Abstract

ASSISTED LEARNING DAN AUDITORY INTELLECTUALLY REPETITION UNTUK PENGUASAAN UNDHA USUK SISWAAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model assisted learning dan model auditory intellectualy repetition (AIR) terhadap penguasaan undha usuking basa bahasa Jawa pada peserta didik sekolah dasar kelas lima di Sragen. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik cluster sampling (area sampling) selanjutnya dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling berdasarkan nilai akreditasi sekolah antara akreditasi A dan B. Pengumpulan data mengunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial dengan teknik independent samples test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan keefektifan penggunaan model assisted learning dan AIR terhadap pengguasaan undha usuking basa. Model assisted learning lebih efektif daripada model AIR. Dengan mengkolaborasikan antara hasil analisis deskriptif dan inferensial, diketahui bahwa model assisted learning lebih efektif daripada menggunakan model AIR untuk pembelajaran undha usuking basa. Guru hendaknya menerapkan model pembelajaran assisted learning untuk meningkatkan penguasaan undha usuking basa bahasa Jawa. AbstractThis study was aimed at determining the effectiveness of THE assisted learning model and Auditory Intellectual Repetition (AIR) model on the mastery of undha usuking basa of the fifth-grade elementary school students in Sragen. The study used the experimental method. The samples were chosen using cluster sampling and proportionate stratified random sampling techniques based on the school accreditation status between A and B. The data were collected using observation, interview, test, and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analyses with independent samples tests. The results show differences between the assisted learning model and AIR model toward the comprehension of undha usuking basa. By collaborating between descriptive and inferential analysis results, it shows that the assisted learning model is more effective than the AIR model for undha usuking basa learning. It can be concluded that the teachers should apply the assisted learning model in the teaching learning process to improve the undha usuking basa comprehension of the students.

Abstract

The learning process cannot be separated from the use of teaching materials that play a role to achieve the competencies that must be achieved by the learners. The purpose of this research is to identify the developmental stages of Predict Observe Explain (POE)-based thematic teaching materials, quality, and effectiveness of teaching materials to improve the learners' learning outcomes. This is a research and development technique. The development of this product is done through the design model of ADDIE learning system, i.e. (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, (5) and evaluation. The results show that the POE-based thematic teaching materials has excellent quality on aspects of graphics and material with the score 4,52 and score 4,75 respectively from the aspects of readability, linguistic, and presentation according to the learners as the users of the product. Furthermore, the effectiveness test results show that the average class score that does not use POE-based thematic materials is 75,72, whereas that using POE thematic materials is 82,08. Therefore, the average score in the experimental class is higher than the control one. The Sig. shows 0,010 <0,05, then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. It is concluded that there is a significant value difference between the control and experimental class.

Abstract

This research was Quasi Experimental Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The participant were fifth grade students  of Elementary school in Wonogiri, the conferral of sample using purposive random sampling. Based on data analysis between the experimental group and the control group can be seen that the group guidance services through work type role play effectively improve students career understanding. This evident is from t count 7.148 > t table 2.086 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Thus, this hypothesis is accepted, which means there is a significant difference in career understanding between experimental and the control group.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to experiment the effectiveness of behavioral counseling using symbolic model technique to develop students self concept in junior high school students. The research method in this study was experiment. The research plan used quasi experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The subject of this research were sixteen students from grade VII Junior High School who was divided into two groups, those were experiment group and control group. The technique of collecting data was instrumental questionnaire, observation oriented, and interview oriented. The technique of analysis data was using Mann Whitney Test by SPSS 20.0 and to support the hypothesis test, will be done a clinical analysis. The results of the study showed that the results of the Mann Whitney test known coefficient p (Exact. Sig) = 0.021 <0.05, so that Ha accepted and Ho rejected. From the explanation above, it could be concluded that behavioral counseling using symbolic model technique was effective to develop students? self-concept.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan konseling behavioral dengan teknik model simbolis untuk mengembangkan konsep diri peserta didik kelas SMP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan eksperimental semu (quasi experimental design) dengan jenis rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Subjek Penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas SMP yang berjumlah enam belas anak yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol.  Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket, pedoman observasi, dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Mann Whitney dan untuk mendukung hasil pengujian hipotesis, akan dilakukan analisis klinis. Hasil uji Mann Whitney diketahui bahwa koefesien p (Exact.Sig) = 0,021 < 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah konseling behavioral dengan teknik model simbolis efektif untuk mengembangkan konsep diri peserta didik SMP.

