Abstract

This study aims to produce contextual based worksheet that meet the valid, practical and effective criteria improving mathematical communication skills. Development phase and research preliminary study, planning, development worksheet, validation worksheet, and field test. Subjects is students class VIIIB SMP Negeri 30 Bandar Lampung. The design field test phase is one group pretest-posttest design. Research data obtained through questionnaire, and test mathematical communication ability. Data analysis prevalence by material experts and media experts, average score of 3.3 and 3.6 so that both are categorized very well; practicality test by teacher and students obtained the average score 3.7 and 3.13 so that both categorized very well; and effectiveness test Contextual based worksheet obtained gain of 0.71 which shows improvement communication ability included in high criterion. Thus concluded that Contextual based worksheet is valid, practical, effective to improve mathematical communication ability.Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan LKPD berbasis kontekstual yang valid, praktis dan efektif ditinjau dari peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Tahap Pengembangan dan penelitian ini yaitu studi pendahuluan, perencanaan, pengembangan LKPD, validasi LKPD, dan uji lapangan. Subjek adalah peserta didik kelas VIIIB SMP Negeri 30 Bandar Lampung. Desain tahap uji lapangan adalah one group pretest-posttest design. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui angket, dan tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Analisis data kevalidan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, diperoleh rata-rata skor 3,3 dan 3,6 sehingga keduanya dikategorikan sangat baik; uji kepraktisan dilakukan oleh guru dan peserta didik diperoleh rata-rata skor 3,7 dan 3,13 keduanya dikategorikan sangat baik; uji efektivitas LKPD berbasis kontekstual diperoleh gain sebesar 0,71 yang menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa LKPD berbasis kontekstual valid, praktis, efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis.Kata kunci : Komunikasi matematis, kontekstual, LKPD.

Abstract

This development research aims to (1) produce mathematics teaching materials for junior high school based on ALQURUN Teaching Model (ATM), (2) to know the effectiveness of the application it on comparative session concepts. This research design used 2 main stages that is preliminary (preliminary studies and instructional materials designing) and formative test (self-evaluation, expert testing, one to one, small group testing, and limited testing). The subject of this development research is the students grade VIII of Public Junior High School 4 Pringsewu Lesson Year 2016/2017. The research data is obtained through observation, interview, expert validation test and student's comprehension ability test of math concept. Data analysis uses the t-test and the effectiveness of N-Gain. The results showed that (1) ATM-based teaching materials for junior high school were classified as excellent (2) the implementation of teaching materials products were classified as quite effective.Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk (1) menghasilkan produk berupa bahan ajar matematika SMP berbasis ALQURUN Teaching Model (ATM), (2) mengetahui efektivitas penerapan produk bahan ajar pada konsep materi perbandingan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan 2 tahapan utama yaitu preliminary (studi pendahuluan dan pendesainan bahan ajar) dan uji formatif (evaluasi diri, uji ahli, uji perorangan, uji kelompok kecil, dan uji terbatas). Subjek penelitian pengembangan ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Pringsewu Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, uji validasi ahli dan tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t dan keefektivan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) produk bahan ajar matematika SMP berbasis tergolong sangat baik (2) implementasi produk bahan ajar tersebut tergolong kategori cukup efektif.Kata kunci: pemahaman konsep, bahan ajar, ATM.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe aspects of the guidance and counseling support system. This research is using survey method, with interviews and observations as data collection techniques. The sources are 24 counselor. Data analysis technique use percentage descriptive. The results are the guidance and counseling support system is a collaboration counselor with teacher for the study in the handling of students who have trouble learning (87,5%), collaboration counselor with the parents of students in order to data collection of students learning activities at home (87,5%), collaboration counselor with psychologist to the psychological tests (0%), counselor activeness teacher in ABKIN (41,7%), the special room of guidance and counseling (11.1%), an instrument of AUM (41,7%), complete counseling program documents (50%), technical supporting that is computer (62,5%), the allocation of funds for home visit (54,2%), and scheduled time allocation is 1 hours/sunday/classes for guidance class. (16,7%).Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan aspek-aspek dukungan sistem penyelenggaraan bimbingan dan konseling. Menggunakan metode survey, dengan wawancara dan observasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan datanya. Informannya 24 orang guru BK. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase.Hasilnya, aspek-aspek dukungan sistem adalah kolaborasi guru BK dengan wali kelas/guru bidang studi dalam penanganan siswa yang memilikiprestasi belajar rendah (87,5%), kolaborasi guru BK dengan orang tua siswa dalam rangka pengumpulan data kegiatan belajar siswa di rumah (87,5%), kolaborasi guru BK dengan psikolog untuk pengadaan tes psikologi (0%), keaktifan guru BK dalam ABKIN (41,7%), adanya ruang khusus BK (11,1%), instrumen pengumpul data AUM (41,7%),dokumen program BK lengkap (50%), penunjang teknis komputer (62,5%), alokasi dana untuk home visit (54,2%) dan alokasi waktu terjadwal 1 jam pelajaran/minggu/kelas untuk bimbingan klasikal (16,7%).Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, dukungan sistem, penyelenggaraan

