Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kelayakan flipbook sub materi upaya pencegahan pencemaran udara sebagai media pembelajaran kelas X SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu tahap pembuatan, perbaikan, dan validasi media flipbook. Validasi media flipbook dilakukan melalui dua tahap. Tahap pertama validasi flipbook dilakukan dengan memvalidasi instrumen penilaian media flipbook yang dilakukan oleh dua orang dosen dan satu orang guru biologi SMA. Instrumen penilaian ini berupa angket yang terdiri dari 5 aspek (format, isi, bahasa, praktis, dan efektif) dan 14 kriteria. Tahap kedua dilakukan validasi media flipbook. Adapun validasi media flipbook dilakukan oleh lima orang validator  yang terdiri dari dua orang dosen dan tiga orang guru biologi SMA. Hasil validasi media menunjukkan bahwa media flipbook sub materi upaya pencegahan pencemaran udara layak digunakan dan diperbaiki dengan nilai rata-rata total validasi 3,73. Kata Kunci: Flipbook, upaya pencegahan pencemaran udara, validasi.  Abstract: This study was aimed to test the flipbook feasibility of sub material prevention of air pollution as a learning medium for 10th grade of senior high school. The research method that used was descriptive. The study consisted of three phases: creating, repairing and validating of media flipbook. Validation of media flipbook was done in two stages. The first phase was done by validating assessment instrument flipbook media conducted by two lecturers and one high school biology teacher. The instrument in this research was the questionnaire that consisted of 5 aspects (format, content, language, practically, and effectiveness) and 14 criterias. The second phase was validated media flipbook. The flipbook media validation was done by five validators consisting of two lecturers and three senior high school biology teachers. The tests showed that the media flipbook sub material air pollution prevention was feasible and need repair to be used as a media in teaching and learning process with validation?s average value was 3.73. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat media artikel pendidikan dengan informasi dari hasil penelitian isolasi bakteri resistensi merkuri di daerah bekas PETI Kulor, Singkawang Timur pada sub materi pencemaran lingkungan kelas X SMA. Artikel pendidikan disusun secara sistematis dengan format yang terdiri dari standar kompetensi, kompetensi dasar, indikator pembelajaran, tujuan pembelajaran, judul, isi dan evaluasi instrumen lembar validasi media menggunakan empat aspek dan sebelas kriteria. Empat aspek penelitian meliputi format, isi, bahasa dan efektivitas. Instrumen lembar validasi media digunakan setelah dievaluasi kelayakannya oleh dua orang dosen dan dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai instrumen penilaian media artikel. Evaluasi artikel pendidikan dilakukan oleh satu orang dosen pendidikan biologi FKIP Untan, satu dosen biologi MIPA Untan dan 3 orang guru mitra. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa artikel pendidikan dinyatakan valid dengan nilai rata-rata 3,22 sehingga layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.   Kata kunci: Bakteri, resistensi merkuri, artikel pendidikan.   Abstract: This research aimed to create education articles, using the information from the research of bacteria mercury resistance isolation in ex-gold mining area of Kulor, East Singkawang on sub material of the environment pollution at class X high school. Article was arranged systematically with a format consisting of standard of competence, basic competence, learning indicator, the purpose of learning, the title, the content and evaluation. An instrument of media validation was used after evaluated its feasibility by two lecturers and was stated valid to be used as instrument to evaluate the article . Article evaluation was carried out by one lecturer from biology education FKIP Untan, one lecturer from biology MIPA, and three teacher from school partner. The evaluation showed that articles was categorized valid  with the average of score 3,22 so that fit to use as a  learning medium.   Key words: Bacteria, mercury resistance, educational articles

