Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan pengembangan sistem proses klasisfikasi varietas bibit tanaman kelapa sawit berdasarkan metodologi perkembangan baru, yang disebut design science research methodology (DSRM). Metodologi penelitian ini diadopsi untuk mencakup enam kegiatan: identifikasi masalah dan motivasi, definisi tujuan solusi, desain dan pengembangan, demonstrasi, evaluasi, dan komunikasi. Berdasarkan metode pengembangan DSRM ini, sistem ini berhasil dikembangkan dan dapat digunakan dengan baik untuk dapat mengklasifikasi varietas kelapa sawit. Dimana permasalah yang terjadi adalah sulitnya menentukan varietas tersebut sehingga dapat menimbulkan kesalahan dalam membeli untuk ditanam oleh petani. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode PNN (probabilistic neural network) yang diterapkan didalam sebuah aplikasi digunakan untuk mendeteksi daun dari bibit kelapa sawit. Dimana menggunakan proses pelatihan (training) supervised terlebih dahulu untuk proses pembelajaran data. Penelitian ini berkontribusi metodologi pengembangan baru dari bidang Sistem Informasi (IS) sebagai model referensi untuk pengembangan aplikasi dimasa depan, bersama dengan integrasi metode PNN sebagai klasifikasi varietas bibit kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat dengan baik dalam mendeteksi bibit kelapa sawit dengan deskripsi daun sebagai objek dengan menghasilkan tingkat akurasi bisa mencapai 78.1% dan presisi bisa mencapai 78.8% apabila nilai Laplacian/spread mendekati 1. Jumlah data akan mempengaruhi dari nilai akurasi dan presisi untuk proses klasifikasi varietasnya. AbstractThis study explains the development of a system of classification processes for oil palm seedling varieties based on a new development methodology, called the design of science research methodology (DSRM). The methodology of this research was adopted to cover six activities: identification of problems and motivations, definition of objective solutions, design and development, demonstration, evaluation, and communication. Based on the method of developing this DSRM, this system was successfully developed and can be used well to be able to classify oil palm varieties. Where the problem that occurs is the difficulty of determining the variety so that it can cause errors in buying to be planted by farmers. This study uses the PNN Method (probabilistic neural network) that is applied in an application used to detect leaves from oil palm seedlings. Where to use the training process (training) supervised first for the data learning process. This research contributes to the new development methodology of the Information Systems (IS) field as a reference model for future application development, along with the integration of the PNN method as a classification of oil palm seed varieties. This research also produces an application that can be good at detecting oil palm seeds with leaf descriptions as objects by producing an accuracy rate of 78.1% and precision can reach 78.8% if the Laplacian / spread value approaches 1. The amount of data will affect the accuracy value and precision for the classification process of the varieties.

Abstract

This paper presents the application of green computer in STIKOM Jambi dynamics. Green computing is one effective way to reduce the effects of global warning. Educational institutions are one institution that uses largeelectrical energy. To support the global warning program, Bali Stikom began to apply green computing. Thisresearch uses the method of RMIT Green ICT. The result, the application of green computing managed to reducethe burden of electricity costs, reduce operating costs from the data center, and reduce the amount of hardwarerequired. In addition to providing benefits to STIKOM, green ICT also provides environmental benefits. Such asreduction of carbon dioxide emissions, reducing resource consumption, and adhering to prevailing governmentregulations. Keywords: green computing, RMIT, green ICT framework

Abstract

One of critical challenge in knowledge management success is to motivate people share their knowledge to others. Prior?s research reveals that motivation as primary driver for people to perform knowledge sharing. Previous study also indicated people influenced by internal (intrinsic) and external (extrinsic) motivation when perform the knowledge sharing. The aim of this article is to investigate and explores how the elements of extrinsic and intrinsic motivation contribute to people intention in perform knowledge sharing in virtual communities. Moreover this study would confirm and understand how this knowledge sharing behavior occurs in Indonesia Context. Many literatures argue that different culture context would produce different of people belief and behavior. This study conducts a survey in a formal virtual community of practices members in one Indonesia Company. Two hundred and four respondents participated in this study. Data was analysis using SEM with Smart PLS Software. This study found that both of those motivations (intrinsic and extrinsic) are positively influences behavior of people knowledge sharing in formal Virtual Communities of Practices. In advance this studies indicate that extrinsic motivation is major motivation element that influencing people in perform knowledge sharing.

