Abstract

ABSTRACT Technology change, globalization, working force variety, working trend and business environment condition cause more competitive competition in business. Consequently organizations need to create competition excellence continuously in order to survive. The competition excellence can be created by changing the role and human resource management paradigm. The old paradigm placed human resource not in vital position, while new paradigm place it is as vital aspect in organization, so that human resource is considered to be crucial asset. Human resource management has to be able to manage human resource optimally in organization structure with strategic steps to improve human resource quality as human capital. It can be done by improving employee capability and employee commitment. Human resource is expected to have distinctive capabilities experience and know-how, since it has the ability to be organization distinction factor in competition by creating valuable, rare, uninitiated and uneasy substitute product, so continuous competition excellence is created. Keywords: competition excellence, human capital, employee capability, employee commitment.

Abstract

Effect of Country of Origin, Brand, and Prices for Buying Consumers Car Products in Yogyakarta. This research examines how the influence of Country of origin, Brand and price on the intention to buy consumers. The sample determination method uses non probability sampling by convenience sampling. The sample in this study is that there are 150 consumers of car products in Yogyakarta. Data collection uses survey methods using a questionnaire. The results showed that the Country of origin and brand have a partial effect on the consumer's purchase intention, while the price does not affect the consumer's purchase intention. Simultaneously, Country of origin, Brand and price affect the purchase intention of consumers

Abstract

Tulisan ini akan mengurai tentang konflik perkawinan yang terjadi di Kabupaten Sambas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Reaseach) dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif-analitik. Tipe pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan fenomenologi, pendekatan dakwah, sosiologi komunikasi dan resolusi konflik. Sumber data primer yaitu pihak Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA), Pengadilan Agama dan pasangan suami istri yang mengalami konflik perkawinan di Kabupaten Sambas. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder adalah berupa buku, arsip, dokumen, catatan-catatan yang berkenaan dengan penelitian. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara (interview) dan dokumentasi. Aktivitas dalam analisis data meliputi kualitas instrumen dan pengumpulan data. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data triangulasi, menggunakan bahan referensi, mengadakan member check. Data diuji keabsahan data dalam penelitian ditekankan pada uji validitas dan reabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis konflik perkawinan dalam  rumah tangga di Kabupaten Sambas yaitu: faktor pertengkaran, Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) dan faktor suami mabuk. Faktor pertengkaran dilatarbelakangi oleh tidak adanya kesepahaman suami dan isteri, suami pemakai oba-obat terlarang dan suka main judi. Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga berakibat penderitaan fisik maupn psikis. Bentuk kata-kata kasar dan jorok dari suami membuat isteri tersinggung,  dilecehkan, tertekan akibat perkataan dan sikap suami; Faktor ekonomi Ekonomi disebabkan tingkat pendapatan suami dibandingkan isteri, isteri tidak dapat mengatur pendapatan suami dengan bijak, ketidakjujuran isteri terhadap suami. Meninggalkan Pasangan, Selingkuh (wanita Idaman Lain/ Pria Idaman Lain) dan Poligami; Faktor  dihukum penjara, murtad dan kawin paksa.

Abstract

The research of three-dimensional (X-Y-Z) core design of SCWR reactor using thorium recycled has been done. Neutronic calculations were calculated by SRAC program. Parameters of this research werefuel enrichment, core reactor sizes, core reactorconfigurations, criticality, and power density distribution. The desain of core reactor was 1/8 three-dimensional (X-Y-Z) slab. Fuel reactor was thorium 20 GWd/t burn as inner,and 30 GWd/t burn as outer. Zirconium as cladding,and light water as coolant. Critical condition was achieved at x = 310 cm, y = 170 cm, z = 190 cm and 2,49% of fuel enrichment. Core power reactor was 3.411 MWt, maximum power density was 366,8356 Watt/cc located at x = 34 (170 cm), y = 1 (5 cm), z = 38 (190 cm) and multiplication factor effective (keff) value was 1.0000000.
