Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was carried out in Wonosari District, Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province on April – July 2014. This research aimed : (1) to analyze the factors influencing the earnings of the cattle breeders in Boalemo Regency, (2) to analyze the performance of the cattle breeders towards the success of beef cattle business in Boalemo Regency, (3) to formulate the strategy to increase the cattle breeders’ role in supporting the business of beef cattle in Boalemo Regency. This research used the method of purposive sampling, and the criteria of breeders used were group of cattle breeders and non-group of cattle breeders (independent cattle breeders). The number of sample used in the survey was 30 members of cattle breeder group and 20 respondents from non-group of cattle breeders. The analysis instruments used were (1) the analysis of beef cattle business, (2) the analysis of Multiple Linear Regression, (3) the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).The analysis result of the earning in 3,76 AU (animal unit) scale was Rp 3.010.849 year and non-group in 3,48 AU scale was Rp 3.983.934 year. The factor influencing farmer income are the number of bull, number of cow, and forage consumtion. The result of Importance Performance Analysis showed that the atribute in the first quadrant had the high level of importantance, but low performance, i.e. (1) getting the additional feed/beef cattle business consentrate, (2) the skill of group member, (3) the facility of means and infrastructure supporting the animal husbandary, (4) obtaining the financial for beef cattle business, and (5) the organization establishment of beef cattle group members.Key words: group role, double linear regression, importance performance analysis, policy strategy, Boalemo regency  ABSTRAKPenelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Wonosari Kabupaten Boalemo Provinsi Gorontalo pada bulan April sampai Juli 2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan kelompok peternak sapi potong di Kabupaten Boalemo, (2) Menganalisis kinerja kelompok peternak terhadap keberhasilan usaha sapi potong di Kabupaten Boalemo, (3) Merumuskan strategi untuk meningkatkan peran kelompok peternak dalam menunjang usaha sapi potong di Kabupaten Boalemo. Pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling,sampel dalam survey terdiri dari 30 anggota kelompok peternak dan 20 peternak non anggota kelompok. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu; (1) Analisis pendapatan usaha ternak, (2) Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, (3) Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Pendapatan usaha pembibitan sapi potong pada kelompok peternak skala 3,76 ST sebesar Rp 3.010.849 /tahun dan peternak non kelompok skala 3,48 ST sebesar Rp 3.983.934 /tahun. Factor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan peternak adalah jumlah pejantan dan induk sapi yang dimiliki serta pemberian pakan hijauan. Hasil Importance Performance Analysis menujukan bahwa atribut yang berada pada kuadran pertama memiliki tingkat kepentingan yang tinggi namun kinerjanya masih rendah, yaitu (1) memperoleh pakan konsentrat, (2) Keterampilan anggota kelompok, (3) Fasilitas sarana dan prasarana pendukung peternakan, (4) Memperoleh modal usaha beternak sapi potong, dan (5) Pembinaan Kelembagaan Peternak Sapi Potong.Kata Kunci: Peranan Kelompok, Regresi Linier Berganda, Importance Performance Analysis, Strategi Kebijakan,  Kabupaten Boalemo

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of making and drawing decorative work of caping in the subjects of Art Culture and Skills (SBK) class III A SD Negeri 07 Kota Bengkulu. The type and method of this research is skin research and descriptive method with participant observation technique. The research subjects were all students of class III A SD Negeri 07 Kota Bengkulu which amounted to 31 people. The research instrument is a human instrument, using obsevation guidelines, interview guides, and guidelines of the work. Data collection techniques such as observation, interview, and documentation / work. The data analysis of the process of making works is done by studying the data and then reducing, display, and drawing conclusions. Analysis of the work data will be discussed by looking at the elements and principles of art that exist. The process of making six works of decorative drawing art on the caping begins with a discussion determines the motive to be chosen in making the work. Followed by preparing tools and materials. After that give the basic paint on the caping. Selanjunya make motif design and thicken motifs and then coloring motifs. Six pieces of artwork drawing decorative on the caps made students contain elements and principles of fine art that contains elements of lines, fields, and colors. Abstract

