Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran bolabasket melalui metode pendekatan taktik pada siswa kelas VIIIC SMP Negeri 2 Pandak Bantul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Objek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIIIC SMP Negeri 2 Pandak, Bantul  berjumlah 36 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui: (1) observasi hasil belajar bolabasket dengan model pendekatan taktik, (2) observasi kelas terhadap guru, (3) observasi terhadap situasi kelas, (4) observasi terhadap perilaku siswa, dan (5) tes pengetahuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran bolabasket dilakukan melalui metode pendekatan taktik pada siswa kelas VIIIC SMP Negeri 2 Pandak, Bantul ada peningkatan. Pembelajaran bolabasket dengan pendekatan taktik siswa kelas VIIIC selama 2 siklus meningkatkan keterampilan proses dalam bermain bolabasket dengan pendekatan taktik. Berdasarkan penilaian pada akhir siklus I, rata-rata nilai siswa 72,8. Pada akhir siklus II rata-rata nilai siswa meningkat menjadi 78,0, sehingga telah melampaui KKM 71. Sedangkan jumlah siswa yang tuntas saat siklus I sebanyak 17 orang (47%) ke siklus II menjadi 33 orang (96%) maka telah melampaui ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 75%. Ketuntasan klasikal dari sisi pengetahuan dapat dinyatakan sebagai berikut: hasil pretest: 16,67%, siklus I: 91,67%, dan siklus II: 100%. Rekapitulasi hasil lembar observasi perilaku siswa dalam pembelajaran pada siklus I sebesar 2,8 meningkat menjadi 3,8 pada siklus II, lembar observasi guru pada siklus I sebesar 2,9 meningkat menjadi 3,7 pada siklus II dan situasi kelas pada siklus I sebesar 2,7 meningkat menjadi 3,7 pada siklus II.  ATTEMPTS TO IMPROVE BASKETBALL LEARNING THROUGH THE TACTICS APPROACH METHOD STUDENTS OF SMPN 2 PANDAK, BANTULAbstract This study aims to improve basketball learning through the tactics approach method among Grade VIIIC students of SMP Negeri 2 Pandak Bantul. The class mastery from the cognitive aspect could be explained as follows: from the pretest results, the mastery was 16.67%, in Cycle I it was 91.67%, and in Cycle II it was 100%. The recapitulation from the observations on the students’ learning behaviors in Cycle I was 2.8, improving to 3.8 in Cycle II; that from the observations of teachers in Cycle I was 2.9, improving to 3.7 in Cycle II; and the class situation in Cycle I was 2.7, improving  to 3.7 in Cycle II. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the cardiorespiratory fitness of football players of students Activity Unit of University of Muhammadiyah PURWOKERTO. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The population in this study are all of football players of Students Activity Unit of University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, with the number of 20 persons (respondents). The instruments in this study was by Multi Stage Running tests with the reliability and validity of 0.9 by 0.6. Data were analyzed by descriptive with percentage, as well as by six categories: privileged, very good, good, average, less, and very less. From the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the level of cardiorespiratory fitness football player of students Activity Unit of University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto was in privileged category of total 0 respondent  (00,00%), 0 respondent (00,00%), in less category, 3 people ( 15.00%) in average. 2 persons (10,00) in good category, 2 people or (10.00%) in very good category, and 13 people or (65.00%) in privileged category. Keywords : cardiorespiratory fitness             Abstrak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemain UKM sepkbola Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, sejumlah 20 orang (responden). Instrumen dalam penelitian  ini menggunakan Tes Multi Stage (lari  Multi Tahap) dengan realibilitas sebesar 0,9 dan validitas sebesar 0,6. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dengan presentase, serta menggunakan 6 kategori yaitu istimewa, sangat baik, baik, sedang, kurang, dan sangat kurang. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan , dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa tingkat kebugaran kardiorespirasi pemain sepakbola UKM Sepakbola Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto yang berada pada katagori istimewa sebanyak 0 orang (00,00%), kurang sebanyak 0 orang (00,00%), sedang sebanyak 3 orang (15,00%). Baik sebanyak 2 orang (10,00),  sangat baik sebanyak 2 orang atau (10,00%), dan istimewa sebanyak 13 orang atau (65,00%). Kata Kunci : kebugaran kardiorespirasi

