Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Bank BNI Life Insurance Branch of Pekanbaru. With the aim to identify and analyze the effects of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to the organization citizenship behavior and employee turnover intention in PT. Bank BNI Life Insurance Branch of Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees at PT. BNI Life Insurance Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study were a total of 109 employees and data processing using path analysis with SPSS.Pursuant to result of solution and research which have been conducted at previous chapter, hence at this shares can be taken by some conclusion, that is: zenship behavioratPT. Bank BNI Life Insurance Branch of Pekanbaru, satisfactions of work have an effect on positive and signifikan to turnover intentionemployees atPT. Abstract

The research was conducted on employees of PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. The aim of this study is to analyzing the influence of the working environment variables and employees placement to working motivation on production department at PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. Sampling was done by taking the overall population as respondents as many as 39 people. The analytical method used was descriptive of quantitative methods, data analysis done partially and simultaneously (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 17.0). From the results of simultaneous testing (the F test), shows that all the independent variables studied had a significant impact on employee motivation variable. Partial regression test (the T test) shows that the employees placement variables reveal more significant effect on employee motivation at PT Bank Riaukepri Dumai Branch Office. The magnitude of the effect caused by these two variables together against the dependent variable was 66.1%, it means that the variable motivation and work environment jointly influence employee performance variable with the percentage of 66.1% while 33.9%, affected by other factors that did not participate in this study. From the research can be concluded that the work environment and employee placement and simultaneous partial reveal positive and significant impact on employee motivation at production department PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. In addition, the variable of employees placement is more significantly effect on the motivation of employees, when compared with the working environment variable.Keywords : working environment, employees placement and working motivation

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the work environment, motivation and competence partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Main tekologi Jakarta Pekanbaru. The subjects were all employees in the PT. Jakarta Pekanbaru Main Technology in 2014, amounting to 47 people. Using census sampling method and the data obtained is processed by multiple linear regression models (multiple regression) using SPSS 16 for Windows. Partial test results indicate that the work environment have a significant effect on performance; motivation significant effect on performance; and competence have a significant effect on performance. Results of environmental testing work, motivation, and competence simultaneously show the effect on the performance of 85.80% and the remaining 14.20% is influenced by other factors. The author suggests for the leadership of the company to further improve the working environment and pay attention, motivation and competence as significant influence on employee performance.Keywords: Performance, Work Environment, Motivation, Competence

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam KabupatenSiak. The samples in this study were as many as 33 employees Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak and entirely sampled so this is a research study census. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous competence and leadership to employee performance in Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak. Based on the results of the study showed that the competence variable (X1) partially affect the performance, leadership variable (X2) partially no effect on performance and competence variables (X1) and the leadership variable (X2) simultaneously affect the performance of employees at Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak. The suggestion is to employees in order to increase its competence in a way more confidence and always implement systematic steps to solve a problem that occurs on the job. And are expected to maintain an attitude of leadership that leadership in a way more attention to his subordinates and show friendly attitude that strengthen social relationships between leaders and subordinates. Also expected leaders to constantly improve performance employees at Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak by supporting subordinates in improving the quality of work.Keywords : Competence, Leadership, Performance.

Abstract

Human resources as one of the internal factors that play an important role in the success or failure of anorganizations goals. PT. Systran Electronics Company Zone Card Batam is a company engaged in the manufacture of electrical passport in the hope this effort can be developed in the future and is able to utilize the development of increasingly sophisticated technology. To that end, the Company PT.Systran Electronics Card Zone should pay attention to the performance of its employees, especially in terms of interpersonal communication and a good working environment and coordinate all elements of the activities carried out by their employees to be motivated to improve their performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication and work environment on employee performance. The data used is primary data in the form of questionnaires obtained from company employees PT.Systran Electronics Card Zone as a respondent. The population in this study were all employees of as many as 42 people. Sampling technique used is the census sample, in which all members of the population sampled. To analyze the effect of interpersonal communication and work environment on employee performance used multiple linear regression statistical analysis. Results showed that interpersonal communication and work environment either simultaneously or partial effect on employee performance. The most dominant variable in affecting the performance of employees is interpersonal communication, followed by a variable work environment. From the conclusions obtained from this study, the researchers gave some suggestions from the results of this study are expected to pay more attention to the company PT. SEZCard side of interpersonal communication and the working environment of employees in order to obtain the maximum performance of employees, focusing attention in terms of equality of employees, and establish individual good of subordinates to superiors and superiors to subordinates in order to realize the vision and mission of the company in the future.Keywords : Employee Performance, Interpersonal Communication, Work Environment.