Abstract

Abstrak Dokumen gambar saat ditampilkan di monitor, melalui World Wide Web mengalami penurunan resolusi citra RGB apabila resolusi citranya besar. Sistem yang akan di kembangkan yaitu system secara otomatis melakukan splitter terhadap image dengan adaktif hyperdocument. Citra akan dapat diakses dengan cepat melalui internet, dalam format seperti HTML dan SGML/XML, juga telah dengan cepat meningkat. Namun demikian, hanya beberapa pekerjaan telah dilakukan pada konversi dari dokumen ke hyperdocument. Selain itu, sebagian besar citra yang di olah yaitu mencakup teks dan gambar objek. Adapun metode adaktif yang digunakan untuk mengkonversi lebih komplek multi kolom dokumen citra ke dalam dokumen HTML, dan metode normalisasi adaktif untuk menghasilkan sebuah tabel yang terstruktur untuk menampikan halaman isi. Berdasarkan analisis struktur logis dokumen gambar. Percobaan dengan berbagai macam multi kolom dokumen citra menunjukkan bahwa, dengan menggunakan metode yang diusulkan, dalam dokumen HTML yang sesuai dapat dihasilkan di atur tata letak visual yang sama sebagai bahwa gambar dokumen, dan Tabel Halaman isi mereka terstruktur dapat juga diproduksi dengan hirarki memerintahkan judul pasal hyper link ke isi.Kata kunci: hyperdocumen, Multi kolom dokumen, Konversi dokumen, spliter zoom; Dokumen Logis, Analisis strukturAbstrak The image data is displayed in the monitor is process in the World Wide Web has decreased resolution RGB image if the resolution of the image Image Data displayed on the monitor via the Web, RGB resolution has decreased and the read and write process data is very long times.Research that is developing a system that is able to read the data and do a splitter to images with adaktif hyper document. The result image Data splitter will automatically be fast in access over the web, because the data in formats such as HTML and SGML/XML. The conversion of documents into hyper document will do the process of text and image data. Hyper document with adaktif method is able to convert more complex multi-column document images into HTML documents by performing the normalization of adaktif, generate a table of contents page is structured. Based on the logical structure analysis and display the document image. Experiment with a variety of multi column indicates that document the result image splitter: 8 x 8, 16x16, up to 200 x 200, The conversion of images into HTML documents, are able to be displayed with the average 0.1- 0.17 second.keywords: image splitter, hyper document, multi-column documents, splitter zoom, logical document

Abstract

Write-ahead logging to work. After years of research that are typical in Moore's Law, validate multi-processor investigation, which embodies the principles of intuitive machine learning. Our focus in this paper is not on whether a symmetric encryption can be made metamorphic, probabilistic, adaptive, efficient wearable, and interposable, but rather the introduction of new wireless communication (SCHAH). The properties SCHAH highly dependent on the assumptions inherent in our framework; in this section, we consider the methodology which consists of n access point. Abstract

Content Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) bekerja dengan cara mengukur kemiripan citra dengan semua citra yang ada dalam database sehingga ketepatan pencarian berbanding lurus dengan jumlah citra dalam database. Pencarian citra yang paling mirip mempunyai tingkat lamanya pencarian dengan melakukan klasifikasi citra yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi waktu pencarian lebih singkat dan akurat pada CBIR.Implementasi Shape Base Thresholding untuk klasifikasi citra serta mengukur tingkat akurasi dan waktu klasifikasinya. Penelitian ini, dirancang aplikasi perangkat lunak dengan pemograman java JDK, aplikasi klasifikasi citra CBIR yang akan mampu mengekstrak fitur warna dan tekstur dari sebuah citra dengan menggunakan Shape Base Thereshold Color Histogram dan Entropi Base Histogram. Hasil dari proses ekstraksi fitur kemudian digunakan oleh perangkat lunak dalam proses learning dan klasifikasi dengan metode Shape Base Threshold. Perangkat lunak dibangun dengan metode analisis dan perancangan terstruktur kemudian diimplementasikan dengan Java JDK. Adapun Citra learning yang terdapat pada 8 kelas citra fitur yang di simpan quary database yaitu 596 citra bmp dan jpg dengan ukuran 400x400, sebagai sample pengujian dan masing masing citra yang terdapat pada quary data base yaitu Color Histogram dan Shape Base Thereshold Histogram yang berbeda.Aplikasi klasifikasi citra CBIR yang dihasilkan kemudian diuji dengan parameter tingkat akurasi dan waktu klasifikasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi fitur warna dan tekstur memberikan tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan klasifikasi berdasarkan fitur warna saja atau tekstur saja namun membutuhkan waktu klasifikasi yang lebih lama.Kata kunci : Klasifikasi Citra CBIR, Ekstraksi fitur, Shape Base Threshold, Entropy Base Threshold

