoeffect bigger so that customer can know clearly what product which they buy still be competent or not to beconsumed. Company reputation have to be able defended by remain to yield the quality product so that willgenerate belief in society.

Abstract

The conversion in the use of rice land to non-agriculture purposes in Sigi BiromaruDistrict increased each year. One initiative of government to increase production in limitedland is intensification and diversification of agriculture. In spite of, the program application isnot evenly distributed in the field. So that, the farmer activity on allocating resourcesoptimally has not been achieved that they did not obtaine a maximum income. The research isaimed: (1) to study a rational of the farmer in a allocating resources, (2) to study a resourcesoptimal allocation, and (3) to observe the respond from a resources optimal allocation of thefarmer household, if there is economic and technical efficiency changes in the agricultureenterprises. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) the farmer in ruralvillage of Pakuli is more rational than farmer in urban village of Jono Oge village, (2)Although both sampled villages have the same resources optimal allocation, but productivityof resources was achieved by farmers in Pakuli higher than farmers in Jono Oge village, (3)maximum income was achieved, if simultaneous changes is made in technical efficiency ,credit ceiling and form products sold (in hulled rice) to encounter input and output pricefluctuation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Cooperation included Village Unit Cooperation (VUC) is one of the Indonesia economy pillar which continuous have to be powered in order its performance more and more goo, so that can generate benefit to the member especially and society in generally. Goal of research that is: (1) Identify factors that influence performance of VUC in Bali Province; (2) Trace direct influence, indirect influence and total influence of indicators toward performance of VUC in Bali Province Bali. Collecting of data use structured interview method is dept interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis use methods: (1) Structural Equation Model (SEM), and (2) deskriptive-qualitatif. Result of analysis to find as follows: 1. Performance of Village Unit Cooperation (VUC) in Bali Province influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factor influenced by member participation factor, human resource, and activity, while management factor, liquidity, and solvability do not have effect on. Member participation factor influenced by the service user duration of VUC by member, frequency follow meetings of VUC, and do not influence by redemption of obligatory deposit and fundamental, knowledge about activity of cooperation (election of official member); Human resources factor influenced by amount employees, and training frequency and do not influence by education level; Activity factor influenced by inventory turn over ratio, ratio of working capital rotation, and ratio of receivable mean rotation; Management factor influenced by planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling; Factor of Liquidity influenced by rapid ratio, and do not influence by fluently ratio and cash ratio; Solvability factor influenced by debt ratio, debt ratio to equity, and long term liabilities ratio to equity; External factor influence by interest rate and inflation, and do not influence by construction frequency. 2. Direct, indirectly and totalize influence of construct Indicator toward performance of Village Unit Cooperation (VUC) in Bali Province, that is: (i) Internal Factor have direct influence equal to 0,42 and indirect influence equal to 0,00. So internal factor totally have an effect toward performance of VUC equal to 0,42, (ii) External factor have direct influence equal to 0,69 and indirect influence 0,00. So external factor totally have an effect toward performance of VUC equal to 0,69. Keyword: Factors, Performance, VUC, SEM ABSTRAK Koperasi termasuk Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) adalah salah satu sokoguru perekonomian Indonesia yang terus-menerus harus diberdayakan agar kinerjanya semakin baik, sehingga mampu memberikan manfaat bagi anggota khususnya dan masyarakat pada umumnya. Tujuan penelitian yaitu: (1) Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja KUD di Provinsi Bali; (2) Melacak pengaruh langsung, pengaruh tidak langsung dan pengaruh total dari indikator-indikator terhadap kinerja KUD di Provinsi Bali. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawacara terstruktur dan mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode: (1) Structural Equation Model (SEM), dan (2) deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukan temuan penting sebagai berikut: 1.Kinerja koperasi unit (KUD) desa di Provinsi Bali dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal dipengaruhi oleh faktor peran serta anggota, sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan aktivitas secara signifikan, sedangkan faktor manajemen, likuiditas, solvabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Faktor peran serta anggota dipengaruhi oleh lamanya pengguna jasa KUD para anggota, frekuensi mengikuti rapat-rapat KUD secara signifikan, dan tidak dipengaruhi signifikan oleh pelunasan simpanan wajib dan pokok, pengetahuan tentang kegiatan koperasi (pemilihan pengurus); Faktor SDM dipengaruhi oleh jumlah karyawan dan frekuensi pelatihan secara signifikan dan tidak dipengaruhi signifikan oleh tingkat pendidikan; Faktor aktivitas dipengaruhi oleh rasio perputaran persediaan, rasio perputaran modal kerja, dan rasio perputaran rata-rata piutang; Sedangkan faktor tidak berpengaruh terhadap faktor internal yakni: faktor manajemen yang dipengaruhi oleh perencanaan, organisasi, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan; Faktor likuiditas dipengaruhi oleh rasio cepat dan tidak dipengaruhi oleh rasio lancar dan rasio kas; Faktor solvabilitas dipengaruhi oleh rasio hutang, rasio hutang terhadap equitas, dan rasio hutang jangka panjang terhadap equitas. Faktor eksternal dipengharuhi oleh suku bunga dan inflasi, dan tidak dipengaruhi oleh frekuensi pembinaan. 2. Pengaruh langsung, tidak langsung dan total dari Indikator konstruk terhadap Kinerja Koperasi Unit Desa di Provinsi Bali, yaitu: (i) Faktor internal mempunyai pengaruh langsung sebesar 0,42 dan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 0,00. Jadi faktor internal secara total berpengaruh terhadap kinerja KUD sebesar 0,42, (ii) Faktor eksternal mempunyai pengaruh langsung sebesar 0,69 dan pengaruh tidak langsung 0,00. Jadi faktor eksternal secara total berpengaruh terhadap kinerja KUD sebesar 0,69. Kata kunci: Faktor-Faktor, Kinerja, KUD, SEM

