Abstract

لا يريد الباحث من هذا البحث إلا الهدفين الاثنين: أولهما، لمعرفة تطبيق وسيلة اللعب اللغوي بطاقة الصدر فى تعليم اللغة العربية لترقية مهارة الكتابة؛ وثانهما، لمعرفة فعّالية استخدام وسيلة اللعب اللغوي بطاقة الصدر فى تعليم اللغة العربية لترقية مهارة الكتابة فى الفصل الثامن بالمدرسة مزرعة الهدى الإسلامية المتوسطة كارانج أيار دماك.  ومن ثم، كان نوع هذا البحث تجريبيا، وأمّا المدخل الذي استخدمه الباين فهو المدخل الكمّي الذي يركز على تحليل ومعالجة البيانات الرقمية مع الأساليب الإحصائية. تجمع الباحثة البيانات فى هذا البحث بطريقة الملاحظة والتوثيق والإختبار. وطريقة تحليل البيانات إختبار الصدق وإختبار الثبات، تحليل الافتراض التقليدي هو إختبار الاستواء وإختبار التجانس.ويجد الباحث نتائج هذا البحث التى سيذكرها ما يلي: أولا، أن تطبيق وسيلة اللعب اللغوي بطاقة الصدر فى تعليم اللغة العربية لترقية مهارة الكتابة المستخدمة موافق بالنظرية والخطوات المقررة؛ ثانيا، أن تطبيق وسيلة اللعب اللغوي بطاقة الصدر لترقية مهارة الكتابة فى الفصل الثامن فعّال. والدليل على ذلك أن النتائج المكتسبة من الطلاب بعد الإختبار اكبر من النتائج المكتسبة قبل الإختبار، وهي بمعدل قبل الإختبار 59،72 وبمعدل بعد الإختبار 71،77 . ودرجة الإختبار من Tالحساب 11،15 اكبر من Tالجدول من المستوى 1% 2،71 و5% 2،02. بذلك فإن فعّالية استخدام وسيلة لوحة فى تعليم اللغة العربية لترقية مهارة الكتابة مقبولة. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Untuk mengetahui penerapan media Kartu dada dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis, 2) Untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan media kartu dada dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis di kelas 8 MTs Mazo’atul Huda Karanganyar Demak .Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dan pendekatannya yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif yang memusatkan pada analisis dan pengujian data angka menggunakan metode statistik (SPSS). Metode pengumpulan data dengan tehnik observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Dan metode analisis data yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, analisis asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas.Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini 1) penerapan media kartu dada dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis sudah sesuai dengan materi dalam buku pembelajaran di sekolah. 2) dan penerapan  kartu dada saku untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis di kelas 8 efektif. Dan berdasarkan bukti nilai dari siswa bahwa rata-rata nilai Posttest lebih tinggi dari rata-rata nilai Pretest yaitu rata-rata nilai Pretest 59,72 dan rata-rata nilai Posttest 71,77. Dan dari nilai tes yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Ttest, t˳ mencapai nilai 11,15 yang artinya lebih tinggi dari nilai Ttabel dengan taraf signifikansi 1% 2,71 dan 5% 2,02. Maka efektifitas penggunan media kartu dada dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis bisa diterima.

Abstract

Conventional plastics are still often used today derived from synthetic polymer materials that are difficult to be recycled and degraded by microorganisms. Bioplastic is one of solution to this problem. One of the materials that have the potential to be used as raw material is cassava because it has a high starch content. However, starch has a weakness that is still low mechanical properties. The general purpose of this research is to study the effect of adding graphene oxide and stirring time to mechanical properties, and biodegradation of cassava starch based bioplastic. Bioplastic was synthesized by intercalation method with variation of graphene oxide concentration (5% v / v and 15% v / v) and stirring time variation (30 minute and 60 minute). The results of the analysis showed that the treatment with the addition of filler graphene oxide and the variation of stirring time contributed to the resulting bioplastic mechanical properties. Bioplastic with the best characteristic was obtained by adding 15% graphene oxide and 60 minutes stirring time with tensile strength 3,92 Mpa, elongation 13,216%, modulus young 29,66 Mpa with water resistance 27,42% and within 1 week degraded 50 , 83%.Keywords: Bioplastic, glycerol, graphene oxide, Cassava Starch, plasticizer

