Abstract

Currently, the process of determining a scholarship at the Faculty of Information Technology Maranatha Christian University is still done manually. The existence of several types of scholarships offered, the number of defined criteria for each scholarship and the increasing number of students who enroll in order to receive the scholarship, causing the process of determining admission scholarship lasts longer and not objective. Based on the reasons above, this research is conduct  using  a decision support system that can provide recommendations to scholarship recipients. The assessment criteria of the applicants that much then used algorithms Fuzzy Multiple attribute Decision Making (Fuzzy MADM) with Simple Additive weighting method (SAW). The methodology used in the study consisted of three phases. The first stage is the preparation which includes the identification and formulation process of determining admission scholarship deploying along with the formulation of a decision support system requirements. At the second stage of implementation includes program development, testing, and implementation. Abstract

PT. Electrical MBS address at the Rukan City Garden Maisonete A 1/5 East Cengkareng, West Jakarta is a PT engaged in the sale of electrical equipment that is being developed in the field of buying and selling daily necessities. The author conducted research based on the company's business processes. Managed business process is ordering, purchasing and sales. Research conducted covering all business processes that originally done manually later on Automated via a web-based application system. The author also help the company to see the reports generated by the existing business processes. Moreover, the author also assist the company in determining the supplier for each item that is using the Decision Support System with Analytical Hierarchy Process method. Aplication made is expected to help the company to run its business and simplify the control of the company in general.

Abstract

Easy information access supports students to find resources in learning. However, excess information caused students to face difficulty processing information well. Infographics becomes a solution to presenting the information in visual format. Infographics is expected to help students to process the information, especially for academic purposes. It is difficult to create infographics manually. This training aimed to teach students in high school to create infographics with Piktochart. Piktochart is one of the online tools to help people create infographics. The training was divided into three sessions, namely the preparation session, material introduction session, and creative session. In the last session, students created infographics from one of their subjects in school. Afterwards, the students presented their infographics to other students and trainers in class.
