Abstract

Nyeri merupakan keluhan yang paling sering diungkapkan pasien dengan tindakan pembedahan atau operasi. Jika nyeri tidak dikontrol dapat menyebabkan proses rehabilitasi pasien tertunda dan hospitalisasi menjadi lama. Ketika pasien merasakan nyeri, perawat bertanggungjawab untuk melakukan manajemen nyeri yang tepat. Manajemen nyeri yang tepat mencakup penanganan secara farmakologis dan nonfarmakologis. Salah satu pendekatan nonfarmakologis adalah dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan koping yang dimiliki pasien. Penelitian deskriptif korelasi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan strategi koping dengan intensitas nyeri pada pasien post operasi. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pasien post operasi abdomen yang sedang menjalani rawat inap di RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan pada periode 31 Maret sampai 02 Juni 2012. Purposive Sampling digunakan dan didapat 54 pasien pasca bedah abdomen. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dipandu kuisioner strategi koping dan skala intensitas nyeri Bourbanis. Uji Chi-Square membuktikan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara strategi koping dengan intensitas nyeri pasien post operasi dengan nilai signifikansi (p) = 0,018 (<0,05). Saran untuk praktik keperawatan adalah perlu adanya intervensi keperawatan khusus untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan strategi koping pasien sehingga intensitas nyeri yang dirasakan pasien dapat berkurang.   Kata kunci : Strategi koping, intensitas nyeri, pasien post operasi

Abstract

Rose is known as an ornamental plant that can be used for various purposes such as ornamental plants in the garden , in pots , flowers used as blushes , perfume,  cosmetics and medicine. Cuttings are often doomed to failure with no root growth. One attempt to overcome failure in root growth on cuttings is to provide an organizing grow. Cow urine is one that contains a growth hormone indole 3 - butyric acid belongs to the class of auxin . Cow urine is a synthetic growth hormone is commonly used to stimulate root growth in cutting. This study aims to (i) determine the growth of cuttings of roses against time of immersion in a solution of cow urine, (ii) get marinade?s best rose cuttings in a Solutions of cow urine. This research was conducted in the village of Banua Lawas District Tabalong South Kalimantan in April to July 2014, using a single factor RAK, with level 6 treatments with 4 replications in order to get 24 units of the experiment . Factors tested were cow urine soaking time ,ie p0 = without soaking , p1 = 15 minutes , p2 = 30 minutes , p3 = 4 minutes , p4 and p5 = 60 minutes = 75 minutes . The results showed that treatment of cow urine soaking time significantly affected the speed variables emerged shoots, shoot length 2 mst age, number of leaves mst age 2 and 4, as well as the very significant effect on long shoots 6 mst age and number of roots, the best treatment was achieved in p1 with 15 minutes soaking time .

Abstract

Alabio?s yam (Dioscorea alata L.) is a potential carbohydrate source that can be developed to meet food needs, especially in swamps and in dry areas. The use of organic fertilizers is believed to bring more benefits to agricultural production. Bokashi water hyacinth is compost which contains humic acid which can increase seed germination, stimulate plant growth, increase soil fertility, increase yield and produce phytohormone compounds that can accelerate root growth. This study aims to (i) determine the effect of adding water hyacinth bokashi to vegetative and generative performance of alabio sweet potatoes on lebak swamp and (ii) to obtain the best dose of bokashi water hyacinth on vegetative and generative performance of sweet alabio on lebak swamp. This research was conducted in Sungai Tabukan Village, Sungai Tabukan Sub-District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency from May to November 2018. This study used a single randomized block design (RBD). The factors studied were various doses of water hyacinth bokashi consisting of 4 levels of treatment, namely e0 = 0 kg, e1 = 1 kg, e2 = 2 kg and e3 = 3 kg. The results showed that the addition of water hyacinth bokashi had an effect on the vegetative performance of plants on plant height and number of leaves, not affecting the stem diameter. The e3 treatment (3 kg) is the best dose for the vegetative period of alabio?s yams. As for the generative performance, the addition of water hyacinth bokashi has no effect.

