Abstract

Kebutuhan BBM dapat terpenuhi apabila distribusi tepat sasaran, namun apabila terjadi distorsi maka BBM Bersubsidi akan mengalami kelangkaan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengawasan secara terus menerus sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Gubernur Lampung Nomor 34 Tahun 2010 Tentang Rincian Tugas, Fungsi dan Tatakerja Dinas-Dinas Daerah Pada Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung, serta Keputusan Gubernur Provinsi Lampung Nomor : G/505/B.IV/HK/2013 Tentang Pembentukan Tim Koordinasi Pengamanan, Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Distribusi BBM Bersubsidi di Provinsi Lampung. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Bagaimanakah Pengawasan Pendistribusian BBM Bersubsidi oleh Dinas Pertambangan dan Energi Provinsi Lampung dan Apa faktor penghambatnya?. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan masalah secara yuridis empiris dengan data yang bersumber dari data primer dan data skunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1) bahwa pengawasan BBM Bersubsidi dilakukan oleh tim gabungan, dengan melakukan pengawasan dan pemeriksaan secara langsung terhadap badan usaha yang memiliki izin niaga penjualan BBM, pembinaan dan pengawalan proses pendistribusian di setiap daerah. 2)Penghambat dalam pengawasan pendistribusian BBM Bersubsidi yaitu ; keterbatasan kewenangan dalam pengawasan dan penindakan oleh Dinas Pertambangan, luasnya jangkauan wilayah dan keterbatasan SDM, kurang terbukanya informasi data yang diberikan oleh perusahaan transportir . Dinas Pertambangan dan Energi Provinsi Lampung diharapkan mampu menindak tegas perusahaan transportir yang tidak bersedia memberikan data hasil penjualan dan pendistribusian BBM bersubsidi, peningkatan koordinasi PT. Pertamina dalam hal transparansi hasil pendistribusian, serta optimalisasi kerjasama antara dinas-dinas terkait dalam hal pengawasan pendistribusian BBM bersubsidi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine the quality of Senduro buck and evaluate of Senduro goat doe Productivity Index doe.  The first material used in this research was 155 of doe and 284 kid of Senduro goats. The method used in this research is a case study.   Primary data was taken on the terms of a direct observation questionnaire was used as a tool concerning reproduction and weighing in body weight of kids of Senduro goat. The variables measured were litter size, kidding interval, mortality, and weaning weight. The second material used data Senduro male goat sperm 2 years old, were frozen. Frozen semen produced by adding glycerol at various levels. The results of the research in the Senduro subdistrict showed that the average litter size is 1.83 ± 0.69 tail, average kidding interval is 281.87±37.66 days, the percentage of mortality is 4.93% of kid, the average weaning weight is 22.14±4.19 and Senduro goat doe productivity index is 50.87±23. 43 kg/year.  The addition of glycerol was significantly different (p< 0.01) on the percentage of post-thawing motility, viability, abnormalities and a total number of motile spermatozoa.  The conclusion of this research is the Senduro goat doe productivity index in the Senduro subdistrict amounted to 50.87±23,43kg/year. Value Senduro goats doe productivity index can reach a maximum when the number of litter size high, kidding interval short, mortality percentage of kid pre-weaning of Senduro goat low and weaning weight high. Selection of male goats  Senduro, sheep based on body size and the size of their testes according to standard ISO. The process of sperm production in the form of frozen semen meets the quality standards ISO (PTM 40 percent).

Abstract

This research was conducted to evaluate the performance of female Madura cattle in three districts of Madura Island (Sampang, Pamekasan, and Sumenep), known as breeding areas for purebred Madura cattle. Vital statistics of 1,040 female Madura cattle at 24 and 30 months old in Sampang, Pamekasan, and Sumenep district were measured and analysed. Mean of Body weight, chest girth, body length, and wither height of female Madura cattle at 24 months old were 191.7±17.6 kg, 133±3.0 cm, 124.0±2.1 cm, 115.7±2.9 cm, respectively, and those at 30 months old were 209.4±23.6 kg, 138.2±4.5 cm, 125.7±2.6 cm, 116.7±3.4 cm, respectively. The body weight, chest girth, body length of female Madura cattle at 24 and 30 months old in Pamekasan district (216.6±26.5 kg, 135.2±6.1 cm, 125.4±3.9 cm, and 238.0±28.5 kg, 141.5±6.7 cm, 127.9±3.5 cm, respectively) showed the highest value compared to those in Sampang and Sumenep district. Phenotypic correlation between vital statistics and body weight at 24 and 30 months old ranged between -0.43 to 0.90. Chest girth showed the positive highest correlation with body weight of female Madura cattle at 24 months old (0.24) and at 30 month old (0.90). It indicated that chest girth could be used as estimation parameter for body weight in female Madura cattle.