Abstract

In the face of stiff competition in the world education, SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan strive to improve the quality of school, including by improved performance of teachers with pay attention to the factors of leadership and professionalism. Being a teacher without good leadership and professionalism will make teacher performance is reduced and planning or target is not reached.Sampling in this study conducted a census in which all members of the population sampled then obtained 49 samples. Research done by giving questionnaires to be filled up to all the teachers at SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan, then the results were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively as well as partial and simultaneous (multiple regression analysis with SPSS).The analysis showed that there is a significant and positive effect between the variables of leadership and professionalism of the teacher’s performance in SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan either partially or simultaneously. The most dominant variable in affecting the teacher’s performance is professionalism. Of the conclusions that have been obtained, the researchers gave some suggestion in this research that teachers are expected to keep increasing the motivation and skills to advance education, always develop insight expertise and knowledge through a variety of media education. In addition, the principal of SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan to be more assertive in the discipline or teachers.Keywords: Performance of Teachers, Leadership, Professionalism.

Abstract

This research held in PT. Dimensi Barumas Perdana Pekanbaru. This research held in order to analyze the influence of training and organization culture to employees’ work behaviour. Population are all employees, consist of 69 people. Considering the number limitation so sampling method used is census that covers all employee as the respondents.Variables used are training and organization culture as independent dan employees’ work behaviour as dependent. Data analyzed by using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS 19 for windows. Result of this study shows that simultenously both organization culture and leadership significantly influence employees’ work behaviour. However, partially, only training gives significant effect to employees’ work behavior, while organization culture though positively but gives no significant effect to employees’ work behavior. Employee’s work behavior is quite effected by the effectivity of training and the implementation of organization culture as up to thirty six percent of employees’ work behavior is determined by the variation of training and organization culture. It is recommended to company to conduct training pre-analysis before setting the training agenda up, socializing organization culture values in every daily briefing and implementing a reward and punishment program that may encourage more positive work behavior.Keywords: Training, Organization Culture and Work Behavior

Abstract

This research held in PT. Delta Internusa Pekanbaru in order to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and job characteristics to employees’ commitment. Population are all employees, consist of 53 people among all division. Considering the number limitation so sampling method used is census that covers all employee as the respondents. Data analyzed by using multiple linier regression analysis by using SPSS 17 for windows.Result of this study shows that both job satisfaction and job characteristics significantly influence, either in simultenously or partially, to employees’ commitment. Among both independent variables, employee’s commitment is more dominant effected by job satisfaction rather than job characteristics. It is recommended to company determine a transparant indicator of career development, creating a comfort work-space and conducting a consistant employee development program. It is also recommended to hold temporary job rotation among all employees on to other division.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Characteristic and Employee’s Commitment

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah Kecamatan Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu in order to determine how salvation and Health Effects of Work and Work Discipline either directly or indirectly Employee Productivity part of the production Kecamatan Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. The sample in this study are 85 employees at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah, with testing data analysis used in this study is a Test Validity, reliability test, Test Classical Assumptions, Methods Msi. Data analysis method used is the method of path analysis or path analysis with the help of statistical package of social science version 20. From the results of the testing that has been done, it is evident that in partial safety & health and discipline of work have a significant influence on the productivity, safety and occupational health and discipline work together to have a significant influence on productivity and workplace safety and health impacts on productivity through labor discipline.So from this study the variables that should be improved productivity go round skills and the ability to use the tools of production employees are effective, the safety and health variables that should be improved is the direction and knowledge of the use of the machines, while the variables that should work discipline in is the increase in the companys adherence to the rules and complete the work on timeKeywords : Productivity, Health and Safety and Work Discipline.

Abstract

The research was conducted on PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir in order to determine the influences of Work Leadership and work communication either simultaneously or partially on Employee Productivity in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir.Total sample of 74 respondents on PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. The sampling technique used is stratified random side and Path analysis method by using SPSS version 20. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Work Leadership and Work Communication) together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (employee Productivity). The magnitude of the influence that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables that Work Leadership doesn’t give significant influence on employee Productivity. work communication have significant influence on employee work productivity, and together have a significant effect on the productivity of employees and work leadership significantly influence employee productivity via work communication. So from the results of this research in employee productivity variables that must be improved is the Completion of work on time, the leadership variables that must be improved is the essence of giving exemplary, whereas the communication variables that should be improved is the attitude of supporting structures such as creating an easy flow of communication between fellow employees contacted by employees and leaders.Keywords: Work Leadership, Work Communication, Employee Productivity.