Abstract

                       AbstractThis study aimed to determine the feasibility of module on submatrial structure and function of plant tissue in class XI high school with addition of the results from study  of number and size stomata of monocot plants. The research was descriptive with purposive sampling technique using two stages of validation namely instrument and module validation. Instrument was validated by three validators, namely two lecturers of biology education and one biology teacher while the module was validated by five validators namely two biology education lecturers and three biology teachers who implemented the 2013 curriculum. The instrument sheet contained six aspects and eleven criteria. Data were analyzed by CVR and CVI formulas using Lawshe method. The results of instrument validation showed  that the instrument sheet was suitable to use and  corrected while the module obtained CVR and CVI values of 0.99 in accordance with the minimum value of the Lawshe so that it was declared valid and feasible to be used as a teaching materials on submatrial structure and function of plant tissue in class XI high school.Keywords: module, number and size of stomata, monocot

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the feasibility of flipchart media on biodiversity material in class X SMA from the results of morphology and nutritional content jambu marekan fruit fiber (Bellucia pentamera Naudin), kandis (Artocarpus dadah Miq), and pisang karok (Musa campestris Becc. Var. Sarawakensis Hakkinen) encountered at the Sibohe Pajintan Singkawang Timur forest in Singkawang City in West Kalimantan. This research form is descriptive using purposive sampling technique with two stages, namely instrument validation and media validation. The validation instrument used contains 6 aspects and 16 criteria. Data were analyzed using the Lawshe method with the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and Content Validity Index (CVI) formulas and validated by five validators. Two validators are lecturers of biological education, while three other validators are high school biology teachers who use the 2013 curriculum in the Singkawang. The results of the validation showed that the instrument was feasible to be used and repaired, while the results of the flipchart media validation obtained CVR and CVI values up to 0.99 which corresponded to Lawshe's minimum CVI value for five validators so that the flipchart media was declared valid and feasible to used as learning media on class X biodiversity material High school.Keywords:Biodiversity, Flipchart, Jambu Marekan, Kandis, Pisang Karok

Abstract

Abstract The laboratory experiment of making  ginger (Zingiber officinale var. officinale) donut on sub chapter of Plant Role in Economy of Class X SMA / MA aimed to know students responses of laboratory work which was a new learning method on Sub Chapter of Plant Role in Economy Class X SMA / MA. This  laboraatory experiment was a new breakthrough in the optimization of abundant local plants namely Ginger elephant (Zingiber officinale var officinale). This research used descriptive method and the subject was students class X MIPA 1 of MAN 1 Pontianak. Student responses was viewed used a response questionnaire given after the students carry out the experiment. The average percentage of students responses was 90% very high category, so that this laboratory experiment  method was suggested implemented as a method of learning on Sub Chapter Role of Plant in Economy.Keywords: laboratory experiment, ginger, ginger donut, responses.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan cerita bergambar sebagai media pembelajaran pada sub materi struktur dan fungsi jaringan daun di kelas VIII SMP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrument validasi. Penilaian kelayakan dilakukan oleh 5 orang validator yang terdiri dari 2 orang dosen pendidikan biologi FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak dan 3 orang guru IPA-biologi kelas VIII SMP di kota Pontianak. Hasil analisis kelayakan cerita bergambar mendapatkan nilai rata-rata total sebesar 3,33 dengan kategori valid. Sehingga cerita bergambar dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada sub materi struktur dan fungsi jaringan daun di kelas VIII SMP. Kata kunci: cerita bergambar, kelayakan, sub materi struktur dan fungsi jaringan daun Abstract: This research aimed to determine the feasibility of picturestory as a learning media in structure and functions of leaf tissue sub material in VIII grade students of junior high school. This research was a descriptive study. Data collection was done by using validation instrument. The feasibility assessment was done by 5 validators that consist of 2 biology education?s lectures in FKIP Tanjungpura University Pontianak and 3 science-biology?s teachers for VIII grade students of junior high school. The result of feasible analyzed for picture-story was obtained 3,33 score with valid category. With the result that picturestory was feasible as a learning media in structure and functions of leaf tissue sub material in VIII grade students of junior high school. Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the feasibility of poster media from the results of morphology, nutrient content and fruit fiber of Berante (Sumbaviopsis albicans (Blume) JJSm.), Lampahung (Baccaurea racemosa Muell. Arg) and Pansi '(Xanthophyllum flavescens Roxb.) in the Tembawang forest Bagak, Sahan Village, Bengkayang District on biodiversity material for class X high school. The research was descriptive using purposive sampling technique with two stages, namely instrument validation and media validation. The poster media was validated by five validators with 12 criteria and was calculated using the Analysis of Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and Lawshe Content Validity Index (CVI). The poster media was validated by 5 validators, namely two lecturers of the Biology Education Study Program FKIP Untan and two biology teachers in class X SMA Bengkayang District and one biology teacher in class X in Pontianak. Instrument validation results showed a validation sheet was used and corrected while the results of poster media validation obtained CVR and CVI values of 0.99 which corresponded to the minimum Lawshe value for five validators, so the posters was declared valid and feasible to be used as learning media on biodiversity material in class X high school.Keywords : Posters, Biodiversity, Berante ', Lampahung, Pansi'

