Abstract

Abstrak--- Salah satu Proteksi Utama ( Main Protection) pada sistem proteksi jaringan transmisi saluran udarategangan tinggi (SUTT) 150 KV adalah Relai Jarak ( distance relay ) . Agar dapat melakukan setting relai jarak yangbaik dan benar.Maka diperlukan analisa perhitungan sesuai dengan standar perhitungan yang telah ditetapkan. Padaperhitungan analisa relai jarak ini di hitung impedansi jaringan Z1 , Z2 , Z0 , Zom,Kodan Kom. Dengan hasil Z1 = 0,208< 60 0 ohm/km, Z2 = 0,208 < 60 0 ohm/km, , Z0 = 0,523<54 0 ohm/km, Zom = 0,556 < 68 0 ohm/km Ko =0,62 < 68 0danKom =3,53 < 52,510.Untuk perhitungan Zona Setting relai jarak dihitung zona 1 zona 2 dan zona 3. Untuk standarwaktu (t) setting untuk zona 1 di setting 0 detik, zona 2 di setting 0,4 detik dan untuk zona 3 di setting 1.2 detik. Dari hasil penelitian untuk GI keramasan – Simpang Tiga mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa setting zona 1 dan zona 2 darihasil perhitungan dengan lapangan tidak terlalu jauh, sehingga setting masih bisa di pakai. untuk zona 3 terdapat perbedaan maka perlu dilakukan peninjauan kembali agar relai jarak bekerja dengan baik.Kata kunci: Proteksi, Relai Jarak, Zona SettingAbstract ----Distance relay is one of the main protections for overhead high voltage line transmission 150 KV. In thisstudy, we will analyze the calculation of distance relay setting. Firstly, impendences of network, Z1 , Z2 , Z0 , Zom. Koand Kom, are calculated. The obtained results are Z1 = 0,208 < 60 0 ohm/km, Z2 = 0,208 < 60 0 ohm/km, , Z0 = 0,523 <54 0 ohm/km Zom = 0,556 < 68 0 ohm/km Ko=0,62 < 68 0and Kom =3,53 < 52,510. Then, the zone between distancerelays are divided in zone 1, 2 and 3. The last, the setting time for each zones are determined. Setting time for the firstZone is 0 sec, second zone is 0,4 sec and the third zone is 1.2 sec. In this work, the calculation result and the actualcondition of distance relay in 1st and 2nd zone are similar in Keramasan – Simpang Tiga substation but there is adifference in the 3rd zone. Hence, the further observation is needed to ensure the distance relay works well.Key words. Protection, Distance Relay, Setting Zon

Abstract

The usage of doxorubicin (DOX) as an anticancer drug in cancer patient may cause several side effects. One of that is cardiotoxicity by inducing the expression of nitric oxide synthase which may release nitric oxide (NO) resulting reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the cardiac. DOX needs to be combined with antioxidant since it could supressed ROS in the cardiac and reduce cardiomyopathy. Kelor (Moringa oleifera) is known as the source of antioxidant. This study aim to observe the treatment effects of ethanolic extract of kelor (EEK) on histopathology profile and concentration of NO in rats cardiac. The result from the hematoxylin-eosin staining showed that EEK improved the histopathology profile of rats’ cardiac. Compared with the DOX-only treatment, the structure of cardiac muscle cells treated by ethanolic extract of kelor is more well-arranged and the cells’ nucleus still visible. Concentration of NO was measured by cardiac puncture method. The result showed that the concentration of NO was decrease in line with increasing dose levels of EEK in combination with DOX. But at rats only given with EEK, the concentration of NO is quite high. In conclusion, EEK could be a cochemotherapy agent by reducing the cardiotoxicity effect of DOX.Keywords : doxorubicin, Moringa oleifera, nitric oxyde, histopathology

Abstract

Abstract The radicalism of religious (Islamic) ideology which continues to spread in every circle must receive more attention by doing efforts both preventive, persuasive, repressive and curative. Efforts to de-radicalization in a persuasive way can be done through education. In the world of education, the central figure is an educator. Educators can provide understanding that can accept any differences that exist in Indonesia. as the core of the elimination of radicalism in the world of education is an educator must have a tolerant and pluralist understanding to be able to become an agent of piece. Using literature studies, and case analysis in the field, this paper will provide an conceptual illustration of how a teacher plays a role in the effort to deradicalize religious ideas.
