Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to describe the cognitive abilities of students and determine differences in cognitive abilities ofstudentsgrade Xof SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru by using theKahoot!online quizin physics learningand conventional learning on circular motion material.The type of research used is quasi-experimentaland research design is intact group comparison. The research subjects were class X students of SMA 8PekanbaruAcademic Year 2019/2020which amounted to 72 students. Research data is learning outcome data consisting of post-test scores through after the use of the Kahoot!online quiz. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially to see how students' cognitive abilities improve after using the Kahoot!online quiz.The results of the analysis of the data obtained were, the absorption rate of the experimental class was higher than the absorption rate of the control class with the absorption score of the experimental class average of 81,48and the absorption rate of the control class average 70,93. The effectiveness of learning refers to the average absorptive score of each class with an experimental class score of 81.48belong tothe effective category and the control class 70.93belong tothe effective category. Based on the hypothesis test carried out obtained a significance value (sig.2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there are significant differences between students' cognitive abilities after using the Kahoot!online quizand conventional learning.KeyWords:Kahoot!Online Quiz, Cognitive Abilities, Circular Motion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk &nbsp;mengetahui ketersediaan aspek pengetahuan konseptual dan &nbsp;pengetahuan prosedural dalam buku teks pelajaran fisika SMA kelas XII kurikulum 2013 pada materi pokok listrik dinamis. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis evaluatif. &nbsp;Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 2 Kupang, SMA Negeri 4 Kupang, SMA Negeri 5 Kupang, SMA Negeri 8 Kupang, dan MA Negeri Kupang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan aspek pengetahuan konseptual pada buku teks A sebesar&nbsp;&nbsp; 59,03% (kategori tinggi) dan buku teks B sebesar 60,43% (kategori tinggi). Ketersediaan aspek pengetahuan prosedural pada buku teks A sebesar&nbsp;&nbsp; 13,89% &nbsp;(kategori rendah) dan buku teks B sebesar&nbsp;&nbsp; sebesar 15,75% (kategori rendah).

Abstract

Zakat merupakan salah satu rukun Islam yang mempunyai peranan sangat besar dalam peningkatan kualitas kehidupan umat Islam. Hal ini disebabkan karena zakat merupakan ibadah yang tidak hanya bersifat vertikal (hablun min Allah), namun juga bersifat horizontal (hablun min al-nas). Dengan sifatnya yang vertikal, zakat bisa meningkatkan kualitas keimanan, membersihkan, dan mensucikan jiwa seorang muslim. Sedangkan dengan sifat horizontalnya, zakat bisa membantu seseorang yang sangat membutuhkan untuk mencukupi kehidupannya secara layak. Oleh karena itu, maka zakat mempunyai peluang yang sangat besar dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan. Namun demikian, peluang yang sangat besar ini masih dalam ?catatan? dan belum bisa diwujudkan dalam kehidupan umat Islam. Hal ini terbukti dari banyaknya jumlah umat Islam yang termasuk dalam golongan fakir miskin, bahkan negara-negara yang termasuk dalam negara dunia ketiga, mayoritas adalah negara-negara muslim. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan rekonstruksi atas paradigma zakat yang selama ini difahami oleh umat Islam, baik dari segi kedudukan, obyek, mustahiq, dan model pendistribusiannya termasuk pengelolaannya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of of physics-based learning lesson study with multirepresentation on Basic Physics course I. The subjects of the study are the first level students as much as 42 people divided into 2 classes, namely experimental and control class. The data completion instrument is a skill test consisting of 5 items about the essay. Data analysis is descriptive analysis to see the picture of result learn student process skill by using absorption criterion, learning efficiency, and mastery learning at presenter and postest. The data analysis showed that the average absorption rate of the class was 9.28% with the less favorable category in pretest experimental class at posttest 17.78% less good and 9,30% with less good category for control class at pretest and 17,18% With less good category, while the quality of less effective learning with 0% percentage in the experimental class and 0% for the control class in the category of less effective, student's 0% complete student completeness and incomplete start in pretest experimental class and 4.76% unfinished postest, and 0% at pretest with unfinished category, 14.29% also incomplete for postest control class, and 0% completeness of subject matter and unfinished acceptance in experiment class and 0% unfinished in control class Pretest and postest Thus, it can be concluded by using the programming language used for learning English on Basic Physics course I on the mater I collision and momentum.

Abstract

The purpose of this training activity is to train the elementary school teachers in Inuman Sub-District, Kuantan Singingi Regency to developing an integrated  instrument component (IIC) natural science based on nature around. Teachers are trained to operate the Integrated Instrument Components natural science elementary shool that has been developed. The target audience is elementary school teachers in Inuman SubDistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency and who attended this event came from public and private elementary school representatives with 29 participants from 12 schools. Method of activity is the presentation of materials, modeling, training and simulation /discussion. Evaluation carried out from the beginning of the activity, during the implementation and the end of activities with questionnaires, observations and interviews. Data were analyzed descriptively. The result of data analysis obtained by the average of the performance of 89% participants in very good category, so also the participant response about this service activity equal to 97,5% in very good category. The conclusion of the results of this training activities of elementary school teachers in the Inuman Sub-District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has the knowledge and able to implemeting in developing an integrated  instrument component simple natural science based on nature around for natural science learning in elementary school.

