Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Branch Malang. The design of the research is explanatory research, and use quantitative research using multiple linear regression statistical tools. Result of this research showed that Motivation, Work Discipline, and Work Environment simultaneously or jointly significant effect on the Job Performance by Test F = 13.714 (Sig. 0,000). Partially, motivated significant effect on job performance with sig. 0.000 (t = 6.224). Keywords: motivation work discipline, work environment, job performance, PT. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis seberapa besar kepemimpinan situasional dan budaya organisasi memengaruhi motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada KAN Jabung Malang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 212 karyawan dan sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 139 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunaan metode proporsional non random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan situasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan situasional dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Kepemimpinan situasional dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, koperasi perlu menyatukan pemahaman antara pimpinan dengan karyawan, yaitu dengan memperhatikan apa yang dibutuhkan karyawan dari segi gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan agar mencapai tujuan yang sama.

Abstract

The Family of Hope Program (PKH) is a conditional social assistance program for poor and vulnerable families and / or individuals who are registered in the integrated data handling program for the poor, processed by data centers and social welfare information and designated as PKH beneficiary families. The Family of Hope Program (PKH) has a goal which is to reduce poverty and inequality in Pekanbaru City. Tenayan Raya sub-district is the sub-district that has the highest number of PKH beneficiary families in Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted at the Social Service City of Pekanbaru. The importance of the role of the Social Service in the implementation of PKH in Pekanbaru City is that in the implementation of PKH in the field in accordance with the objectives to be achieved by the Government.            The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Pekanbaru City especially in the District of Tenayan Raya as well as the factors that influence the implementation of the program.            The theoretical concepts used by the authors are Program Implementation Theory by David C. Korten and Poverty Theory. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques carried out through interviews with research informants selected purposively and document recording. Data analysis techniques in this study used qualitative data analysis methods.            The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in alleviating poverty in the Tenayan Raya District of Pekanbaru City is still not optimal. Factors that influence the less optimal implementation of PKH in Tenayan Raya based on David C. Korten's theory are the program implementers, the small nominal amount of assistance, and program targets. Keywords: Implementation, Hope Family Program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was toanalyze how much the situational leadership and organizational culture affects work motivation and employees performance at KAN Jabung Malang. The population in this study as many as 212 employees and a sample is used as much as 139 respondents. Sampling method using proportional non random sampling method. This study uses a quantitative approach with Path Analysis. The results showed that the situational leadership, organizational culture and work motivation had no significant effect on employee performance. Situational leadership and organizational culture have a significant effect on work motivation. Situational leadership and organizational culture does not significantly influence employee performance through work motivation. Based on these results, cooperatives need to unify understanding between leaders and employees, namely by paying attention to what is required of employees in terms of leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation in improving the performance of employees in order to achieve the same goal DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jbm.v4i1.1708

Abstract

Proses pembuatan kerupuk rambak akan menghasilkan limbah cair yang mengindikasikan mengandung kromium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kandungan kromium pada limbah cair dan kerupuk rambak di industri kerupuk rambak UD.X di Kecamatan Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode peneltian deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan grab sampling untuk pengambilan limbah cair yakni sebanyak 1,5 L dan purposive sampling untuk pengambilan kulit mentah dan kerupuk rambak yakni sebanyak 10 gram. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tahap pembuatan kerupuk rambak UD.X yaitu tahap perebusan, pengguntingan, pembumbuan, penjemuran, penggorengan I dan penggorengan II. Hasil pemeriksaan uji laboratorium, sampel limbah cair mengandung kromium sebesar 2,17 mg/l. Sampel kulit mentah sebesar 0,0315 mg/kg dan kerupuk rambak sebesar 0,0426 mg/kg.