Abstract

Capital Market is a market which is for many long term monetary instrumentsthat can be sold and bought. The capital market has major functions for the economysystem of a country because it functions for rising up the efficiency in an economysystem by connecting money from investor to the company. This present researchintended to know how much may effects of macro and micro in agribusiness companystock performance in Jakarta Stock Exchange, JSX (now: Indonesiaq Stock Exchange,ISE)). The location of this research was done by purposive sampling. The data wascollected by using a study documentation which means learning some documents ofmuch agribusiness company which was taken from JSX Monthly Statistics. The datawas analysed by using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method which means byan integrated analysis, consist of correlation analysis (regression and correlation), theapplication of structural mode, path analysis, and factor analysis. The measure processwill use the SPSS 12.0 for windows and Amos 4.01 program.By analysis the data, the result of it are the factor that effect the stockperformance are macro and micro. Macro consists of exchange-rate, inflation, andinterests. Micro consist Earning per Share (EPS), Net Profit Margin (NPM), PriceEarning Ratio (PER), Rate Return of Investement (ROI), dan Return of Equity (ROE).Besides, the stock performance also affect the price of stock, devidend, and volumetrade. Macro direclty affect the stock performance for 0,037. but micro affect the stockperformance for 0,033.The investor who will invest their money in capital market need to care for thefluctuation of interest because, the interest has many effect based on the data analysisabove. In micro, the investor need to care for the EPS value because the high EPSshows any probability will be higher in turn of invest.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research was to determine the income of organic and non-organic shallot farming system, to determine the significant difference of production and income of organic and non-organic shallot farming system. This study was conducted from September to October 2017 and its location was purposively determined. Respondents were selected through a Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique based on the way the respondents practiced the shallot cultivation either organically or non-organically.  The first respondents were 12 farmers and while the others were 18 farmers.  The analysis tool used in this research was the income and comparative analyses. The average income was found to be IDR 12,379,686/ha/planting season (PS) for the organic farming system and IDR 8,031,033/ha/PS for the non-organic farming system. The t-count value was 49.647 at ? 5%> t-table 2.048 when the productions of the two farming system were compared and it was 50.975 at ? 5% > t-table 2.048 when their incomes were compared. This means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means that the average production and income of the organic shallot farming system is significantly different from those of the non-organic farming system. Keywords : Comparative, income, production, shallot organic and non-organic.