Abstract

Intention of this research is to know the interaction influence of some media plant and physical treatment, knowing best combination of media plant and physical treatment and know the media plant and best physical treatment to fracturing of dormansi and viabilitas of sugar palm seed.   This research  was concuted on the experimental land at Jumba Amuntai of South arch, during 4 month, device utilized in this research is Random Device of Group ( RAK), with the factorial attempt pattern two factor that is : (I) Media plant the (T) with four level : t0 = sand + land;ground  (1 : 1); t1 = sand + fertilize the cage of chicken dirt (1 : 1); t2 = sand + chaff (1:1) and t3 = sand + sawdust (1:1). (II) Treatment of seed physical (F) with four level : f0 = without physical treatment; fl = cut the parallelogram of near by bydm soriyt eye ± 5 mm; f2 = sharpened circular precisely bydm soriyt eye; f3 = rubbed by a precise emery paper of bydm soriyt eye.    Result of research indicate that the media interaction plant and physical treatment have an effect on the reality to germination percentage, fast of germination, sum up the leaf, long of upper seed and dry weight of sprout. Combination of media plant and best physical treatment at germination percentage that is t2f1 is 53,25 %, accelerateing germination at t0f2 is 6,65 day, sum up the leaf that is t1f3 is 1,87 piece of, upper seed length that is t1f2 is 35,67 dry cm weight and of sprout at tlf0 is 1,86 g. Single factor of media plant best there are at media plant the sand + fertilize the cage and very influencing to growth perception that is length of bydm soriyt dry weight and of sprout. Single factor of best physical treatment is cuting the near by eye of bydm soriyt and sharpened circular precisely

Abstract

Oyster mushrooms cultivation requires media to resemble the natural habitat of the fungus. Media in Indonesia are usually called by baglog. This study aims to (i) the effect of a variety of growing media on growth and yield of oyster mushroom, and (ii) obtain the best growing media in the growth and yield of oyster mushroom. This research was conducted in Kias Village of Batang Alai District of South Hulu Sungai Tengah South Kalimantan Province, in May until August 2013, using a completely randomized design (CRD), with three treatments and six replications. Each quiz consists of 3 samples. Factors to be examined is the composition of reeds s1 = 80%: 18% bran: 1%, lime: 1% gypsum. s2 = 80% of rice straw: 18% bran: 1%, lime: 1% gypsum. s3 = 80% sawdust: 18% bran: 1%, lime: 1% gypsum. The results showed that the composition of the media influence on a growing number of fruit bodies, wet weight and no effect on the maximum diameter hood fruit treated with the best composition obtained on the composition s3 = 80% sawdust: 18% bran: 1%, lime: 1% casts.

Abstract

       The quality and yield of cabbage can be improved through fertilization, one of which is duck manure as an alternative fertilizer and the addition of husk ash to get optimal results in the lebak wetland. This study aims to determine the doses of dung manure on the growth and yield of cabbage plants. This research was conducted in May-August 2018, located in Teluk Sarikat Village, Banjang District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The study was conducted using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with a single factor consisting of 5 levels with five treatments. The factors tested were dung manure doses. Observation data were analyzed by variance and DMRT follow-up at 5% level. The results showed that dosing manure with various doses had an affect plant height and several number of leaves but did not affect the weight of the cabbage crop and around the cabbage crop. The best dose of duck manure for the growth of cabbage plants is 10 tons. Ha-1 equivalent to 40 g / polybag (k1).

Abstract

       Lettuce is a type of green leafy vegetable that has many benefits and a good source of vitamins. DFT hydroponics is plant cultivation without using soil. Cocopeat and hydroton are hydroponic growing media. This study aims to (i)determine the effect of various compositions of the DFT hydroponic growing media on growth and yield of lettuce (ii) obtaining the best composition of the DFT hydroponic planting media on growth and yield of lettuce. This study was conducted in Rica Village, Paringin District, Balangan Regency from February to April 2019. This study used a Randomized Design Group (RDG)single factor.  The factors observed were the composition of the hydroponic planting media of the DFT system (m) by as much as 5 degrees of consisting of m1 = 100% cocopeat: 0% hydroton (100 g cocopeat: 0 g hydroton), m2 = 0% cocopeat: 100% hydroton (0 g cocopeat: 100 g hydroton) , m3 = 50% cocopeat: 50% hydroton (50 g cocopeat: 50 g hydroton), m4 = 75% cocopeat: 25% hydroton (75 g cocopeat: 25 g hydroton), m5 = 25% cocopeat: 75% hydroton (25 g cocopeat: 75 g hydroton). The results showed that the treatment of the composition of the hydroponic growing media had a very significant effect on plant height 14,21,28 and 35 HST, the effect was very significant on the number of leaves 7,21,28 and 35 HST, significantly affected the wet weight of the plant. The best treatment is obtained at m5 = 25% cocopeat: 75% hydroton (25 g cocopeat: 75 g hydroton).