Abstract

Bioplastic can be made from renewable materials like starch. Properties of sago starch based bioplastic is to be improved by addition of filler and plasticizer. The aim of this research is to know the effect of addition of chitosan filler and glycerol plasticizer to the properties of tensile strength, elongation at break, water absorption and biodegradation from sago starch. In this research with casting method of making bioplastic with starch 10 gr. Furthermore, variations of chitosan filler (2, 3 and 4%w/w), glycerol (3, 4 and 5 ml) and varieties of starch heating temperature (75, 80 and 85C). The bioplastics were characterized by tensile strength, elongation, water uptake, biodegradation, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) and analyzed by using Design Expert v10.0.1. The most significant factor for all responses was the composition of chitosan filler followed by glycerol and temperature. On the best process conditions (chitosan filler 4.68% w/w at 80°C with 4 ml glycerol) was obtained the best response value for tensile strength 9.96 MPa, elongation 17.89%, water absorption 10.95% and biodegradation 40.02%.Keywords : bioplastic, chitosan, glycerol, mechanical properties, sago starch.

Abstract

Palm frond biomass is potentially to be used as a filler for plastic-wood composite products known as Wood Plastic Composite (WPC). This study aims to determine the influence of solvent type and temperature on preparation of palm frond as raw material of WPC. The palm frond which has been reduced to powder is dried in open air for ± 24 hours. Further drying uses an oven at 1050C where the final water content of the powder is 5%. Furthermore, the material is scaled down again in size to obtain 60 mesh. Palm oil powder is extracted for 15 minutes using solvent and high temperature. The solvent variations used are NaOH and H2O2 with concentration of 1 N while the variation temperature of extraction step is 100oC, 120oC and 140oC. The results showed that the type of solvent has a relatively significant effect on cellulose content of frond is increasing cellulose level of 13.44% - 22.23%, while the temperature changes did not give significant effect to the increase of fronds cellulose levels. The best preparation results were obtained in the preparation using NaOH solvent at 140 ° C with a cellulose content of 57,47%.Keywords: moisture content, palm frond, preparation, wood plastic composite

Abstract

Plastic waste is one of environmental problem especially in Indonesia. Conventional plastic is made from synthetic polymer that is made by petroleum which hard to recycle or break down by microorganism. Bioplastic is the answer of this problem. Starch is kind of natural polymer that can be used for bioplastic production because the sources overflow, renewable and ready degradable. However, starch have a bad mechanical characteristic. Cellulose as the strengthened has been proved to overcome the lack of starch. This research is aim to analyze the effect of composition and size of cellulose particle to get the best combination of bioplastic mechanical characteristic and morphology. Bioplastic was made by casting method where the taro’s starch, glycerol and cellulose are mixed. This research take variable on addition level of cellulose 6, 9, 12, 15%wt with cellulose fiber sizes of 100, 150 and 200 mesh. The composition with a good characteristic was 15%wt cellulose with the size 150 mesh with strength 7,595 MPa, elongation 11,379%, modulus young 66,465 MPa, water uptake 37,50%, and biodegradation is about 36,11% in one week.Keyword : bioplastic, casting, cellulose, glycerol, starch

Abstract

Increase in derivative products from natural rubber latex with the depolymerization process to low molecular weight Liquid Natural Rubber (LNR). The use of CoCl2 and NaNO2 catalysts as degradation agents is believed to increase the efficiency of the depolymerization process. The purpose of this research is to synthesize LNR from natural rubber latex and determine the effect of NaNO2 levels and chemical depolymerization reaction time of natural rubber on the formation of molecular weight of Liquid Natural Rubber (LNR) products. The method used to produce LNR consists of several stages. The initial stage is the centrifugation of natural rubber latex which is the basic material in producing LNR. Then the main process is chemical depolymerization of natural rubber latex by the addition of degradation agents such as hydrogen peroxide, sodium nitrite and the cobalt diclloride (CoCl2) catalyst, which ends with the purification stage. The chemical depolymerization process uses a variation of the content of NaNO2 degrading agents which is 2, 3, 4 bsk (weight per hundred rubbers). The LNR results obtained will then be analyzed using FTIR and GPC analysis tools. The results of this study found that the content of NaNO2 is 4 bsk NaNO2 degradation levels of 126,448 g/mol. By using the chemical depolymerization process also undergoes the formation of functional groups such as carbonyl and hydroxyl groups. Abstract