Abstract

This research aimed to identify : (1) factors influencing production of hybrid and non-hybrid corn, and (2) the disparity of income between hybrid and non-hybrid of corn agribusiness. The research was conducted in 3 villages of Palolo Subdistrict,  namely: Bobo, Bunga and Berdikari. Sixty six farmers (34 hybrid corn farmers and 32 non-hybrid corn farmers) were chosen as sample respondents based on randomized sampling. The results of the research showed that all variables observed were found to influence the hybrid corn production, except for experience in agribusiness. Similarly, production of the non-hybrid corn was also influenced by all variables, except for the amount fertilizer used and experience in agribusiness. The income of the hybrid corn agribusiness for one planting season was IDR 4,882,225.79 ha-1 higher than IDR 2,691,452.10 for the income of non-hybrid corn agribusiness

Abstract

This research purpose was to identify the income of wetland rice farming and the proper rice selling price at the farmer level in Morowalidistrict that can generate good income for the farmers.  Samples of this research were 93 respondents randomly taken from the total population of 1,354 wetland rice farmers with an assumption that all farmers have similar land area sizes.  The results of analysis showed that the income of one farmer is IDR. 12,15,.004/ha/planting season while the TPP analysis revealed that the income is IDR 808,366.53/ha/planting season and the production is 144, 48 kg/ha/planting season.  The selling price determined based onregional minimum wage in Central Sulawesi is IDR 6,713/kg. The Sajogyocriterion is IDR 10,289/kg while the World Bank indicator is IDR 7,657/kg. The rice selling price based on the World Bank indicator is lower than the highest retail price but is higher than the government purchase price. Keywords: Income Analysis, the Determination of Selling Rice, Paddy Field.

Abstract

This research aimed to identify the impact of Pajala program on the productivity of wetland rice in JonoOgevillage, Sigi Biromaru Sub District, Sigi Regency. This research was conducted in September to November 2017. The respondents of 32 farmers were determined using a simple random sampling method.  The tool used to analyze data in this research wast dependent test. The results of t dependent test indicated that the rice productivity was higher after the Pajala program was implemented with the correlation of 0.763 or 76.3%. This suggests that the Pajala as a government program has a positive impact on the farmer by improving their welfare through increasing wetland rice productivity.

Abstract

Banggai Kepulauan district has potency and investment opportunities in agricultural sector particularly food crop sub sector whichis based on local priority commodities.  One of the food crops that have investment opportunity is Banggai yum.  It is the original food source for people in Banggai Kepulauan district which has been practiced from generation to generation.  The development of Banggai yum currently is still in the stage of yet becoming value added products.  In general, the people consume Banggai yum by simply processing it either through boiling or frying, thus it has not yet processed into flour or noodle or other type of processed products. The aims of this research were (1) to determine the income of Banggai yum farming system in South Totikum sub district of Banggai Kepulauan district and (2) to determine the development strategy of Banggai yum farming system in South Totikum       sub district of Banggai Kepulauan district.  The research location was purposively determined   based on the largest land area size of Banggai yum cultivation.  Income analysis was used to analyze the farming system income with the equation of ? = TR ? TC to generate R/C  value, while the development strategy was analyzed using SWOT analysis.  The research   results showed that Banggai yum is feasible to be developed with the W ? O (Weaknesses-Opportunities) strategy.  The programs and activities to support the strategy include (1) utilizing climate and land suitability in which no shifting cultivation is adopted, (2) promoting Banggai yum through tourism sector by introducing local wisdom, thus easily opening market accessibility, and (3) utilizing Banggai yum potency and high economy value to attract investment for increasing value added of its end products. Keywords: Banggai yum, Farming System, Income, and SWOT.
