Abstract

Influence of Competency, Communication and Cultural Organization on Employee Performance PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. To know and analyze the influence of competence, communication and organizational culture on employee performance of PT. Semen Bosowa Maros and as for the benefits to the parties bound research is expected to develop a repertoire of knowledge in the field of human resource management especially concerning competence, communication and organizational culture on employee performance. Data used in this study are primary data that responses to questionnaires from respondents with data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. The sample in this research is 93 respondents employees of PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. Results of this study stated that based on the analysis of data in the show showed that 66.2% of an employee's performance is influenced by competence, communication and organizational culture this means that 33.8% (100% - 66.2%) the employee's performance is influenced by other factors, where the regression results indicate that the independent variable is the style of competency, communication and organizational culture positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT. Semen Bosowa Maros

Abstract

This study aims To determine and analyze the influence of promotion position, work environment and compensation affect the employee job satisfaction at PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Urip Sumoharjo in Makassar. Sampling technique is by distributing questionnaires to employees who met at the Office of PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Urip Sumoharjo in Makassar are willing to fill out the research questionnaire .. The sample of 32 respondents and analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of this study concluded that promotion positions, work environment and compensation affect employee work satisfaction at PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Urip Sumoharjo in Makassar

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate and analyze the impact of service quality Suzuki car service affects customer satisfaction at PT. Prosperous Megahputra Makassar. Data used in this study are primary data that the questionnaire answers of respondents with data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. The sample in this study as many as 100 people as respondents in this study. Suzuki car service quality service (tangible, empathy, realibility, responsiveness and assurance) positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction in PT. Prosperous Megahputra Makassar. This means that the implementation of service quality service are rated by customers on forms of real actualization perceived komsumen meet customer expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, price and location to. A suitable sample was used by 50 respondents who met the criteria of this study. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations that have been determined first by the researchers. Statistical analysis methods consist of multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous significant test (F test), significant partial test (t test), and determination analysis (R2). The results of this study indicate that the promotion strategy and selling price effect on the development of sales value in PT.Trans Coffee Bean Makassar. We recommend PT. Transcoffee Bean Makassar should always try to improve its products and services and provide information and promotions that hit the hearts of consumers in order to win the competition with other coffee shop and increase the attention of customers to buy drinks at Coffee Bean and offer products with utility and competitive prices and able to keep loyal customers with maximum service in order to remain secure and comfortable so that they are not affected by the services offered with competitors.

To know and analyze the Influence Motivation, Communication and Organizational Commitment Employee Job Satisfaction In Tompobulu Gowa District Head Office and as for the benefit of the results of this study can be used as a source of information to increase knowledge and as an additional reference materials for scientific research to be done next. Data used in this study are primary data that responses to questionnaires from respondents with data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. The samples in this study were 30 respondents employee Tompobulu Gowa District Head Office. Results of this study stated that based on the analysis of data on a show that showed that 0608 or 60.8% of employee satisfaction is influenced by motivation, communication and organizational commitment means that 39.2% (100% - 60.8%) affected job satisfaction by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal of the employees in the development of PT Bank BRI Gowa. The research method is a survey. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank BRI Gowa, amounting to 32 people .. Because the population of a small, sampling is 100 percent (saturated sample), the entire population as well as serve as sampel.Teknik collecting data through questionnaires, interviews , and as supporting documentation. Data analysis technique is a simple linear regression to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable.  The results showed that the performance appraisal and career development of employees at PT Bank BRI Gowa strongly correlate. This is indicated by the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.964 (96.4 percent), while the results of the regression analysis showed a positive and significant effect.
