Abstract

AbstractThe general problem in this study is whether using a serialized assisted contextual approach can improve the writing skills of the third grade students of Southeast Pontianak 09? The general purpose of this study is to describe the use of a serial image-assisted contextual approach in order to improve the writing skills of the third grade students of South Pontianak 09 in South Pontianak. This study uses descriptive methods with the form of classroom action research, and the nature of research is collaborative. The research setting took place at the 09 Pontianak Public Elementary School with research subjects namely class III students totaling 22 people. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques, direct observation techniques, measurement techniques with data collection tools namely observation sheets. The data collected is analyzed by an average calculation. This research was conducted in 3 cycles. In cycle 1 the average value of students was 71.59. Whereas in cycle 2 the average value of students to be 75.38 increased by 3.79. In cycle 3 the average value of 78.79 students increased by 3.41. With the use of a contextual approach assisted with serial images media on Indonesian language learning, it can improve the description writing skills, so that it can be concluded that the use of serialized contextual media assisted approaches can be used to improve the writing skills of the third grade students in Southeast Pontianak 09 State Elementary School. Keywords: Improvement, Writing Skills, Descriptive Descriptions, Sexual Approach, and Serial Image Media.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to improve writing poetry skills applying process approach. The research procedure consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the research were teachers and students of grade III D, which amounted to 31 consisting of 14 males and 17 females. Techniques of collecting data in the form of observation, documentation and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques by qualitative descriptive analysis used to analyze the data in the form of descriptions accompanied by simple calculations, and the presentation of data averages and percentages are then changed in the form of tables and graphs. The results showed that cycle I, the average score of 70.32 students increased in cycle II to 77.24 and increased in cycle III to 83.87 and then increased to 85.83 in the IV cycle with an increase of 14.51. Classical completeness in cycle I is 54,84% increase in cycle II become 70,42% increase in cycle III become 96,77% and become 100% in cycle IV with very high increase that is 45,16%. Based on the questionnaire obtained a total of 481 with a percentage of 87.81% (the category "agree" close to "strongly agree"). Thus it can be concluded that the application of process approach can improve the skill of writing poetry of grade III student on Public Elementary School 34 Pontianak City.Keywords: Process Approach, Writing Skills, Poetry

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is whether the use of Ispring 7.0 program can improve the learning outcomes of students of grade V Primary School 17 Pontianak City. The research method used is descriptive with the form of action research class. Research subjects are teachers as researchers and students of class V which amounted to 36 people. The procedure consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collected is the data of teachers' ability to design and implement learning, and student learning outcomes. Data collection techniques use document observation and scrutiny. The data collection tool uses observation sheet and student learning result document. Data analysis using average calculation. The study was conducted in 2 cycles. The result of the research is the average score of teacher's ability to design the learning in the first cycle of 3.75 and on the second cycle of 3.90. The average score of teachers' ability to implement the learning in the first cycle of 3.67 and on the second cycle of 4.00. Average Score Student learning outcomes in cycle I of 76.00 and on the second cycle of 95.61. Abstract

Abstrak : Masalah yang melatarbelakangi Penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar Siswa. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini salah satunya untuk mengetahui Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Matematika menggunakan Dekak-dekak Kelas 1 SDN 01 Serimbu.metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Deskriptif . Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas sebanyak 2 Siklus setiap Siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu Perencanaan,Pelaksanaan,Pengamatan dan Refleksi. Sasaran Penelitian adalah Siswa Kelas 1 SDN 01 Serimbu.Data yang diperoleh Lembar Observasi Kegiatan Belajar-Mengajar dan Tes Hasi Belajar.Perencanaan Pembelajaran menggunakan Dekak-dekak dengan hasi Baik.dapat dilihat pada pada lembar IPKG 1 Siklus I Skor rata-rata 3,29 , IPKG 1 Siklus II Skor rata-rata 3,39 Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Matamatika menggunakan Dekak-dekak di kelas 1 SDN 01 Serimbu dikategorikan Baik,dilihat pada lembarIPKG 2 Siklus I Skor rata-rata 3,48, IPKG 2 Siklus II Skor rata-rata 3,85 dengan demikian menggunakan Dekak-dekak dapat Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa   di Kelas 1 SDN 01 Serimbu. Kata Kunci : Dekak-Dekak, Pembelajaran Matematika   Abstract: The problem underlying this study is the low student learning outcomes. The aim of this study was one of them to know Improved Student Learning Outcomes in Mathematics Learning to use the abacus Class 1 SDN 01 Serimbu.metode used is descriptive method. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze whether there is influence of application of learning strategy of preview, question, read, reflect, recite, review (PQ4R) to reading comprehension skill of VA class student of Pontianak City elementary school. From the results of observation, it is known that in reading comprehension learning, 12 out of 24 students still find it difficult to deduce the results of the text they read. The method used is experimental method, while the research used pre-experimental design with one-group pretest-posttest design. Population and sample in this research is all student of class of VA Primary School of State 05 Pontianak City of academic year 2017/2018 amounted to 24 student. Data collection techniques used in this study are the technique of direct observation and measurement techniques. The research instrument used was observation sheet and reading skill test. Based on result of data analysis from mean value pre-test 57,79 and average post-test 70,46. T test result obtained  = 5%, with db = 23 is 2.069. Because  (18,23)>  (2,069), so alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted, it can be concluded that there is influence of applying learning strategy of preview, question, read, reflect, recite, review (PQ4R) class VA Elementary School 05 Pontianak City.  Keywords: Reading comprehension skills, Learning strategy PQ4R