Bioplastic is one of alternative to relpace comercial plastic that can be harmful to environment. Bioplastic is made to make degradation become easier. One of potential raw material is sago because it has a highest starch component. The aims of this research are the study of impact clay as filler and glycerol as plasticizer to mechanical properties (tensile strenght, elongation, modulus young), hidrophobicity (water uptake), biodegradation and morphology. The synthesis method is solution intercalation of starch, water, filler and plasticizer with variation of filler are 3 (%w/w), 6 (%w/w), 9 (%w/w), 12 (%w/w) and glycerol are 10 (%w/w), 14 (%w/w), 18 (%w/w), 22 (%w/w). The analysis show that filler clay and glycerol give an impact to mechanical properties of bioplastic. the best mechanical properties is on bioplastic with composition 3 % filler and 14 % glycerol with tensile strenght 2.891 Mpa, % elongation 30.99 %, modulus young 9.39 Mpa. The highest hidrophobicity of bioplastic is 85.71% and residual persentation is between 67.39 % to 81.25 % in 8 day. Micrograf analysis shows that filler distribution is not be spread evenly on sago starch matrices.Keywords : bioplastic, clay, filler, glycerol, plasticizer, sago strach

Abstract

Modified asphalt is one of the alternative to method the road problems in Indonesia. This experiment aims to determine the effect of mixing ratio and temperature towards the property of asphalt - crumb rubber. This research method conducted by varied ratio 5%, 8% and 10% of melted crumb rubber. Then, mixsed with melt asphalt. The temperature variation of this process were at 150 oC and 170 oC for 60 minutes. The softening point, penetration, marshall stability and loss weight were tested from the modified asphalt. The results of this study indicated that the modified asphalt with crumb rubber has increased the value of softening point, penetration, stability marshall and decrease the loss weight. The best results was at 150 oC with 10% of crumb rubber, which has the softening point at 52 oC, penetration at 74.1 mm, marshal stability 1266.7 kg and loss weight 0.017%.Keywords : asphalt modified, crumb rubber, mixing ratio, penetration, stability marshall

Abstract

The activated carbon is one of adsorbent which often used in absorption process. This is because the activated carbon has better absorptive capacity of adsorption and surface areathan other adsorbent. One of the potentially material that can be used as a raw material to be activated carbon is green coke because it has 87- 97% carbon content and 250-3000 m2/grsurface area. This research aims to determine the effect of mass comparison of KOH to green coke, and activation time to the characterization of activated carbon. The manufacture ofactivated carbon was carried out with chemical activation method which used KOH as activating reagents. The process was done by mixing the green coke and KOH with a mass ratio variation (1/1; 2/1; 3/1 b/b) and activation time (18, 20, 22 hours). The activatedcarbon was analyzed with proximate analysis (moisture, ash, volatile), activated carbon absorption of the methylene blue, the surface area of BET (Brunauer Emmett Teller) and analysis by using Design Expert v10.0.1. The mass comparison of KOH to green coke and activation time indicated a significant effect to all of responses. On the best condition process (KOH mass comparison to green coke is 3.414:1 and activation time 20 hours) was obtained the best response value for mass yield 85.9%,; water content 7.37%; ash content 3.22%; volatile substance content 6.8%; the absorption of activated carbon to the methylene blue is 137.15 mg/g and surface area is 25,33 m2/gr. The analysis result of surface area determine that KOH mass comparison to green coke and activation time has significant effect to the surface area, it is indicated by the pores which increasingly open and the enhancement of surface area before activationKeyword : activated carbon, chemical treatment, green coke

Abstract

Components contained in the palm stem are cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, and other extractive substances. Cellulose is the largest component of palm fronds. Preparation is used to remove components of hemicellulose and lignin and extractive substances there by increasing the cellulose component which will increase the strength of the interface on the matrix and filler. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of oxalic acid concentration and dissolution temperature on the chemical composition of palm stem in the preparation of palm stem which will be used as raw material of wood plastic composite. Samples of palm stem preparations were prepared using oxalic acid at concentrations of 0,5 M, 1 M, and 1,5 M. Samples were immersed in 15 min with dilution temperature is room temperature, 800C, 1000C, and 1200C. Then the sample size of palm stem dust used is 40 mesh. Tests include water content test and chemical composition test of palm stem using chesson-data method. The test results show that the water content in the palm stem sample is 5% -10%. While for the best composition of the palm stem obtained by preparation using oxalic acid with concentration of 1,5M at dissolving temperature of 1200C that is obtained cellulose level as much as 54%.Keywords : palm stem, cellulose, preparation, wood plastic composite