The aims of this study are to develop a cooperative learning type NHT (Numbered Heads Together). The typeis feasible (valid, practical, and effective) and can to practice communication skills, learning outcomes in the material of electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution in the second semester students of class X State High School 1 Peso. Development of the learning is done based on the models of four-D. This study use done group pretest posttest design. Based on research data obtain findings: the validity of the research developed a good categorized; text book readability level students the developed a good category; good categorized enforceability of RPP; student?s dominant activity is to communicate information ideas/ opinions, ask questions, and presentations with the percentage of 18.88%; the obstacles encountered during the implementation of the learning device that students are not familiar with the cooperative model type NHT (Numbered Heads Together) and the majority of students are less active in the learning process; students responded positively to the learning process; teaching and learning process using cooperative learning type NHT (Numbered Heads Together) is able to practice the students communication skills; and student learning outcomes after participating in the learning process is completed 100%. The conclusion of this studyis the cooperative learning type NHT (Numbered Heads Together) feasible (valid, practical, andeffective) used to practice communication skills and learning out comes on the material of electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Numbered Heads Together) yang layak (valid, praktis, dan efektif), melatihkan keterampilan berkomunikasi serta mengetahui hasil belajar pada materi larutan elektrolit dan nonelektrolit pada siswa kelas X semester II SMA Negeri 1 Peso. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran dilakukan berdasarkan model four-D. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Berdasarkan data penelitian diperoleh beberapa temuan:validitas perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berkategori baik; tingkat keterbacaan Buku Ajar Siswa yang dikembangkan berkategori tepat untuk pembelajaran; keterlaksanaan RPP berkategori baik; aktivitas siswa yang dominan adalah mengkomunikasikan informasi ide/pendapat, bertanya, dan presentasi dengan persentase 18,88%; hambatan yang ditemui selama penerapan perangkat pembelajaran yaitu siswa belum terbiasa dengan model kooperatif tipe NHT (Numbered Heads Together) dan sebagian siswa kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran; siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap proses pembelajaran; pembelajarankooperatif tipe NHT(Numbered Heads Together) dapat melatihkan keterampilan berkomunikasi siswa; dan hasil belajar siswa setelah mengikuti proses belajar mengajar adalah tuntas 100%.  Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perangkat pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Numbered Heads Together) layak (valid, praktis, dan efektif) digunakan untuk melatihkan keterampilan berkomunikasi dan hasil belajar pada materi larutan elektrolit dan nonelektrolit.