Abstract

This study aimed to know the feasibility of poster about grape (Vitis vinifera L.) nutrient content which were sold in Pontianak as a learning medium on sub material of nutrient in class XI SMA. This study was descriptive with questionnaire as non-test data technique collection. Validation was done by the experts; they were 2 Biology Education lectures and 3 biology high school teachers in Pontianak. The technique of data analysis used Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and Content Validity Index (CVI). The result of data analysis showed that the poster was feasible for a medium learning for the material sub class XI SMA nutrients the entire assessment criteria had reached the minimum Lawshe CVR value that was equal to 0.99. Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the feasibility of class X biodiversity material magazines from morphology, nutrient content and fruit fiber of baladok (Burasaia congesta Decne), jempari (Ixora lobbii Loudon) and titidan (Nephelium cuspidatum Blume) that was carried out in Tembawang forest, Bengkayang District. This research was descriptive method using purposive sampling technique. There were two stages of validation, namely instrument validation and media validation. Magazine media was validated by five validators consisting of two lecturers of  biology education FKIP Tanjungpura university, one biology teacher in Pontianak City and two biology teachers in Bengkayang District. Assessment of instrument validation and magazine validation consisted of three aspects and 10 criteria which were calculated using the analysis method of Lawshe Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and Content Validity Index (CVI). Based on the results of the study, instrument validation was said to be feasible to use and corrected, while magazine validation obtained CVR and CVI of 0.99 values on aspects of language, content and construction in accordance with Lawshe's minimum CVR value for five validators so that the magazine was said to be valid and feasible to used as a learning media on material biodiversity in class X high school.Keywords: magazine, biodiversity, baladok, jempari, titidan

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan poster kandungan gizi Musa paradisiaca yang diperjualbelikan di kota Pontianak sebagai media pembelajaran pada sub materi zat makanan kelas XI SMA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen validasi. Validasi dilakukan oleh 5 validator, 2 validator merupakan dosen pendidikan biologi, sedangkan 3 validator lainnya merupakan guru biologi kelas XI SMA yang menggunakan KTSP di kota Pontianak.  Hasil validasi poster  dengan 12 kriteria mendapatkan nilai CVR sebesar 0.99 sesuai dengan nilai CVR minimum Lawshe untuk 5 validator yaitu 0.99 sehingga media poster dikategorikan valid dan dinyatakan layak sebagai media pembelajaran pada sub materi zat makanan untuk kelas XI SMA. Kata kunci : gizi, pisang, poster, zat makanan Abstract : This study aimed to determine the feasibility of poster as the media for banana nutrient content which were sold in Pontianak for substance food sub material for grade XI of Senior High School. This research is a descriptive study.  Data collection were done y using the validation instrument. The validation were done by 5 validators.  2 validators are the lecturers of biology education, while 3 others are the high school biology teachers using KTSP for XI grade of Senior High School. The results of the validation poster with 12 criteria got CVR value =   0.99 according to the minimum value of the CVR Lawshe to 5 validators is 0.99 so that the poster is categorized valid and feasible as a learning media in the food substance sub material for grade XI of Senior High School.