Abstract

Wakaf merupakan salah satu institusi dalam Islam yang memperhatikan kesejahteraan umat. Sebagai negara yang mayoritas penduduknya Muslim, Indonesia mempunyai peluang  besar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan wakaf. Dengan peluang yang besar ini, pemerintah Indonesia membuat beberapa regulasi untuk mengatur wakaf dalam bentuk Undang-Undang, Peraturan Pemerintah, Kompilasi, Peraturan Menteri Agama, dan Peraturan Badan Wakaf Indonesia. Beberapa regulasi yang telah dibentuk tidak lepas dari pengaruh masyarakat Indonesia yang mayoritas bermadzhab Syafi?i, di samping madzhab Hanafi, Maliki, dan Hanbali. Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh madzhab terhadap regulasi wakaf di Indonesia, khususnya Undang-Undang Nomor 41 tahun 2004 tentang Wakaf dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa madzhab Hanafi mempengaruhi Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 tentang Wakaf sebanyak 78%, madzhab Maliki dan Syafi?i memiliki pengaruh sebesar 100% dan madzhab Hanbali memiliki pengaruh sebanyak 85%. Lebih lanjut, pengaruh madzhab Hanafi terhadap Kompilasi Hukum Islam adalah sebanyak 85%, dan madzhab Maliki, Syafi?i, dan Hanbali masing-masing memiliki pengaruh sebesar 100%.   Waqf is one of the institutions in Islam that considers the welfare of society. As a predominantly Muslim country, Indonesia has a great opportunity to improve the welfare of society through waqf. With this great opportunity, the Indonesian government made several regulations to manage waqf in the form of laws, government regulations, compilation, regulations of the Minister of Religion, and regulations of the Indonesian Waqf Board. Some of the regulations that have been formed are inseparable from the influence of the majority of Indonesian people as the followers of the Shafi'i?s school of thought, besides the thoughts of Hanafi, Maliki, and Hanbali. This paper examines the influence of school of thought (madzhab) on waqf regulation in Indonesia, specifically in Law Number 41 of 2004 on Endowment and Compilation of Islamic Law. Using a quantitative approach, it can be concluded that the Hanafi?s schools influence Law Number 41 of 2004 on Waqf as much as 78%, the Maliki?s and Shafi'i?s schools have an influence of 100% and the Hanbali schools have an influence of 85%. Furthermore, the influence of the Hanafi?s schools in Islamic Law Compilation was 85%, and each Maliki?s, Shafi'i?s, and Hanbali?s schools had an influence of 100%

Abstract

The aims of this research is to determine the profit and loss sharing implementits principles on the products of sharia banking finance, the risk managementimplementation on the products of sharia banking finance and the constraints faced by sharia banking in Malang. This research used statute approach to analyze and to verify data from field research, based on fatwa DSN-MUI and regulation of Bank Indonesia. Method of data collections using questionaires, and analized by interactive analysis and descriptive-quantitative method. The result are the implementation of profit and loss sharing principles on the products of sharia finance in the form of mudlarabah and musyarakah are not well implemented as regulated in fatwa of DSNMUI. The implementation of risk management generally implemented as regulated in Bank Indonesia, but the lack of understanding and knowledge in society about its contracts are caused by the unexperienced human resources.

Abstract

Abstract: The research aimed to determine differences in students physics problem solving abilities between classes applying the problem posing learning model and the class applying conventional learning. The kind of research use is was quasy experiment with Two-Group Posttest-Only Design. The subject of study is learners class X MIPA Senior High School 12 Pekanbaru academic year 2018 /2019, consisting of class X MIPA.2, Was a class the experiments were 35 students and class X MIPA.3 as a class control by 35 students. The research instruments used is about a test questions to solve physics problems. Data collection technique in this research by giving a test of the ability to solve physics problems after learning held on the class. The data is analysed in descriptive to see the results of students problem solving ability scores and analysed in inferential using the T test. The results showed that there are significant differences between the students physics problem solving abilities in the learning class and the problem posing learning model with the conventional class of straight-motion material. The average score of students physics problem solving ability of students who learn with problem posing models is higher than conventional learning..Key Words: Problem Posing, Problem Solving Ability, Straight Motion

Abstract

The development of Islamic law from its inception to its maturity has drawn a lot of attentions from some well known figures within Western scholars. Great names, such as Goldziher, Schacht, and Anderson, are among those who contribute the discourses on Islamic law in classical and modern period. While the first two scholars focus their research on Islamic law in the early phase of its development, the last one direct his study on its development in the modern period. The role of Quran and Sunnah on the development of Islamic law is under critical analysis of the Goldziher and Schacht, while the reform of it becomes the center of Anderson’s study.Perkembangan hukum Islam mengundang perhatian para tokoh pemikiran barat seperti Ignaz Goldziher, Schacht and Anderson. Mereka adalah tokoh-tokoh yang berkontribusi terhadap kajian-kajian hukum Islam pada periode klasik dan modern. sementara Goldziher dan schacth memfokuskan penelitian mereka pada hukum Islam pada fase awal perkembangannya, Anderson fokus pada hukum Islam periode modern. Peran al-Quran dan Sunnah terhadap perkembangan hukum Islam menjadi bahasan utama dari analisa kritis Goldziher dan Schacht sedangkan pembaharuan hukum Islam menjadi kajian Utama dari Anderson.Keywords: Orientalis, Pembaharuan, Hukum Islam

Berdasarkanhasilanalisis data, didapatkanvaliditasRPP Termodinamikaratarata3,79padakategorivalid., Respon mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran melalui model colllaborativeLearning 81,08 % pada kategori sangat tinggi. artinya RPP efektif digunakan dalam perkuliahantermodinamika dan 91,89 % mahasiswa menyatakan bimbingan yang diberikan dosen jelas. Dari hasilanalisis data dapatdisimpulkanRPP termodinamika yang dikembangkan, valid,efektif dan praktis.