Abstract

The problem in research is that students are not stable enough in their plans to study in tertiary institutions. This study aims to determine the use of career information in group guidance to strengthen study plans for tertiary education in class XI students of SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung. This study uses a pre-experimental method with one group pretest and posttest design. Research subjects were 20 students. Data collection techniques using a scale of study plans to college. The results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon test obtained zcount = -3,922 ? ztable = 1,645. In accordance with the provisions in the Wilcoxon test, if zcount ? ztable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So from the results of the study it can be concluded that career information in group guidance can be used to strengthen study plans for tertiary education in class XI students of SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung.Masalah dalam penelitian adalah siswa kurang mantap terhadap rencana studi ke perguruan tinggi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan informasi karier dalam bimbingan kelompok untuk memantapan rencana studi ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan one group pretest dan posttest design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala rencana studi ke perguruan tinggi. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon diperoleh zhitung = -3.922 ? ztabel = 1,645. Sesuai ketentuan dalam uji Wilcoxon, jika zhitung ? ztabel maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa informasi karier dalam bimbingan kelompok dapat digunakan untuk memantapkan rencana studi ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung.Kata kunci: bimbingan kelompok, informasi karier, rencana studi perguruan tinggi

Abstract

The reaserch problem in this is the occupation choice of student is not appropriate. This study  aims  to  analyze  personality  types  and  inclination  toward  occupation  choice  in students.  The method  in  this  research  is  quantitative descriptive method.  The research sample was 65 students taken using a total sampling technique. The data collection technique wed are IEKAD and position questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the most dominant type of student personality was the Social personality type, followed by the Entreprising personality type and the Artistic personality type. The occupation choice based on  them  personality type is  45% of  students  choose the appropriate  position  with  his personality type and 55% of students choose occupation that do not match between personality type and occupation choice, means that there are still students who choose the occupation choice that is not appropriate.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah arah pilihan jabatan siswa belum tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tipe kepribadian dan kecenderungan arah pilihan jabatan pada siswa. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 65 siswa, diambil menggunakan teknik sampling total. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan IEKAD dan angket plihan jabatan. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh tipe kepribadian siswa yang dominan adalah tipe kepribadian Sosial, diikuti tipe kepribadian Wirausaha dan tipe kepribadian Artistik. Arah pilihan jabatan siswa berdasarkan tipe kepribadiannya ialah sebesar 45% siswa memilih arah pilihan jabatan yang sesuai dengan tipe kepribadiannya dan 55% siswa memilih arah pilihan jabatan yang belum sesuai antara tipe kepribadian dan pilihan jabatannya artinya masih terdapat siswa yang memilih arah pilihan jabatan yang belum tepat.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling karir, pilihan jabatan, tipe kepribadian

Abstract

The problem of this research was the low of students self esteem. The aims of this study was to find out whether use group counseling service assertive training technique to improve students self esteem on class X SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung in academic year 2016/2017. This research method was pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects in this research were 8 students which having the low self esteem. The data collecting technique was using self esteem scale. The results of data were analyzed from pretest and posttest of self esteem using wilcoxon test. The result of statistics analyzed was showing that  the value of       Zcount = -2,350 Ztable = 1,645, so it can be concluded  that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. It means that group counseling service assertive training technique can be used to improve students self esteem.Masalah penelitian ini adalah self esteem siswa rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan layanan konseling kelompok teknik assertive training dapat meningkatkan self esteem pada siswa kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Metode penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 8 siswa yang memiliki self esteem rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala self esteem. Hasil analisis data dari pretest dan posttest self esteem menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Abstract

