Abstract

Purpose of this research is to compare the results of the survey and a quick count on election province DKI Jakarta 2012 on round 1. institute survey that wiil compare the results of the survey and its quick count is the Lingkaran Survei Indonesia, IndoBarometer and Jaringan Suara Indonesia. There are significant differences between the survey results and the quick count survey of three institutions.Key words: election, survey, quick count

Abstract

In this article, two methods are proposed to give the interval estimation for reliability function from a product. Reliability function is a probability of an individual (product) surviving till time t. Some resecearchers usually use traditional method to construct interval estimation. This interval needs an assumption that sample is exponentially distributed. This research applied another method, namely Bootstrap percentile. Bootstrap method is more potential in constructing interval estimation for reliability function from a product.

Abstract

Seringkali kita ingin membuat interval konfidensi bagi rataan respons pada beberapa nilai X daridata sampel yang sama. Cara yang sering digunakan dalam mengestimasi E{Yh} pada berbagai nilaiXh adalah menghitung nilai tersebut sendiri-sendiri dan ternyata mempunyai kelemahan. Hal inidisebabkan keduanya berasal dari data sampel yang sama. Bonferroni telah mencoba membuatinterval konfidensi serempak bagi nilai tersebut. Metode ini ternyata juga mempunyai kelemahan,karena data yang diperoleh membutuhkan asumsi kenormalan. Tulisan ini akan menggunakanmetode lain, yaitu metode Bootstrap persentil. Akan ditunjukkan bahwa metode bootstrap persentilmenghasilkan interval konfidensi serempak yang lebih baik apabila dibandingkan dengan metodeBonferroni.

Abstract

In the article, two methods are proposed to give the interval estimation for twoparameters exponential distribution under multiple type-II cencoring on simple case. Balakrishnan(1990) use approximate maximum likehood estimator to construct interval estimation. All of thesemethod need an assumtion that sample is exounentially distributed. Method give shorter intervalthan the traditional method and this method does not need an assumtion that the sample isdistributed exponentially

Abstract

Global warming is the increase in the average temperature of the atmosphere, ocean and land earth. Global warming can occur due to the greenhouse effect. Problems arise when the concentration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere increases. With increasing concentrations of greenhouse gases, the more heat retained surface of the earth and will cause the earths surface temperature to rise. Increased temperatures also happened in Yogyakarta. The air is cool before now turned into more heat. One cause of greenhouse gas emissions is carbon dioxide which is currently the biggest contributor came from the center of fossil-fueled power plants. In particular the research conducted is to calculate the carbon dioxide emissions (carbon footprint) resulting from a building to measure the adequacy of existing vegetation as reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The carbon footprint is calculated that the energy consumption of the electricity sector in the Central Library building, solids, and Lab. MIPA UII Yogyakarta. The method used in the calculation of the carbon footprint of electricity consumption of data collection, electronic instruments, and absorption of existing vegetation which then calculated the carbon footprint dioxide emissions generated by absorption of existing vegetation. The results of both calculations are then compared to determine the adequacy of the existing vegetation to absorb carbon dioxide emissions. From the results of the calculation are compared, it is known that the absorption of vegetation existing in the building of the central library is able to absorb emissions by 80% of the total carbon dioxide emissions generated at 4548 kg / year, the absorption of vegetation in rectorate building for 50% of carbon dioxide emissions by 1980 kg / year, and the absorption of vegetation in mathematics and natural sciences laboratory building at 3120 kg/year. The comparison showed that the existing vegetation in the objects of research proficiency level sufficient to absorb the carbon dioxide emissions resulting from the energy sector of the electricity consumed.

Abstract

Metode bootstrap adalah suatu metode berbasis komputer yang sangat berpotensi pada masalahketakstabilan dan keakurasian, khususnya dalam menentukan selang kepercayaan. Selang yangsering dicari pada sensor tipe II berdistribusi eksponensial adalah selang bagi parameter, fungsitahan hidup dan kuantil tahan hidup. Rumus yang digunakan memerlukan distribusi 2 dan F.Dengan metode bootstrap persentil akan lebih baik, kerana selang yang dihasilkan lebih pendek dantidak memerlukan bantuan distribusi.

Abstract

In this research will be discussed on an interval estimate for the one parameter exponentialdistribution under complete censored data with a case study of data waiting time for earthquakedisaster in March 2013. The exponential distribution has immensely contributed in the analysis oflifetime. Historically the exponential distribution was the first lifetime model in which statisticalmethods in survival analysis were extensively developed. For samples that are singly failure-censoredon the complete censored, confidence intervals on one parameter exponential distribution areobtained from the exact sampling distribution on the following quantity related to the total time ontest T.

Abstract

The lack of availability of Muslimah dead body (Modin)’s administrators in the Wedomartani village, so far in taking care of the women’s dead body always need help from men. Whereas in the Wedomartani village the number of women is higher than men so this causes a serious problem. Based on this problem, through IbM Cadre Management of Muslimah Dead Body in Wedomartani Village is done in the process of practical education and cadre at the management of the muslimah dead body. The implementation of the program is using the method of training and practice directly using the body of the doll as a miniature of the original body. The results of training and practice directly make the women who become cadre stewardship became capable of having good knowledge about how to take care of the dead body in accordance with Islamic Sharia.

Abstract

 Poverty is one of the very complex problems in some community. Poverty is affected by many factors, including environmental, health, income, and location of residence. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce poverty appropriately. According to the Indonesian Presidential Regulation No. 13 Year 2009 on Poverty Reduction Coordination, Article 1, on poverty reduction policies and programs of the government and local authorities conducted a systematic, planned, and synergy with the business community and the public to reduce the number of poor people in order to increase the degree of people welfare. Map of Distribution Poverty, is one prototype map, which can be used to display data based on spatial poverty. Poverty data is usually displayed in the form of numbers or index, can be displayed in the map sheet or visualized, making it easier to understand the conditions of poverty in the community. Mapping is done with a detailed scale of 1: 5000, with the data source satellite imagery in Kledungkredenan, Banyuurip, Purworejo, Central Java Province.

Abstract

Desa Mitra (Partners Village) DPPM UII is the embodiment of catur dharma UII, which is a program of community development and rural area development based on thematic local potential and sustainable. DesaMitra program has been done a long time, but intensively measured and planned starting in 2006. Collaborative research with the community, the diffusion of science and technology, community service is a program developed in the DesaMitra program supported from internal funds UII, external funds DIKTI and / or CSR from various companies. To measure the achievement of the objectives and benefits of the DesaMitra program is needed evaluation and mapping studies. Evaluation includes the fruit-fullness of the program, the community understanding and their awareness for self-sustained. Evaluation by purposive random sampling of the dozens DesaMitra acquired 7 villages, namely: Sendangagung, Sendangsari, Wukirsari, Sindumartani, Cokrodiningratan, which is located in the district of Sleman and Yogyakarta municipality. The results obtained 5 villages to be developed in near future considered their potential has not been developed, high motivation from community and supportsother related program. The 2 villages postponed to be developed assessed effectiveness of development assistance program and the level of self-developed of its people. Keywords: evaluation, mapping, desamitra, mentoring, self-reliance
