Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh uap etanol dan suhu penyimpanan terhadap kualitas dan umur simpan buah siam. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua faktor berbeda. Faktor pertama adalah perlakuan uap etanol dengan 3 level volume; 0 ml, 3 ml, dan 6 ml. Faktor kedua adalah suhu penyimpanan, terdiri dari suhu kamar (28 ± 2 ?) dan suhu rendah (11 ± 1 ?). Parameter yang diukur adalah; penurunan berat badan, intensitas kerusakan, vitamin C, asam total, padatan terlarut total, warna, kekerasan, dan uji organoleptik. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis varian dan jika efek pengobatan signifikan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji rentang berganda Duncan (DMRT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa volume etanol dan perlakuan suhu penyimpanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penurunan berat badan, intensitas kerusakan, vitamin C, total padatan terlarut, warna, kekerasan, dan uji organoleptik. Umur siam jeruk dengan perlakuan etanol 3 ml dan 6 ml pada penyimpanan suhu rendah mencapai 30 hari.Kata kunci: Jeruk, Etanol, Temperatur Penyimpanan

Abstract

Rukola (Eruca sativa) is a horticultural plants originating from the Mediterranean with a high of vitamins such as A, B complex, C, and K. Rukola can be growed well at low ambient temperatures with soil moisture content between 20% - 40%. Therefore, irrigation control system is required to obtain at the appropriate moisture content for rukola plants. The objective of this research was to build an automatic irrigation system with the resistive sensor based on soil moisture, that can perform automatic irrigation accordance optimal water content in rukola cultivation. The control system in this research was created using the multiplexing control system with resistive AC stainless steel sensors. The sensors was read the resistive of soil moisture that calibrated into a percent (%) of water content and displayed on the display per second. The output of the pump is controlled by limits of water content that programmed by the microcontroller AVR AT Mega 8535. Calibration control system conducted at field capacity and permanent wilting point. Automatic irrigation control system was able to work well with the limits defined soil moisture is 20% lower limit and 39% upper limit. The first testing results of control system I have R2 0.8462 with RMSE values 0.02 and control system II have R2 0.8603 with RMSE value 0.02. The second test of control system I have R2 0.8896 with RMSE value 0.01 and control system II have R2 0.9121 with RMSE value 0.02. If R2 that exceeds the value of 0.7 and RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) ? 0.1, then the performance of the automatic irrigation control system is working accurately.

Abstract

Abstrak—Tanaman sawi merupakan komoditas yang memilikinilai komersial dan digemari masyarakat Indonesia, selainmemiliki masa panen yang singkat, tanaman ini dapatdibudidayakan secara hidroponik maupun nonhidroponik.Seiring perkembangan teknologi dalam bidangpertanian khususnya greenhouse, membuat sistem monitoring,analisis nutrisi tanaman dan fertigasi dapat dilakukan dengansistem terintegrasi komputer. Sistem ini memberikankemudahan dan meminimalkan kesalahan atau error karenadipengaruhi oleh subyektivitas dan tingkat kelelahan visualmanusia. Sistem terintegrasi komputer yang dapat digunakanuntuk monitoring dan analisis nutrisi tanaman sawi dalamgreenhouse adalah machine vision. Dalam aplikasi machinevision pertanian, tahapan segmentasi citra merupakan halpenting sebelum citra dapat diproses lebih lanjut. Untukmemisahkan tanaman dari background seperti tanah danresidu. Hasil segmentasi citra dapat diproses lebih lanjut untukekstraksi fitur baik ekstraksi fitur warna, tekstur maupunbentuk, hasil dari ekstraksi fitur-fitur tersebut nantinya dapatdigunakan untuk identifikasi nutrisi tanaman atau klasifikasitanaman.Penelitian inimenggunakan metode pengembangankelebihan hijau (excesss green), thresholding Otsu, morphologiOpening, labeling RLE, bounding box dan transformasigeometri, sehingga menghasilkan perangkat lunak segmentasicitra yang mampu memisahkan daun tanaman sawi dari latarbelakang (background) dengan akurasi 99,16%.Kata Kunci— Segmentasi citra,daun tanamansawi, excess green, bounding box.