Abstract

Dilingkup sekolah dasar, siswa diharapkan selalu aktif dalam setiap kegiatan belajar mengajar, salah satunya dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Apabila kondisi tubuh bugar, siswa akan dapat belajar lebih giat, lebih berkonsentrasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajarnya. Pelatihan senam SERIBU (Senam Ria Indonesia Baru) dilakukan untuk membuat kebugaran siswa menjadi baik, sehingga siswa dapat memperoleh gerakan senam yang bervariasi sehingga ketika melakukan senam siswa dapat melakukan dengan sukarela, selain itu siswa tidak bosan dengan senam pagi yang dilakukan disekolah, karena siswa memiliki senam yang berbeda atau bervariasi setiap harinya. Melalui pelatihan senam SERIBU (Senam Ria Indonesia Baru) ini melibatkan guru dan siswa, jadi selain guru yang menguasai gerakan senam ini siswa juga menguasai gerakan senam ini.Kata Kunci: Senam Seribu, Pelatihan Guru, Karanglewas Kidul

Abstract

Originally early childhood education to be held without programmed, especially in the family, and not based now increasingly required adequate knowledge about how children grow, develop and learn. The situation was still happening on the implementation of early childhood education in our country, even though research has shown how important provision since early childhood stimulation to optimize its development as an adult. Theories on Early Childhood Education will contribute a teacher in addressing the development of the child. In addition, teachers will know and understand how to give treatment at an Early Age Anaka. Then, with the understanding that all of it, especially in the field of how the teacher will provide activities in lanpangan melihan how the course will teach all the educational theory. Abstract

At this age motor development of children can be developed properly, the child’s motor can be a stimulus with a wide range of models, the motor development was developed early on because it will affect the growing kembanganya later, then to train the child’s motor, both gross motor and fine motor perleu do stimulus with existing models of motor learning. To develop the motor skills of children, teachers can use different models of motor learning, early childhood, the model was used to reach the children’s learning. Education in schools for early childhood has its own characteristics so that the motor learning models used should be selected according to early childhood. In motor learning model selection is done in order to ensure the child is not injured, the child feels uncomfortable, fearful or anxious in doing these movements.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the cardiorespiratory fitness of players in the Football Student Activity Association of the Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto in 2017. This study is a qualitative descriptive method. The population is all players of Football Student Activity Association of the Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto, with a total of 16 people (respondents). The instrument of the study is the Multi-Stage Test with the reliability of 0.9 and the validity of 0.6. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive with percentages and 6 categories; excellent, very good, good, moderate, lack, and fail. The results show that the level of cardiorespiratory fitness of the football players in the Student Activity Association of the Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto is in the medium category, no one in the fail and lack category, 8 people (50.00%) with the moderate category, 4 people (25.00%) with the good category, 2 people (12.50%) with the very good, and 2 people (12.50%) with the excellent category.

Abstract

Early childhood is the golden age that have just come onces in a lifetime and can not be repeated. At that time the child is specifically easy to receive various stimuli from the surrounding environment. The development of the child occurring since the age of 0-4 years old of the same magnitude with the developments in the age of 4-8 years. Swimming is a sport that involves all the muscles in all parts of the body. Water sports also launched vital organs such as the heart and lungs to trained in accordance with their performance. Because swimming makes the muscles of the chest and lungs inflate and create the capacity the greater. So that supports the ability of physical or motor development of children to be good. As for the benefits of swimming in early childhood, among others, the following : (a) Increase IQ, (b) Easy to learn, (c) high endurance, (d) Forming kepribadaian, (e) Establish a close relationship with the child, (f) Provide stimulation on the motor, (g) to Train self-confidence and courage of the child, (h) Train the social skills of the child, (i) Accelerating growth , (j) Trains the sense of balance, (k) used to the water, (l) Assist the development of terms, (m) That are not easily surprised, (n) So not fussy at bath, (o) Assist the adaptation of the baby in another place, (p) Help the child to think, learn and problem solving, (q) the Means of expression of the child.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan keterampilan membuat kerajinan dengan bahan baku limbah rumah tangga, mendistribusikan atau memasarkan hasil kerajinan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, praktek langsung, pendampingan, pembinaan dan kemitraan dengan Yayasan Yatim Piatu di Baturaden Purwokerto. Capaian pelatihan adalah anak-anak memiliki keterampilan dalam mengolah sampah plastik dan botol bekas sehingga memiliki nilai yang lebih ekonomis. Selain itu anak-anak memiliki kreativitas yang tinggi dalam menciptakan produk yang lebih variasi. Kata kunci : pelatihan, pembuatan, kerajinan, berbahan bekas ABSTRACT The purpose of this activity is to provide the skills to make crafts with household waste materials, distribute or market their crafts. The method used is the training, direct practice, mentoring, coaching and partnership with the Foundation for Orphans in Baturaden Purwokerto. The achievement of the training is the kids have skills in processing plastic waste and bottles that have a value that is more economical.