Abstract

Daun E. odoratum secara tradisional digunakan untuk terapi penyakit infeksi kulit seperti bisul, kurap, dan kadas. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka daun E. odoratum memungkinkan memiliki aktivitas antibakteri. Serbuk kering E. odoratum diekstraksi dengan menggunakan Soxhlet menggunakan pelarut washbenzen dan metanol. Kedua ekstrak kental (washbenzen dan metanol) yang diperoleh diuji aktivitas antibakterinya menggunakan metode difusi agar dan. Ekstrak aktif difraksinasi menggunakan kromatografi vakum cair.  Senyawa aktif pada fraksi aktif dimurnikan dengan kromatografi lapis tipis preparatif. Spektrum UV-Vis isolat (2.3) dalam kloroform menampakkan serapan λmax pada 291 nm. Spektrum inframerah isolat (2.3) (KBr) menunjukkan serapan pada (-OH), (CHalifatik),  (CHalifatik), (C=O), (C=C), (CH2), (CH3), (epoksi), dan (C-O).  Spektra 1H-NMR (CDCl3) menunjukkan resonansi pada δ 1,26 ( 3H); 3,65 (3H); 3,82 (3H); 3,93 (3H); 4,53 (1H,d); 5,0 (1H,d); 5,7 (1H,d); 6,06 (1H,d); 6,14 (1H,d); 6,93 (1H,d); 7,05 (1H,dd); dan 7,16 (1H,d) ppm. Spektra ini diperkirakan sebuah kalkon yang mengandung epoksi. Senyawa aktif antibakteri (2.3) pada loading terkecil 250 µg menunjukan aktivitas penghambatan terhadap S. aureus dan E. coli dengan diameter 9,5 dan 7,2 mm.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pemahaman konsep matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Kendari pada kelas eksperimen yang diajar dengan menggunakan strategi konflik kognitif setting kooperatif dan kelas kontrol yang diajar dengan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional, (2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan strategi konflik kognitif setting kooperatif terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Kendari. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan: presentase tiap-tiap indikator kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika kedua kelas, yaitu menyatakan ulang sebuah konsep kelas eksperimen memperoleh presentase sebesar 61,85 % dan kelas kontrol 57,3 %, menggunakan, memanfaatkan dan memilih prosedur / operasi tertentu kelas eksperimen memperoleh presentase sebesar 57,21 % dan kelas kontrol 57,50 %, mengklasifikasikan objek sesuai dengan konsepnya kelas eksperimen memperoleh presentase sebesar 24 % dan kelas kontrol 25,5 %, mengaplikasikan konsep / algotitma dalam pemecahan masalah kelas eksperimen memperoleh presentase sebesar 55,7 % dan kelas kontrol 51%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Kendari dan dipilih sampel sebanyak 2 kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan lembar observasi dan tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis berbentuk uraian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan : (1) Persentase tingkat keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif Think Talk Write selama 7 kali pertemuan secara berturut turut adalah 88,24%, 82,35%, 88,24%, 94,12%, 94,12%, 94,12% dan 94,12%  sedangkan persentase tingkat keaktifan siswa pada 7 kali pertemuan berturut-turut adalah 86,67%, 86,67%, 90%, 91,67%, 91,67%, 91,67% dan 91,67%. (2) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas VIII3 SMP Negeri 13 Kendari yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write pada materi lingkaran dengan rata-rata yaitu 79,843. (3) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas VII4 SMP Negeri 13 Kendari yang diajar dengan menggunakan pembelajaran langsung pada materi lingkaran dengan rata-rata yaitu 74,687. (4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif Think Talk Write terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Kendari.

Abstract

Productivity is an important factor in determining the success of a construction work. Increased productivity will reduce work time, and that means it will reduce costs. In general, the value of productivity is determined by the factor of the volume of work, implementation time, and the number of workers. In order to get the job done well, a planning effort is needed by paying attention to these factors. For this reason, this study was conducted to determine the value of productivity in one component of building construction work, namely lightweight steel roof truss work. The object of study was the work of lightweight steel roof truss 4 (four) project sites, namely the 4 x 25 Shop Houses Construction Project in Meulaboh, West Aceh, the Building of the Rector & Administration Bureau Building of STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena Banda Aceh, the Construction of the Getsempena Lhoksukon North Aceh STIKES Building and the Construction of North Aceh RIKI STIKes Building, Bina Nusantara Idi, East Aceh. The roof truss material used is type C Truss 75 0.75 Thickness. The volume of roof truss work is planned to be 2022.38 m2. The study was conducted through field observations by directly recording the volume of work, the duration of each stage of work, and the number of workers involved. The results of the analysis show that the productivity value for roof truss works is obtained by an average of 2,062 m2 / hour or 16,499 m2 / day. In the implementation of roof truss work, the amount of labor used is the same in all segments, so the value of productivity tends to be determined by the magnitude of the ratio between the volume of work and the effective time of implementation. Thus, if the amount of work volume can be completed in a shorter time then the value of productivity will increase

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the effectiveness of hypnosis approach in learning appreciation applied art based on local culture at the seventh grade in 4 State Junior High School Pallangga. This research was descriptive research. The population of this research was all the seventh grade students in 4 State Junior High School Pallangga consisting of 5 classes. The samples of this research were 2 classes with 42 students, 22 students from class VII 3 and 20 students from class VII 4. The data collection was done by doing test, observation, interview and documentation. The instruments of the data collection were multiple choices, observation guidance, interview protocol and camera. The data analysis was descriptive qualitative. The result of the research showed that the application of hypnosis was effective applied in learning appreciation applied art based on local culture at the seventh grade in 4 State Junior High School Pallangga Gowa Regency