Abstract

Hama tikus adalah salah satu hama yang dapat merugikan petani. Serangan hama tikus dapat menurunkan hasil panen bahkan dapat mengakibatkan gagal panen. Serangan hama tikus pada tanaman padi akan mempengaruhi produktivitas lahan. Semakin besar persentase serangan hama tikus maka produktivitas lahan akan semakin rendah. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persentase serangan dengan produktivitas lahan. Tahapan ? tahapan yang harus dilalui dalam penelitian ini antara lain, pengambilan data, analisis image processing, analisis regresi, validasi dan diakhiri dengan perhitungan akurasi. Pengambilan data dilapangan meliputi akuisisi foto udara dan pengukuran hasil panen. Analisis image processing menggunakan bantuan software Adobe Photoshop CS6 dan software Matlab 2013. Analisis regresi menggunakan bantuan software Microsoft Excel 2013 dengan menggunakan tiga jenis analisis regresi, antara lain : regresi linier, regresi kuadratik, regresi polinomial pangkat 3. Persamaan regresi polinomial pangkat 3 menghasilkan persamaan terbaik. Persamaan polinomian pangkat 3 yang didapat adalah sebagai berikut y = -1.10-6x3 + 0,0003x2 ? 0,0218x + 0,6159 dengan  koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,9645 atau dapat pula diartikan 96,45% variasi dari variabel terikat dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas. Nilai error yang dimiliki persamaan tersebut adalah 8,17%. Rats pest is one of the any pests that can harm the farmers. Pest rodent attacks can decrease yields even affect to crop failures. The percentage of rice fields attack will affect the productivity inversed. The bigger percentage of rodent pests, will make the lower rice fields productivity. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between percentage of pest roddents attacks with rice field productivity. Stages that must be passed in this research, among others, data retrieval, image processing analysis, regression analysis, validation and ending with the calculation of accuracy. Field data taking includes the acquisition of aerial photography and measurement of the harvest. Analysis of image processing using Adobe Photoshop CS6 software support and Matlab 2013 software. Regression analysis using Microsoft Excel 2013 software assistance using three types of regression analysis, among others: linear regression, quadratic regression, rank polynomial regression 3. Polynomial regression equation of rank 3 yields the best equation. The polynomial equation of rank 3 obtained as follows y = -1.10-6x3 + 0.0003x2 - 0,0218x + 0,6159 with a coefficient of determination equal to 0,9645 or can also be interpreted 96,45% variation of dependent variable can be explained by the free variable . The error value of the equation is 8.17% percentage of attack productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of the combination of gong kebyar gamelan music and LED light on the growth and productivity of pakcoy mustard and (2) determine the combination of gong kebyar gamelan music and LED light that provides the best growth and productivity in pakcoy mustard plants. This study used pakcoy mustard plants which are given a treatment of the combination of gong kebyar gamelan music and different LED light. The first treatment used a combination of gong kebyar gamelan music and white LED light, treatment 2 used a combination of gong kebyar gamelan music and red blue LED light, and treatment 3 used a combination of gong kebyar gamelan music and blue red and white LED light. The data obtained were analyzed using one way anova test and followed by Duncan test with a confidence level of 95%. The variables observed were plant height, canopy area, leaf greenness, root length, wet weight and dry weight of plant shoots and roots. The results showed that giving a combination of gong kebyar gamelan music and LED light had a significant effect on the growth and productivity of pakcoy mustard. The combination of gong kebyar gamelan music and red blue LED light gave the best growth and productivity, with plant height, canopy area, leaf greenery, root length, shoot wet weight, root wet weight, shoot dry weight and root dry weight, respectively also included 27,176 cm, 1457.59cm2, 160.03, 23.6cm, 91.68g, 4.63g, 5.26g, 4.63g and 0.42g.

Abstract

The measurement of EC can be conducted in two ways, namely electromagnetic induction and direct contact. This study using capacitive direct contact. The aims of this study were to determine the relationship between distance, shape and electrode materials to the measurements performance, and to determine to treatment that has the best performance. The study was started by designing the electrodes then continued by functional test and performance test. The treatments used was electrodes distances of 3, 6, 9, 12 & 15 mm. The electrode probe was inserting into the soil with the depth of 20 cm to get the frequency and at the same time soil sample was collected for analyzed in the laboratory to get the EC values. Based on those data the relationship of between soil frequency and EC were then analyzed. The results indicated that the best performance electrode with distance 3 mm. The equation of soil frequency and EC was EC = 0.186875 Fsoil - 10.5695 with R2 = 0.861, RMSE = 0.04, stability = 0.04 and respond time = 37.35 second.

