Abstract

Preeclampsia is one of the cause of high maternal mortality rates. Risk factors for preeclampsia include a lack of nutrients such as vitamin A, calcium, sodium and potassium. Calcium intake in pregnant women is not only obtained from calcium supplementation, but also obtained from consumed foods such as vegetables. to analyzed the relationship between calcium supplementation dose and vegetable intake with preeclampsia in third trimester of pregnant women. observational analytic used a prospective cohort design. A total of 65 third trimester pregnant women participated in the study in Bantul, Yogyakarta. The calcium supplementation dose was obtained through interview using a questionnaire, while vegetable intake was obtained through the food frequency and food recall 2x24 hours. 16 third trimester pregnant women experienced preeclampsia. The mean calcium dose consumed per day was 476.2 mg. The average intake of vegetables per day for pregnant women was 250.9 gr. Kaplan-Mier with the log rank method states that there was a significant difference between calcium supplementation dose (p=0.007) and preeclampsia. There was a significant difference between vegetable intake (p=0.007) and preeclampsia. there was a significant relationship between calcium supplementation dose and vegetable intake with preeclampsia in third trimester pregnant women.

Abstract

Hasil wawancara penulis dengan dengan custumer service Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Serang menyatakan jumlah seluruh nasabah tabunganku dari bulan Mei 2010 sampai Oktober 2013 berjumlah 578 orang. Hal ini menunjukkan kurangnya minat nasabah terhadap program tabunganku yang salah satu penyebabnya adalah tidak efektifnya strategi pemasaran dan posisi kantor yang kurang strategis. Stategi pemasaran pada dasarnya memberikan panduan tentang kegiatan yang akan dijalankan untuk dapat tercapainya tujuan pemasaran suatu pemasaran. Mulai dari pemenuhan produk (product), penetapan harga (price), pengiriman barang (place), dan mempromosikan barang (promotion). Masalah yang diangkat dalam riste ini adalah: 1. Apa alasan nasabah dalam memilih produk tabunganku? 2. Berapa besar pengaruh strategi pemasaran terhadap minat nasabah memilih produk tabunganku pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Serang?Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah yang menggunakan tabunganku di Bank Muamalat Cabang Serang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah primer dengan menyebar angket/kuesioner kepada nasabah yang menggunakan produk tabunganku. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif,  uji t, koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi.Dari hasil penelitian, terhadap 41 orang responden, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pemasaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah memilih produk tabunganku. Dari hasil statistik menggunakan SPSS ver 16.00 hal ini dapat dilihat dari angka korelasi sebesar 57% yang artinya hubungan kedua variabel adalah sedang. Dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa   lebih besar dari     yaitu sebesar (4,360 > 1,70). Hal ini berarti bahwa    ditolak dan    diterima, artinya bahwa ada pengaruh antara Strategi pemasaran terhadap minat nasabah memilih produk tabunganku. Nilai R sebesar 0.572 yang artinya pengaruh strategi pemasaran terhadap minat nasabah memilih produk tabunganku sedang. Nilai  = 0,328 artinya bahwa 32,8% perubahan tabunganku dipengaruhi oleh strategi pemasaran, dan sisanya (100% - 32,8% = 67,2%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Ambarawa Regency is one of the endemic sub-districts since 2017 which always accounts for the highest DHF cases in Semarang Regency. Molecular detection of Aedes aegypti resistance towards sipermetrin using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) techniques. The study was conducted to see mutations in the Aedes aegypti VGSC gene. This research was a pure experimental study. The Aedes aegypti samples examined were 10 in every village taken from 3 endemic DHF villages with high fogging intensity in Ambarawa. The research used random sampling techniques taken with ovitrap which was first installed during the month of August. Resistance detection test using the PCR method were conducted at the Banjarnegara Research and Development Center in September. Data were analyzed descriptively to illustrate the results of the study. The results showed that in Tambakboyo Village, 2 samples were susceptible (V / V), 7 samples were detected as homozygous (G / G) resistant, 1 sample was detected as heterozygous (V / G) resistant; in Kupang District 5 samples were detected as being homozygous resistant (G / G) and 5 samples were detected as heterozygous resistant (V / G); and in Panjang Village 1 susceptible sample (V / V), 8 samples were detected as homozygous resistant (G / G), 1 sample was detected as heterozygous resistant (V / G). Based on the results of mutation studies had been found in the VGSC gene in codon V1016G. The proper implementation of management, selection and rotation of insecticides is expected to reduce the risk of resistance in the Aedes aegypti mosquito population.
