Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I Cabang Dumai jalan Datuk Laksamana No 1 Dumai-Riau. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pembinaan dalam menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha mitra binaan pada PT. (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I Cabang Dumai. Sedangkan manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam menerapkan pemberian pelatihan dan pembinaan dalam menumbuhkan semangat jiwa wirausaha usaha kecil pada masa yang akan datang. Dari hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh pelatihan dan pembinaan dalam menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha mitra binaan pada PT. (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I Cabang Dumai diperoleh thitung lebih besar dari t­­tabel yaitu 9.361 > 1,999. Artinya pelatihan dan pembinaan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dalam menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha mitra binaan pada PT. (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I Cabang Dumai. Besar pengaruh variabel terikat dapat dilihat dari nilai Koefisien determinasi (R square) yang besarnya adalah 0,590 atau 59,0% sedangkan sisanya 41,0%  dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Pembinaan, Jiwa Wirausaha.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of education and competence as well as theGovernment Internal Control System (SPIP) to the internal control system and itsimplications in the prevention of fraud. Types of data used are primary data derivedfrom respondents answers. The population in this study were all auditors in CentralJava Province Representative BPK as many as 221 people auditor. The analysistechnique used is the SEM technique. Based on the results of research anddiscussion, it can be concluded that: 1) Education SPIP training in fraud preventionefforts directly or through competence and SPIP in government agencies in CentralJava province has not been effective, 2) Effect of Education training, competence,and the prevention of fraud SPIP demonstrate that the government agencies inCentral Java Province, competence and influence SPIP fraud prevention. In contrastwith SPIP training education only it were not so influential to the prevention of fraudin government departments in the province of Central Java, 3) Education Training,SPIP and competence when done together will air indirectly influence the preventionof fraud than if each stood alone.Keywords: education, competence, SPIP, the system of internal control, and fraud

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the correlation between leadership style and Compensation towards Job Satisfaction and Staff working Performance in Riau Bank Ltd, Riau Archipelago. The research population were 110 Staffs of Riau Bank Main Unit Branch of Pekanbaru, Riau Archipelago. Research samples were 25 of the population, taken by probability, using Purposive Stratified Random Sampling technique. By this technique, the sample were taken based on certain degree of stratification or by reference, in order to obtain a representative sample. Data analysis was intended to find out the correlation between independent variable (x), namely leadership style and motivation and dependent variable (Y) i.e, job satisfaction and working performance of the staff of Riau Bank main branch Pekanbaru Riau, Riau Archipelago. Both analysis and interpretation used descriptive Analysis and verified methods. Descriptive analysis method was used to describe the characteristics of respondents and the research variable, whereas the verified method was used to test the research hypothesis using relevant statistic test. The verified method used in this study is the Path Analysis. The results of the research showed that there was a significant correlation between leadership style and job satisfaction. Thus, the hypothesis is accepted. Leadership style also had a significant influence on job performance of staff and there is a significant influence of the compensation on leadership style in Riau Bank Main Branch Pekanbaru, Riau Archipelago. Abstract

This research aim to know how influence Satisfaction Work variable and Motivation work by simultan and parsial of performance employees to department Production PT. Sumber Sawit Sejahtera Pelalawan. As for becoming population in this research is counted 50 people employees PT. Sumber Sawit Sejahtera Pelalawan. Used data by analysis is descriptive,despitefully also use quantitative analysis that is using double linear regression constructively SPSS version program 18. From result of examination which have been simultan regressi test (uji F) indicate that Satisfaction Work And Motivaiton Work by simultan have an effect on signifikan to employees performance.Result of test parsial (uji T) indicating that satisfaction variable work and motivation work by parsial have an effect on significan to employees performance.Keywords : Satisfaction,motivation, and productivity work.