Abstract

Subak merupakan sebuah lembaga yang bertugas dalam mengatur air irigasi secara tradisional. Subak dalam aktivitasnya berlandaskan pada Tri Hita Karana (THK). Salah satu aspek dari Tri Hita Karana (THK) yang  dinilai adalah aspek palemahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang suatu program untuk menilai kondisi aspek palemahan dalam sistem subak menggunakan Matlab-GUI berbasis logika fuzzy yang diberi nama Sistem Informasi TAKSU (Tri Hita Karana Subak). Dalam membuat toolbox fuzzy tahapan yang paling penting untuk dilakukan adalah merancang rule. Perolehan data dilakukan dengan metode survei, pengamatan secara langsung dan pengukuran. Data yang telah dikumpulkan selanjutnya akan diberi nilai dan dianalisis dengan logika fuzzy. Subak dinilai dengan menggunakan tiga rentang nilai yaitu Baik = 3, Sedang = 2, Kurang = 1. Program ini terdiri dari input, algoritma yang merupakan fungsi dari perancangan yang dilakukan pada toolbox fuzzy Matlab dan output sebagai hasil dari program tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil validasi yang dilakukan pada dua sampel subak diperoleh nilai pada Subak Jatiluwih adalah 2.23 dengan kriteria Agak Baik dan Subak Puring 2.73 dengan kriteria Baik. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa program ini dapat beroperasi dengan baik Subak is an institution in charge of regulating the irrigation traditionally. System Subak activities are based on Tri Hita Karana (THK). One aspect of Tri Hita Karana (THK) is the palemahan aspect. The purpose of this research was to develop a program to assess the condition of palemahan aspect in subak system using Matlab-GUI based fuzzy logic that named TAKSU Information System (Tri Hita Karana Subak). In creating a fuzzy toolbox, the most important step to do is to design rules. Data were collected by survey method, direct observation and measurement. The data were categorized by value and then analyzed with fuzzy logic. Subak were assessed by using three value criteria that were Good = 3, Medium = 2, Less = 1. This program consists of input, an algorithm which is a function of the design carried out on the fuzzy Matlab toolbox and output as a result of the program. Based on the results of the validation carried out on two samples of subak, the value of Subat Jatiluwih was 2.23 with the criteria of Good and Subak Puring was 2.73 with the criteria of Good. These results indicate that this program can operate properly.

Abstract

The study was started by designing the electrodes then continued by functional test and performance test. The treatments used was electrodes shape of ring, hair and triangle, and electrodes configuration of each shape was 2, 4, 6 and 8. The electrode probe was inserting into the soil with the depth of 20 cm to get the frequency and at the same time soil sample was collected for analyzed in the laboratory to get the EC values. Based on those data the relationship of between soil frequency and EC were then analyzed. The results indicated that the best performance was hair shapes with 2 configuration. The equation of soil frequency and EC was EC = 0.080590 F(soil) - 4.48289 with R2 = 0.851, RMSE = 0.066, stability = 0.02 and respond time = 7.41 second.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) on worker performance and to find out the factors that most influence the performance of workers in the rice fueling company. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool that was disseminated to 20 employees in the suppression of rice in the area of ??Sedang, Angataka, jagapati, Kec.Abiansemal, Kab. Kadung. Analysis of this study were emalyzed using validity test, normality test, reliability test and linear regression test. The results of the validity test analysis are 9 invalid questions. The results of the normality test, the data are normally distributed with a significance value of 0.819. The reliability test obtained the results of the data that was reliable with the value of Cronbach's Alpha 0.933. As well as the analysis of the linear regression test the results are closely related. From the research conducted it can be concluded that (1) the relationship of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) to the workforce can be seen from the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R2) the relationship between the factors that influence K3 and the performance of workers. The performance of workers with supervisory factors has a coefficient of determination of 61.27% and with occupational safety of 88.51%, with health of workers of 86.09%, (2) Factors that most influence the performance of workers in the company of raising rice are factors of work safety, where the closeness of the relationship between the two is 61.27%.

Abstract

Budidaya tanaman dalam greenhouse, menghasilkan tanaman dengan dimensi fisik yang lebih baik daripada tanaman yang dibudidayakan diluar greenhous, karena dengan membudayakan tanaman dalam greenhouse kita dapat mengendalikan kondisi atau variabel yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tanaman, adapun kondisi yang perlu dikendalikan dalam greenhouse antara lain adalah suhu, kelembaban udara dan intensitas sinar dalam greenhouse. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat alat pengendali suhu, kelembaban dan intensitas sinar dalam greenhouse dengan menggunakan Arduino Mega 2560 sebagai pemroses, sensor DHT22 sebagai sensor suhu dan kelembaban udara, sensor BH1750 sebagai sensor intensitas sinar. Alat pengendali ini yang nantinya akan mengendalikan on/off kipas exhaust, led fotosintesis, dan pompa air. Sensor DHT22 memiliki error pengukuran suhu sebesar 1,28% dan kelembaban 1,64%. Sensor BH1750 memiliki pengukuran intensitas cahaya sebesar 8,21%. Kondisi suhu, kelembaban udara, dan intensitas sinar dapat dipantau dan dikendalikan secara remote dengan menggunakan smartphone bersistem operasi Android