Abstract

Practice Insider Trading is a fraudulent practices, because the principle of openness to shared or distributed to the public is information that is material or facts material that is information or important facts and relevant about events, occurrences, or facts that may affect the price of securities on the Stock Exchange and / or the decision of the financier, the prospective investor or any other party concerned with such information or facts. This practice is very difficult to prove. Issuers negligence for allowing the practice of insider trading by the issuer itself, it is thus the Issuer should be accountable and penalized adminitratif law. This is done so that Issuers really keep their trading in the capital market. In addition it is very urgent revision of the Capital Market Law to be done in order to provide legal certainty and provide a deterrent effect to the perpetrators of Insider Trading and give legal protection for parties working in the capital market.

Abstract

The research was conducted at Malang goat slaughterhouse on November 10th to December 10th 2016. This study is to determine the number of goat slaughter based on sex, age group, and carcass weight. The material used as many as 128 goats. The method used is a case study. Data observed was presented in average value and standard deviation for being descriptive analysis. Results showed the slaughter rate of male goat reached 14.06% and females reached 85.94%. The slaughter rate of goat aged less than 1 year is 28.91%, age 1 - 1.5 years are 22.66%, age 1.5 - 2.5 years are 13.28%, 2.5 - 3.5 years old is 14.06% and age is 3.5 - 4 years 21.09%. The average carcass weight of male goat which less than 1 year - 4 years vary between 10.37±3.58 kg - 22.77±4.51 kg, and female goat carcass weight 10.9±2.21 kg - 19.63±4.32 kg. The conclusion of this research is that female goat slaughter at Malang goat slaughterhouse is very high reach 85.94% while the male slaughter is only 14.06%. The highest goat slaughter rate aged less than 1 year reached 28.91% consist male goat 4.69% and female 24.21%. Male and female goat carcasses percentage aged less than 1 year - 4 years varies between 48.32% - 50.34% and 48.55% - 49.31%. From this research, it is suggested to reduce female livestock slaughter and further research is needed on the level of productive doe slaughter in Malang slaughterhouse area. Keywords: Slaughter rate, Goat, Slaughterhouse

Abstract

 This research was conducted in private Slaughterhouses located in Ngunutsari Village on November 10th to December 10th, 2016. The purpose of this research is to know the level of the slaughtered sheep in the Malang. The sample used equals 105 sheep from of age less 1 to 4 years consisting of 12 rams and 93 ewes. The method used in this research is a case study. Research location was obtained by purposive sampling. Animals used in the research was selected by total sampling. Data observed was presented in average value and standard deviation for being descriptive analysis. Results showed that the level of sheep slaughtered in the age less than 1 year reached 31.43%, therefore the slaughtered of rams as much 1.9% and ewes 29.52% of the total slaughter. The level of ewe slaughtered has increased each week from 1st week 17.14%, 2nd week 16.2%, 3rd week 26.67%, and 4th week 28.57% in comparison with the Rams. The average of ram carcass weight from of age less 1 to 4 years in a row is 8.95 ± 0.07, 9.8 ± 2.68, 8.45 ± 0.63, 12.05 ± 3.6, and 20.64 ± 5.43 ± with level 10.66 ± 2.34 kg, whereas in the ewe is 6.99 ± 1.19, 7.26 ± 1.12, 8.21 ± 1.2, 12.01 ± 1.93, and 11.38 ± 3.29 with level 9.17 ± 2.35 kg. It was concluded that the level of slaughter reach 88.57% of ewe whiles the ram reach 11.43%. The level slaughter of sheep from of age less than 1 year reach 31.43% consists of the ram reach 1.9% and ewe reaches 29.52% of the total slaughter. Percentage of carcass of the sheep of age less than 1 year to 4 year in successive is 49,91%, 46,92%, 40,49%, 39,73%, 41,72% on Rams and 46,40%, 40,63%, 42,75%, 46,40%, 46,99% on Ewe..Keywords: Level Slaughter, Sheep, Slaughterhouse
