Abstract

Abstract:This research is to know how influence member participation to success of cooperative. Variable in this research is independent variable (X) that is with aspect of member participation in decision making, capital contribution, utilization and member participation in cooperative supervision. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this research is all employees of Cooperative Tirta Dharma Khatulistiwa PDAM Pontianak city. Data collection techniques are indirect communication techniques and documenter study techniques. While the data collection tool is questionnaire data (questionnaire).Data analysis technique in this research use statistic version 16.0. The results of the findings based on questionnaire data (questionnaire), to analyze the data of researchers using SPSS. This results in an effective contribution data analysis to the success of the Cooperative by 70%..Keyword: Member Participation, and Cooperative Success

Abstract

AbstractThis study is to determine the effect of the school learning environment on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class VII in Pontianak 12 Public Middle School. The method used is descriptive in the form of quantitative research. The research sample consisted of class VII, the data in the form of a learning environment questionnaire at school. The results showed that the factors included in the school learning environment were teacher factors, physical environment, non physical or social environment, the most dominant factor being the physical environment with a percentage of 67%. The second problem formulation of 64 student learning outcomes is not complete in social studies because teacher teaching is not interesting, teacher and student relations are not good, student and friend relations are not good, this is supported by data analysis on teacher factor Summary Model, social environment or non physical. Based on the data analysis, the regression equation obtained is determination coefficient of 0.103, with a percentage of 10.3%, Adjusted R Square of 0.064 contributions of the influence of the school learning environment on student learning outcomes by 64%, while 36% is influenced by other factors not possessed by social studies. Keyword:  Social Studies Subjects, School Learning Environment, Student Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to. 1) Knowing the income of the Sintete Port workers. 2) The level of expenditure on Port workers. 3) The state of residence of the Sintete Port workers. 4) Knowing the health insurance in the members of the Sintete Port worker?s family. 5) Ability to send children to school. In this study the author uses a type of qualitative research that is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words and explain the data through reasonimg based on logic to draw logical conclusions about the data analyzed,so that it can describe the situation systematically in accordance with the phenomenon being researched. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, documentation and triangulation techniques. The results showed that: (1) The income of workers to meet their daily needs was still very lacking (2)The expenditure of port workers was still insufficient (3)The state of the dockers? living quarters could be concluded that they had decent homes. (4) assurance the health of family members of dock workers is guaranteed from the workplace institution. Abstract

 AbstrakThis study aims to determine the effect of organizational activities and academic pretensions on the work readiness of FKIP Untan Economic Education students. Research is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study are organizational activity, academic achievement, and work readiness. The source of data in this study were Economics Education students who served as Hima administrators and UKM in the FKIP Untan 2017 period of as many as 65 people. This study uses a saturated sample technique. Determination of the sample in this study must meet the active criteria in the management of the organization so that the students as many as 65 people were all sampled. The research data was collected through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was performed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of organizational activity and academic achievement together on the work readiness of economic education study program students with a calculated F value of 48,133 and a significance of 0,000; there is a significant positive effect of organizational activity on the work readiness of students in economic education study programs with a tcount of 9.001 and a significance of 0.000; there is a significant positive effect of learning achievement on the work readiness of students majoring in economic education with a tcount of 2.149 and a significance of 0.036. Keywords: Organizational Activity, Academic Achievement, Work Readiness

Abstract

Tantangan saat ini dan masa yang akan datang dituntut kemampuan kita menempatkan pendidikan karakter sebagai sesuatu kekuatan bangsa. Kebijakan dan implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal di sekolah menjadi sangat penting dan strategis dalam rangka membangun bangsa sehingga dapat berfungsi sebagai salah satu sumber nilai-nilai yang luhur. Kearifan lokal merupakan modal utama masyarakat dalam membangun dirinya tanpa merusak tatanan sosial yang adaptif dengan lingkungan alam sekitarnya. Kearifan lokal dibangun dari nilai-nilai sosial yang dijunjung tinggi dalam struktur sosial masyarakat dan memiliki fungsi sebagai pedoman, pengontrol, dan rambu-rambu untuk berperilaku dalam berbagai dimensi dalam kehidupan. Oleh karena itu, guru harus mampu merancang program pembelajaran dengan memperhatikan ranah afektif sebagai salah satu karakteristik manusia dalam hasil belajar, walau memerlukan waktu yang lama. Terintegrasinya pendidikan karakter dalam muatan keunggulan lokal pada proses pembelajaran, akan sesuai dengan lingkungan yang ada dan dialami peserta didik dalam rangka mengaitkan pembelajaran dengan kejadian nyata sehingga dapat menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang bermakna. Secara teoritis, pengembangan karakter berbasis potensi diri belum diajarkan di sekolah sekolah, namun secara praktis telah diaplikasikan dan dipraktekkan oleh siswa di kelas maupun di lingkungan sekolah.Kata Kunci: Karakter Potensi, Kearifan Lokal, Pembelajaran Di Sekolah.

