Abstract

This study was to determine the Influence of Work Supervision And Work Discipline on Employee Productivity (Case Processing Part PT. Mitra Agung Swadaya (MAS) District of Kelayang Indragiri Hulu). This research is located in South Cross Street, Sungai Golang Village, District Of Kelayang Indragiri Hulu. The population of this study were all employees in PT. Mitra Agung Swadaya (MAS) part processing numbering 49 people. Data analysis in this study using SPSS. Sampling technique is a method uses census and testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliabilitas test, multiple linier, regression analysis, t-test and f-test to test and prove the research hypothesis.Result of analysis with spss program, the result of relationship between supervision of work (X1) and discipline work (X2) with employee productivity (Y) has a very strong relationship. Partially, supervision of work (X1) have a significant effect on employee productivity, while the work discipline variable(X2) have a significant effect on employee productivity.Keywords : Work Supervision, Work Discipline, Employee Productivity

Abstract

This study uses secondary data from 10 sampled the financial statements of property and real estate companies and sampling using purposive sampling techniques. Analysis of data using the multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f, and test the coefficient of determination. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.The results showed that the variables financing decision and dividend policy partially (t test) significantly affects the firm value on the property and real estate companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The results of the study simultaneously (f test) showed a significant effect of the variable financing decision and dividen policy to firm value in property and real estate companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).Keywords: financing decisions, dividend policy, the firm Value

Abstract

Abstract

Employee satisfaction is an emotional state of pleasant and unpleasant that may affectwork behavior such as motivation and morale, the productivity or performance, and othernforms of work behavior.This research was conducted at Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru, at Jenderal Sudirman street72-74 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to analyze the factors of job satisfaction onFuraya Hotel PekanbaruIn this study an extensible methodology used is descriptive, where samples are used thatHR employees Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru and as a source of information is the HRD, todetermine the sample using census methods, data collection through interviews,observation and questionnaire.From the analysis of the human resources department employee job satisfactionconducted by Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru on factors that include salary, promotion,supervision, relationships with co-workers and working conditions, stating that the jobsatisfaction factors are at kateori well.Keywords: Job Satisfaction,HRD, Hotel

Abstract

This research was conducted at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. This study aims to analyze how perceptions of consumers in the implementation of the marketing mix at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru (case in occupancy room service).The data used are primary data and secondary data with descriptive analysis method. In this study, the population is around the occupants of the room service was staying at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. The sampling technique was accidental sampling where is number of samples taken are as many as 99 people.From the research, it is found that the consumer has a pretty good perception is 43.43% on the implementation of the marketing mix that has been done by the Resty Menara Hotel.Keywords: Consumer Perceptions, Mareting Mix, Resty Menara Hotel

Abstract

At this point in Pekanbaru futsal business increasingly in the interest can be seen with the development of futsal existing business. To expand its business at a higher level the company must carry out all activities in the areas of operations, marketing, finance, production, and other fields that exist in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the sports service business competitive strategy rental futsal field in Pekanbaru. The methods used in this research is descriptive and analytical techniques used are qualitative analysis. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The questionnaire is the technique of data collection is done by providing a set of written questions to the respondent’s in charge. The sample is part of the number and characteristics of the population is owned by as many as 40 business owners futsal. The results of this research is the analysis of both cost leadership strategy to obtain a score of 1118 and the analysis of differentiation strategies to obtain a score of 1223 so it can be deduced that more strategies applied by a health services business (business competition case futsal rental service s in Pekanbaru) is a strategy differentiation. keywords : Analysis, competitive strategy, leasing service futsal court

Abstract

Brand image or brand image is how a brand influence perceptions, views of the public or consumers against the company or its products. Purchasing decisions is the attitude of a person to buy or use a product in the form of goods or services that have been believed would satisfy him and willingness to bear risks that may ditimbulkanya. Purchasing decisions taken by the buyer is actually a collection of a number of decisions were organized.This research was conducted at Suzuki PT. Riau Jaya Cemerlang is located in Jalan Tuanku Tambusai (jackfruit) 18 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the effect of brand image on purchase decision satria fu Suzuki motorcycle 150 cc at PT. Riau Jaya Cemerlang.In this research methodology is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, where samples were used that consumers PT. Riau Jaya Cemerlang and as a source of information is the HRD, and marketing Manager. To determine the sample using the formula Slovin, sampling with accidental sampling method. Techniques of collecting data through interviews, observation and questionnaires.From the results of data analysis includes test validity, reliability, and simple linear regression, brand image in the study include the brand advantage, brand strength, the uniqueness of the brand. Abstract

Era of globalization, competition is getting tougher demands organizations that want to be able to continue to maintain the existence and success to make changes in accordance with the development of todays business world. Therefore we need leaders with transformational style. Actualization needs of employees and the articulation of a clear vision can increase organizational commitment of employees.This study aims to determine the application of transformational leadership style and how the organizations commitment to PT.Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Pekanbaru and the relationship between the two variables in the analysis of this study using a statistical techniques and models used in this study is the product moment correlation. The results showed that there is a strong relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational commitment on PT.Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Pekanbaru, where the results of this calculation values obtained correlation coefficient of 0.612.Thus it can be seen that the transformational leadership style has a strong relationship with the organizations commitment to the employees of PT. Abstract

This study to determine the effect of competence and incentives to work productivity salesman PT.Agung Automall Soekarno-Hatta Pekanbaru. Where the proposed two independent variables and the dependent variable, namely competence and incentives act as independent variables and labor productivity plays as the dependent variable. This study took a number of respondents as many as 32 people and the population in the salesman PT.Agung Automall Soekarno-Hatta pekanbaru. In this study, the data was obtained using a questionmaire with a scale of measurement using a Likert scale further processed and analyzed using the validity, reliabelitas, statistical analysis such as linear analysis, t test and f test using SPSS. Results of analysis using multiple liner regression, t test and f test so that it can be seen that he variable competence of a negative effect on work productivity salesman (H1), that incentives have a significant effect on the productivity of salesman (H2), and the significant influence of competence and administration incentives to work productivity salesman (H3) Keywords: competence, incentives, labor productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of productdevelopment to the increase in sales volume in PT.Inpersada PrimaciptaPekanbaru. In this research, product development as the independent variable (X)and the level of sales volume as the dependent variable (Y). samples used were 51respondents with a sampling technique using Non Probability Sampling withsampling techniques accidental ... ..Overall the data obtained through questionnaires and further processed forstatistical analysis tested as a simple linear analysis, t-test, correlation coefficient,and the coefficient of determination by using SPSS 16 for windows.From the calculation results obtained regression coefficient value of 2,027,where the value of the correlation coefficient indicates a strong enoughrelationship and positive relationship between product development (variable x) tothe level of sales volume (variable y). while the value of the coefficient ofdetermination (R square) of 0.978 means that the overall development of theproduct had a positive influence response to the levels of sales volume amountingto 97.8% hypothesis test results (t) that the value of t is greater than t table ie32.824> 2.00 means that product development and significant positive effect onthe level of sales volume.Keywords: product development, the level of sales volume, PT.