Abstract

The aim of the research were to know the effectiveness sociodrama technique to improve interpersonal communication ability of the seventh grade Junior High School students. This research was an experimental research which used Treatment by Subject Design. The subject of the research was the seventh grade students of Junior High School in Magetan which  consist  32  students.  The source  of the data was  premier data the students, the Technique of collecting data was interpersonal communication questionnaire. The result of hypotheses test used Paired-Sample T-test showed that tcount = 26,70 and ttable=1,695, so tcount > ttable (26, 70 > 1,695). Based on the result of the calculation above, the data was significant. It means there were differences between the mean score of interpersonal communication questionnaire before treatment and the mean score after treatment. Based on the research, it can be concluded that sociodrama technique is effective  to  improve  interpersonal communication  ability.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine the effectiveness of group guidance with scrabble games to improve creativity junior high school students. This research used quasi experiment design. The subjects of 62 students that divided into experimental group and control group that depended on matching technique. The data about creative quotient (CQ) score collected using a test named ?Tes Kreativitas Verbal? (TKV). The result of independent sample t-test testing for posttest data in experiment group and control group showed that p value=0.000, it means that there was significant difference on posttest?s result between experiment group and control group. The result of paired sample t-test testing for pretest posttest data in experiment group showed p value=0.000, it means that there was significant difference on pretest posttest?s result in experiment group between pretest score and posttest score of experimental group after given group guidance with scrabble games as a treatment. Conclusions from this research was group guidance with scrabble games effective to improve creativity of junior high school students.

Abstract

Management of human resource development in the field of education related to the role of the Principal in an effort to develop the potential that exist in educators and educational personnel. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the role of Headmaster and the staff of educators and education at Kartodipuran elementary school number 21 Surakarta in an effort to explore the ability to support performance in working in the field of education. This research uses qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interview technique and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the principal, educators and education at Kartodipuran elementary school number 21 Surakarta has conducted various training and education activities such as job rotation, understudy, coaching and counseling, conference, outdoor training, training, simulations, lecture, self-study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali pemaknaan sikap nasionalis dalam perwujudan yang islami di antara siswa-siswa yang memiliki etnis berbeda-beda di sekolah dasar berbasis agama islam. Sekolah yang digunakan sebagai tempat penelitian adalah Sekolah Dasar Islam Diponegoro, Kota Surakarta. Siswa-siswa di sekolah tersebut mayoritas merupakan keturunan etnis Arab, sedangkan sisanya adalah etnis minoritas seperti etnis Jawa dan Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik pengamatan, wawancara mendalam, dan kajian literatur. Teknik pengamatan yang digunakan adalah pengamatan partisipasi pasif, sedangkan wawancara yang digunakan adalah jenis wawancara mendalam. Literatur yang menjadi bahan pengumpulan data adalah literatur dari jurnal nasional dan jurnal internasional. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi budaya etnis yang beragam di Sekolah Dasar Islam Diponegoro memberikan tantangan sekaligus peluang bagi pihak sekolah untuk menanamkan nasionalisme dan watak islamiyah. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah keberagaman memberikan bekal nasionalisme yang mendasar karena prinsip-prinsip islamiyah tertanam dalam visi dan misi sekolah.

Abstract

ONLINE COUNSELING FOR STUDENTS OF UNIVERSITAS SEBELAS MARET, SURAKARTA, INDONESIA. The industrial revolution 4.0 resulted in disruptive changes that affected human life. Likewise, the students of Sebelas Maret University (UNS) in fulfilling their academic, personal, social, and career development assignments, also often demanded independence in this disruption era. As the third rank university in Indonesia, according to UniRank 4ICU rating agency, UNS needs to respond to this in order to be able to facilitate the task of developing students from the psychological side. Facilitation that can be done is by providing online counseling services for students. This study aims to describe the level of UNS student needs as initial data in compiling online counseling services. The subjects of this study were 544 students from ten faculties in the UNS that were randomly determined. The results of the analysis showed that the needs of student counseling services included six problem areas namely: personal-social (81%), academic (76%), career (82%), premarital (75%), traumatic (71%), and multicultural (81 %). The results of this study indicate that the level of need for online counseling services for UNS students is quite high. These results need to be followed up with the development of an android-based online counseling service platform in order to improve the quality of psychological services of UNS students.
