Abstract

Rumput laut Eucheuma cottonii (Kappaphycus alvarezi) merupakan salah satu komoditas yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis tinggi. Teknik budidaya dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara antara lain metode rakit apung dan long line. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk megetahui pengaruh laju pertumbuhan rumput laut E.cottonii dengan bobot bibit berbeda (50 gr, 100 gr, dan 150 gr) dengan menggunakan metode rakit apung dan long line. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus-Oktober 2017 di Teluk Hurun Lampung. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap yang dilanjutkan dengan one way ANOVA. Pengukuran pertumbuhan dilakukan setiap satu minggu sekali selama 42 hari. Parameter perairan yang diukur antara lain DO, pH, salinitas, kecerahan, nitrat, fosfat, suhu dan kecepatan arus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bobot bibit 50 gr memiliki pertumbuhan tertinggi dengan rata-rata pertumbuhan harian 2,15 %, pertumbuhan mingguan 72 gr dan pertumbuhan mutlak 72 gr. Sedangkan untuk metode pananaman, metode rakit apung memberikan hasil lebih baik dibanding long line.

Abstract

Akustik merupakan salah satu metode pendugaan densitas ikan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laut Arafura menggunakan alat akustik Scientific fishfinder Split Beam Echosounder Type Simrad EK 60 dan sampling alat tangkap menggunakan trawl. Pengambilan data survei akustik menggunakan desain paralel di sub-area Kepulauan Aru dan subarea Dolak pada Bulan November 2006. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi ikan pelagis kecil didominasi oleh famili clupeidae. Nilai target strength ikan pelagis kecil yang terdeteksi paling banyak adalah −51 dB sampai dengan −47 dB (ukuran ikan 07.10 - 10.47 cm). Densitas ikan yang tinggi pada bagian kolom perairan 0 - 30 m yakni 15.693 ikan/1000m3 dan semakin berkurang dengan bertambahnya kedalaman. Secara umum, densitas ikan Sub-area Dolak lebih tinggi daripada Sub-area Kepulauan Aru yakni 8.293 ekor ikan/1000m3

Abstract

This research has aimed to (1) determine institutional and marketing channel; (2) marketing margins and farmers share, and (3)market integration in the salt marketing. The research is conducted in the village of Lembung, Galis sub-district, Pamekasan regency. Analysis methods of this research are descriptive analysis, marketing analysis, and analysis of market integration. The result of this research shows institution has traditional marketing with 2 marketing channels. They are long channel (through wholesalers) and short channel (without going through wholesalers). If we get information from total margin and amount of farmer’s share, second channel  is more efficient than first channel, because total margin of second channel is less than first channel and has more farmer’s share. The value of Integration Market Connection shows salt quality grade 1 and salt quality grade 3 have lower levels of market integration, with IMC value are respectively 1.599, 1.589 (IMC>1). Salt quality grade 2 has a high level of market integration because the value of IMC are -2.383 (IMC<1). Keywords: Development, Marketing, Salt

Abstract

Bumi Pratama Mandira Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir Sumatera Selatan memiliki suatu usaha budidaya tambak udang vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei). Selama tahun 2016 sampai 2018 hasil panen udang vaname di Bumi Pratama Mandira mengalami penurunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis parameter lingkungan pada tambak udang vaname dan mengevaluasi status kesesuaian lahan budidaya tambak udang vaname menggunakan sistem informasi geografis (SIG) di tambak Bumi Pratama Mandira. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2018 dengan 12 titik stasiun. Data yang ditelah didapat diolah menggunakan aplikasi ArcGis 10.5. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah skoring sedangkan analisis spasial dengan metode overlay dengan menggabungkan jumlah nilai skor dari seluruh parameter. Penggabungan seluruh peta hasil interpolasi untuk membuat informasi baru mengenai kesesuaian lahan tambak udang vaname. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa parameter lingkungan pada tambak masih sesuai untuk budidaya udang vaname dan status kesesuaian  lahan tambak udang vaname masuk kategori kelas sesuai (S2) dengan luasan 406,5 Ha (68%) dan kelas sangat sesuai (S1) dengan luasan 190,5 Ha (32%).