Abstract

       Cultivation of peanut plants in lebak wetlands is constrained by inundated land and the fertility of varied soil, from fertile to nutrient-poor levels. Poor soil nutrients can not only be overcome by fertilizing, for example with manure chicken manure. The availability of nutrients in the land can be improved by providing ameliorats such as rice husk ash. This study aims to determine the effect of (i) the interaction of chicken manure manure and rice husk ash, (ii) the single factor of chicken manure manure, (iii) the single factor of rice husk ash, (iv) getting the best dose of chicken manure manure, ( v) the best dose of rice husk ash and (vi) the best interaction of manure chicken manure and rice husk ash on lebak wetland. The study was conducted in the village of Teluk Betung, Sungai Pandan Subdistrict, HSU Regency in February - May 2019. It was using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two treatment factors. The first factor: the dose of chicken manure, consisting of 3 levels, namely a1 = 12 tons. ha-1, a2 = 16 tons. ha-1, a3 = 20 tons. ha-1. The second factor: the dose of rice husk ash, consisting of 3 levels, namely s1 = 24 tons.ha-1, s2 = 28 tons.ha-1, s3 = 32 tons.ha-1. The results showed that the interaction between chicken manure had no effect on growth and yield, the single factor of chicken manure had an effect on growth and yield but had no effect on the number of leaves, and the single factor of rice husk ash did not affect growth and yield but had an effect on age flowering.

Abstract

       Utilization of insect diversity is useful in overcoming pest in the field, by using parasitoids and predators to control pests, can prevent the use of toxic chemicals in the field, while providing a safe haven for other species to live and play its role in maintaining the health of the ecosystem. Insect diversity in South Kalimantan, especially paddy fields in swampy areas largely unknown, and therefore need to be examined. The aim of this study is to identify and assess the diversity of natural enemies in paddy crop in swampy areas, especially in the three villages in the district of  Sungai Pandan, Hulu Sungai Utara. This study was conducted from February - June 2015. The method used in this research is survey method with direct observation with an area of rice fields has been determined, and sampling arthropod natural enemies by using a swinging nets, water traps and light traps. Results from this study are: (1) The number of arthropod natural enemies found in shallow swamps is 20 species from seven orders, mid swamps and in each of the 16 species of seven orders; (2) The highest predator arthropod population in the shallow swamp area is Micraspis sp., The middle swamp is Paederus fuscipes, and the deep swamp is Micraspis sp. ; and (3) the diversity index of natural enemies of arthropods on the third mainland is low

Abstract

       Lettuce plants in the process of growth and development require additional nutrients by repair Techniques for cultivation and repair of organic or inorganic fertilizers. Organic fertilizers are also called natural fertilizers because all or most of them come from natural fertilizers. This study aims to (i) find out the effect of giving dung manure to the growth and yield of lettuce on swampy soil, (ii) get the best dose from the administration of duck manure to the growth and yield of lettuce on swampy swamp soil. This research was conducted in Hambuku Tengah Village, Sungai Pandan District from April to June 2010. Using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The factors studied were 9 doses of duck manure fertilizer dosage with 9 treatments, there are b0 = 0 t.ha-1; b1 = 2,5 t.ha-1;  b2 = 5,0 t.ha-1;  b3 =  7,5  t.ha-1;  b4 = 10 t.ha-1 ; b5 = 12,5 t.ha-1; b6 = 15,0 t.ha-1; b7 = 17,5 t.ha-1; b8 = 20,0 t.ha-1 with 3 replications, thus there were 27 experimental units. The observed variables were plant height and number of leaves aged 14, 21, 28 and 35 days after planting (DAP) and leaf wet weight at harvest. From the results of the study there was a response of tall mustard plants aged 28 HST and wet weight of mustard plants but there was no response to the height of mustard plants aged 14, 21 and 35 HST on the administration of duck manure, with the best dose was treatment b4 (10 t.ha -1)