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Sekarbumi Alamlestari in the Desa Kota Garo, Tapung Hilir, Kampar, province of Riau which began in November 2012 to August 2013, with the aim of analyzing the Non-Physical Effects of Work Environment and Leadership to Work Productivity of Harvesters at PT. Sekarbumi Alamlestari In Tapung Hilir. In this study consisted of three variables: the dependent variable and two independent variables . The sample in this study as many as 71 people, the determination of the number of samples based on the method Slovin. While the data analysis using quantitative methods is the method of doubled linear equations with the help of the SPSS ( Statistical Package for Social Science ) version 17.0. Based on the results of analysis show that the non-physical work environment and leadership have a significant effect on the productivity of the harvester at PT. Sekarbumi Alamlestari in Tapung Hilir. While the variables that have the most dominant effect on employee productivity at PT. Sekarbumi Alamlestari in Tapunh Hilir is the work environment variable. Thus it can be interpreted that the non-physical work environment and leadership have significant and positive effect on employee productivity at PT. Sekarbumi Alamlestari in Tapung Hilir.Based on the study results, the authors suggest that the management of PT. Sekarbumi Alamlestari in Tapung Hilir further improve the quality of leadership by putting a person based on their ability so they can create the right ideas in every activity of target achievement without anyone feeling undifferentiated. Thus it will create a comfortable working environment for all elements of the company.Keywords: Productivity, Non Physical Work Environment, Leadership

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of compesation and working environment to employee performance of PT. Jasa Barutama Perkasa Pekanbaru. This research use compesation and working environment as independent variable, and employee performance as dependent variable. The population of this research are all employees of PT. Jasa Barutama Perkasa Pekanbaru which amounted to 42 respondents and all of them will be used as a sample of this research. Data analysis method in this research is descriptive analysis. The result of using descriptive analysis is the compesation and working environment are affect the performances of employees at PT. Jasa Barutama Perkasa Pekanbaru. This indicates that the two independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable.Keywords : Compesation, Working Environment, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the variables influence Placement and Work Behavior simultaneously and partially on the Environment Agency employee performance Rokan Hulu. The samples in this study were as many as 60 people, the determination of the number of samples based on census method. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, but it is also a quantitative analysis that is using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test ( F-test ) showed that the Work Placement and Behavior simultaneously jointly significant effect on employee performance. Partial Test Results (t test ) showed that the variable placement of partially significant effect on employee performance, and variables Work Behavior partially significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the effect caused by these three variables together against the dependent variable was 70.9 %, this means that the variable placement, and work behavior, jointly affect the performance of employees. While 29.1 %, affected by other factors that are not involved in this study.Keywords: Performance , Placement , Job Behavior

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory in Pekanbaru No.63 at Kampung Suka Ramai street road. That aims to determine how Effect of Discipline work and Observation either simultaneously or partially on Safety and Health of Employee Part of Production at PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory in Pekanbaru. The population in this research is employee of PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory Part of Production in Pekanbaru, which amounts to 153 employee, and the sample is 60 employee. The Analytics Method is Descriptif of Quantitative Method with SPSS 18.00 version. Simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the independent variables simultaneously disciplines work and observation has a significant influence on safety and health of employee. The magnitude of the effect that the coefficient of determination (R2) by the two variables simultaneously on the dependent variable while the remaining 69%, 31% influenced by other variables not examined. Partial regression results (t test) showed that the dependent variable has an safety and health employee a significant effect on each of the independent variables studied were disciplines work and observation.Keywords: Discipline Work, Observation, and Safety adn Helth Of Employee

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline of employees working on the performance of PT. Babussalam Baru Marketing Department. As for the population in this study is part of a marketing employee who numbered 68 people and made entirely in the study sample using census method. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, but it is also a quantitative analysis that is using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 22. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test ( F-test ) showed that motivation and discipline and simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. Partial test results ( t test ) showed that motivation and discipline variables significantly influence the performance of the employees of PT. Babussalam Baru. Based on the results of the analysis carried out then the company should further improve the way employees work for the performance of employees can be improved further. The company also had to increase employee motivation by improving the policy so that it can be accepted by the employee, in addition to the discipline employees must also be increased again in order, so that the employee earnest and serious in completing the work.Keywords : Motivation, Discipline and Performance

Abstract

This research held in PT. Delta Internusa Pekanbaru in order to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and job characteristics to employees’ commitment. Population are all employees, consist of 53 people among all division. Considering the number limitation so sampling method used is census that covers all employee as the respondents. Data analyzed by using multiple linier regression analysis by using SPSS 17 for windows.Result of this study shows that both job satisfaction and job characteristics significantly influence, either in simultenously or partially, to employees’ commitment. Among both independent variables, employee’s commitment is more dominant effected by job satisfaction rather than job characteristics. It is recommended to company determine a transparant indicator of career development, creating a comfort work-space and conducting a consistant employee development program. It is also recommended to hold temporary job rotation among all employees on to other division.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Characteristic and Employee’s Commitment