Abstract

Article Number 6 of 2014 clauses 37 verses (5) and (6) provides that the regent in the district must resolve the dispute over the election result of the village head within 30 days. At the district level, the Regional Regulations governing the settlement of village head election disputes and regulations are effective in the dispute profession.However, the laws and regulations at the local / district level have not yet clearly defined the form / format of the outcome of the dispute over the election of the village mayors. The specific purpose of this research is to formulate the model form in the effort to solve the disputes of Village mayors Election by doing syncretism of existing strategy. The Urgency of this research that is (a) need to build juridical system in handling dispute of village head election; (b) the synchronization of district regulations governing the handling of village head election disputes both vertically and horizontally (c) needs a dispute resolution strategy by developing a model of settlement that provides protection of constitutional rights and ensures that government agenda.Research activities in Jember, Bondowoso and Lumajang districts, with a total sample of 150 people. Data collection techniques use Participatory Action Research (PAR) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) methods. The Data analysis technique using qualitative analysis.The result of this research is the policy of settlement of disputes of village head election is set forth in juridical instrument at local level, result of settlement stated in peace agreement.This Agreement is then submitted to the Court for the issuance of the Deed of Peace in order to ensure the validity of the legal force for the parties.

Abstract

Village elections (Pilkades) is a direct election procedure and mirrors implementation of democraticlife in Indonesia. Article 37 and 38 of the regency Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2006 states that if the Pilkadesprocess turns dispute, the dispute does not stop the next stage. The regency government normatively based onArticle 37 guarantees the completion stage of the elections until the inauguration phase and form a team ofsupervisors who communicate with those who feel aggrieved to get agreement dispute resolution. Until thisresearch is done, there is only one case submitted to the District Court, but then the plaintiffs draw theirlawsuit. Dispute settlement pattern research was conducted through interviews and providing information to thebureaucrats and the judiciary in the area of dispute. The involvement of these parties is important that theresults of this activity followed up by an independent institution in Pilkades dispute resolution withconsideration of existing regional regulations.

Abstract

Afriyani et al, 2017. Vegetation Diversity of Mangrove Forest in Payung island Sungsang Village Banyuasin District. JLSO 6(2):113-119.The mangrove forest is a natural biological resources with various diversity potential that provides benefits directly or indirectly for the life of living beings. Payung island, Sungsang Village, Banyuasin District is one of the areas in South Sumatra Province where the forest mangrove still well preserved. The research abaout mangrove diversity has been conducted in Payung Island in  November 2017, The aim of this research was to know the composition and species diversity of mangrove in the island. The collection of primary data in this research was included measurements of the distribution of mangrove vegetation. Important Value index (IVI) is a diversity index and parameter analysis of mangrove vegetation. There are 4 species of mangrove was founded in 3 transect observations, namely Avicennia alba, Avicennia marina, Bruguera apicullata gymnorhiza and Rhizophora. Bruguera vegetation dominate gymnorhiza tree level, while at the level of the child dominated two types of mangrove vegetation i.e. vegetation Avicennia marina and Rhizophora apicullata vegetation. The condition of mangrove forest  showed that community in Payung Island are stable that It contains mangrove forest condition criteria Broken-with the value of the density of Mangrove (ind/ha) < 1000.

Jurnal Lahan Suboptimal: Journal of Suboptimal Lands. 8(2):213-219. The Musi river estuary plays an important role as one of the fishing grounds. The high activity in the musi estuary has an impact on the ecosystems in this region, including the negative impact in the form of ecosystem changes caused by heavy metals. The aim of this study was to determine the concentrations of heavy metals (Pb and Cu) in Alepesvariand Johniusbelangerii in the Musi river estuary. Fish were obtained from fishermen who used the Gillnet Millennium (Ply) gear in July 2018 and were analyzed using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). The results showed that the concentration of  Pb  in J. belangerii was greater than A. vari, but the concentration of Cu  in  A. vari  was greater than in  J. belangerii. Concentration of  Pb has exceeded the limit for safe consumption based on National Agency of Drug and Food Control.

Abstract

Anchovies (Stolephorus sp.) were the target species of stationary lift nets in Sungsang estuary of South Sumatra including others small pelagics. Fishermen of stationary lift net in Sungsang estuary operated before midnight until early morning. In order to obtain optimum catches, it was necessary to know when the right time to operate the stationary lift nets. The research objectives were 1) to analyze the effect of hauling time on the catch, and 2) to determine the optimum hauling time of stationary lift net in Sungsang estuary. The research was conducted in May 2012 with Experimental Fishing methods and completely random design models with treatment differences in hauling time was before midnight (21:00 to 23:59), around midnight (00:00 to 02:59), and after midnight (03:00 to 5:59). The fourth stationary lift net was operated for 3 days (3 trips). All data were processed using SPSS 17 software for windows. The results indicated that the hauling time significantly affected the catch and the optimum hauling time of stationary lift net in Sungsang estuary was around midnight (00:00 to 02:59).
