Abstract

Sari Tristaniopsis obovata (pelawan) bersimbiosis dengan fungi ektomikoriza yang  menghasilkan tubuh buah fungi yang dapat dikonsumsi (edible mushroom) dan bunga pelawan sebagai sumber nektar untuk lebah hutan yang memproduksi madu pahit yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini adalah berkurangnya luasanhutan kerangas akibat konversi hutan sehingga luasan hutan pelawan menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi potensi fungi yang berasosiasi dengan Tristaniopsis obovata dan uji pemanfaatan fungi yang berpotensi untuk memacu pertumbuhan bibit T. obovata. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pengumpulan sumber benih/anakan alam, isolasi dan identifikasi molekuler ITS rDNA fungi yang berasosiasidengan T. obovata, perbanyakan anakan melalui stek pucuk, dan inokulasi fungi yang berpotensi memacu pertumbuhan bibit T. obovata. Hasil identifikasi molekuler menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh 3 isolat yang berfungsi sebagai ektomikoriza, yaitu 4PK1 (Corticiaceae 1), 17BK2 (Corticiaceae 2), dan 24PK4 (Cortinarius sp.). Inokulasi fungi ektomikoriza memberikan pengaruh pada pertumbuhan tanaman dan kandungan nutrisi bibit anakan pelawan. Teknik stek pucuk dengan KOFFCO cukup efektif untuk memperbanyak bibit pelawan dengan tingkat keberhasilan sekitar 50%. Keberhasilan pada penelitian ini menjadi dasar IPTEK untuk melestarikan produktivitas ekosistem hutan kerangas.

Abstract

Forest  degradations  have left vast amount  of damaged  and abandoned  lands in Indonesia.   In this paper, we present our approaches  in rehabilitation of adverse soils using functional  bacteria isolated from plant species of Indonesian tropical  rain forests. For these purposes,  we collected  bacteria  from various  bio-geo-climatically different forests and conducted bioassays to test these bacterial abilities in improving plant growth. Repeated seedling-based studies on Shorea spp., Alstonia scholaris, Acacia crassicarpa, and Agathis lorantifolia have revealed that many bacteria were able to promote plant growth at early stage in the nursery.  Various  plant responses towards  inoculations suggested that although  forest soils maintain  highly diverse and potent  bacteria,  it is necessary to select appropriate approaches to obtain optimum  benefits from these plant-bacteria interactions.  Our  ideas and futures  studies  for further  management  of these plant- bacteria interactions for biorehabilitation are also discussed.

Abstract

Daya saing wilayah menunjukkan kemampuan suatu wilayah menciptakan nilai tambah untuk mencapai kesejahteraan yang tinggi dan berkelanjutan dengan tetap terbuka pada persaingan domestik dan  internasional. Pengembangan wilayah di kota-kota dan kabupaten-kabupaten di Provinsi Sulawesi  Tenggara merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing tersebut, walaupun  dalam pengembangannya  menghadapi permasalahan-permasalahan yang antara lain disebabkan oleh kurang berkembangnya sumber  daya manusia yang diakibatkan oleh rendahnya tingkat pendidikan dan rendahnya kualitas hidup  masyarakat serta kurangnya prasarana dan sarana untuk menunjang kesejahteraan masyarakat.  Perbandingan relatif tingkat daya saing antar kota kabupaten tersebut; berdasarkan 3 (tiga) variabel yaitu  tingkat  perekonomian daerah,  ketersediaan  infrastruktur  dan  sumber  daya  alam,  serta  ketersediaan  dan kualitas sumber daya manusia; dilakukan untuk melihat sejauh mana daerah-daerah tersebut memiliki  keunggulan  untuk  mengatasi  persamalahan-permasalahan  dalam pengembangan wilayahnya. Kata kunci: Pengembangan Wilayah, Daya Saing. Abstract The competitiveness of the region demonstrated the ability of an area to create added value to achieve a high and sustainable prosperity to remain open to domestic and international competition. Development areas in the cities and districts in Southeast Sulawesi is an effort to enhance the competitiveness, even in the face of development issues among others caused by the lack of development of human resources caused by low levels of education and poor quality of life and the lack of infrastructure and facilities to support the welfare of the community. Comparison of the relative level of competitiveness between the city districts; based on 3 (three) variables, namely the level of the regional economy, the availability of infrastructure and natural resources, as well as the availability and quality of human resources was done to see the extent to which these areas has the advantage to overcome persamalahan these issues in the development of the region. Abstract