The main problem on this study was the poor learning motivation of student in class X SMK Tri Sukses Natar. The aim of this study was to improve student?s learning motivation using group guidance through figure?s biography information for student class X SMK Tri Sukses. The method used in this study was Quasi Experimental using Time Series Design. The subject of this research was 8 students whose high, medium, and low learning motivation level. This study used learning motivation scale for data colllection technique and Wilcoxon test for data analysis. It was proven from the result analysis of learning motivation?s pretest and posttest in which it was obtained Zcalculated = -2,518 dan Ztable = 0,000, thus Ho was refusedand Hawas accepted. To conclude, learning motivation of students can be improved using group guidance service by giving information of figure?s biography.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar siswa yang rendah pada siswa kelas X SMK Tri Sukses Natar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar menggunakan bimbingan kelompok melalui layanan informasi biografi tokoh pada siswa kelas X SMK Tri Sukses Natar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode quasi experimental dengan menggunakan time series design. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 8 siwa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala motivasi belajar. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. analisis hasil pretest dan posttest motivasi belajar yang diperoleh Zhitung = -2,518 dan Ztabel = 0,000, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan layanan informasi.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, bimbingan kelompok, motivasi belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this research was intended to determine, knowing the students? potential in determining vocational preferences after given IEKAD. The problem in this study was that many students who have a difficulty in understanding the potential of vocational preferences. In this research, the researcher used quasi experimental method in which to insert the sample into the experimental group and the control group randamization. The design used was a non randomized pretest-posttest control group. This research was indicated by the difference between the posttest of experimental group with the posttest of control group, the average was 62.17% of the experimental group and the average was 52.08% of control group, it is meant that IEKAD could help to improve the students? understanding of vocational preferences. The suggestions in this research proposed to (1) Teachers Advisors, suggested to the guidance counselor to help the students understanding the vocational preferences of the students, among others, could use IEKAD, (2) Other researchers, in this research, IEKAD in career counseling was not suitable for students who have low self esteem. (3) Students, the students were expected to follow the career counseling to help understanding the vocational preferences. Keywords: IEKAD, Career Counseling, Vocational Preferences.

Abstract

Abstract: The Application Pattern of Carreer Guidance and Counseling at Senior High School. This study was applied to describe the pattern of carreer guidance and counseling at senior high school. This research was conducted at some senior high schools in Bandar Lampung and involved 19 school counselors. Application carreer guidance and counseling data was gained by interview and distributing questionnaire to those school counselors. Researcher used qualitative descriptive method to analyze data. The result showed that the application pattern of carreer guidance and counseling provided by senior high school counselor generally started by giving interest questionnaire of major, or psychology test, carrer information (education type or major) to students, doing assessment toward academic achievement score in report book, and deciding students? major. The routine and service intensity are still lack, the target is limited, and media usage is not optimal yet. Based on this finding it is better to do knowledge refreshment about carreer guidance and counseling application professionally to counselors and have special study about alternative service way which is effective and suitable to the population.

Abstract

This study aims to produce and determine the effectiveness of the use of student worksheets in improving students' mathematical argumentation skills, with concepts of form and concurrency. The population in this study is the students of class IX SMP Negeri 2 Semaka years of teaching 2017-2018, as a sample class IX.A and IXB. The research design used is non equivalent control group design.  Effectiveness was measured by n-Gain test results analyzed by t-test, student responses to students' worksheets and learning execution. The results showed that the use of student worksheets was quite effective in improving students' mathematical argumentation skills, as evidenced by n-Gain experimental class (0.64) higher and significantly different from control class (0.21). The result of the test of the work sheet of the learners by the teachers 90.00% (very good), and the percentage of learning implementation by students (96.83%) with the criteria of "well done"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dan mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan lembar kerja peserta didik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan argumentasi matematika siswa, dengan konsep kesebangunan dan kekongruenan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Semaka Tahun Ajaran 2017-2018, sebagai sampel kelas IX.A dan IXB. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah non equivalent control group design.   Efektivitas diukur berdasarkan n-Gain hasil tes yang dianalisis dengan uji-t, respon siswa terhadap lembar kerja siswa dan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan lembar kerja siswa cukup efektif meningkatkan kemampuan argumenntasi matematika siswa, yang dibuktikan dengan n-Gain kelas eksperimen (0,64) lebih tinggi dan berbeda nyata dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol (0,21).  Hasil uji keterlaksanaan lembar kerja peserta didik oleh guru 90,00% (sangat baik), serta persentase keterlaksanaan pembelajaran  oleh siswa (96,83%) dengan kriteria ?terlaksana dengan baik?Kata kunci:  LKS, poe, kemampuan argumentasi
