Keunggulan dari Pusat Perawatan Luka Patria Care Blitar adalah penerapan metode balutan modern (modern dressing) sehingga memungkinan biaya perawatan yang relatif terjangkau dan waktu perawatan lebih flaksibel. Selain itu, sumberdaya manusia yang kompeten di bidang perawatan luka, kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana, serta penggunaan sarana perawatan luka yang canggih memungkinkan pelayanan perawatan yang lebih berkualitas. Tema yang diusung pada Program Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat skema Ipteks Bagi Inovasi dan Kreativitas Kampus (IbIKK) pada tahun kedua adalah Unit Pelayanan Perawatan Luka, Konseling, Produk Salep Luka dan Pelatihan Perawata Luka sebagai implementasi dalam kegiatan tri dharma perguruan tinggi dan sebagai unit usaha yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan pengelola Metode pelaksanaan program IbIKK tahun kedua mencakup tindakan promotif, preventif, kuratif dan rehabilitatif. Selain itu, Patria Care Blitar juga meningkatkan kerjasama dengan beberapa steakholder guna meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan, serta menciptakan beberapa produk yang berpotensi paten. Hasil program pengabdian ini adalah tersedianya pusat perawatan luka Patria Care Blitar yang masih aktif dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada klien dan kegiatan tri dharma perguruan tinggi, unit wirausaha yang semakin berkembang dan bermanfaat bagi banyak pihak, pengembangan bahan ajar dan modul pelatihan.Keywords: patria care, perawatan luka, IbIKK, tahun kedua.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to be considered to keep the customer trust of a productor even of a company. Giving the satisfaction to the customer can be achieved by several ways and on timedelivery product is one of them. It is true that some problems can often occur during that achievement andmay hinder the on time delivery fulfillment. One of the major elements that hold the key role of on timedelivery fulfillment is production scheduling. The implementation of appropriate production schedulingpolicy will determine the accomplishment of on time delivery fulfillment in some ways. This statement isalso works for Indonesia Steel Tube Works Ltd., as a company that always cares about the customersatisfaction on quality and on time delivery. If we observe the production scheduling records of IndonesiaSteel Tube Works Ltd. we can find some lateness problems that in some case happened in an extensiveinterval of tardiness. The company only runs the production scheduling based on the group of pipediameter. This policy seems cannot well handle the rush orders that often emerge on every schedulingperiod and effect in tardiness problems. The company needs to consider the rescheduling policy with theaim of reducing the tardiness that often emerges because of the rush order disruption.

Abstract

This study aims to test mediating management accounting system in the relationship of the environmental uncertainty on managerial performance. This research processed primary data obtained using a questionnaire distributed to managers of business unit of companies in the industrial area of PT. Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut. The sample analyzed were 216 questionnaire, using the Slovin formula. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Square approach. The result showed that management accounting systems mediated the effect of environmental uncertainty on managerial performance.

Abstract

Blitar Regency has a lot of tourism sector, one of which is in the historical Palah Penataran Temple. Palah Penataran Temple is the largest temple complex in East Java and one of the main attractions in Blitar. As a main tourist attraction,   promotional activities should be the maximum. This research aims to increase public awareness of historical knowledge about the Palah Penataran Temple. So beside visitors who come to enjoy the beauty of Palah Penataran Temple also understand the historical. Data collection technique is doing by observation, interviews and documentation to obtain the Branding that will be applied to the Palah Penataran Temple. It brings the concept of "grandeur" Candi Penataran Palah are implemented in the design of media promotion starting from a color photo, illustrations, text, typography and logo. The results of this research are expected tourists visiting the Palah Penataran Temple to increase they knowledge about the historcal and finally is expected to increase a sense of concern in history of Palah Penataran Temple.. Keywords: Palah Penataran Temple, Branding, Design, History, Historical tourism

Abstract

Industri furnitur kayu memiliki potensi yang menjanjikan bagi negara-negara berhutan tropis, termasuk Indonesia. Industri ini menyerap banyak tenaga kerja dan mempunyai nilai ‘total linkage’ paling tinggi dibanding industri lainnya. Kerusakan hutan tropis akibat ‘illegal logging’ dan alih fungsi hutan yang tidak terkendali telah memunculkan ekolabeling sebagai salah solusi menuju hutan lestari. Ekolabeling dirasakan industri furnitur sebagai tekanan perdagangan internasional. Negara maju akan menolak produk perkayuan tanpa sertifikat ekolabel. Di Indonesia, ekolabeling CoC termasuk paling lamban dibanding negara produsen pesaing seperti China, Vietnam bahkan Malaysia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dibantu perangkat lunak SmartPLS dan indepth-interviews terhadap industri furnitur untuk mengetahui dampak sertifikasi ekolabel terhadap sustainabilitas industri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekolabel mempunyai dampak positif signifikan terhadap pelestarian hutan, citra perusahaan, pangsa pasar, profit, dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Direkomendasikan agar ekolabeling dapat didorong untuk meningkatkan daya saing ekspor, pangsa pasar dan menjamin hubungan produsen-konsumen yang sustainabel. Abstract