Information has an important role for human life, therefore every human being needs information in order to support her daily life. The purpose of this research is to know User Behavior toward Small Medium Industry Information System (SI-IKM) Tegal With The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Theory Approach. The population of this research is the user of IKM information system. Samples taken in this study are employees of Department of Labor, Industry of Tegal City, surveyors and perpetrators of IKM using the information system. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The results of this study in accordance with the approach of Technology Acceptance Model Model (TAM), but for Perceived Usefulness variables have no significant effect on Attitude Toward Using variable.  Informasi memberikan peranan penting bagi kehidupan manusia, oleh karenanya setiap manusia membutuhkan informasi guna menujang kehidupan sehari-harinya. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku pengguna (user) terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi Industri Kecil Menengah (SI-IKM) Kota Tegal dengan pendekatan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna sistem informasi IKM. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai  Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Perindustrian Kota Tegal serta surveyor dan pelaku IKM yang menggunakan sistem informasi tersebut. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan pendekatan  Teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), akan tetapi untuk variabel Perceived Usefulness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel  Attitude Toward Using.

Abstract

Technological developments, especially the Internet, has resulted changes in transaction activities and business processes of an organization. Activities of transactions that required buyers and sellers meeting at a certain place and time can now be done without any limitation of space and time. Buyers are able to view, order products and make payments whenever and wherever she/he is. The seller can receive orders, check product availability, order packing, ship goods, and receive payment from a particular place without the need for face to face directly with the buyer. The transaction activities can be done if they are supported by a business environment, called the Electronic Network Business Environment (ENBE). In addition, the Electronic Network Business Environment (ENBE) also provides changes in the activities of the companys financial reporting. The field of accounting must be able to adjust to these changes. The Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) issued by IAI has gradually adjusted towards a changing business processes. Knowledge in the field of Accounting Information System design, including hardware, software, brainware, data and procedure are also experiencing change and development. This study aims to create a framework for designing accounting information systems in the era of the Electronic Networking Business Environment (ENBE) that can be used as a reference / guideline for developing a system. The KMS Development serves as a basis to create the framework for accounting information systems. A number of the KMS methods, such as capturing and sharing knowledge, are becoming a major discussion in this study. Data collection methods conducted in this study include qualitative methods, i.e., interview and action research. It is expected that this study is able to provide a good impact to people (especially accountants, programmers), process (efficiency and effectiveness), product quality, and ultimately organizational performance can be improved as a whole. Key Words: Knowledge Management Systems, Accounting Information System

Abstract

The aimed of this study was to observe the effect of feed restriction and refeeding on body weight, physiological status and blood VFA on Kacang and Etawah Crossbreed Goat. Eight male goats consisting of 4 Kacang Goats and 4 Etawah Crossbred goats were used as experiment objects in this study. Both types of goats were subjected to the same treatment (three phases). First was adaptation, feed was given gradualy until reach the intended amount. Secondly, the feed was reduced by giving as much as 1.7% dry matter of body weight for each; thirdly, both goats were fed on ad libitum (refeeding phase). The variables observed were body weight changes, physiological status and blood VFA. The data obtained were analyzed by Various Random Test using Completely Randomized Design (RAL) on 2x2 factorial patterns. Duncan Multiple Range Test was used to test treatments that significantly different. The results showed that the pattern of changes in body weight on both goats breeds were relatively similar. Physiological status (pulse, rectal and respiratory temperature) on both breed of goats were not significantly different. However, decrease in the amount of feed impacted in the decrease in body temperature, pulsus and respiration, although it was still within normal range. The same also happened on blood VFA levels. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that breed differences breed of goat did not affect the physiological condition of goat. Differences in the amount of feed affect the physiological conditions and the performance of goat production.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the project management and make suggestions to the problems being faced by the company. Many companies or individuals working on a project basis (project based), but many of those who do not manage the project well, even with no management at all and let the project flow as it is. Therefore, it needs a proper guidance and methods to support a project management information system. The research method used is the method of data collection, covering literature from books, articles from the internet, and study the documentation to PT ACM through direct interviews with the parties concerned with the project. The data analysis technique used is based on the 9 knowledge areas and 5 stages in project management. The results are the company’s project is proposed to be closed (closing) so as not to increase corporate spending on the project. The conclusion of this scientific work is a project run by the 2 parties have a higher risk of failure.Keywords: evaluation, management, project