Abstract

Now we are moving towards the "Internet of Things" (IOT) in millions of devices will be interconnected with each other, giving and taking information provided within a network that can work together. Because of computing and information processing itself IOT core supporters, So in this paper introduces "Service-Oriented Computing" (SOA) as one of the models that can be used. Wheres it at each device can offer functionality as a standard service [4]. In SOA, we can make the resources available to each other in the IOT together. However, a major challenge in these service-oriented environment is the design of effective access control schemes. In SOA, the service will be invoked by a large number, and at the same time authentication and authorization need to cross several security domains are always used. In this paper, we present the analysis of data safety suatua WorkflowBased Access Control Model associated oriented (WABAC) to troubleshoot problems that occur within a system integration. The analysis showed that the point system function model based integration system that is lower than the legacy model of SOA-based systems, by designing several services using WOA approach. In addition, we have observed that the integrated model can guarantee the quality of service, security and reliability main, by applying SOA approach when needed. Finally, experimental results have proved that the service can be run side by side seamlessly without performance degradation and additional complexity.

Abstract

Perkembangan daerah dikota jambi begitu pesat sampai perkembangan dari setiap daerah kecamatan. Perkembangan yang terjadi ketidak sesuaian ataupun ketidak seimbangan dari setiap daerah di suatu wilayah yang ada dikecamatan jambi timur. Permasalahan yang terjadi dari keadaan tersebut mengakibatkan perkembangan kehidupan social, ekonomi, kesehatan, pendidikan dan lainnya yang tidak seimbangan antar masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pemetaan tempat-tempat public pada kota jambi khususnya pada kecamatan jambi timur. Pemetaan tempat menggunakan SIG dengan menggunakan data ? data spasial Data spasial yang digunakan adalah titik koordinat berdasarkan garis bujur dan garis lintang secara geografi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey dan statistic yang dilakukan pada tahun 2016. Berdasarkan data spasial dan non spasial yang didapat melalui survei dari 150 tempat, dapat disimpulkan bahwa persebaran tempat/lokasi dengan kategori tempat Perdagangan/bisnis memiliki jumlah terbanyak dari segala kategori dimana pertumbuhan bisnis di Kecamatan Jambi Timur sangat cepat dengan 38,7% , sarana pendidikan 16,7%, Kantor pemerintahan 13,3%, fasiltas umum 9,3%, perbelanjaan 8%, perbankan 6 %, tempat kuliner 5,3%, pelayanan kesehatan 2,7% sedangkan untuk kategori tempat wisata tidak tersedia . Dengan hasil yang didapat maka bisa dikatakan persebaran tempat yang dimana dengan jumlah penduduk sebanyak 67.878 penduduk tidak seimbang, yang didominani dengan daerah perdagangan /bisnis dan daerah perkantoran pemerintah. Dengan demikian daerah kecamatan jambi timur ini perlu dikembangkan/ dibangun tempat pelayanan kesehatan, wisata yang baru di Kecamatan Jambi Timur untuk menunjang kehidupan masyarakat yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Developments in information technology affects an organization to become more advanced and better. Logistics company is one of the companies to implement information technology. One of the technologies that can be implemented RFID technology. RFID is a chip that stores a record or data. Thus RFID technology can be used as business requirements on a company that can help all company activities. In this study will explore the feasibility of a characteristic of RFID technology can be applied or can as the business needs of the logistics company is INDONESIA. In this paper use you methods Systematic literature review (SLR). This research resulted in three RFID characteristics: Real-time data processing, data tracking continuous and discrete data, reuse. Expected by this research can contribute to how a user can select and measure the characteristics of RFID technology so that the views of the system and the implementation of RFID technology into added value for the company rather as complementary technologies.

Abstract

The development of the world of oil palm plantations in the Jambi region is so rapid and one of them is the Bahar River region. With this development, so many plantations have resulted in not all people being aware of the location or information, due to the lack of available information about the location of the area, and the distance to the location of the Oil Palm Plantation is still not clear. From the problems that occur, this study aims to make new innovations in the form of applications. A mobile-based (android) application that can provide solutions to the public so they can easily find out the location and distance they can get from where they are to get to the oil palm plantations they want that are not limited to time and place. This application development uses the waterfall approach and uses the Android programming language to build mobile applications. This research produces a mobile application that can be accessed with an Android smartphone that has been tested by the environment. Testing applications with a black box approach that gives results that the application can run according to the functions of each menu in the application so that the application is suitable for use by the user.