This research was aimed to examine and to obtain empirical evidence on earnings management, firm size, company performance, corporate complexity, CEO holdings toward bonus schemes. Sample of this research were chosen by using purposive sampling of 129 manufacturing business listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), in the year 2007. Results show that company performance have significant effect on bonus schemes, but earnings management, firm size, company performance, corporate complexity and CEO holdings dont have significant effect on bonus schemes. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test whether the indicators of the quality of accounting-based financial reporting (accrual quality, persistence, prediktabilita, and income smoothing) and market-based (value relevance, timeliness, and conservatism) differ from one another and contribute to the formation of quality financial reporting. This study sample of manufacturing firms using data analysis techniques confirmatory factor analysis. The results of this study showed no overlap between the seven indicators of quality of financial reporting. This difference makes each indicator representing it self in the form of financial reporting quality variables. Quality financial reporting is supported by five indicators, namely the quality of financial reporting of accounting-based (accrual quality, prediktabilita, and income smoothing), quality of financial reporting of market-based (value relevance, and conservatism). Two other indicators of persistence and timeliness does not indicate suitability and appropriateness or unidimensionalitas in shaping the quality of financial reporting.   Keywords: Financial Reporting Quality, Accounting-Based, Market-Based

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                            Tujuan penelitian menganalisis model struktural dari pengaruh audit operasional fungsi pemasaran dan pengendalian internal terhadap efektivitas pelayanan konsumen. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Manajer pemasaran dan staff di wilayah Malang serta Palembang sebanyak 30 responden dan divisi administrasi dalam recording serta auditor dan auditee (yang tidak termasuk kategori responden 30 orang) sebanyak 20 orang sehingga total responden sebanyak 50 orang. Analisis data dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) warpPLS. Audit operasional fungsi pemasaran dan pengendalian internal memiliki pengaruh terhadap efektivitas pelayanan sebesar 87%. Hasil audit operasional memiliki hasil temuan di dalam audit operasional fungsi pemasaran yang dinyatakan closed oleh auditor kepada auditee yang artinya temuan tersebut telah memiliki solusi yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pemasaran produk dan telah memiliki umpan balik positif dimana hasil tersebut berdampak positif pada efektivitas pelayanan konsumen. Bentuk pengendalian internal melalui aktivitas pengendalian dan pengawasan pada fungsi pemasaran yang telah diterapkan oleh pimpinan perusahaan meliputi pengendalian efektifitas program pemasaran melalui aktivitas dan pengawasan pemasaran, pengendalian strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan secara online dan offline, pegendalian keuntungan dan rentabilitas dalam kegiatan pemasaran dan pengendalian efisiensi pemasaran melalui personal selling yang dilakukan oleh sales di setiap outlet sehingga manajer pemasaran melakukan pengenalan pada setiap sumber pemasaran dalam meningkatkan prestasi marketing.Kata Kunci: audit, efektivitas, madu, pelayanan, pemasaran, pengendalianABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the structural model of the effect of the operational audit of marketing and internal control functions on the effectiveness of customer service. Respondents in this study were marketing managers and staff in Malang and Palembang as many as 30 respondents and the administrative division in recording and auditors and auditees (which do not belong to the category of respondents 30 people) as many as 20 people so that the total respondents were 50 people. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) warpPLS. The operational audit of marketing and internal control functions has an effect on service effectiveness by 87%. The results of operational audits have findings in operational audits of the marketing function that are declared closed by the auditor to the auditee, which means that the findings already have solutions that can improve the quality of product marketing and have positive feedback where the results have a positive impact on the effectiveness of customer service. Forms of internal control through control and supervision activities on the marketing functions that have been implemented by company leaders include controlling the effectiveness of marketing programs through marketing activities and supervision, marketing strategy control that was carried out online and offline, profit and profitability control in marketing activities and controlling marketing efficiency through personal selling conducted by sales at each outlet so that marketing managers make an introduction to each marketing source in improving marketing achievements.Keywords: audit, control, effectiveness, honey, marketing, service

Abstract

Sistem kemitraan bagi hasil adalah sistem kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh dua orang atau lebih (antar-peternak) atau peternak sebagai pelaksana yang menjalankan usaha budi daya yang dibiayai atau dimiliki oleh perusahaan peternakan dan/atau perusahaan di bidang lain. Tujuan penelitian yaitu melakukan pemetaan sumber daya yang dapat diakses peternak dan model pengembangan usaha ternak ayam pedaging sistem kemitraan bagi hasil. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari-Juni 2018. Sebanyak 44 peternak ayam pedaging sistem bagi hasil di Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Analisis data menggunakan teknik SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan SmartPLS 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akses peternak terhadap sumber daya dan SDM peternak berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan usaha ternak ayam pedaging sistem bagi hasil sebesar 68,3%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu sumber daya yang dapat diakses peternak ayam pedaging sistem kemitraan bagi hasil adalah sumber daya finansial, teknologi, fisik, ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial. Peranan sumber daya tersebut penting untuk pengembangan usaha ternak.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang is a recognizable Moslem Boarding School in Jombang which is occupied by 4,560 students. It involves 3,230 males and 1,530 females. Empowerment is needed in terms of social, economic and culture. The most dominant issue is the cleanliness or sanitation of the environment of boarding school or of the students. Both are classical issues at Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang. Environment sanitation is emphasized on skin health due to the risk of scabies disease. Location of research is Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang. The object of research includes all staffs, employees, leaders and students of Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang. The ultimate goal of this research is to formulate the model of human resource empowerment at Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang to support sustainable environmental management for scabies disease prevention. Data are analyzed using a model of generalized structure component analysis (GesCA). Based on the result of research and discussion, it is concluded that Organization factor is influential directly, but insignificantly, to environmental sustainability. Organization factor is influential indirectly but significantly, through human resource empowerment, to environmental sustainability freed from scabies disease.