Abstract

The effects of media, pH and temperature on cellulase-complex enzyme produced by Pycnoporus sp. FORDACC-03452 and Phlebiopsis sp. FORDACC-02482 cultivated in rice bran and corn cobs media under solid state fermentation with pH 4–7 and temperature 30°C–45°C were investigated. Rice bran media showed a propensity to induce endo-β,1,4-glucanase and cellobiohydrolase productions, while corn cobs media induce β-glucosidase production. However, the mixture of rice bran and corn cobs did not result in better cellulase complex enzyme activities. Cellulase-complex produced by Pycnoporussp. showed superior activities compared to those produced by Phlebiopsissp. Crude enzyme of Pycnoporus sp. showed optimum specifc-activities of endo-β-1,4-glucanase at pH 6, temperature 35°C (0.403 ± 0.010 IU/mg), cellobiohydrolase at pH 6, temperature 40°C (0.540 ± 0.020 IU/mg) and β-glucosidase at pH 4, temperature 30 °C (0.022 ± 0.001 IU/mg). While Phlebiopsis sp. showed optimum specifc-activities of endo-β-1,4-glucanase at pH 6, temperature 35°C (0.202 ± 0.005 IU/mg), cellobiohydrolase at pH 4, temperature 45°C (0.180 ± 0.002 IU/mg) and β-glucosidase at pH 6, temperature 45°C (0.007 ± 0.001 IU/mg). Due to low β-glucosidase activities, the cellulase-complex generated from this study were not able to completely hydrolyse lignocellulosic waste and yielded unsufficient sugars content. Further investigation to optimize cellulase-complex production from these fungal isolates is still required.ABSTRAKPenelitian pengaruh media kultivasi, pH dan suhu inkubasi terhadap produksi enzim selulase-kompleks dari Pycnoporus sp. FORDACC-03452 dan Phlebiopsis sp. FORDACC-02482 yang ditumbuhkan di media dedak padi dan tongkol jagung dengan metode kultur padat pada variasi pH 4–7 dan suhu 30°C–45°C, telah dilakukan. Hasil memperlihatkan bahwa media dedak padi cenderung menginduksi produksi endo-β-1,4-glukanase dan selobiohidrolase, sedangkan media tongkol jagung menginduksi produksi β-glukosidase. Namun, campuran kedua substrat tersebut tidak menghasilkan aktivitas selulase yang lebih baik. Selulase-kompleks yang dihasilkan Pycnoporus sp. menunjukkan aktivitas lebih baik dibandingkan dengan yang diproduksi Phlebiopsis sp. Filtrat kasar Pycnoporus sp. menunjukkan aktivitas-spesifk endo-β-1,4-glukanase optimum pada pH 6, suhu 35°C (0,403 ± 0,010 IU/mg); selobiohidrolase pada pH 6, suhu 40°C (0,540 ± 0,020 IU/mg); dan β -glukosidase pada pH 4, suhu 30°C (0,022±0,001 IU/mg). Sementara, Phlebiopsis sp. menunjukkan aktivitas-spesifk endo-β-1,4-glukanase optimum pada pH 6, suhu 35°C (0,202 ± 0,005 IU/mg); selobiohidrolase pada pH 4, suhu 45°C (0,180 ± 0,002 IU/mg); dan β-glukosidase pada pH 6, suhu 45°C (0,007 ± 0,001 IU/mg). Rendahnya aktivitas β-glukosidase menyebabkan selulase-kompleks dari penelitian ini belum dapat menghidrolisis limbah lignoselulosa dengan sempurna dan kadar glukosa yang diperoleh masih rendah. Oleh karena itu, optimasi produksi selulasekompleks dari Pycnoporus sp. dan Phlebiopsis sp. masih perlu diteliti lebih lanjut.