Abstract

Seacara konseptual maupun empirik, diyakini bahwa afektif memegang peranan penting terhadap tingkat kesuksesan seseorang dalam bekerja dan kehidupan secara keseluruhan. Meskipun demikian, pembelajaran afektif justru lebih banyak dilakukan dan dikembangkan di luar kurikulum formal sekolah. Namun hingga saat ini dalam praktiknya, proses pembelajaran di sekolah lebih cenderung menekankan pada pencapaian perubahan aspek kognitif yang dilaksanakan dengan berbagai pendekatan, strategi dan model pembelajaran tertentu. Sementara pembelajaran secara khusus mengembangkan kemampuan efektif masih kurang mendapat perhatian serius hanya dijadikan sebagai efek pengiring atau hidden curriculum yang disisipkan pada pembelajaran utama. Sesungguhnya keberhasilan siswa kelak ditentukan 80% dari kecerdasan emosi dan 20% dari kecwerdasan intelektual. Oleh karena itu, hendaknya guru mampu merancang program pembelajaran dalam satuan pendidikan dengan memperhatikan ranah afektif yang merupakan salah satu karakteristik manusia sebagai hasil belajar, walaupun memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Nilai, Pembelajaran Afektif

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the application of make a match learning model in improving learning outcomes of class X IIS SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Ambawang. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental with a type of quantitative research. Sources of data in this study were students of class X IIS where class X IIS 1 amounted to 32 students as an experimental class and class X IIS 3 amounted to 32 as a control class. Data collection techniques using observation techniques and measurement techniques, while the data collection tools used are observation sheets and written tests in the form of multiple choices totaling 30 questions. Based on the results of the average value of the control class and experimental class has a difference. The results of the data calculation obtained the average value of the post-test control class was 54.85 while the average value of the post-test experimental class was 66.97. From the data it can be seen that the average post-test value is higher than the class control class. This shows that the application of the make a match learning model can improve student learning outcomes. This is also evidenced by the student learning outcomes of the experimental class and the control class which has a difference of 12,123. Keywords: Make a match, learning outcom,  geografi learning

Abstract

Program Pembinaan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah merupakan salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab sosial lingkungan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kegiatan-kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pembinaan dan pendampingan kepada pengusaha-pengusaha lokal yang berpotensi untuk menggerakkan perekonomian daerah serta membuka peluang bagi masyarakat sekitar dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat secara berkelanjutan termasuk Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM). PKBM berbasis kewirausahaan memang bukan wacana baru yang dicanangkan, wacana ini sudah lama di gulirkan dan disosialisasikan, tapi sebagian PKBM belum menuju ke arah sana Sekitar 90% penduduk buta aksara berusia produktif dan berada di kalangan ekonomi lemah. Upaya untuk mengatasi salah satunya dengan menerjunkan mahasiswa ke lapangan melalui kegiatan KKN-PPM. Kegiatan diikuti sebanyak total 15 orang yang tersebar pada lima lokasi PKBM, yaitu PKBM Marga Jaya, PKBM Aprilla, PKBM Surya Kencana, PKBM Siratul Jannah dan PKBM Melati dengan tiga orang mahasiswa di setiap kelompok PKBM. Pelaksanaan kegiatan program KKN-PPM berjalan lancar karena sebelum pelaksanaan kegiatan terlebih dahulu dilaksanakan survey lokasi, pendekatan dengan beberapa kelompok PKBM dan melakukan sosialisasi program ini pada usaha-usaha industri yang termasuk dalam kelompok PKBM. Selain itu, mahasiswapun dibekali pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan usaha-usaha industri yang dilakukan oleh kelompok warga belajar di PKBM sebagai mata pencaharian. Rekomendasi kegiatan KKN-PPM yang akan datang dapat dilanjutkan dengan menambah unit-unit usaha lainnya yang dapat mendukung perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Dengan demikian, peran mahasiswa dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat terlihat nyata diberbagai sektor di pedesaan. Kata Kunci: UMKM, PKBM, Program KKN-PPM.

Abstract

Abstrak: Judul dalam penelitian ini yaitu, Efektivitas pembelajaran Make a Match dalam pemahaman konsep pada mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan besarnya efektivitas pembelajaran Make a Match dalam pemahaman konsep pada mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XC dan XF di SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak dengan jumlah siswa 79 orang. Hasil penelitian pada tahap perencanaan penerapan model pembelajaran Make a Match dirancang sesuai dengan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pada tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran Make a Match ini mengarahkan siswa untuk aktif dan bekerja sama dalam memecahkan permasalahan disetiap kartu, selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil pengamatan kedua observer kelas eksperimen siswanya lebih aktif daripada kelas kontrol dan pada tahap mengukur keefektifan pembelajaran Make a Match dalam pemahaman konsep menggunakan rumus Effect Size yang dihitung berdasarkan rata ? rata nilai post test kelas eksperimen sebesar 77, 78, kemudian kelas kontrol sebesar 72,56 dan standar deviasi kelas kontrol sebesar 12,02 maka efektivitas diperoleh sebesar 0,43.Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran make a match lebih efektif daripada model pembelajaran konvensional dalam memberikan pemahaman konsep pada mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak.   Kata Kunci : Make a Match, Pemahaman Konsep, Pembelajaran Ekonomi Abstract : The title of this research is The Effectiveness in Learning Make A Match to Understanding Concept Of Subjects Economy at Student Class X of SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. The purpose of this research is to know the planning, implementing and how large the effectiveness in learning make match to understanding concept of subjects economy at student class X of SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. The sample of this research is student of XC and XF classes at SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak with population 79 students. The result of this step planning implementation model in learning make a match is designed that appropriate in planning implementation learning.  The step of this implementation learning make match to encourage student be active and cooperate to solve a problem in every card, furthermore based on result of second observation student in experiment class is more active then control class and the step of measurement the effectiveness learning make a match to understanding concept by using effect size formula is counted based on average score post test in experiment class is 77,78, then control class is 72,56 and standard of deviation control class is  12,02 I the effectiveness got 0,43. Those result show us that learning make a match model is more effective then learning conventional model to give understanding concept in economy at SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak.   Keywords: Make a Match, Understanding Concept, Economy Learning