Abstract

AbstrakGeneral purpose of research to improve student learning outcomes through Numbered Head Together model. Descriptive Method in the form of Classroom Action Research, is collaborative. Data collection techniques used are the technique of direct observation and measurement by means of data collection is the Student Worksheet. Setting research with the subject of Teachers / Researchers and students of class V amounted to 24 students. 1) The ability of teachers planning learning Numbered Head Together model experienced an average increase of 0,29 with an average value of 3.79. 2) The ability of teachers to implement learning model Numbered Head Together experienced an average increase of 0,29 with an average value of 3,64. 3) Students' learning outcomes of the Numbered Head Together model experienced an increase in cycles of 25 with an average score of 87,5. Conclusion: The results of action research conducted in the process of learning Civics Education can improve student learning outcomes. Suggestions: Teachers should better recognize the character of students so that teachers can more condition students to remain calm when learning is taking place. Keywords: Improved Learning Outcomes of Students, Model Numbered Head Together Citizenship Education.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of starting reading skill using syllable cube to the first grade students of Sekolah Dasar negeri 04 Jelatang. The method of this research is descriptive in form of classroom action research with collaborative particicpation charachteristics. This research is done in three cycles with teacher and students as the subject of this research. The technique of data collecting is in form of observation and document analysis with observation sheet and document analysis sheet as the tool of data collecting. Analysis data is used to calculate the mean of teacher?s ability on planning, teacher?s ability on implementing, and the improvement of reading skill using mean formula. Based on the data analysis, teacher?s ability on planning is 2.67 in the first cycle, 3.02 in the second cycle, and 3.35 in the third cycle. Meanwhile, the teacher?s ability on implementing is 2.85 in the first cycle, 3.14 in the second cycle, and 3.27 in the third cycle. For reading skill, the score is 63.68 in the first cycle, 66.89 in the second cycle, and 71.52 in the third cycle. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of the use of think talk write strategy to the results of learning mathematics class IV State Elementary School 9 Sungai Kakap. The research method used is experimental method. The research form is pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest research design. The population is all the fourth graders of State Elementary School 9 Sungai Kakap consisting of 80 students and the sample of students of grade IV C State Elementary School 9 Sungai Kakap consisting of 26 students. Based on data analysis, that the average results. Based on the data analysis obtained the average result of pre-test of students 57,5 and average result of student's post-test 70,5. The result of t test is obtained tcount 3.13 while ttable with db = 26-1 = 25 and significant level (?) = 5% is 1.706, it turns thitung ? ttable or 3.13 ? 1.706 Ha is accepted which means there is influence of using strategy think talk write to student learning outcomes in learning mathematics class IV. From result of calculation effect size (ES), obtained (ES) equal to 0,73 with criteria classified moderate. This means that the use of the think talk write strategy has a moderate effect on the learning outcomes of the fourth grade mathematics learning at the Kuhap State Elementary School 9 Sungai Kakap. Abstract

Abstract The problem in this research is "How is the effect of using the serial image to the writing skill description in class III State Elementary School 35 South Pontianak?". This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of serial images on the skill of writing descriptions in class III State Elementary School 35 Pontianak Selatan. This research uses experimental method, with Quasi Experimental Design form. Population and sample in this research is all student of class III State Elementary School 35 Pontianak Selatan which amounts to 65 people. Techniques used in data collection is a measurement technique with the tool used is essay-shaped written test and documentary / bibliographic study technique that is collecting photographs of research conducted. Based on the data analysis, the average of the result of the final test (post-test) of the experimental class is 80,91 and the mean of the final test result (post-test) of control class student is 75,72. After t test is obtained t count of 2.0513 while ttable (= 5% of 1.6749, it turns thitung ? ttable or 2.0513 ? 1.6749 which means there is a significant effect on the use of serial image media From the calculation of effect size obtained by 0.388 with criteria classified moderate.This means the use of media drawing series to give a moderate effect on the skill of writing a description in the class III State Elementary School 35 Pontianak Selatan. Keywords: Influence, Media Image Series, Essay Description.

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of the application of whole language approach of guided reading component of poetry reading skill of grade V students of State Elementary School 14 Pontianak Selatan. The research method used is the experimental method, while the research form used is the sample population. Data collection techniques used in this study is a measurement technique with the scoring of students' poetry reading skills. Based on result of data analysis from mean value of result of pre-test 50 and average post-test 68,517. The result of t test obtained t table on the significant level ? = 5% is 2.086. Because t count (16,405) > t table (2,042), then hypothesis testing of post-test data is accepted if t count > t table then alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. From the calculation of effect size (ES), obtained by 0.143 Learning by applying the whole language approach of guided reading component gives a big influence to the poetry reading skill of grade V students of State Elementary School 14 Pontianak Soulth. Keywords: Influence, Whole Language Approach Guided Reading Components, Poetry     Reading Skills
